An Iraqi War veteran says Metro officers beat him at McCarran International Airport. Action News has video of the alleged beating two months ago. National guard Sergeant Mark England says the officers beat him with a nightstick and shot him with a taser after an argument with TSA agents at the airport. The Metro officers involved are still working and Metro says based on the video Action News showed them they believe the officer didn’t do anything wrong.

Maybe vets and active duty might start to wake up and join the Republic. The US military became 100% illegitimate after WWII. It’s a plaything for the bankers to carry out their globalization policies.
What prevented me from joining the armed forces was that I came from a family of Vietnam Vets. Homelessness, alcoholism, chronic illness, and inadequate care from the VA, is not how I want to live.
You can’t defend the US Constitution by guarding opium in Afghanistan, killing over a million Iraqis through bombing and sanctions, slaughtering villages in Vietnam, and guarding a border in Korea while leaving our own open.

In response to reading “SAY NO”, It is wonderful to know that we are not alone out here in our understanding of what will happen when the revolution starts, and it will start. What the younger revolutionaries can learn from the older generation of rebels will horrify the spineless government we have now. First order of bussiness is to attempt to vote out the existing government. Vote for anybody except the incumbent. Just pick one. No matter what your politacal beliefs are, just vote for someone other than the incumbants that have been blackmailed or bribed. If this does not change things in the next year or two, the events of 2012 will provide the catalyst to restore the constitution by force. And the first to die will be the cops.

We need to take a head count, recruit and equip, agree on a date, and act – in an hour.

If the soldier had been in Iraq or Afghanistnan and a civilian or “insurgent/al-qaeda” had hit him, he would have shot the person. So, why is it any different here in the US? There is a Supreme court ruling backing up the use of force or deadly force (depending on the situation) if the police illegally over step their bounds. All the lawyers say that it is better to just “Do what they say” and then fight it in court but I say screw the lawyers and screw the cops. Stand up now and we won’t have to die tomorrow. If a cop is breaking the law while he or she is supposed to be upholding the law then they are worse than the criminals on the street.

Unless you do the following (IN THIS ORDER)
1. Pepper Spray (Yours) – In face
2. Taser (Yours) – In upper body
3. Knee on back of neck or (only if neccessary, throat)
4. Retrieve their pepper spray & apply it to face
4. Meanwhile, retrieve their Taser & apply it to top center of back
5. Finally, obtain their sidearm. Get off them immediately and back away at least 10 feet. Meanwhile, remove safety and take aim. Order the officer to cuff himself.
6. Contact the courts, but do not turn yourself in.

Shocking, but not surprising. No matter if you’re in a military, unemployed or a man in suite nobody should ever experience this. The officers in question should all be an example to us all but clearly they cannot be. Two of the hostile cops should be fired and taken to court. Others involved or not preventing it should be suspended, taken to some training of what the constitution and individual liberties mean.
I’m ashamed for these officers and the whole department.

Exactly! We all need to talk to (new) veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. It is especially the duty of we older veterans to inform them and let them know that we have their backs, but that they need to get their heads straight and defend the Constitution here in the US where it realluy counts. I talked this Saturday to an Iraq veteran who just got out of the Marine Corps last year, and I mentioned the MIAC, Fusion Center, and DHS reports that said that he and his fellow veterans were prime to become “recruited by Americans that follow and defend the Constitution and whom support the Bill of Rights (especailly 2nd Amendment), and that he and the others should be watched and feared. He was, needless to say, shocked but had no idea about these documents and policies. Ironically enough, he is interviewing with several North Texas cities near Dallas to become a police officer.

Which is the problem we’ve let ourselves get into. The Cops are vial degenerates who are the enforcement arm of TPTB. We MUST resist the tyranny they are the footsoldiers of. However, to stand up and put an armed resistance up would bring the kind of disorder that the system is chomping at the bit for. So, for now, we have to stand up to instances of Tyranny with words and try to enlighten the Cops that are slamming their boots on our necks for, if they join us, we will be that much stronger while weakening the enemy at the same time. However, to inform people about just how bad it is we have to show them the Tyranny that’s being brought down.

This is not just about their training! The review found that NO POLICY WAS VIOLATED.
Notice how they always use passive wording. They don’t want to tell you that, under the law, the Police can beat you and ten others to death and, “if the officer felt threatened”, no policy was violated.
They won’t get into point-by-point discussions about the video because then they would have to admit to you that they feel the officer can KILL you, but that you may not defend yourself–because the officer ORDERED you to stop resisting.
It is, pure and simple, a double standard. There IS NO “legal” defense or strategy which will work. NONE. We must stand upon our status as Sovereign, Natural Born Citizens, and our constitutional rights to Life and Liberty.
There isn’t another way when you’re dealing with a man with a club, taser, spray, and gun.

I am a Vet and I am an Oath Keeper.
The whole thing makes me sick, but what really pisses me off is that the TSA agent that said he was an Lt. and did not show any ID. If he was an Lt. then he would know that he needs to show proof. That is like saying that you’re a cop and not showing your badge. Airports are getting out of control, I have never felt secure knowing that pilots, mechanics, and baggage claim – to say the least- do not have to go through a security process when they go to work.
They are trying to get us used to being the terrorist, if you think you have rights, get used to being told that you are scum and that you have nothing. Standby for Standby it is only get worse before it gets better. We can and will overcome this!

They open up the trunk and find a nice Ruger GP100 .357 or maybe a trusty 1911 .45ACP.
The “Oath Keepers” lock they guy up for having an “Illegal…cough…Hand gun” and he goes away for a few years, his kids left to fend for themselves in an evil country filled with “Oath Keepers.” And the wife has to work two jobs just to feed the kids. Meanwhile you “Oath Keepers) are acting like your shit doesn’t stink because you finally woke up, yet you still won’t support the whole of the Constitution, will ya?

My point was this…this story took place 1 1/2 yrs. ago! This is similar to all the cop beating stories on infowars. A day late and a dollar short, except in many cases it’s more like 6 months to a year! All past has the same right to acknowledgement as current events. Yet, we as much confusion that exists with so many stories, it would be helpful to keep with today’s news.

Today April 27th 2009, Cop beats teenage girl. The local high school girl was going 2 miles an hour over the speed limit. The girl refused to roll her window down. The police officer wasn’t in uniform and drove an unmarked car. The police officer pulled the 95 lb. girl from her vehicle and beat her mercifully. Don’t fly, don’t drive and if you go anywhere, try to go as a group. Additionally, everyone should establish a relationship with a good attorney, a bail bondsman and carry a video camera with them everywhere. I personally have all my vehicles mounted with camera systems, even my boat.

I know where i live in the last two years the cops are shooting to just to shoot without the suspect having any form of weapon, and what is worse the cops killed the guy and got away with it scotch free. Oh I am sorry they had a leave of absense with pay, excuse me.
I am tired of these cops pulling their weight around and pushing people down and then eventually killing them. These rookie cops have such attitude, that they can do what they want and there is nothing we can do about it. And truth be told there isnt anything we can do about it.

Not all cops are bad, but lately the incidinces are occuring more and more when they use excessive force, because some one disagrees with them. I know this because it has happened to me.

I am active duty and have joined the Republic. I swore to defend the Constitution from ALL enemies Foreign and DOMESTIC. I, single-handedly, spread the word to all my peers. I do get more crazy looks than curiousity. I don’t believe the civilians know exactly how many military members know about what is really going on. The more I talk, the more people jump in that I never heard speak of “conspiracy theories”. I love that term!
Although I do believe that I am more pissed off about it than others. Because of what I have learned I do want to get out. But that is my cross-road. Should I join the civilians and not be apart of the big agenda, or stay with the agenda and speak the truth from here? I supposed you can see where I am coming from. As far as this article, there’s nothing that I can say about FEMA, NSA, Homeland Security that no one else in here already knows. I know the quandry you’re in; the feelings you’re processing are similar to those I felt as I would go to friends in my Air Guard unit during the Clinton years. I would read the Wash. Times national weekly edition and Alex’s website occasionally, informing some unit members about grave faults I saw taking place on the military and socio-political landscapes, would ask them how he was getting away with this or that. Retiring in 2000 I didn’t have to endure while in uniform Bush’s gross negligence(to put it mildly). As a fellow enlightened Republic freedom fighter,I would suggest you stay in until you can stomach it no longer or til the time comes when they tell you to defy your Constitutional Oath duties. Continue to fight the system from the inside, but be wary of those in your unit who “don’t get it”and would report you to the First Shirt or Commander. Above all else,pray!! You’ll be in my thouughts and prayers.

As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet, peaceable, and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a breach of the peace. Nor does such an act of itself, lead to a breach of the peace.” (Wharton’s Criminal and Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2: Judy v. Lashley, 5 W. Va. 628, 41 S.E. 197)

Here’s my take:
What took place was a ”big boy” on a power trip. Plain and simple. Airport detail is where officers on probation go to for disciplinary measures (most of the time). It is a boring post. My guess is that the primary Metro officer screwed up previously to wind up on that detail. You can clearly see from the surveillance footage that the officer acted with excessive force using an impact weapon against a non-combative unarmed individual. Guilty as seen and hopefully charged.
The second responding officer will most likely remain on the job. A review board will have to assess his performance. From my point of view, he was responding to back up an officer ‘’struggling with a suspect”. He had no knowledge of what had transpired or who started the incident. In a combat situation you don’t ask what’s wrong or who did what first. You protect your fellow officer and then sort out the details and lay the blame where it needs to go. His actions were justified. The use of a taser is more appropriate in this type of situation because it does not ”usually” leave permanent damage like impact weapons can. In Metro’s use of force policy the taser is treated as a controlling device if handcuffing is not applicable. Under the circumstances, handcuffing was not immediately applicable. After being tased once my guess is due to the adrenaline of the sergeant it took a few more pulses to bring him under control so that he could properly be handcuffed. That too will need to be investigated.
I have lived in LV for 12 years and participated in their academy until I tore my leg during a pt sprint. I have great respect for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. They are an accredited law enforcement agency that teaches its officers how to be real police officers and not Nazi storm troopers. That said some bad apples do make it through as is with any organization. Bad apples are usually quietly terminated behind the scenes because this is a lawyers city. Lawyers generally suck but with so many in this city happy to sue anyone, it helps to keep the LE agencies in check. I hate bad cops a much as anyone and I hope they throw the book at the primary officer. The next question is which organization will he wind up in next?

I’ve been to a police academy to train, the brainwashing tactics are laughable now, but it took me three years to wake up from it all! I was also required to spend time at the local PD, I heard some of the deputies talking about how they liked to harrass the public. Ever seen the movie Super Troopers? They bragged all the time how they would pull those kinds of pranks on people and some of them were just plain wrong.
This one female deputy was bragging to all the police explorers how she smacked some drunk woman around at a DUI checkpoint… after she pulled the cored for the camera that recorded the interrogations. She went on telling how she was cursing at the drunk and saying shit like “You want a nazi? You got the gestapo bitch!”
I quit the program shortly after I listened to this story, the sad part was the explorer kids were all laughing and commenting about how awsome that was… so yeah fuck cops!

1. According to AE911truth.org, 9/11 was engineered and supported by explosives placed within the World Trade Center.

In the last 2 weeks of 2008 December, the Fed raised the reserve requirement from 8 billion dollars to 848 billion dollars effectively taking tax-stimulous money to buy up greatly discounted corporations and assets for cheap only to sell them back after the price has been driven up in the largest move of capital from Americans to a few million moneyed people.
5. Influenza “A” H1N1 flu is a pretext to close the border, also under the guise of fear. How questionable is the medicine? One would think the CDC or Center for Disease Control would be the focal point but according to the chair, Senator Lieberman, this power is directed to Janet Nepolatano, head of Homeland Security?
6. Passports are now necessary to return to the United States. A passport is used to enter another country and to identify Americans in that country. The facilities of Immigration Agency INS and ICE do not permit even a pencil to write except under controlled circumstances.
7. About 3 billion dollars have been appropriated to map every American’s DNA via blood without the consent of you.
8. Clearly, one concludes this assault on your rights, your income, your home ownership, your credit, the value of your labor and business is fundamental, pervasve and institutional supported by your taxes, income, real estate, sales tax, etc.
This is the short list, the point of the attack is to gradually strip you of resources, rights, divide you and keep you mislead.
The first question, is: What is the point of this design-in-depth, iterative, cooperative even through the Chambers of Commerce across America?
In a nutshell, the point of these acts are to strip away the Bill of Rights, limit your right to sue by protecting those who impose their rules, requirements and taxes upon you, the public.
It seems, at core, the orchestrated acts of government and business are interested in covering their exposure or legal and economic risks of this oligopoly state where
Government laws moved much work performed by the middle class to other countries in tandum with the growth and widespread use of the Internet.
Insurance Laws implemented through motor vehicle laws require you to provide an ongoing transfer of your wealth to an Insurance company to guarantee a profit to them and related industries.
So, what do we do about it? Since money is the tool here in transfering wealth, one must have another means to exchange for products and services. Electronic cards in a currency not backed by gold or anything really only has its use as a means of taking from you. The debt is owned by the use of this dollar. Tax is a transfer of your wealth to the state, to the Fed, to the agencies that are putting their force and fear upon you. Take your money out of the banks and move this wealth into other holders of value enable you to keep your wealth, however small or large. Not doing anything is supporting the theft put upon you.

Rather disgusting considering Barry aka Obama is not fighting diseases that occurred from Agent Orange(dow/dupont make their profits). He is not a quadriplegic or an AMPUTEE missing an arm, or leg, or all four limbs riding around in a ‘cushy’ electric chair…using wands in their mouth to speak or eat…He is not walking with a limp from losing 3″ of leg bone or full of shrapnel or living with a metal skullcap or suffering severe brain damage from the severe head injuries…or facing the horrors of war that easily induce shock and carnage on a normal human…It is noce he was able to go to Harvard, ask how many of his brothers have gone…What he obviously does not comprehend is they have already given their blood, their health, their minds, spirits, marriages, children, and a host of them have died for what???
He may have been well educated at Harvard but far removed from most people’s life options or many that live in poverty conditions. Everyone makes their choices admittedly, but not everyone is given such opportunity, very few indeed.
Unfortunately, being educated does not give one wisdom, but only knowledge…each does with what they are given for good or ill…and it is far easier for the PRIVILEGED to assist the less privileged than the other way around…and he insults those who had no opportunity for college unless they became indentured servants for war mongers-He does not relate, it is far removed from his reality, FAR REMOVED.

I lived in Nevada for 8 years, and I must say that the city,county and state governments were far superior in quality and service than what you would find in California were I grew up. I always had a lot of respect for Metro.
This problem really is a constitutional issue, this guys rights were violated by several levels of juristiction because he was enjoying a ice cold bubbly Sprite in an American Airport.

I would venture a bet that there are a ton of Camera’s outside too and that we are being kept from seeing the actual footage of the incident.
Remember they beefed up security at all the Airports since 911, there are camera’s everywhere and being that LasVegas has a huge turnover of visitors, you can be sure that they have the whole airport under camera surveillance as well as most of the rest of the town!
The victim should use a FOI request to ask for the footage from the outside camera’s.
Also notice the quality, its 1950’s quality, and even banks in the 50’s had better camera’s then this.
Is this the quality that our millions of dollars purchased to make us safe?
You can bet that if a real thug was beating the cops they would have excellent very clear footage of it.
Only when its the government against the people do they suddenly come up with great footage.

Yes, the actions of this cop w/baton are shameful and criminal and he and those
who support this behavior must be held to account. He is not representative of the majority
of American police officers. American Sheriffs, in particular, are in a Constitutionally founded
(elected)office and should be supported and held accountable. Behavior like this and the
inevitable anger it arouses will continue to polarize and divide us, so that evil power can
gain ever more control. We Americans need each other and each of us needs to be as
righteous as possible in our walk.
I have found four rules that have helped me and others in similar and worse situations live to
fight another day. Follow all four simultaneously if possible and as needed.
#1 Do not argue with a trained attack dog(s). (sort it out later in front of a judge/jury)
#2 Speak quietly, respectfully and firmly. (listen more than talk)
#3 Speak to other people and ask them to please “stand by” as a witness(s).(and/or stay
in the view of a camera)
#4 Climb the chain of command immediately by asking who’s in charge overall and
ask that a supervisor(s)of higher rank be summoned to your current location.
I hope this post is not deleted and that it may help someone.

I’m a Deputy in Texas, and I think these Metro Officers are a disgrace to the badge and the people their suppose to serve and protect! Their in violation of 1983C Violation of this man’s civil rights and can be sued! These scumbags also broke the law Official Oppression Class A Misdemeanor at least in Texas! They themselves act like criminals, and should be treated as such! There are a few of us that still believe in the Oaths we took to uphold and defend the US Constitution! That’s exactly what I’m going to do! Anybody who defends liberty will be my Allie, and anyone who defends slavery and tyranny will be my enemy! I will not go along with the NWO are any of this bullshit! Patriots don’t give up your firearms, and stock up on ammo, and MRE’s, water filters. Ever notice the folks given authority and tasers are the ones that absolutely can’t handle any “situation?”
Water bottle; panic, beat and taser. Someone saying “no.” ; panic, beat and taser. Someone asking a question; panic, beat and taser.
What do you think would happen if these badged goons actually had to face a real problem affecting a huge airport?
Run and hide, then scream at each other for help and order/plead with others to “do something” over walkie-talkies. The finger pointing during and after would probably result in them beating and taking each other – the only response they are experienced with. That’s my guess.
