WAR 360 degrees- all around us. Prognostications of months of escalation are far off- this will escalate in DAYS. It will not be confined by borders, nationalism, or conventional thinking. It is reasonable to expect a much more rapid spread of worldwide cultural revolution as humanity grasps the import & imperative of warring upon the warmongers- think globally, act locally- IT IS PERSONAL.
Not even the CIA is immune from the avalanche of rage & retribution which will burn for generations.
WWIII has begun, planned and produced by the US & Israeli radical terrorists. If the military resorts to its duty to protect the people and the peace, they may return ‘home’, or die. Life is long, this episode will forever condemn America to the ash-heap of history. So be it.

YouTube are censoring the number of views displayed on the hit counter. It is currently on 24,612 views, but in the last 12 hours I watched the comments go up by about 300, and the ratings go up by about 500, and yet the view counter only went up by about 1,000. YouTube obviously doesn’t care how obvious their censorship looks to people. That’s how arrogant they are! Anyway, it doesn’t matter because loads of people have uploaded videos about this censorship over the last few days, and many of them already chalked up thousands of views. So collectively we have already reached well over 100,000 views just in the last few days. After a few weeks it will be over a million views. So we ARE winning the Infowar!

My apologies, this machine wasn’t even working 3 weeks ago, the video took only 12 hours to make, and 72 to upload. This is such crap we have to deal with. I have to put it up with a watermark unfortunately, and I can totally sympathize with Alex. If it weren’t for this laptop now working, with God’s help, I wouldn’t have attempted. I didn’t even have a shockwave maker until Tuesday.
All I can ask is to enjoy the content and ignore the watermark. =)

THE REDECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for the people of a nation to dissolve the bonds which have connected them to the federal government and to assume the laws of the United States of America Constitution and it’s Bill of Rights, a respect for human rights requires them to declare the reasons for separation.
We know that all States and humans are created equal. That they are endowed by the United States of America Constitution with certain unalienable rights, among these are sovereignty, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are made by the people thereby deriving authority from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the States and the people to disobey it and to use their powers given by God and the United States of America Constitution .
Long established governments should not be disobeyed for petty and temporary reasons. History shows that people will suffer rather than fix the problems. But when there is a list of abuses and usurpations to the point of absolute despotism, it is the right and the duty of the States and the people to disobey such government. The States and the people have suffered, which motivates them to disobey the present de facto system of government. The history of the present de facto federal government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all of which have established an absolute tyranny over the States and the people. To prove this, let the facts be submitted to a candid world:
It has exceeded its limited powers given by the people as stated in the United States of America Constitution .
It has forbidden States from enforcing laws that it does not approve of.
It has burdened them with its powers from several angles for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with its Color of Law.
It has dissolved repeatedly the rights of them without their consent and often without their knowledge.
It has aided and allowed their enemies into this nation.
It has allowed the invasion of foreigners to take advantage of taxpayers and to dissolve the culture of this nation.
It has obstructed the administration of constitutional justice and Natural Law.
The Judicial Branch has misinterpreted parts of the United States of America Constitution to favor the three branches of the federal government and has ruled based on international laws.
It unconstitutionally acquires money from the direct income tax to bribe the States into compliance of its will.
It has made a multitude of federal agencies and laws that are independent of and treated as superior to the United States of America Constitution and Natural Law.
These federal agencies have sent “officials” to harass the States and the people, and take what they want without due process.
It has overburdened them with red tape, bureaucracy, and excessive and complicated acts, agreements, bylaws, codes, covenants, doctrines, laws, mandates, ordinances, policies, procedures, public policy, regulations, restrictions, rules, statutes, treaties and the like that no human can remember.
It assumes the people are guilty until proven innocent.
It is at this time persuading the States and the people that all federal Color of Laws are supreme and to report violators of its unconstitutional Color of Laws.
It has used cruelty and perfidy similar to other tyrannical governments, making it unworthy of any authority.
It has illegally created trust and dependency upon it by the States and the people.
It illegally taxes the people more than 25% of their income for unconstitutional purposes with little representation.
The Legislative Branch members have overdrawn their accounts at the House Bank without a penalty.
It has a growing debt of over 8.5 trillion dollars, which equals more than $28,000 per person.
All three branches of the federal government have combined with State “officials” to subject the people to a jurisdiction foreign to the State Constitution.
It has passed false legislation:
To create several federal Color of Law enforcement agencies;
For protecting itself from punishment for abuses and usurpations;
For preventing lawsuits and other accountability against it unless it approves of such;
For restricting and taxing much of commerce out of this nation;
For greedily imposing taxes on the States and the people without their consent;
For depriving the people, in many cases, of a trial by a jury of their peers and other guaranteed unalienable rights;
For trying the people for unconstitutional Color of Law and forcing commerce to enforce these “laws” upon customers;
For abolishing the check and balance system of the United States Constitution and ignoring common law;
For taking away our charters and altering the forms of State and local government and
For reducing the powers of the States and giving itself unauthorized power over them.
The Judicial Branch has for decades made unconstitutional Color of Law by way of Court Cases.
The Executive Branch has for decades made unconstitutional Color of Law by way of Executive Orders and Code of Federal Regulations.
The current president, George Walker Bush, committed the following from the list in the Article of Impeachment introduced June 9, 2008:

The people have petitioned and pleaded for redress in humble terms, yet it has only gotten worse. A government employee whose character is the definition of tyrant, perjurer and/or extorter is unfit to be working for the federal government of free people. That the States and the people are absolved from all allegiance to every branch and agency of the federal government. That all unconstitutional political connections between the federal government, and the States and the people are and ought to be dissolved. That free and independent States have full power over all intrastate issues such as education, transportation, emergencies, commerce, environment, health care and all other acts and things that are the Constitutional right of sovereign States or the people respectively. In further support of this declaration, we the people pledge to each other our lives, our property and our sacred honor.

If your gonna make a comment like that then at least back it up with proof. just go to youtube and type in “alex jones contest” and then click on Sort by Date Added, and then keep scrolling down thru the pages and you will see that nuffrespects video was 1 of the very first videos submitted. You will also see that many people then re-posted nuffrespects video, which he asked people to do. you can tell nuffrespect did the video anyway cos it is done in his usual style. you obviously havent even watched any of his previous vids.

I’ve just watched your video for the first time after seeing that you commented on Infowars.com about my video. I don’t mean to sound offensive here, but you have said in your comments that I have used footage from your video. Can you please cite one single piece of footage in my video that has been taken from your video? I didn’t even know your video existed until I saw your comment on Infowars.com. Don’t get me wrong, your video is very good and it deserves far more views, but it is obvious for anyone to see that I did not use any footage from your video. And I can say with hand on heart that I never even saw your video until a few minutes ago. But in any case, my video does not resemble yours apart from the fact that we are both using the same video of Alex Jones’s rant that has been made available via Infowars.com. In my video, there is not even a single annotation, or video effect, or piece of music, that resembles what is shown in your video. The only thing that is the same is Alex Jones.
So I would appreciate it if you would stop posting these slanderous and unfounded comments about me.

Uspaladin you’re so right my friend. I encouraged people to re-post my censorship video and I’m glad that many people did. All I’m interested in is getting this info out to as many people as possible so that we can raise awareness of the censorship that is taking place on the Internet. But our friend Kita, below, who didn’t even have the guts to admit he was talking about his own video, tried to claim that I had somehow copied his video when there is absolutely no basis to his claim whatsoever. But the sad thing is that his video is pretty good and yet he spoils it by making absurd and false claims on here just because he didn’t win the contest. Talk about sour grapes! This isn’t about winning contests, it’s an info war and we all need to stick together to defeat the plans of the new world order.

It’s great to see the mass of responses to Alex’s call to arms. The fact that it addressed something we all relate to on a daily basis was a good impetus. It just reaffirms his statement that it is the listeners who hold the real power and we are capable of making change with our own efforts.

Uhhhhhhhh??? Hey guys, my comment has been removed for some reason? I hope i didn’t do something wrong? I just posted the 3 links to my video, hosted on 3 different sites. Wasn’t that a requirement? I mean posting to different venues etc?

A New Declaration of Independence
In order to preserve the remaining vestiges of human dignity and individual sovereignty within these states, we declare our independence from the machinations, both overt and clandestine, of an American government that has forsaken its founding principles and has failed to protect the liberties of its citizens. The philosophical, societal and cultural advances of the Enlightenment, upon which our nation was founded, have been abandoned by our government’s collusion to corporate globalization; by an educational system designed not to foster individual thought but to instill collective allegiance; by an unconstitutional monetary system, controlled by international banking, that threatens at whim the financial stability of our citizens and our nation; and by the morass of lies, subterfuge and unaccountability that has threatened the success of the American Experiment.
It is clear that further erosion of our liberties and founding principles from these iniquities will result in a world in which the value of an individual life is reduced to its economic viability to corporate interests and is defined by its unwavering and often unwitting collusion to the calculated constructions of reality projected by the elite. my name is robert brooks, birthday april 13, (same as thomas jefferson) and born and raised in philadelphia i wrote this awhile ago but i don’t feel one individule should write the declaration so i ask all to add to mine.
A New Declaration of Independence
Preamble
232 years ago a document was brought forth in the city of Philadelphia. In this document lay the foundation For what was to become a great country. In the beginning this country was a republic, fair and balanced laws Were instituted, with the betterment of mankind considered for each person. At present these laws have been so diluted and misconstrued as to seem as if they had never existed.
We citizens of these United States and indeed the world
Shall not stand idol by ,while our lives, our individualities , our very essences are destroyed.
I ask all people, men , women, children, students, teachers, all occupations, all social standings, to come together for the betterment of all humanity not just rich not just poor but all.
This insane labyrinth of inept bureaucracy needs to be disassembled , from the top to the bottom.
Our daily lives should not be fraught with arcane and ridiculous rules, regulations, clearances, obfuscations, variances, hindrances and all other forms of bureaucratic controls. We are sick of it all.
The future government
There are only a small amount of laws that should be followed in the course of one’s life , these are;
1) Commit no harm , physically, mentally, or financially to another individual be they family or not.
2) Respect each individuals right to exist, as they would themselves see fit, no individual would be prejudiced Against, regardless of their personal beliefs , be they religious, sexual, ( except when referring to rule one) their choice of entertainment or their right to live as they see fit from dwelling in a cave to living in a castle.
3) Every citizen of the world shall have the right to protect themselves and their possessions with every means
Possible, except murder. A possession is not worth a life no matter the personal value of the possession. Those who are to weak to resist the overture of those stronger, shall be protected.
4) All of the resources of the world shall belong to all of the people that share this planet and shall be used to make this brief existence as pleasant as possible.
5) All of the armies of the world will never be used to kill another human being; from this time forward until the ending of time. Most of the worlds military’s are filled with men and woman who have protected the strong and destroyed the weak. They do this not by choice, but to follow the orders of those who care not who they destroy.
The future military, will be used in conjunction ,with those who are trained in all the engineering disciplines to improve roads and infrastructure, develop and implement free energy and safe water strategies.
6) The air we breath, the food we eat and the water we drink shall not be controlled by or tampered with by any organization not approved by the people.
7) We shall never be governed by a formal government again. The power given individuals to govern people has been shown to be to powerful and corrupting

QUALITY NOT COUNTER
THERE ARE GHOST PROGRAMS WHICH GIVE A PERSON A NEW IP WITH EVERY CLICK. THE ONE WITH OVER 80,000 PROBABLY USED SOMETHING LIKE THIS. WHILE WE ARE AWARE OF THESE THINGS, WE DID NOT USE THEM AND THAT’S WHY OURS IS AT 7,000.
UNFORTUNATELY, AS SOME CANDIDATES ON HERE ALREADY SUSPECT, THE NUMBERS ARE MANIPULATED QUITE EASILY. AT THIS LATE MOMENT OF FATE, WE HOPE THE COUNTER WILL NOT BE THE SOLE CRITERIA. TO USE A GHOST PROGRAM IS JUST AS DECEPTIVE AS THE NWO…

The New Declaration of Truth:
1- Don’t take offense to this message, but learn from it and make certain positive changes in your approach to people who are supportive of Alex and you guys.
2-Do not delete/censor normal comments of people who’ve spent hours of precious time on making a video, to submit to the Internet censorship contest.
3- Try to answer as many emails as you can, because the people that support Alex and his sites really deserve that! ( Even if you are being overwhelmed by the responses)
4- Be friendly and EXPLAIN why you deleted the comments instead of hiding under your desks, that’s not very truthful of you guys ( I really had expected something else from you guys).
5- Please state your rules more CLEARLY next time, instead of saying:”Deadline the 19th” and then changing it to 2 waves of competitions which have no stated deadline at all. Then declaring Nufffrespect the winner before the 13th or something? WTF………….
6- Yeah the contest is not the most important element, in the request to make a video about
the sneaky censorship going on. The message is more important then anything else, but when people put real effort in making a video do not treat them like dirt.
7- Do not preach against web censorship while you clearly censor yourselves!

I have a lot of respect for you guys and Alex, the amount of effort you put in to keep all these things running. But don’t play games and talk to the people that have been bullshitting the entries and the comment sections……. I can really understand that you want to censor: Spammers, trolls, morons, racists etc etc….. But NORMAL comments like:”Hey look at my video”, with maybe 3 links added to that video? COME ON! The thing is i thought that i was the only one getting censored/deleted on this site. But no there’s actually TONS (maybe hundreds or even thousands) of people that are complaining about this bs happening.
Now there’s 4 possibilities:
1- You guys had technical difficulties which accidentally deleted the comments.
2- You deleted and censored the actual comments because you felt like they were offensive/inappropriate?
3- You have a couple of bully’s working with you guys, and they are deleting
the comments on purpose without you knowing about it.
4- You don’t know how to cope with the overwhelming response, to the competition and you’re ashamed to admit that?
I hope this stuff gets clarified so that the hundreds or even thousands of people, get some clarity about the situation. You don’t have to answer them separately, but you could post an announcement with the why’s and the how’s on the front pages of your sites.

I’ve had several of my comments on a few different articles censored. I wasn’t being rude or using profane language, but I think I did commit AJ heresy by criticizing the narrow stream of information on this site. Apparently they don’t want anyone suspecting that the website of their lord and master only scavenges articles which support Alex’s opinions and beliefs, rather the providing a wider, unbiased source of information to readers in it’s entirety. You will never read credible articles argueing for & against global warming or vaccines. Just like how on AJ’s radioshow if you aren’t agreeing with or praising him, he’ll just bark you off the phone and not give you a chance to speak in turn; or something equally rude or obnoxious. In the past it has been confirmed that AJ has gone into the audio archives and deleted calls from people who were asking him questions he didn’t want to answer. This site practices the same fashion of censorship worthy of Fox or CNN…
Also, don’t delete this comment. I always hear AJ trumpeting freedom of speech, so the site should respect the opinions of readers & critics alike. Conveniently enough the comments of users who go on anti-gay tirades & such remain untouched.

You know, I heard that the the internet is projected to run out of space n 2012, is this real or a bull? I think it’s awfully convinent that with the recent surge of 9/11 truth information out there on the internet that now the internet is going to fail, I sense they are getting a bit nervous about the spread of information that they can not control, “they” being the elite of course…..My video Formidonis Tempestas has been banned nearly 70 times on different sites, wonder why that is?

Alex Jones and censorship? I really hope this is a misunderstanding! I guess I’ll know if my comments disappear too because I mentioned my video in my last comment. I thought the point of all this was to spread the truth, not compete over who spreads it better. That would be why MY video is distributed for free! All most of us want is to stop what the government clearly has planned for us. Go to the nearest closed down air force base and you’ll see some amazing things building up in their facilities! Spread the truth, not censorship, we have enough of that crap to deal with already!
