Hundreds of civilians reported dead in South Ossetia

DZHAVA, Georgia (AP) Hundreds of civilians are reported dead in the devastated capital of South Ossetia (ah-SEE’-shuh). Georgia has been trying to retake the breakaway province. Russia responded by sending columns of tanks and reportedly bombing Georgian air bases.
