GENEVA — Iran has fully cooperated with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said Monday.
“We have fully cooperated with the agency and we will continue to cooperate,” Mottaki told a press briefing here.
Earlier in the day, IAEA chief Yukiya Amano told reporters in Vienna that his agency can not confirm that all nuclear material in Iran is in peaceful activities because Iran has not provided the agency with the necessary cooperation.
The IAEA’s Feb. 18 report states that Iran had failed to answer questions about documents allegedly showing the existence of a secret nuclear program.
Iran said the documents were forged.
