A trigger happy Cop who just can't wait to shoot somebody (so he can have bragging rights amongst his peers), kills an innocent man. The ineptitude of people that are hired to be Cops in today's day and age is incredibly high and is only going to get worse...since good and decent people (and ones that have IQ's over the average Cop's IQ of 104) are refusing to join the ranks of the lunatic fringe. There's danger out there folks and sadly, it wears a badge and carries a loaded gun. This type of incident sure is becoming a common occurrence isn’t it??
