Is FEMA & DHS preparing for mass graves and martial law near Chicago?

An Indiana county municipal official in the vicinity of Chicago reveals the contents of his meetings with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security. The initial requests seem reasonable enough when FEMA asks the county officials to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan to deal with flooding, fires, high winds and tornadoes.
But as the required meetings and calls with FEMA and DHS continue over a two year period their request become more unusual, raising suspicions of county officials

“We want to know every important thing in this county. We want to know where police departments are. Where weapons are stored. Hazardous material. Where can we land a helicopter. Where are the airports. How big a plane can you land at the airport. Where are all the bridges. Where are all the power stations. Where are all the generating stations.Where are all the substations. They literally wanted to know where everything was. I’m sitting there thinking man if there was ever martial law. This kind of information is exactly the kind of stuff they are going to want. We’re just laying it all out for them right there.”
During the legally mandated meetings held with FEMA and DHS different disaster scenarios were reveled to county officials:
• In late December 2008 municipal officials were invited to Indianapolis for a briefing on the state of Indiana. There were told if industry were to collapse for example GM going bankrupt resulting in mass unemployment a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.
• Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan.
• The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.
• FEMA inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.
• The sheriff’s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.
• The county was asked to make plans for “hardening” of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.
• The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago.

Is anyone really by this. What do you think Washington wants in return for all of those “Homeland Security” dollars they dangle in front of all state & local governments? How musc DHS cash has YOUR local government snapped up. All money that comes from Washington has strings attached. And when the puppet masters pull those strings, the local governments dance! Taking DHS & FEMA money buys Washington local intel & local frontline jackbooted thugs. I know a lot of my local cops & they’re good family men. BUT, I also know that when FEMA starts giving orders they will obey because they’re good cops. Even a good cop is going to do bad things. So it will boil down to us against them, until they realize they are on the wrong side [fat chance].

Forgot to mention: These plans & this level of intel gathering is NOT just in one location. Every community that has taken DHS & FEMA money has been scanned for the same intel. “Hazard Plans”, “Refugee Camp Locations”, Vaccinations, Food Locations, Hospitals, Roads, Infrastructure, everything needed to CONTROL the most people using the fewest troops. Every day a police officer has to ask himself. “Which oath do I violate today. My oath to support and defend our Constitution? Or the oath to enforce the “law”?

It seems that the man who conducted the interview & posted the report has been forced off of YouTube. He has recently been the target of personal email threats. Also threats of some kind of “Legal Action” against him have been recieved. The ultimate source of the threats is unclear at this time. In an attempt to protect himself as much as possible, he has pulled all of his videos, including this YouTube report of FEMA intellegence gathering.

This is how they are going to microchip everyone. If you don’t get vaccinated (and chipped at the same time), then you are endangering the rest of the population, so you will be subject to arrest and sent to Camp FEMA. They will claim that the chips are necessary for epidemeological studies to track the outbreak of viruses to the source. I can’t think of any other way to compel people to be chipped. The zombies will do it willingly and will support–or at least not object to–the arrest of those who do not comply.
My question is, what vaccine do they have in such a quantity that it can be dispensed to the entire population in 48 hours? Is there anyway to determine if a drug company has contracted with the government for such a need?
I wish AJ would find some guests to address what to do when all communications are cutoff. Think about it. No land lines, no cell phones, no internet, no cable, etc. How is it possible to communicate? How is it possible to get information to verify what is really happening? Is such a scenario possible? Now I am starting to see why people have left the country. Even our police and soldiers will be in the dark. They will have to believe whatever they are told. It’s very disconcerting that I can’t think of an answer.

get an Iridium satellite phone for communication purposes….unless all the satellites will be down as well.Iridium is being used by the military as well I heard,I wouldnt think they would down the satellites,cuz the army wouldnt have a reliable source of communication as well.

There are a lot of potential ways to communicate, but you can only be familiar with them and choose a few that may work out. I’m no survival expert, but there are many types of radio out there. Some don’t even require a license. There’s CB, Ham, Family Band (short range, not licensed) and others. The Internet may be harder to regulate than they think, check out the Onion Server Project on a search. But, as in everything, basics are harder. Learn Morse code, a bit of cryptography and be prepared to know what a dead drop is and use them if nothing else works. Good luck to us all.

Frequency hoping radios and burst transmitters would be a good start however thanks to the FCC such technology, however old, is not readily available. In this scenario cb ham even radioshack special walkietalkies are easily located and conversations monitored. Good luck beating the beast.

I bet you are right on about their plans….There is no other way, that a Christian espesially would accept a very possible mark of the beast chip other than what you described. Depending on your who’s blacklist you are put on, your “vaccination” could very well be (part of) the killing agent. I have read, but forgotten the statistics, but side effects include some people reacting strongly and even a few deaths are CAUSED by the “harmless” vaccinations we already have almost forced on us. Eugenics is also very real. These now call themselves “family planning,” etc. but have not changed their goals/aims, just their profile. There are organisations just waiting for the best time to act.

However, don’t get your knickers in a snit just yet. These are statements being made by each state to prevent the federal government from overriding their laws, as the government wishes to do in many cases.
In addition, remember–divide and conquer. I said that the North American Union will allow for many break-away republics and independences, under the umbrella of the NAU. So, while some states make the statement of independence, they will all fall under the jurisdiction of a continental dictatorship–The NAU. Look what happened in the EU!

When I was in high school I had a recruiter basically stalking me and trying to get me to join, my mom forced him to stop because she knew all about this exact thing happening to people she knew. He tried to persuade her that, “the decision is up to your son,” and she said, yes, and it will stay that way, therefore go away, never speak to him again, and if he decides to join, he will contact you, there is no need for your salesman’s tactics of peddling your little army cult, if it’s such a good idea to join the military, why do you need to advertise or actively recruit?
The government views soldiers as deceased upon enlistment. This is why nearly 1/4 of the US homeless population are veterans, broken and dysfunctinal, abused, abandoned and left for dead. Expendable, replaceable. I don’t doubt that they create a stockpile of grave markers to match the number of enlisted military personnel. You’re already dead when you join.

You bring up a good point that I have often pondered myself. However, if the cops/troops are compartmentalized to the point where they actually believe they are doing “good”, they may very well proceed to lead people to FEMA camps and assist with mass vaccinations, even at the end of a gun barrel! Do you think that the young ditsy LPN that gives a newborn baby a shot filled with mercury that causes autism is actually trying to hurt that baby? Of course not!

My smalbackwards county isn’t intelligent enough to make any plans. I have asked them what their plan book for disaster to include natural and they didn’t have one. I offered to help them to take care of ourselves internally without outside assistance, state or higher. After a year they are still clueless, as the ice-strorm proved. The Fed will hopefully be too busy with the counties over 20K size and we will get by long enough that the population will realize that we don’t want their help.

most likely due to a deicing failure, or deicing warning system failure on the leading edge of the wing, and that destroys a planes lift, meaning if the pilot of the dash8 was at normal approach speed with severe icing on the wing, and the icing warning systems had failed, he was 10-30 kts slower than he should have been. Icing on the leading edge of a wing WILL destroy an airplanes
ability to maintain lift and at 1600 ft there is not much to do. Also, highwing turboprops are notorious for having icing problems, and even though the dash8 is a great aircraft, they are prone
to it, ATR’s were falling out of the sky for years due to this reason. No govt. stuff here. Just laws of

Well if theyre gathering itel- then freedom loving patriots should gather intel too. Initially plan egress routes and hide outs. Then pick spots where the best tactical ops can be launched from so as to be most effective. Next gather intel on them- how big is the force theyre mobilizing? what actions are they taking, and where, whats the location of their key positions for tactical command and control, who’s doing what? what is their uniform? police, military, federal LE- what group of bastards? what kind of time tables do they have for response to any type of action, and what kind of toys are they bringing? small arms? heavy weaponry? Armor? light or heavy artillery? any chemical or biological weapons? What kind of commo equipment? I would just like to say i’ve been blinded by media and etc. till just last year, and I am so pissed off that i wasted all my years thinking of everything but the truth. im 29 and its truely a shame i will not live to see my mid 30’s. I recently tried to tell a few co-workers just a tad bit of info of simple truth and no less did they reject the ideas that anything was possible like what I had said. National strike is an awesome idea. How about this next Memorial Day weekend, when there is a huge rally scheduled for DC. You don’t have to go there, but if we all pledged to go out in public for one hour that day (I think it’s May 29, a Saturday), with a sign saying ‘on strike’, and preferrably in a group, that would get some attention, and maybe snowball into something bigger.

I am a 21 year old diabetic, mother of two precious, precious little babies.
If they attack, where do I go with my children? It scares me to death. I’ll be a medical burden, I know. I won’t be able to run for long, with my need for insulin and such.
I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old. I look at them every day and I am filled with fear. I just hope to God that I can hang in there long enough to protect them from whatever these demons may bring upon us all.

I’m doing a lot to try and wake up folks in my area (small town in Kentucky). As you can imagine just from those words, I’m meeting a lot of quizzical looks and a bit of resistance, but happily, I’m making progress.
As frightened as I get sometimes, I can’t imagine not fighting to the death for my little babies if it came down to it, and other people’s little babies… That’s what scares me most about all this: They’re attacking the most precious thing all of us will ever have, the thing we actually need most in this world, to go on, to survive, to keep this world turning… our children, the next generation. With the vaccines, the fluoride, the government education camps, the dumbing down… it’s all meant to attack the most vulnerable yet most valuable among us, and it absolutely sickens me. They know that, without our offspring, we will all eventually die out or give up.
It is a great comfort to read your post. I will keep on fighting, in my own way.

You see Mr. Roland Burris, was appointed Senator by a Governor under federal indictment.
According to the Constitution, When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.
If Mr. Burris Votes on any issues pertaining to Americans, we do not have to abide by those Law’s if passed.
Mr. Burris was not elected by the people for the people, but was placed their by a tainted Governor.
Theirfore Mr. ( I’m Not Really A Senator ) Burris’s Vote Does Not Count, an also should void, the overall vote of the Senate!
We the People, don’t have to abide by any Laws passed by the Senate, as long as
Mr. Burris, continues to, “ Falsely Impersonate an Elected United States Senator.”
Not only is his appointment tainted, but so is his vote in the Senate.
Mr. Burris should never have been allowed into the Senate, and should be removed as soon as possible.

Any normal firearm WILL shoot in a vacuum, they do not need an oxygen environment to function.
Inside the cartridge is a sealed environment, with no opening to the outside air until the bullet leaves the barrel.

OH and as far as “camping out” goes, buy and become good with a bow or crossbow, silent hunting for food, as you do not want to attract attention with a rifle shot. Of a fire either for that matter, sun dried jerky is good alternative to cooking.
