WASHINGTON — A federal intelligence court, in a rare public opinion, is expected to issue a major ruling validating the power of the president and Congress to wiretap international phone calls and intercept e-mail messages without a court order, even when Americans’ private communications may be involved.

The court decision is expected to be disclosed as early as Thursday in an unclassified, redacted form. It was made in December by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, which has issued only two prior rulings in its 30-year history.
The decision marks the first time since the disclosure of the National Security Agency’s warrantless eavesdropping program three years ago that an appellate court has addressed the constitutionality of the federal government’s wiretapping powers. In validating the government’s wide authority to collect foreign intelligence, it may offer legal credence to the Bush administration’s repeated assertions that the president has constitutional authority to act without specific court approval in ordering national security eavesdropping.

Post 11……I watched that 2 hr presentation. On 911…I saw the squibs, saw the flashes, could clearly see 10 ton steel frames being ejected hundreds of feet from a fire, all of which means that it clearly was a controlled demolition. That was 7 years ago on the morning of 911. This modern up to date presentation told me nothing I didn’t realize or question on the morning of 911. In other words after 7 years there is no more answers than what we had that morning.
I have serious questions about these truth groups. After you knew it was a controlled demolition, like say the morning of 911, wouldn’t the next question be….WHO PLANTED the demolitions? That is a question that this group has NEVER asked in 7 years! In fact they use as their demolition expert the same human being that was in NYC just before 911 doing “cabling work” inside WTC’s 1,2, and 7! AE911truth uses as their expert the same company and human being that was paid $35 Billion dollars to clean up the entire WTC complexes, the entire Pentagon, as well as write the NIST report that said no demolitions were ever used at any of the locations on 911….even though they did NO TESTING of any kind. This kind of “truth group” is one that would have been seen in Germany under Hitler. It basically makes good points and gives a great story, though NEVER allows anyone to talk about who may have done what and even relies on the very people that committed the crime to be the experts.
The biggest assumption for every single truth group especially architects is that there were planes on 911. There is just as much evidence that a plane struck WTC7 as there is for the Pentagon or Shanksville. This particular group called ae911truth has made it their policy to NEVER EVER question the fact there were or were not planes. They accept the governments propganda on that point so be very careful what else they may want you to believe or discuss.

Thats a good point post 14. If demolition experts went in there, and i do think they did, when did they do it? who were they? have they been questioned? have any of them leaked information? Did anyone see these people? If not then its pretty darn tight. I mean the WTC was hardly in the sticks. All this should have come out in the investigation obviously. Its such a sham.

It may soon turn out that we as a nation may have to start over – literally / entirely. I think anyone with a functioning brain can see all this as a replay of the “darker side of human nature,” as played out throughout all of man’s past history until the whole thing goes broke and it will again.
The one thing that is different today, THIS TIME AROUND, is the internet and it is time for the masses to make their governments BEHAIVE, rather than act like the royal punks they have become.
There is no doubt in my mind for even one second that 9/11 was anything less than an inside job, pulled using inside and off shore strings, on behalf of emerging corporate gangsters with strong ties directly into our government and all it’s institutions.
