That statement is more accurate then you know. I was teaching my son the basics of weapons handling with a .45ACP BB gun and caught my neighbor taking pictures of me. I walked across the street and got right up in his face and asked him why the hell he was taking pictures of me while I was teaching gun safety to my boy.
He stammered for a few seconds (he was afraid of course) and then denied taking pictures of me with the BB gun in my hand (which could be used in a false accusation that it was a real firearm, hard to tell from a picture).
My neighbor said he was taking pictures of his car! Sure, sure…his car was parked up the street, 30 degrees to the right of my son and I! I told him that was bull crap of course and if he attempted to take any more pictures of us that I would break his camera into little pieces.
Do not trust your neighbors unless you know them very well!

I lost my truck because I didn’t have tags on it. It was on my private property but one of my neighbors (I’ve always minded my business and have never, ever called the civil authorities on my neighbors) couldn’t mind his business so he called the county government (code enforcement) and complained. The truck was in excellent shape, it just needed a fuel pump. It wasn’t a blight on the neighborhood and it wasn’t on public property. None the less! The county gave me two weeks to either remove my truck from my private property or get the vehicle tagged in compliance with state law.
I didn’t have the money to purchase tags and besides, I still needed money to buy a new fuel pump and without a fuel pump the truck wouldn’t pass the state inspection!
The county began charging me $250.00 per day while the truck was on my property untagged. The final bill was something like $10,000.000!!! Yeah right, if I couldn’t afford a new fuel pump how could I ever pay such a huge fine? The county (county code enforcement) also threatened to put a lien on my house and auction it off if I refused to pay the fines!
I went to the their hearing (mediation with an arbitrator) on the date specified on the fine, and luckily, the arbitrator was at least decent enough human being to wave the fine and allow me a couple of weeks to get rid of my truck (or be in compliance with the county codes). It was a lot better than losing my house even though it was still wrong and a direct violation of the Constitution of the United States.
One busy bodied neighbor, unable to mind his own business, directly lead to the loss of my truck, a possible $10,000 fine, and a lien on my house which would have be auctioned off and sold to the highest bidder if I refused to get rid of my truck or pay the fines. You see, there’s no such thing as private property in America anymore. The state owns everything, the people are just the registered users of said property. They have twisted and perverted our laws and made the Constitution to be of no effect.
I’ve heard that if I had placed a tarp over my truck, concealing the license plates, (or lack thereof) county code enforcement wouldn’t have been able to fine me. In order for them to charge you of a code violation they have to see the violation. They cannot order a citizen to remove a tarp from a vehicle on suspicion of a code violation. Nor can they trespass if there are no violations in plain sight.
Too little too late. I think they’ll do whatever they want unless we stop them and declare our rights according to the Constitution. And when we don’t allow them to do whatever they want they will eventually do anyway…with the help of the local police or sheriff’s department of course. A petty violation would then turn into a serious offense, considering anyone trying to exert and defend their Constitutional rights when a police officer is present immediately becomes terrorist and is treated accordingly.
As soon as you refuse to obey the unconstitutional orders of the police or sheriff’’s deputy “to allow this code enforcement officer to search your property” you will be beaten down to the ground and arrested for “interfering in a police investigation” or some other similar deceptive legalese.

Capain, they tried to pull this crap in my home town too. We held protests in front of the council chambers, and guess what, it worked. Yeah, I’m convinced that the real tyranny, the tyranny you can go out and fight today, easily, is your own city government. I’m a poor boy too, and my yard is littered with unlicensed jeeps, but thanks to the action of a few, our jeeps, junkers and derby cars are safe! Run for city council, I do, go to the meetings as well. Do this long enough, and they’ll get the picture. You’ll get the same looks that I got walking through that door, at first its, what the hell is this guy doing here, then it’s, oh crap its this guy again, then it’s, we better watch out, someone is paying atention to us. Do this, and don’t be afraid to submit an article to the news paper as to what really went on at the meeting, very seldom do the real stories from the council chambers see print. It ain’t running for congress-but its a start! Good Luck in the 2010 primaries!!

When those Obama youth brigades start canvasing suburban and urban neighborhoods and within the United States we will begin to enter into an entirely new level of the police state. I’m very curious (and concerned) as to how people will react when this occurs? You damn well things won’t get better because of the youth brigades (Hitler youth). I’m also wondering if these youth brigades will also be scouting and doing recon for their dark master (no pun intended) in the rural areas of our country.
Country folk will be less apt to put up with this kind of abuse compared to your average city dweller. It looks like we’ll still be in the watching and waiting mode for a long time to come unless they make a serious move in the next few months (which is what I believe is going to happen).
If you take a critical look at all the recent legislation and changes that have taken place within the past four or five months (also the unconfirmed rumors) you should come to the same conclusion as I have, i.e., something very big is about to happen and it will not be good for the survival of the United States of America.
After this “event” occurs we will only be a hollow shell of what we used to be. Meaning our country and our culture of freedom as it is portrayed in the Constitution and the Bill of rights. We’ll be Americans in name only after this coming storm. All of our values and the culture we loved as Americans will entirely disappear (on the state and government level) and we will be the United States of America in name only. The country will become completely unrecognizable as it was before this “event”.

Those people sure do make us Americans look bad. We’ve grown soft and afraid. We allow the police to abuse and detain us by not standing up for ourselves, and more importantly, by not standing up for our fellow countrymen when they are getting assaulted by the police.
Notice how the cops surround the guy and their bodies act as a blinder. You can hardly see the guy they tackled, another police training tactic to shield the damage they are doing to the suspect. It’s very similar to “Stop resisting! Stop resisting!” Cops often yell this phrase while they beat the hell out of an innocent citizen. This way any passerby will immediately think the suspect was being violent and uncooperative.
Their “training” is used as an excuse, when and if they ever stand in front of a judge, and they often leave the court room as free men. The argument is that the training kicks in automatically and the offending officer can not be held responsible for the acts that were ingrained in his psyche through training. What a crock of shyte!

It’s important to note that us Peasants(real Americans) should also make sure to stock up on body armor, it shouldn’t be only the government to have swat teams, we can have our own.
and btw, we are for the most part better shots then the cops, most of them treat their gun as just another tool on their belt, but ‘we the people’ go to gun clubs often and get plenty of practice, and also the military will not stand with the tyrants of DC, most of them are just as concerned with current events as we are.

What do you suggest about body armor if it is illegal in our area? I live near Detroit, MI, and a person affiliated with the Sheriff’s office said it was illegal for citizens to own any type of body armor. I also have heard of people in the Detroit area of being charged with a crime just for owning body armor.
It is sort of weird for a supposedly free country to ban body armor. What is next, banning your from having your own safe drinking water or saying you can’t buy anything unless you have a special id?

Part of the reason for S&W’s success is that a lot of big city police departments are outfitting their cruisers with M&P15 (AR-15) rifles and replacing their Glock 22’s with M&P40’s. Think about that when you make your next firearm purchase. I can personally vouche for the M&P15. No one knows just who it will be, but someone will.
It may be in the form of another Waco, or Ruby Ridge, where the treasonous rats are greeted by a town fully armed with 100’s of guns. Or maybe a pregnant Mom that’s being tazered, or her husband, or a by stander that will take action when it becomes obvious that enough is enough and that it has gone too far.
Who will be the 1st man or woman to put a loaded revolver in a cop’s face and say, “make my day.” It’s going to happen sooner or later and I think everyone already knows that.
I also believe that the good citizens of America have been put to a real test and have tolerated way too much already. To be totally honest, I am surprised it hasn’t happened yet.

1) Pass the law and call for the guns. Of course, few people would follow along, but in awhile,
2) You single out a few neighborhoods, like small towns surrounded by suburbs. You make a completely thorough study of the records and stage home entries and arrests based on your accurate information. You lightly punish the “criminals” and make a big media circus. But in awhile,
3) You make another call for the guns with an amnesty, no questions asked. A lot of people would turn their guns in at that time. After that, people are beginning to get the idea. And in awhile,
4) You arrest some more people, but this time, swat troupes and selected hard targets. Some cops die, and so do some citizens. There is a big media circus for weeks, and huge discussions of who’s right on the TV. But in awhile,
5) You have another amnesty, but take names. By this time, the media and churches have carefully described the situation, and called for the people to obey the law to maintain law and order. News commentators explain why the government feels threatened. And in awhile,
6) Any possession of a firearm becomes a serious crime. Felony, prison. The media agrees. Then, in awhile,
7) Another amnesty. Small prison sentence. Possibly suspended for citizenship conformity. The media informs everyone. Then, a little later,
Once it becomes the death penalty for possession, even for one bullet, is the time you really have to make up your mind. Right now, it’s fun.

You are 100% right laura. The arrogance of big government has always seen the common citizen as the enemy. Hitler did the same thing, where his wars eventually zeroed in on the citizenry of the Homeland, leading to round ups, camps and exterminations by the millions within their own borders.
When you see how the Bush Admin spun the laws of this land with the Patriot Act and other pieces of legislation, he made the exact same move as Hilter, where the spinning bottle slowed, stopped and pointed at We The People, as the arch enemy of government. The clever wording “enemy combatant” we were told was for terrorists from off shore and now it’s being applied to whistle blowers, dissident citizens of the US, war protestors, citizens that might refuse mass vaccinations, or demand that GMO foods be properly labeled, etc..
Sooner or later the people will make a stand, or even start assassinating the crazies in power when they go too far. We are fast approaching the brink and when the crazies realize everyone is fully armed and, “this one has their name on it,” and that really is the balance of power. No real citizen of America ever resorts to bumping off politicians and authority figures, but if they push too far, the words, “make my day” will become as real as as the song, Take me out to the ball game and it’s one, two, three strikes your out at the old ball game.
The right of the citizenry to bear arms shall not be infringed and that is the very essence of the balance of power in America and one day soon I expect, that lesson will be realized, plain as day, the Statue of Liberty and the US flag.

Make one a .22 rifle, and use it to learn how to shoot.
The “appleseed project” is a great organization, which teaches marksmanship, and American Heritage and how it played a critical part in our country’s history. And women shoot free! A full weekend of free instruction for the price of a Ruger 10/22(Any rifle will be accepted, but that’s probably your best bet) and 500 rounds of .22 (should still be able to get it for under twenty bucks).

I believe that lawful action through our state legislatures is what we must be focussed upon. However, if any authority tries to take guns, I would suppose that open warfare would most likely break out. But a law would have to be passed or force sent out – and right at that moment – states would secede, gather, unite, and form a new nation. (After all – trying to take guns is what started the American revolution. Everyone with sense knows that if the government takes guns, next they will take your lives in genocide. It is not constitutional to take guns away from the people in the US. So, if that ever happened – it would result in states seceding and the formation of a new free nation.

After they take away the guns, there are often eugenics programs involving mass sterilizations, etc., before the genocides begin. This has happened in foreign countries where after they confiscate all the guns, there are mass castrations to control the population and supress an uprising by the people.
I believe in Chillie, they castrated over 135,000 men after the guns were confiscated, to quell an uprising and to maintain civil order. Men without balls will not fight back, but first they get the guns, then one’s balls.

My move, is going to be moving to a state who has declared sovereignty according to the Constitution. I would like to see them try to move into a State like Michigan, who has declared their sovereignty, and try to confiscate weapons door to door. Not going to happen in my lifetime! But if it does, they, the government had better have lots of body bags around to pick up their dead. The same goes for Law Enforcement too! In reality, I do not think that any true American soldier would ever fire upon it’s own people regardless of orders. Few years back, my friend (Korean War vet) and I were at the range(indoor). We notice a young man having difficultly being able to zero in his pistol (.40). My hackles went up. My friend used to be the Range Officer there for the original owner (son now owns it). He went over to the young man to offer some advice. The fellow snapped at my friend stating he was a Philadelphia Police Officer and was best qualified to use a firearm than a civilian.
The owner came out to tell him that my friend was there to help and if he didn’t want it , fine. The reason my friend offered advice was the cop couldn’t hit the ‘10′ ring from 7 yrds. I usually shoot at 35 yrds and usually hit the target with every shot.
After he was done, he came over to me to ask how I was doing. I said, ‘fine’. He asked what I was shooting with a ‘this jerk can’t hit the side of a barn’ look. I said ‘ok’ and brought my target back on the line. Most of my shots were in the ‘10′ ring. His face drained. He then asked me was I shooting…oh, a colt .45 1911a1. He walked away out of the range. Never did see him again. Did I say something wrong?

It will not matter how many guns and ammo are in the hands of Americans. They already know that if they use biological weapons or nuclear weapons that the owners wont be alive to use them on the NWO thugs. Wake up, stop deluding yourself. Depopulating the planet serves to ensure that whatever guns remain are in the hands of the irradiated sick and dying along with the starving and hold outs killing each other over race and who has what. Run for city council,write your state reps,reclaim yer 10th amendment states rights,have a plan for securing your own property food,water,defence etc. most people i know{not all] and they are mostly good hearted people start acting weird if you talk about this stuff /constitution,bilderbergs/n.w.o. why do people only want to talk about sports,cars,shallow stuff? people i know hunt fish and know a little about the constitution/god givin rights but nothing really deep or meaningful.why do i always feel im a lone wolf crying out in the wildernes?i try to tell people but most are cluleless.shame on them for calling themselves free/americans

If “guns” are so bad, then why do police need them for? Guns scare criminals away! Would a criminal dare break into a known police-officer’s home? Duh? Think about it all? And, I am glad there are very, very SMART people out there arming themselves! sadly, restrictions are being put in place and people need to get their stuff now before gun-shops are literally shut-down! The graph above all the Comments here just simply shows how Smith&Wesson stock has gone up–I guess demand for firearms overall has gone up and a pistol-manufactuer stock going up is just “an example” that there is a serious demand for firearms! Ammo is also important everybody! Stock up on the stuff while you can! The current administration in Washington, DC has elected to ban imported ammo from reaching the shores here anymore! The fact of the matter is that the “current” administration in Washington, DC is definately pushing for restrictions on civialian firearm /ammo ownership (in not even a friggen year)! “It is what it is”…

Well, the cops aren’t going to protect you so if you have a gun when someone tries to hold you up or car jack you they’ll think twice if you point a gun back at them. You;ll have a chance to live another day instead of being slaughtered so that when the police finally come to help you they will be there to just clean up the mess as they usually do and not prevent the crime from happening in the first place since they NEVER SEEM TO BE AROUND WHEN YOU NEED THEM. But if you run a light, go too fast, well, they are right there aren’t they?
