IBM Knew About Pandemic in 2006

A document has surfaced revealing IBM was aware of the current H1N1 “pandemic” in 2006. Excerpts from “Services & Global Procurement pan IOT Europe, Pandemic Plan Overview,” an official inter-departmental document distributed to upper-level management of IBM in France during 2006 are posted on the Prevent Disease website. The document predicts a 100% chance of a “planned” pandemic occurring within five years.

In addition, the contrived pandemic is a tool designed to implement martial law and increase government control over populations. The IBM document describes “quarantines”and operational procedures to be taken upon official announcement of the engineered pandemic by the World Health Organization.
“This single document definitively proves there is international, corporate collusion behind the ‘bird/swine flu pandemic’ and the intentional plan to create disease on a worldwide scale,” reports Prevent Disease.
IBM worked closely with the Nazis in their mass extermination eugenics program. IBM’s machines and punch cards were used at all stages of the Nazi extermination program. According to author Edwin Black, IBM was involved in virtually every aspect of the Third Reich’s operations.
IBM, the Rockefellers, the Carnegie Institution and other globalist foundations were intimately involved in Germany’s eugenics program. In Mein Kampf, published in 1924, Hitler quoted American eugenic ideology and openly displayed a thorough knowledge of American eugenics. “There is today one state,” wrote Hitler, “in which at least weak beginnings toward a better conception [of immigration] are noticeable. Of course, it is not our model German Republic, but the United States.”

middle!………..I got injured with a nail gun accident yesterady and they were pushing all drugs and a triple injection with tetanus,pertussis,and diphteria……..I held off from all of them but then requested a solo tetanus…….they were just going to vaccinate the other 2 without even asking me……i asked what was in them as preservatives and adjuvants and they didn’t even know. The nurse was annoyed at all my questions…….it was a 3 inch nail that went all the way in…..so I opted for the tetanus………still had weird feelings about it though.

errr, Tetanus was all you needed as it was a 3 in. nail all the way in. Because of the chance of being rusty and dirty needed that to avoid lockjaw. Anyone ever hear of that on here? Hydrogen peroxide is good and I believe in it as it boils all the germs and infection out of sores, cuts. Because this was a puncture wound needed more. Some on this site need to quit blowing everything out of proportion. Not all medicine and injections, etc. are bad!

Nobody on Infowars.com has yet intuited the complete truth about the vaccine’s use as a bio-weapon, and have largely touched upon peripheral truths, to date…… I shall now join the dots.
The most important factors within the H1N1 vaccine are, as speculated, intended to reduce Earth’s population and that is why they are targeting the long term sick, children and pregnant women. Mercury & squaline are sufficient to create complications for these particular categories of Human beings, as even brain development in children, leading to illness and death, can be achieved using mercury. An effect similar to lead poisoning via leaded petroleum fumes. This will also effect the unborn fetus within pregnant women and the squaline will effect the nervous system creating chronic pain, thus neutralising further reproductive capacity. The chronically ill will be curtailed completely by the squaline and mercury combined. THAT IS THEIR FIRST TARGET POPULATION….!
What then of those who do not fall into the categories in their first wave?? These others are particularly feared by the Illuminoids because they have health, intelligence and potential to resist the NWO. The use of nano-particles in a shot for this category has a duel purpose. It is intended to insert the much feared “chip” in people that can then be tracked and controlled, and generally used as slave labourers, skilled and otherwise. All populations accross the globe will be targeted thus, they hope.
But, there is an even more secret reason for the intention to introduce this vaccine to all groups, surviving the vaccine or not, and that is to do with curtailing the ongoing mutation of Human RNA/DNA, first noticed in all global populations from the mid-1980s onwards. The famous double-helix DNA discovered by Watson & Crick, has a central area thought to be evolutionary “junk,” but is actually a growing third strand, increasingly communicating with the other two strands. The potential of the light-encoded filaments in these strands to trigger a rapid metamorphosis into a twelve strand RNA/DNA is of great concern to the Illuminati Elites, because once activated, it will make the human being a totally new type of superhuman being. The secondary method being ramped-up, to prevent the Galactic signals getting through, is to change the frequency of the terran atmosphere, using sprayed airborn particulates that lower the intensity of the super-violet rays currently bombarding our planet and causing changes in human beings responsive to the energy input. What’s a trigger? I’m not saying IBM aren’t Nazi bastards, but this still doesn’t really prove anything. I’m pretty sure most corporations have plans for this in order to make sure they don’t get messed by the workforce being unavailable… You have to remember that it says “ASSUMPTIONS”.. meaning in order to be well-prepared, they make the ASSUMPTION that there is a 100% chance of pandemic. This is the kind of stuff A.J does that discredits what we’re trying to do… Unless trigger, in this case, means release the virus triggering pandemic… I doubt that though… Not to mention the IBM documents don’t say the words “swine flu” or “H1N1″ anywhere… stupid.

You are missing the point… I can sum it all up with one line “There is a 100% chance of a pandemic in the next 5 years” 100% means absolute certainty. How the f--- would IBM have that kind of future prediction accuracy? Think about it. All the rest of the words in this article are all small details. It proves that IBM has inside advanced knowledge to a pandemic that was PLANNED, and they have a role in assisting government during each PHASE of the project.

Unfortunately, the word phrase “planned pandemic” appears nowhere in that document. It’s absolute proof that IBM took SARS and bird flu seriously since the year it was written is 2006, and that’s all that it’s proof of.
Whether or not IBM got that intel from a company planning on creating a pandemic or from watching a news broadcast on how bird flu was gonna kill everyone is not spelled out in the document, which means that it’s useless as evidence for anyone that doesn’t already believe IBM to evil. And with seventy years between us and the holocaust, that very evil company has plenty of wiggle room.

I agree with matt. The fact is it’s under the word ASSUMPTIONS. Also in the 100% sentence, no where does it say planned. For that matter no where does it say swine flu or H1N1. But Another thing I think that has been over looked. The third line under the assumptions is that they planned for two 12 week periods with a 12 week breathing period. That is actually what happened. There was a wave in the spring of swine flu, a summer with out and now we are on the second wave.

Matt, the sum is greater than the parts. This alone doesn’t mean anything necessarily, as you pointed out. However, when you look at this and look at everything else that is going on this bogus pandemic does that not raise some red flags? Given the history of IBM (which I didn’t know and will be researching further) that certainly raises some concerns.
I have to give credit to Infowars for continuing to dig up stories that aren’t covered in the MSM. All they’re doing is presenting the stories and its up to us as individuals to make a value judgement and determine does this make sense? Is this fact or crap? There’s been a few incidents where stories have not been fully vetted and they’re making a concerted effort to fully document and if it isn’t, providing disclosure. Kudos!

Presenting the story is not the issue, presenting it by adding words such as ‘planned’ where they do not exist is misleading, which is the issue people are taking with the piece. This is becoming more common place in the comments section and the more often the loyal readers see this kind of practice (no different than the govt screening the wording of the “air fit to breathe” announcements after 9/11) the less likely the real and needed messages will get out.

I agree with most of what AJ says, but these IBM papers do not show anything except a plan of action the company was to take “if” there happened to be a massive outbreak of the flu. One has to remember that in 2005, there was the fear of the bird flu outbreak. This caused IBM to produce this 2006 document as a plan of action to protect it’s operation and workforce. And everyone knows that any company’s lifeblood for surviving are the workers.

Citigroup has not declared bankruptcy, although they most certainly are insolvent by any reasonable measure. You are talking about CIT group, at large company that specialized in commercial real estate loans. There will be big ramifications from the bankruptcy of CIT, but the markets have already priced in the declaration. This company has been in big trouble for a long time. Citi group will definitely enjoy too big to fail status, and an official announcement of their failure is not likely any time soon.

Oops!! Apparently there is not an IBM internal document that can be vetted. There’s nothing on the web but personal websites and blogs that offer the same photo shots of the document as seen above. IBM has nothing of use, unless we know what software they were planning to sell to the NWO devils, and determine their selling points in their ‘pitch.’

I have an urgent message for you, more important than any message you can hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin(honor thy mother and father…, thou shall not kill, thou shall not commit adultery, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor, thou shall not covet..etc…Exodus 20:12-17). You must admit your lost sinful condition to Him/that you’re worthy of hell, and ask Him to save you by placing complete trust in Jesus ALONE for salvation(an example in the Word of someone doing this- “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.” Luke 18:13).It is not even partly by yourselves that you can be saved, but only by the merits of Jesus Christ!

I am a physician and chaired the Pandemic Preparedness Group for our medical society in 2006 in South Carolina. I reviewed many business pandemic plans and the like. There is nothing in this document that I find unusual for the time period. We were very concerned about H5N1 at the time but also realized that it could be a different strain of influenza so preparations were made for any all types of influenza A strains.
The author of this article has stretched things to create a falsehood. I did not see in the IBM document where it mentions a “planned” Pandemic. It only mentions a Pandemic, not a “planned” Pandemic as mentioned in the article. The only plans are those for preparation. At that time our county and city were making plans and having meetings to prepare.
Every plan at that time made assumptions. The mantra at the time was “It was not a matter of IF but WHEN”. Hence the assumption that a pandemic would happen in five years is not unreasonable.

How To Legally Avoid Unwanted Immunizations Of All Kinds
As you read this work, and put its principles into practice, there are two basic axioms you never want to forget, because they are the rock upon which all your actions are based.
1. No one, nowhere, no time, and under no circumstances has the right or power in this country to immunize you or your children against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with “assault with a deadly weapon” and have the full resources of our laws behind you.
2. At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate you against your will are on very shaky ground. Into every compulsory immunization law in America are written legal exceptions and waivers which are there specifically to protect you from the attempted tyranny of officialdom. It is not only your right, but your obligation to use them, if this is what your conscience tells you.
Article I
In all your contacts with any member of the school, public health, or legal establishment, always remain calm, courteous, and humbly reverent toward their position. You are only asking of them that which the law duty binds them to give you. There is no reason, or advantage to be gained, by antagonizing them. Most of these officials believe they are discharging their trust as outlined by law. If they are overstepping the law, then you must very diplomatically bring the true facts to their attention, but without attempting to belittle them. The more you can preserve their ego, the more easily and quickly you are likely to get what you desire – a waiver of immunization.
Rule No. 1: Do not harass, belittle, or antagonize officials unnecessarily.
Article 2
All compulsory laws concerning vaccination (including the military) contain exceptions and waivers. It is these protections placed in the laws that you may legally use to exclude yourself and your children. Surprisingly, these exceptions were placed there, not for your sake (although you may take advantage of them), but for the protection of the establishment. How is this? Let us assume that these exceptions were not there and everyone was actually forced to be immunized. Should a child die or become mentally or physically disabled, the parent would have the perfect case to sue the doctor, the school, the health department, and even the state legislature for enormous damages. Since they allowed no exceptions, they must accept full responsibility for all the adverse consequences of the law. However, if exception waivers are placed in the law, the responsibility is then transferred back to the parent. If a child should be injured by immunization, the officials can say, “Well, the parent should have exempted him if they thought there was any danger.”
Therefore, there is in truth no such thing as a compulsory vaccination law in this country. They are ALL, in essence, voluntary. The problem is that practically no one in authority will let you know this fact.
Rule No. 2: There are no compulsory vaccination laws. All are voluntary, and you are held responsible for the adverse results upon you or your children.
Article 3
While all immunization laws have exceptions you can use, the wording in each state differs, and you must know the exact wording for your state to make the proper request of waiver. This information can be obtained in one of two ways.
1. Go to the reference section of your local library- look in the State Statute Revised Law Book under Public Health Law or Communicable Disease sections. The list of immunization requirements will appear first and then the exemptions will be given. Usually one or two provisions will be listed, either on religious or medical grounds or both.
2. You may call or write your state representative and ask for a copy of the immunization law in your state. Making this available is part of his job, and it will be sent promptly.
Rule No. 3: Know your own state law so that you can conform to its exact requirements for exemption.
Article 4
There are two basic reasons for exception – medical or religious. Which one you choose will often depend upon the wording of the law in your state and your personal convictions. We shall discuss medical exemption first. While laws do vary, nearly all states require that a note or certificate of waiver be submitted by a physician licensed in the state of residence. In some areas where states are small and people continually travel from one to another for business, a statement from a physician in a contiguous state will be accepted.
In this letter it is usually necessary to state the reason for the requested waiver and the length of time it should extend. Many laws limit all such letters to a school year and they must be renewed each fall. The two most valid reasons for medical waiver are “the fear of allergic reaction in a sensitive child” and “to prevent possible damage to a weakened immune system.” Both of these can occur in a child who has been immunized, and since no one but the physician and the parent will be held responsible for their consequences, it is up to them to protect the child.
It is possible that some states may require the letter from an M.D. or D.O., but many will allow an exemption letter from a chiropractor if it is courteously and properly written, as outlined above.
Rule No. 4: Medical waivers are always valid but must be written to fit each state law and often need to be renewed annually.
Article 5
Most people will be best served by a religious exemption unless the state law is so restrictive as to make this nearly impossible to obtain. The only church that is legally opposed to vaccination is the Christian Science Church. They took the matter to the courts and obtained a legal ruling of exemption. It is because of this that state laws recognize the religious exemption.
Another church, The Church of Illumination is also by its tenets opposed to immunization for its adherents, and they are encouraged to go to jail if necessary before submitting to this procedure. Since it is a “Church at Large,” they are able to enroll members throughout the entire United States and would be pleased to consider any applicant who is without present church affiliation and who desires the legitimate support of others in his convictions.
In some states an official letter from a church authority is required before exemption will be given; in others, it is only necessary to submit a notarized letter that you ADHERE to religious tenets which hold vaccination against God’s laws. All officialdom becomes a little shaky when you mention religious freedom, as it is one of our basic American rights and no one wants to be made the “heavy” in denying anyone religious freedom.
The general desire of most health officials is to exert as much control as possible, while assuming as little responsibility as possible. If you place them in a position in which they must either give you a waiver or assume additional responsibility, you will usually get your waiver.
Rule No. 5: Waivers can usually be obtained by a letter from a church official certifying that you are a member of a church that recommends against immunizations for its adherents. Many states will also allow exemption on religious grounds if you send them a notarized letter stating that you ADHERE to the beliefs of such a church, even if you are not an official member.
Article 6
The foregoing may work for school exemptions, but are there any such waivers in the Armed Forces? Yes, all branches of the Service provide “immunization waivers.” Again, if they did not, you could sue them for millions of dollars if a reaction occurred from their immunizations. Because of these waiver provisions you become responsible if you react.
When you first sign up or enlist, you must state your objection to the vaccinations and tell whether it is “religious conscience” or medical reasons, such as allergies or a low tolerance to medication of any kind. If you do not show objection at this time, you have given the military the right to do what they will with you. If there is any difficulty, the same rules apply here as in the school program. Never forget, even though you may be in the Service, no one has the right to immunize you against your will. You do not give up your constitutional rights when you join the Armed Forces.
Rule No. 6: The rules that govern school vaccination exemption also apply to the military. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. They do not know, or are hiding the facts of the law.
Article 7
What about international travel? May I go around the world without vaccination?
The World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva grants American visitors the right to REFUSE shots when traveling internationally. However, if an area you wish to enter is infected, you may be detained until the public health servant gives you the “go” (at his discretion). Thousands travel world-wide each year without shots – so may you if that is your choice. Many of our co-workers have travel led over much of the world and have never taken any immunizations, nor were they ever detained.
It would be wise to request a copy of Foreign Rules and Regulations, Part 71, Title 42, on immunization when you receive your passport. Never forget the basic rule, however, “No one will vaccinate you against your will because by doing so they assume full responsibility for the consequences both legal and medical.”
Rule No. 7: You may travel wherever you wish in the world without vaccination. The worst that can happen is that in very rare circumstances you may be detained temporarily.

In the future all of us that worry the H1N1 vaccine is not safe will be unsure of any vaccine they try to push at us. So, if a real outbreak occured that really did require a vaccine and they really did make a safe vaccine lots of people would not take it because of the past negatvie experiences with vaccines and then they would eliminate those of us that do not follow their rules and do not go along with what they say. So making us fearful of their vaccines could be just setting the stage for the real plan or the next step. I have had this thought myself several times and this is the first time I have heard any one else express this same concern.

lsd was made legal one month ago in mexico, which was met with a resounding news black out on msm. Saw the item ONCE on cnn; then it was pulled. The next day NO ONE reported on it. I love it when folks scoff at this and then google it and find that 5 substances were made legal for personal use.
