    1. Porky pig Says:

…Ah-bdi… Pretty soon , it’s gon be illegal to take a leak , hurry up while you can !!!

    2. Anthony Says:

      STOP obeying DEFACTO laws.

    3. Ebacherville Says:

Yeah they want control of the most valuable resource known to mankind, you can live without oil or food for a long time but water you last only a few days. City water supplies are put in and if you have a well they come perminatly cap it.. They want control and the cash flow from it.

Even in the dryer climates of the USA (like the south west) you can collect enough rain water for a home pretty easily just from your roof. Its a great cheap alternative to drilling deep wells, its far cheaper and also requires no electricity if your a person living off grid, Just a couple of large cistern tanks and some gutters on your roof and Ideally a metal or plastic roof panels to keep the water nice and clean… But if your just using it for stuff like watering plants any roof will work fine.

The government hates the idea that you can survive without them, being totally off grid and providing your own power and water etc. they loose lots of money and control. Im buying up solar panels, wind generation equipment and batteries, Im already capable of off gridding for months at a time in a modified travel trailer, next step is a full blow home.

    4. Neosamadhi Says:

The headline is misleading. It should state that it is illegal to collect rainwater in Salt Lake City, Utah, unless you provide proof of a federal law that prohibits collection of rainwater.

    5. Andy Says:

This is fucking ridiculous no one has the right to own the rain falling from the sky and people who think they do own it need to be shot.

    6. La Verdad Says:

I am the only person in El Paso Tx. to be pushing for 9/11 truth and against the bankers on all left/right political shows. But this site turns many off in my city due to the hatred of immigrants rather than the NWO that creates immigrants. This site should stop trying to get viewers with blatant racism. Otherwise you are losing all your credibility with Latinos and they have to search elsewhere and you discredit me when I direct people to this site. Stop the attack on immigrants NOW!

    7. Canadianperson Says:

Do it anyways, all the time.

Comes from the mofo’ing sky you dont own it. thx.

    8. ACES & EIGHTS Says:

    9. jo Says:

Just another example of how the gov is help you out. How insainly stupid! If you collect it then pour it on you garden is it still not going into the water table? hOLY CRAP COMMON SENSE! And what about all that water going into urban gutters then sewer systems and eventually the treatment plants? Aren’t they preventing it from going into the water table? Diverting it to another place? perhaps they should fine the cities for there modern plumbing systems….???????/

    10. Maurier Says:

This seems more like a silly out-dated law to me than it does something tyrannical and nefarious. Some of these “water right” laws date back to the founding of state constitutions which is why they’re still around. It’s not an actual US federal law, just some stuff that was necessary in the 1800s in western states. I’m sure they could be changed if enough people protested them, but I highly doubt many people would actually get in trouble for collecting their own rain water anyway.

    11. somethingpatriotic Says:

haha, your country sucks, if you pay water tax, why pay for more? Oi america, go away, no-one likes you!

    12. DanfromtheHills Says:

It’s time to stop obeying ridiculous laws

    13. Thomas Says:

BEAT the international bankers at their own game………..become financially free and independent.

      http://www.becomericher.info

    14. ophiuchus Says:

don’t care about this so called law….. and i for one will CONTINUE to collect water. If they have a problem with it they can introduce themsleves to my basball bat….. fuck..em!

    15. Ghoul13 Says:

Next the government will be telling us the air we breathe is their’s too. It’s literally that insane. And yet the sheeple continue to acquiesce….

    16. Gary Says:

I believe we are not obligated to obey any law that violates the constitution as stated by an early supreme court ruling (back when it was actually a court.

Work for peace, prepare for war

    17. CounterStrike Says:

Well this is just ninny annying BS. Long ago they made this law to protect farmers and cattle ranchers. There use to be water right wars and people killed each other over water diversion. The law does make sense because you can’t go up stream and build a dam and leave the ranchers without water. BUT they should make the law more detailed. Just because they don’t enforce the law against small home owners. Doesn’t mean they never will.

So make the law more specific. The law is only meant for someone diverting enough water as to hurt people around them. NO HOGGING THE WATER LAW. But someone collecting water in a couple huge drums thats not a problem to worry about. Anyway there would be a big problem inforcing such a trivial law anyway. They couldn’t do it in the old days and they can’t do it now.

Between this story and the one about the radio being JAMMED. Man these stories are getting kinda lame. When am I going to hear a story like BUSH and Cheney in hand cuffs??? LOL

    18. Jeffrey Says:

Funny how the gov.’t will resurrect old laws that were written for an entirely different era, and for entirely unrelated purposes when it gives them a chance to flex their whimpy muscles. Perhaps us citizens ought to do the same, that being resurrect old freedoms (long since lost) when we could use then to our advantage.

    19. Preacher Says:

I guess I will continue to break the law. I have a metal roof and a 250 gal. water container. Too bad.

    20. Stupid Amerkin Says:

MY GOD! THIS IS ABSOLUTE MADNESS!!! WHAT IN THE %$#^& IS GOING ON? THESE PEOPLE DO HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY ARE GOD. We have bigger fish to fry? Where did this sicko come from?

I thought I heard it all, but the hits just keep on coming.

    21. Steve Says:

Get over it slaves you belong to the Reich. You filthy scum peasants.

    22. Crazy_Redneck Says:

Hmmm…wonder if we can get Bush on this. He has a cistern on his ranch in Crawford, TX.

    23. Rob Says:

      F the law!

    24. Take no Prisoners Says:

Yes, the “bigger fish to fry” comment bothers me too. Look at how that homo was standing too.

    25. HillbillyJihad&TheBubbaLiberationFront Says:

Watch “The Corporation: Nemesis” @ Blockbuster where BECHTEL went to Bolivia to “HELP” with their infrastructure and cost them 200% more for water!!! And told the public that it was illegal to gather rainwater in any way!!! Well…BECHTEL was ran the fuck out of the country!!! What falls on MY land is fuckin’ MINE!!!! “All HAIL Thermal expansion!!!”

    26. sam Says:

this is the most wicked law i have ever heard of

First GOD PROVIDES the rain free of charge

so i pray God would cuse with sevear drouth any govementment inposing waterights for Gods free gift

      to every man freely

this is just another sign of th New World Order trying to make you pay to your grave

    27. Phoenix Says:

No one should be able to work in any government capacity unless he has worked a job that requires real labor for at least five to seven years–or an equivalent of such experience–something showing he has physically labored. I used to hear old timers refer to “pasty-faced SOBs” when any of these types came around to mess with the locals. “A drop of his sweat would kill a rattlesnake” is also one I remember their using. A man who has had to work (and I mean WORK) for a living–even to the point of making his neck “red” in the sun would not behave like this. He would not enforce such a law. He would tell the pasty-faced one up above him to shove off–wait, there wouldn’t be one above him, because he, too, would have actually had to do real labor before he qualified for a job with the government. They also wouldn’t be so quick to take your hard-earned money if they had to earn theirs the hard way. Chairman Mao may have been on to something when he put all these types in the rice paddies.

So much for my silly dreams of the way things ought to be.

    28. Are We Awake? Says:

Hell the GVT wants to find a way to charge you for collecting water. Tax us to death. They will pull out any old law if it works for them.

In GA they would never enforce it because we have a drought, so they are telling people to collect rain water, but wait, I bet the taxes on that will be coming.

      We ned a Revolution.

    29. FreedomFalcon Says:

This is just another example of an invalid government. Royalisim, is the focus. The same people we fought in the Revolutionary War, will be the same interests that are fought in the second revolution. It is easy to see. The Federal Reserve Corporation Banking system is the purse. They use our credit to destroy us. The culprits are Bilderburg members, members of the CFR (who seemingly owe no allegiance to the U.S.A.), the Trilateralists, who are backing both Mc Cain and Obama, this year. Problems? You bet. Clean up the Elections so we may regain control of our process. Blackboxvoting.org volunteer!

    30. the Liberterian Says:

      ahahahahahahaha that’s so much bullshit.

    31. Whamoski Says:

I am currently manufacturing a component to be used for a cistern at MARTA(Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Autority). There system collects water that falls on their roof and redirects it to flower pots and other landscaping. Last I heard, Georgia was in a draught. I don’t think this a nationwide restriction.

    32. Devils Advocate Says:

” A finger to the land of the “free”…

    33. Sidney C. O'Keefe Says:

The public servant who is interviewed here is probably not a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney General. I doubt the assertions by this news team that rainwater ‘belongs’ to the U.S. government. By extension, rainwater would belong to the North American Union, no? Or to the United Nations? Or to the planet? Or to the immediate solar system?

Is rainwater collection illegal in the U.S. or in Utah? Until and unless we are formally under Martial Law, the rainwater may well be regulated by the state in which it falls.

Did anybody fact check this thing?

    34. jawshwaa Says:

“now action must be taken ,we dont need the key we’ll break in”

    35. Douglas Says:

This is all very interesting. Does this mean that if my automobile or house is damaged in a hail storm or other storm involving water that I can sue those people with the water rights for damaging my property with their water?

    36. Mike Says:

So it’s also illegal to stick out your tongue and catch the falling snow too? Illegal to make snowballs since snow is the property of the government?

    37. contra-bandaid Says:

I had no idea about this but since i know now, i am going to be collecting alot of rain water just for the hell of it :P

    38. Coal Says:

    39. New World Liberty Says:

my dad has a rain barrel given to him by the city for watering plants

    40. Cannibals_of_Shuck_&_Jive Says:

      This is all about CONTROL.
Tampering with water and other drinks is rampant. Control freaks delight in making you pee on command via remote control.

    41. jsca Says:

I’m considering getting a second pool just so I can divert more rain water.

    42. Rattlesnake Says:

      Right on JSCA! ME TOO!

    43. Anson Chi Says:

If worse comes to worse, distill your water. And don’t believe the crap they spew about mineral depletion from drinking distilled water; The amount is so negligible and besides, you get vitamins and minerals that you lose from what? EATING FOOD!

Distill your damn water. Better yet, double distill it!

    44. JimmyJoe Says:

Luckily, it’s a local law. If it were a federal law, These people might have been raided by SWAT teams and had their assets frozen.

    46. boodoo Says:

      ARE you fucking kidding me
      this is so dumb

    47. jeff Says:

This is seriously perverted ! I have plans to collect water myself . First of all they have done this in S.America , and started revolutions there . Second it’s bullshit , turning a right into a privlidge . Anyone who approves of this path is braindead . Third it’s not deverting water , it doesn’t move , it’s collected right were it lands , if it lands on you or your property it belongs to you . I could see if your collector imposed on anothers property , that has some merit , but this up river approach to the rule is misleading and inaccurate . The practice of collecting water is supported by the constitution , and is an unalienable right of life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness .
But don’t be surprised when they try to enforce this crap .

    48. esquared Says:

This is exactly what the international monetary does . They bring water delivery systems to developing nations and then arrest and prosecute the people that collect rain water because they are too poor to buy their water .

    49. Kevin kunkle From Long Beach,CA Says:

This just in…. Air is now illegal, you must first petition your local government to get air rights before you breath. Although the law states you can’t, if you are breathing on your own property without a permit you will probably be okay because they have bigger fish to fry.

    50. Gabriel Alan King Says:

Illegal to collect rain? How about fuck you. I will burn your Freemasonic halls to the ground, and hunt your families to the end of time. That was the sugar coated version.

The real version invloves heads in vices, tyveck suits, and sawzalls.

    51. Adrian Peirson Says:

How are the Globalists going to farm you if you can feed and water yourself without having to buy food and water.

    52. InsiderTraderjob911 Says:

stocks flagged by the SEC included those of the following corporations: American Airlines, United Airlines, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, US Airways airlines, Martin, Boeing, Lockheed Martin Corp., AIG, American Express Corp, American International Group, AMR Corporation, AXA SA, Bank of America Corp, Bank of New York Corp, Bank One Corp, Cigna Group, CNA Financial, Carnival Corp, Chubb Group, John Hancock Financial Services, Hercules Inc., L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc., LTV Corporation, Marsh & McLennan Cos. Grace, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., Lone Star Technologies, American Express, the Citigroup Inc., Royal & Sun Alliance, Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., Vornado Reality Trust, Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter & Co., XL Capital Ltd., and Bear Stearns.

An October 19 article in the San Francisco Chronicle reported that the SEC, after a period of silence, had undertaken the unprecedented action of deputizing hundreds of private officials in its investigation:

The proposed system, which would go into effect immediately, effectively deputizes hundreds, if not thousands, of key players in the private sector.

In a two-page statement issued to “all securities-related entities” nationwide, the SEC asked companies to designate senior personnel who appreciate “the sensitive nature” of the case and can be relied upon to “exercise appropriate discretion” as “point” people linking government investigators and the industry. 17
Michael Ruppert, a former LAPD officer, explains the consequences of this action:

What happens when you deputize someone in a national security or criminal investigation is that you make it illegal for them to disclose publicly what they know. Smart move. In effect, they become government agents and are controlled by government regulations rather than their own conscience. In fact, they can be thrown in jail without a hearing if they talk publicly. I have seen this implied threat time and again with federal investigations, intelligence agents, and even members of the United States Congress who are bound so tightly by secrecy oaths and agreements that they are not even able to disclose criminal activities inside the government for fear of incarceration. 18

    53. Dan Says:

How is the NWO going to poison you with chemicals like Flouride if you use rain water? Fact is it is illegial because they can’t ruin your health with clean water.

    57. Over The Target Says:

      I never break any laws.

      /snark/

    58. BS Says:

Its illegal to spit on the ground too, whats the point?

Some states still have laws from the early 1900s, stuff like you can’t chew gum.
Heck in Alabama, Mississippi, and N.O, its illegal to buy/own Sex toys!!!

Lots of dumb laws, good luck enforcing it!

    59. eli Says:

more b/s news we just cant get enough. so who owns the clouds

    60. Patrick Says:

I have to admit I can see the logic about not diverting water away from it’s natural destination.

    61. Laney Says:

OMG…..If this happens once more, I will scream!!
Do you know, when I added this video to “my favorites” on YouTube, the car dealer owner said “I am not diverting water from a STREAM”, with his hands out. He said that BEFORE he said Utah is the 2nd driest state in the U.S.
It was THAT very part that made me decide to add it to my favorites.
Well now, THAT SPECIFIC PART IS MISSING!!!!

THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN ALTERED TO TAKE OUT THE PART THAT THERE IS NO WATER BEING DIVERTED FROM “UPSTREAM”!!! REFUSE TO ALLOW THAT POINT FROM BEING AVOIDED!!!
THIS IS HOW THEY MANIPULATE COMMON SENSE!!! THERE IS NO REAL ARGUEMENT OTHER THAN THE ONE THEY ARE CREATING!!!
THERE IS NO “UPSTREAM” WHEN IT COMES TO RAIN WATER FALLING ON YOUR ROOF!!!!…..Did you hear what the lady said who was watering her plants with rain water???? She said she would rather water her plants with it THAN LET THE RAIN WATER DISSOLVE INTO THE PEBBLES!

SO THEN THIS SHOULD MEAN WE CAN SUE THE ASS HOLES WHO HOLD THE WATER RIGHTS FOR FLOOD DAMAGE FOR “NOT CONTAINING ” THE WATER!!!! COME ON FOLKS, THEY CAN’T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!!! EVERY ONE WHO HAS ANYKIND OF DAMAGE FROM FLOODING SHOULD FORWARD THEIR CLAIMS TO THOSE WHO HOLD THE “WATER RIGHTS” WHERE THEY LIVE. OH, NO, BECAUSE THEN IT WOULD BE LABELED AND “ACT OF GOD”……WELL, WHEN THEY ARE NOT USING HAARP OR SOMETHING ELSE, THEN IT “IS” AN ACT OF GOD, AND YOU CANNOT OWN IT!

WHAT’S NEXT IF WE PUT UP WITH THIS BS? WILL WIND ALL OF A SUDDEN COME UNDER THE OWNERSHIP OF ANOTHER KIND OF ANTIQUE MAN-MADE LAW????

THINK ABOUT IT!!!! SO THIS SO CALLED LAW ONLY GETS MENTIONED IF SOMEONE ELSE COULD MAKE MONEY FROM FREE RAIN WATER????? This is exactly why they will not allow Tesla’s discovery of “FREE ENERGY” to be known by all. They want to control and dominate it all, so they can control you and charge you money for something from Mother Nature.

They did the same thing after all the talk of 911. I had seen a video on Google that NASA filmed of a Boeing mega airplane that was purposefully run into a cement wall.
They had cameras inside and many outside, and it showed the plane pulverize when it hit the cement wall. When I went to refer the video to someone re: the planes and the WTC, the video was still available, but the sceene with it pulverizing when it hit the wall- that one segment – had been removed!!!

This is the 2nd one I can point at a “specific sceen” being cut out.

As for the REAL good ones…….well, they just remove those.

    62. herewegoagain Says:

blah blah blah……..so fuckin funny…..its time to rise up…get ready….fight back…….fuckin do it then…..talk talk talk…all this website is…..America’s people have had there balls removed….and thrown so far that none of you will ever do anything..so sit back and keep watching your tv’s…go on your internet and let it all happen because it will anyway……..

    63. David PK Says:

Did you see the look on this idiots face . Even he knows this stretched to the point of insanity . Rain is not
the property of anyone till it is in the ground or in an ( established ) pond or stream . They are just hoping you are dumb enough to buy this crap .

    64. Rarghen Says:

Yes, things will get out of control! Every inch of ground will be covered in barrels, pots, and pans, and everyone downstream will die of thirst! Damn, selfish upstreamers!

Please, thats a flimsiest fucking argument I’ve ever heard. Even Bush cooks up more credible garbage than that. A “water right”? Doesn’t that imply that if you don’t have a water right, someone else has a ‘right’ to the liquid that falls from the sky? I can understand when it comes to people diverting water from major rivers and such, but trying to control rain water is ridiculous. Sounds like they’re trying to regulate fresh water now, since in a decade or two its going to be a major concern.

This is a lamer, infinitely more retarded version of the movie Tank Girl.

    65. vengeance Says:

    67. E.R. Harris Says:

I lived in Hawaii for two years, they have catchment water in some communities. The set up looks like a very larg swimming pool, with a screen on top, and a pump. Other than trucking water in there is NO OTHER WAY to get water to these communities. In Alaska they use well water. the water comes from runoff from snow melting and RAIN. In both cases business and residential areas use the same water.

These people(in Utah) are insane, so if the RAIN water lands on a businesses lawn are they diverting it too?

    68. roaddog Says:

#53—They’ll poison you with rain water that fell through chemtrails!!! lol. This really is a stupid article. Whats it gonna be, a fine, jail, prison, death for harvesting rain water? Pullleeze.

      Harvesting–collecting–whatever. I don’t know why I said harvesting. That sounds kinda weird.lol

Stop believing everything you read hear, and get your kids friggin vaccinated.

If you want to see life without them, go visit a third world country some time, and watch how kids die from preventable diseases in droves.

You are misled. Alex has no idea what he’s talking about with vaccines, specifically in terms of Autism.

Did you know the age of the father is a factor though? No, you probably don’t. But there’s an imminently available and valid piece of information that people know nothing about, which puts no one at risk…

You need to find someone else to blame, which is it ? The Masons or the Jews. Because I see the Jews getting blamed for just about everything on this site. Some of you real Patriots have realy good opinions, but some of you are just plain fucking PARANOID NUTS. Skull and Bones has more power than the Masons, They have more of a hand in Gov. than anyone. The Masons gave you your original rights, that Daddy Bush, and his Retarded son took from us, They are both Skull and Bones, So..Put the blame where it belongs.

Do the research asshole!! for instance, the Menonites never get vaccinated, and have never had a case of Autism! MERCURY is still in the vaccines!!! DO THE RESEARCH BEFOR YOU OPEN YOUR PINHEAD MOUTH

    74. Hey No.71 Says:

Where are you getting your information ? the only study that has been done, related the fathers age to kids with Bi polarism, Where did you get your info from ?

    75. Skip Says:

Redhead, they said they took out the mercury, but they lied!! You are missled. The truth Alex talks about is getting to you huh!

    76. Jackson Says:

    77. Justin Says:

Juuust wait… just you wait until the Water Nazi Police come walking onto your property, trespassing without a warrant, looking for that water container among anything else they can bust you for. Then you’ll go to JAIL if you cant pay or refuse to pay the high priced fine for “VIOLATING THE LAW”.

In-fucking-credible. What god damn spook or city agent came across that guys dealership, found out what he was doing and then tried to look up some law to say it was illegal.

Here in Los Angeles they talk about lack of ground water ALL the time because when it DOES rain, all the pavement and sidewalks just make it run into the drainage system and it goes STRAIGHT TO THE OCEAN!!! But I tell ya, if the water Nazi’s came after me, they’d have a fine bullshit reason why I wont be able to collect rain water and use it for my house.

FUCK THE GOVERNMENT!!! FUCK THE GOVERNMENT!! WE NEED A REVOLUTION!! WAKE UP, PEOPLE!

WOOT a REVOLUTION! I wanna join

    80. mark Says:

when the gov’t controls nature (rain water) they control you too. This is not a free country this is Tyranny.

    81. casual observer Says:

I read an article on this in Mother Earth News a month or so ago… Washington state has the same policy.

The rain must “naturally” reneter the ecocycle and is property of the state… Interfering can result in fines.

    82. red dawn now Says:

We need to make it a priority to identify any such nazi rat, expose them and cause them egregious problems so that they understand the error of their communist ways and sufficiently so that no one would dare follow such a degenerate/decadent policy!

    83. crasster Says:

They come and take your water, take their life.

    84. Donnie Says:

This is horse shit. Water Rights?? Nobody owns rain water. This is just sick. Continue to collect rain water just don’t tell anybody about it.

    85. Fly on the wall Says:

Follow the money. The city will be losing money from the dealership. If the dealership is able to use the rain water, the car dealership will pay less on their monthly water bill because they used the reservior of rain water. So, follow the money.

These idiots in city government are just making up jack ass excuses for going after someone for using rain water. They know the real reasons. They are just corrupt idiots.

    86. JamesTaylor Says:

I have a cistern and have had won I dare someone to come on my property and try to dismantle it. I live in oklahoma my name is james and come on you will leave in a body bag you can bet your life on it.

    87. kimkim Says:

YOU ARE ALL FOOLS!!!! stop listening to this agent jones!!!

#1 this is a STATE thing!!! STATE!!!! as the vid says Utah is the 2nd dryest state in the nation, they have DIFFERENT LAWS REGARDING WATER BECAUSE IT IS SO SCARCE!!!

this story can easly be spun into saying the FEDERAL govt. is controling your water!!

STATE LAW!!! UTAH ONLY!!!!!! reason: 2nd driest state!

      jones is a fear mongerer!!!

Most of you cattle that listen to jones use well water, which is in essence catching the water

    88. fred Says:

if the issue is that water being collected will not flow to rivers and streams thats irrelevant, the water will eventually be used and when it is it will all go to the same place. this is just mind blowing if you really think about it. next thing you know they’ll take away solar panels and people won’t even be able to be still in the sun for longer than five minutes at a time and we’ll all have to get artificial sun from tanning booths and be injected with vitamin D.

    89. yup yup Says:

The day some suit tries to fine or imprision me for collecting rain water is the day I unleash hell upon this earth.
Mark Twain said that.. not really..

    90. red dawn now Says:

kimkim, you are most uninformed, actually, this is a recent federal decree illegally made by congress only months ago dictating that they own ALL water rights everywhere, this story is just a recent reinforcement on the now growing state trend to fall in line…get informed before you open your mouth!

    91. E.R. Harris Says:

Don’t laugh # 89, I recently had a stroke, and one of the medications prescribed for me was 400 units of vitamin D. Rumor has it that soon vitamins will be by precription only. As far as solar panels are concerned, if they could put a meter on it they would charge you for the solar rays passing through U.S. air space. In some states if you buy property, you do not own the mineral rights to it. Let’s say oil was found on your property, it is not yours, if it is so written into law in your area. I’m not a lawyer, so I could’nt tell you the exceptions to the rule.

    92. roaddog Says:

#92—yeah you’re right. soon you’ll have to get vitamins by perscription only.

    93. Accuracy Says:

      Alex J,
If you post a story please be accurate in the title.
Obviously this pertains to Utah not the USA
People here get hyped up so easily over the smallest things even if it is incorrect.
Check out the facts before you go spewing out incorrect info.
      It only hurts your credibility!
People will take things more seriously if things are reported more realistically
      and properly.

    94. David PK Says:

Kim …. relax … I agree, you are technically correct . What Alex is showing , is that collectively , in America basic needs like food , water, shelter , and medicine are under government control . It is a much bigger and deeper control than you may be aware of . You have to get permission to fish , hunt , In some cities raise a garden , farmers are even told what to grow and how much . There was a time that people use to have chicken coops in their back yards . Now it is against the law . Slowly our ability to survive has been
confiscated by the government . Maybe this is limited to Utah but , an established law sets precedence .

Fear monger is just another moniker like conspiracy nut to shut people up . It has no effect here .

    95. red dawn now Says:

Accuracy? Alex is accurate, you idiots ARE NOT LOOKING AT THE PRIOR FEDERAL CONGRESSIONAL DICTATES!
They have already decreed that ALL our water is theirs!

      Get your crap accurized!

    96. Angry American Says:

You can make water in your air conditioning system.

    97. ~G Says:

This amazes me… They are all for GOING GREEN but when you do… you get screwed for it… Just one more way to see how corrupt our government is… It is the most insane thing I have ever heard… Makes me want to fight even harder against these idiots!

    98. blazematrix Says:

Our AC creates +50 gal a day. With a bio/filter system it can be made drinkable.

    99. chris Says:

this is most likely wrong i heard it somewhere but dosnt ac water have mercury in it. or maybe somewhere in the ac im not sure just wondering.

    100. bzelbob Says:

So they own the water “Rights”, but when your property is damaged by rainwater which becomes flooding, where are they?

Nowhere to be seen! I suppose they only own it when it’s worth something to them…

I give a big middle finger to those who think they own the rain.

      ..|.

    101. red dawn now Says:

      Kill all communists!

    102. Sam Says:

Does the B.S. ever end? I wouldn’t be surprised if we were all to find out one day that you don’t own your own body.

    103. redlist Says:

We need to end this scourge upon the earth, criminals everywhere collecting rain water that belongs to the Government.

I’m going to be reporting every one of these scum water collectors in my area.

Please join the War On Water

    104. geoff R. Says:

Sounds like an old, and wasteful law that needs to be wiped from the books. Talk about legal NONSENSE. :P

    105. redlist Says:

See, because the water could be put into tiny containers that could be smuggled onto airplanes.

      Use your heads, people.

The terrorist are out there, lurking………they are mixing shampoo cocktails, which can bring down an aircraft, that’s common knowledge.

And now this new threat. We need Patriot Act 3 for this.

    106. Rob Says:

      My Gawd!
This command and control structure has to be desmantled NOW! It’s getting too intricate, powerful and all intrusive. Rain Water?! You’ve got to be fucking kidding me.
Yet, the US is at the front of a gargantuan water crisis…and ya can’t save rain water.
What in the hell is wrong with that country?
Amerika…stay the hell away from Alberta’s water. You’re NOT welcome to come and steal it. It’s OURS.

    107. kwitcherbychinanddosomething Says:

#101 great point, i was wondering that myself. So, i guess the next time we get snowed in we better call the city/county/state and tell them that THEIR water is preventing me from making a living, so they need to get their asses out to my house and remove it before i start charging them storage fees and loss of wages.

    108. JonB Says:

This reminds me of what my geography professor was telling me about one day about the use of water upstream of the colorado river. The reason these laws are in effect is because water, including rain water, tends to flow towards a stream or river and thus those along the rivers use it. countries like mexico have complained alot about have too little fresh water in the streams due to our use of it, and therefore had us make laws controlling the quality of water we send downstream. Thus the water rights. sometimes there’s a method to the madness of the world…

    109. jessica Says:

i fell that is wrong in so many ways , i thought we were put here on this earth to take care of it. Those people are taking care of the earth and the rain belongs to everyone on this planet we share it not tax it.

    110. Tom A Says:

O.K., maybe it’s just me, but now I want to set up a precipitation collection system and start using it for MY water needs. Does that make me rebelious?

    111. Frankie Says:

ATT 101 Thats some funny sh!t lol great point

    112. Lewis Says:

I collect all my rain water. I hope Sara Palin’s daughter has a fucking messy miscarriage on live tv and Sara Palin gets fucking breast cancer. Fuck her.

    113. Michael Says:

No one has the right to own water by themselves, water belongs to all. Screw them, im not gonna pay them money if they sue me for using what they believe is their water. Why should anyone have to pay money to someone for something the planet gives us every time a storm comes? Every house should have a large collection bin for water and its pumped into the house, should you go through a dry spell you can hook up a line to the city water as a back up.

    114. American Style Says:

Ummm…. If water falls on My Land/Property then it’s MINE. What next? Are they gonna start taxing the air we breathe? Ore the amount of sunshine we get?

    115. jim Says:

This countrys evil and greed never ceases to amaze me…how is it people still confuse democracy with America?

    116. seriously pissed-off AMERICAN Says:

C’mon folks, let’s get SERIOUS and CREATIVE in finding alternatives to mega-corporation products and services. The greater the name-brand recognition, the greater the need to find an ALTERNATIVE – NOW!

    117. David Says:

Is the government responsible for flood water from rain storms?

Lewis 113: What does Palin have to do with a law that existed before she was born? You’re a sick puppy to wish that on anyone.

    118. truthrising Says:

      haha thats just slavery

    119. velerephon Says:

      thats slavery

    120. Rhonda Says:

Is this a joke? Does it mean that if I walk out in the rain and my low cut blouse or bikini top allows rain to soak into the cleavage of my breasts which get rained on quite a lot before most of the other parts of my body–hehe, and it collects in the cup area I will be inspected to see how much in “tax” or “payment” I will owe someone and then have to “pay” them somehow?

Refusing to get a breast reduction!
      Rhonda ;-)

    121. Nick Says:

The U.S. criminal government is at it again! Water rights what the heck is that? Farmers have been collecting rain water for centuries in areas that rain may not fall for a long spell at a time. I would think the people of Sualt lake city should throw out the bums from the mayor to the city counsel. and state governor of Utah. After all these crooks are pocketing money from the big corporations that want to make a profits from controlling all the water. Truly the U.S. is for sale. Alex is right. Eventually everybody will be nothing more than tenants paying rent to foreign interests. It’s time to get mad and tell them that your not going to take this any more! Run for office and take on the criminals at their game. Ask them if they are above god and who appointed them as such. Sorry but this is ridiculous and absurd

    122. JonTheSavage Says:

Just tell them to go fuck themselves, water is free.

    123. off_thegrid Says:

      This takes the cake.

      Fuck them all!!!!!!

Time for mother nature to cleanse itself off.

Death to all these control freaks!!!!!!

Air is next folks; I made that prediction a while ago, and seeing this I am almost certain now.

Give them cake and we’ll take the water.

    124. SpikeTimmons Says:

Water right for water that falls from the sky? Are they gonna start charging God for sending the rain? I hope this guy has a brain and goes after them legally. What a crock. Hey I collect rain water too. Come try that bs on me idiots.

    125. off_thegrid Says:

Stop that Rhonda, you’re giving me a woody.

      Ahem, please continue.

    126. moe4sho313 Says:

This is just a consequence of what happens when you’re ignorant. This rule has no effect whatsoever outside of the 10 square foot mile radius of the District of Columbia. It is not unlawful to collect rain water in the USA. It’s illegal to collect it in Corp US which is a private foreign controlled corporation with the same name as the country. All their authority over you comes from their deception & your ignorance & that you contract with them. They need your voluntary participation. The courts have ruled, payment into a pension plan is proof of employee status putting you under their jurisdiction.

    127. Chuck Roast Says:

When will the asinine nonsense end? How long will so called “intelligent” citizens put up with such horse shit from their so called “representatives?”

    128. BenRod Says:

Yeah, that stupid politician was talking about “downstream.” I fail to see how humans using rain water in those methods described in the video, are preventing those downstream from using it.
If it wasn’t going “downstream” eventually, then there would be no “downstream.”
Whether (hehe, “weather”) I collect it in a barrel, from my autoshop roof, or even if I lick from between Rhonda’s boobies (hey girl, how you doon?) it will be pissed out of me and end up “downstream.”
In my city, it is illegal to spit on the sidewalk, and also illegal to SNEEZE in public downtown.
      Silly.

    129. simply put Says:

If a mass group of people started collecting water then thats less they would have to buy from the
city. Less money they pay which trickles down to less money the government gets in taxes on
somthing that should be free in the first place. So it would not suprise me that there would be
      a stupid law like this.

    130. MamboKING666 Says:

Wait ’til the start taxing air. Don’t laugh, you’ll see.

    131. gregkdc Says:

The worst part about all of this is that downstream here in Salt Lake City literally means going to the polluted Jordan River (that nobody uses) and eventually into the Great Salt Lake to evaporate. Nobody is going to miss that water, but what the hell the state of Utah gets more money selling water rights and eventually when everything is federalized the NOW can control the water.

    132. Rhonda Says:

      Off_thegrid/BenRod,

Hello boys (comment #’s126/129). Sounds like you are getting “OFF”_thegrid, especially if I pay attention to Ben(’s)..ROD. You guys are funny. I know I have seen Off_thegrid before, but there must be a new generation of MEN around here since usually the guys are soooo HARD…core otherwise. Nice to see that you guys can lighten UP. (Shh. “They” are watching here, ya know. With you being such manly men, “they” might not like you not being so paranoid over what “they” have been creating. In the meantime……)

Double KISS (and alittle bit of every woman’s most fa-vor-ite body part… myTONGUE….from between my pouting LIPS)

      I need a drink now–of water, of course–hehe,
      Rhonda :-)

    133. val cardwell Says:

I live in Britland and it rains A LOT. Since we are now an appendage of Yankeeland will this soon apply to us?! It won’t wash–if you’ll excuse the pun! If I lived in the U S and got really soaked would I have to turn myself in? As far as I’m concerned they can go and FUCK themselves and the water- meters they rode in on! I think the “government” have a little book added to their so-called manifesto, containing “a thousand ways to screw the public and make fools out of them”. I personally think that people should get together, fill up buckets from the tap-if it’s not raining- and take them to the relevant offices, forcing them to make a note of it. Don’t wait for it to rain, just do this for a month, and if there’s enough of you, you’ll teach them a lesson. I AM a environmentalist, and would never steal anyone elses water, but THIS is just taking the piss–another thing they could fill those buckets with!

    134. D Says:

Look at how the anchor people just dismiss it and smile about it. They should be outraged!!! They just sit there and say “Oh boy you better brush the rain drops out of your head when they fall! La la la la la” They just all contribute to the dumb down of the masses. This is ridiculous. Mindless idiots all around us!!!!

    135. Terry super Says:

Maybe this will wake people up, as to what all those lines in the sky from chem trail cloud zapping jets are- I can’t beleive no one is crying about all the garbage those jets are playing tic-tac-toe – people might get concerned about this when they can’t keep thier cars sparkling clean to show off to friends at the clubs…

    136. Sick N Tired Says:

Rhonda is probably a dude you guys. A transexual or gay. Don’t be so easily caught into stuff like this.

    137. RedHeadKingPin Says:

      Sick-

Who cares is Rhonda WERE gay? Are you afraid you’re gonna catch it? Are you still unsure in your “choice” of sexual orientation?

I’m always perplexed when guys say it’s a choice… it implies to me that you actually had to consider both options in your own head… ie, you had gay impulses, and you had to DECIDE not to follow them.

      Did you?

    138. JOHN Says:

Lets hypothetically agree just go along with these guys and agree that they own rain water. now since this rain water if falling onto our land people are obligated to receive transit payments. and rights to sue for water damage. I mean can you say New Orleans. Once you own something you are responsible for it. water is a force of nature and we have no right owning shares of it. they need to make the ownership of water illegal thats what they should do. sure i can see how companies need protection when they decide to invest millions in some water treatment center to later sell purified water to run dry cause someone else upstream has decided to redirect all the water. but this should not be hard to do with environmental protection laws. polluting water should be a crime. factories that use vast amounts of water need to be targeted. but come on rain water is free. what your property catches becomes yours. its common sense. your not taking it from someone. the argument that your redirecting it from reaching a lake is BS. we have been giving up our water for too long to these cats. what ever they bought they had sold us a long time ago. there is no way in hell they are going to charge me for water that evaporates out of me turns into rain and falls on my roof. u can buy water but not water rights. thats insane.

    139. 4freedomrider Says:

Oh well tough luck if you live down stream!

If it falls from the sky on my land and I want to collect it for my use I guess the government has been selling water rights it doesn’t own.

Now that’s a surprise the government thinking it owns something that’s already yours.

The government thinks that they own you therefore the water is theirs to sell.

    140. philipjame$ Says:

Christ, my first impression is, how thick we all are. People have been doing this since the wheel.
f*** that. I´ve got a big well and a water deposit that collects 10k litres of rain water straight off the roof, down a gulley and in she goes. The spanish woman I bought the house and land from had been connected with the property for 75 of her 78 years and she told me that she always drank the rain water when needed be and that there was was nothing wrong with it. Of course not, but I might need to boil it first to be safe. f***ing politicians go to hell and rot! They deserve it!! They´ll be charging us for the air next! Is this an april fools joke?

    141. Michael Says:

The title of this piece is misleading. It should be “It is illegal to collect rainwater in UTAH”

By adding the USA title, you are indicating that this is illegal in all states, which may not be true. For a blanket statement like that, you should provide at least 50 state law references (one for each state)

    142. Project_2501 Says:

      @ Michael

if they make it illegal in one state, that sets the precedent to make it illegal in the whole country.

    143. redlist Says:

I just returned home to find a notice from the police that my car is now a nuisance. It’s parked in my drive, on my property, is fully operational and not a junker.

Ah, but it isn’t current on the license plate, therefore it’s a fucking nuisance.

In other words, the City isn’t getting “their” money. I guess I’m actually stealing money from the city by not renewing the tags. Shit, I don’t drive it, but I want to keep it. Why pay for tags???

I guess the motherfuckers will now bully me into it. My tax dollars actually pay for some fuckwad to drive around and look for these “violations.” On my own motherfucking property, no less!!!!

    144. Seal Says:

      #145 redlist

Brother, or sister, know this; we are very close as we are in this shit together, so accept my advice, please:
Generally, when rental cops or fines officers come around, it is resultant 90% of the time, of a poor, sad, sick, depraved neighbour whom is busily tormenting you for a (peverse) laugh, or cause they want your car, or just hate everybody and wish to inflict as much torment as they can before they steal their last breaths.
Likely you are mid city too, so it might have been they just happened by, but not mostly.
It is often wise to cover your vehicle with a proper car cover as tarps will spoil the paintjob. And then the plate area is covered too. But this is not best, it is best out of sight, know what I mean?
I have lost chances to hold many pretty ol’ beauties. Wish I still had my old 1963 falcon 3 spd stnd. V8, or 1973 Cadillac Coup DeVille, they both had contact point sets and would be impervious much more than today’s to EMP. My long lost 1960 Pontiac 2 door sedan, Chevy orange original 1970 Pontiac Firebird ragtop! 1934 Ford sedan 8 w/suicide back doors, 1951 Chevrolet Torpedoeback, 1964 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hardtop, 1964 Mercury Meteor 6cyl 3 speed standard.
Now just imagine, had I these vehicles still, I would have to store them in a warehouse, but then they would likely fetch a pretty penny.

Sell the car, count your blessings, Buy Truth Rising and burn copies of Fabled Enemies, buy a copy this too, and give your neighbours each one free, it’ll cost you a half a dollar to 2 or 3 each give away $50 to $100 worth and just remember my words here to ya, and see just how GOOD and NATURALLY HIGH it makes you to connect with GOODNESS in your SOUL! JUST DO IT! Be well.

I love Utah and SLC but the laws there are wacky and so are some of the people that live there. The only reason the drinking laws eased up is because of the Olympics. Now that it’s gone and past, the Utah government, a.k.a. Mormon church, wants to ban drinking pubs again.

    153. Galt Says:

There’s a mindset at work here, where “officials” lay claim to everything, absolutely everything that exists on this planet. Therefore we depend upon them, having to suck their totalitarian teat just to water the garden or wash the car. It’s the modern version of royal “ownership” of every leaf on every tree and every creature that runs in the lands belonging to the “monarch”, no different than in ancient European times when snaring a rabbit to feed your family got you whipped for poaching. The “water right” crap is nothing more than a legalistic-sounding version of royal (i.e. divine) rights… as if they’re actually endorsed by the cosmic energies to own the rain.

Own the rain. That’s some fucking hubris like I never heard before.

Wow! all i can say is Wow…

    155. Rhonda Says:

      Sick N Tired,

Thank you. Your comment #138 about me just proved what I said to the other MEN here. Of course if you have such a fantasy as you describe me, well, you keep it mister. It is all yours.

      With love, luv,
      Rhonda

    156. Dee Jay Says:

You aren’t even your own person. Every time you see your name printed in all capital letters, that means your name does not belong to you. When you do something for the government, they want it written in all caps. Credit cards, for example. When I bought a savings bond for my granddaughter, they wanted the names printed out in all caps. This is just a couple of examples I can think of but I heard a guy talking about it one night on coasttocoastam.com on the radio. So now, the government makes claim to all the rain water; tell me, how are they going to monitor that? They can’t even handle the real jobs they are responsible for. They have a big DNA bank on us too, like they own that too. I think I’ll collect rain water the next time it rains, just for the fun of it. Besides, I’m always going by the rules and I’m getting tired of it when so many others don’t with impunity.

    157. Dee Jay Says:

#6, they are not immigrants, they are illegal aliens and they are not all Hispanic. There are rules to follow and I believe they should also have to follow the rules and this story isn’t about illegal aliens anyway; it is about the government saying they own the rainwater. I was never a racist; I figured we were all created by God, but there are laws to be followed so they just need to FOLLOW the RULES.

    158. Dan Says:

As draconian as it seems the laws do stop people from diverting water from large catchment areas for their own purposes. There should be a defined catchment area size for private citizens so there is no gray area or confusion.
Where i live South Australia it is the driest state on the driest continent on earth, water catchment does become an issue in such an environment. If everybody diverted rain for their own purposes here our reservoirs might not fill up sufficiently and harsh water restrictions would be applied, which is no fun i can assure you.

    159. Jack Boot Says:

Not surprisingly it is the same thing in Europe where they’ve taken things a couple of steps farther and that years ago. There they have a drainage fee that is calculated by the size of your property and the average yearly precipitation. Related to that they also monitor how much water enters your property and how much comes back. Ostensibly that is done to make sure people don’t evade water reclamation fees yet as most can guess it’s more out of the worry of people growing food in their backyards – which too is forbidden by most if not all town ordinances and bylaws.

Same thing over there when you run over a deer. Your car is a total wreck you’re out of thousands of dollars but guess what: You have to turn over the carcass and may not have the meat. The deer is state property but the state will not recompensate you for the damages its property caused you.

    160. Rhonda Says:

      Red Head King Pin,

Thank you for your comment #139 to Sick N Tired about me. It does not bother me. I have been around here for quite some time. Many of the guys know me, but most do not. It does not matter. Here no one as a whole really knows me and it is different for me to get some feedback that way. In my own domain over the years there have even been people like Sick N Tired who have come into it and spent the time to say the same thing. There they know my public life’s history quite well and of course know exactly what I look like. Hey, it is there fantasy and if they are willing to spend the time to give me that much attention, I cannot reject them. You see, others fantasy about me also, but in a different way and since I am there for them, or else I would not be around at all, it is not for me to reject someone because they want to fantasize about me in their own way that might be different from the average person who visits me.

A person’s fantasy is something that is all their own. That is what makes each of us up as individuals. Maybe a guy needs that moment in a public place that is all private to them from the security of their own home and I will give them that opportunity to get that either out or through their system. Heck, some guys like to play out a S&M or a master/dominatrix/subservient moment with me. Again, it is all their pleasure and that is my function to be their for them as part of my main purpose in life. Therefore Sick N Tired just used me as an outlet and no harm was done. Actually I probably did give him that shoulder or even that breast to lay his head on to finally be soothed at least long enough to be able to carry on throughout the drudgery of the remainder of the day.

Being around here is different. If I can once in awhile put some release around here from the usual hard core feelings that most have, then my job has served to give another successful day. There is so much “terror” around. We all need to lighten up at least for a few moments everyday when we can. You have a good overall attitude. Tnx again.

Hope to meet you around here another time,
      Rhonda :-)

People we must not stand for this!!!!! Not now not ever!!!!!!!

    163. Jane Says:

“I was kinda surprised” Shrugs, “I thought it was our water” finds it amusing.

IT IS YOUR WATER YOU IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    164. Rhonda Says:

      Off_thegrid,

Tnx for your “feel”… (ohh–hehe) …ing comment #163. This forum is different from my own forum(s), as I have said. In my world, everyone is there to be happy and they leave plenty of jokes around. There I can be myself and of course depending upon what area I am in, people are there just to see me or I am in someone else’s area to leave a joke myself once in awhile. People come to my area of the world to be made happy, therefore for me to come here, into someone else’s world of almost a completely different nature is good for me to be taken back into reality since my world is a world of fantasy and everyone goes there to have those moments where they can share with someone their most pleasureable deepest fantasies either in public or even in private at times. They want to see beautiful women either scantily clothed or in the finest fashion dress that a lovely candlelit dinner would have. They do not only want to see, but they want to communicate. Even the females visit other such females since at times they hope to meet each other on an equal basis maybe at a Glamourcon where autogrpahed magazines or pictures are being signed rather than catfighting over some swimsuit contest or some movie part. All in all, it is a world of general happiness whereas this forum does not contain pictures and it almost all is about terror involving a more everyday reality.

It is funny in a way. People come to me to have a break from the real world so they can go back to it and live out their everyday lives alittle less pressured, whereas I get the same benefit by leaving that world of fantasy and am able to see how the others live on a worldwide basis and what is happening to all of us. For me, I can then go back to my world and have a better understanding of my people therefore allowing me to do a better “job” (since it is really an enjoyment for me) in being able to get and give them what they need. They come to me because they want to, as well as need to. They come here because they need to and get out their frustrations in other ways. Of course for me, it is not fantasy. It is my life, whereas here to me it is almost a form of fantasy. Is it not amazing how different people see and need things differently even though they might wind up in the same area at any given moment in their life?

Well, time for me to move on. Keep on handing out those hugs and kisses (with all your fingers and every woman’s most fav-or-ite body part, some TONGUE–hehe).

      Later,
      Rhonda ;-)

PS: If you know any women who are trying to be successful in my type of world, do not tell them what I just told you. It is a formula for success and most do not like being told to study other things and then relate them to their own ultimate goal. Therefore we will keep this as a (top) secret between just you and me. OK? (Sounds very official for here since this place is otherwise so hard core. Huh? Of course it works for anyone, but we will keep that between ourselves also. Sounds like a winner to me.)

PPS: I am quite aware that this article is about to go into the archives. Therefore I doubt that you will even see this comment, nor anyone else. That is why I have spoken so openly the way I have. By almost no one seeing this, it cannot seem to go against how most people normally respond in here. Always thinking of others is a good motto to have also.

      Rhonda: I did see. :)

      Thx for sharing.

There is definitely more to people than you think.

These are serious matters, but a quote comes to mind: V for Vendetta.

” A revolution without dancing ….”; you get the idea.

    166. Rhonda Says:

      Off_thegrid,

So you are still around and I see you are in the mood to dance. Well, since this will be in the “Big Brother” archive halfway down the main page soon enough, I will check it out later, but for now, I want you to imagine me on the stage before you in a HOT gown, low cut with sparkling weave and a slit up the side of it while I sing directly to you…..”I COULD HAVE DANCED ALL NIGHT” (Hope you know the tune….here goes….)

I could’ve danced all night, I could’ve danced all night
And still have begged for more
I could’ve spread my wings and done a thousand things
      I’ve never done before.

I’ll never know what made it so exciting
Why all at once my heart took flight

I only know when he began to dance with me
I could’ve danced, danced, danced, danced, danced all night

(*Thows out kisses to her entrapped audience*) There you go. Hope you are energized now. As I said, in my world, my pleasure is to give you that pleasure you have been looking for. Now it is time for me to get a drink, maybe a pina colada will be bought and brought over to me at your table….with a straw so I could…..sip it of course–hehe.

      Rhonda :-)

    167. off_thegrid Says:

There are laws upon laws upon LAWS that haven’t been repealed and are SITTING on the books, just WAITING for some Ambitious Prosecutor who doesn’t care anything about anyone except for HIS Completion Record.

And THAT is the ONLY thing most Prosecutors and DAs care about, their SUCCESSFUL Prosecution Record. Ask ANY COP and they will tell you openly, that they’ve had almost Open and Shut cases that the DA wouldn’t TOUCH because he wasn’t sure if he could Prosecute it successfully.

      Canuck Rage/Redlist,

Interesting comments #’s 175/178. Canuck, tnx for the room advice. I thought that this room was good enough, but then, I have a plan. Off_thegrid and I will meet somewhere else since we both decided that dancing in the rain was just alittle bit too wet. Therefore I will not respond back to him here. That way we can meet in “private” somewhere else around here.

Now Redlist. Do you really like men? In what respect do you like men. If you do not tell me, I cannot be your MASTER properly. I might have to first use my whip and be a dominatrix to you just long enough so your can have your fantasy fulfilled. I understand you cannot ever see yourself being dominated by a female because of your male ego. Of course while you are deciding what role you want to play and desire for me to play, my BREASTS will still be catching all that rain and maybe you can LICK IT all making thingIES to get very WET. How is that?

So? What else do you fantasize about? You can tell me. CUM little boy. Let us make that list of yours just alittle bit more red. By the time I release you, you will not have a grudge anymore against women to the point that you will even be willing to call a lady a woman.

This ALL WOMAN awaiting your next expression of desire,
      Rhonda

PS: By the way Redlist, thnx for proving my point since you read what I said to Off_thegrid about you guys being soooo HARD (mmm) core. Of course as I said above, maybe your pleasure is wanting to be with a man and seeing how lighthearted I am, you are just enjoying taking advantage of my breasts to use them as a pillow of cumfort for you. That is what I am here for. Go for it! No matter, you can tell us what else turns you on all the same.

      Doobie Dolittle
      Good ole Alabama Boy

    184. Rhonda Says:

Doobie Dolittle (or should I treat you like you are “RedList”?),

Are you talking to me in your comment #185? What is your name? SCOOBY Does Litlle (ol me), did you say? Sounds like you are attempting to treat me like a dog, and in your Alabamie language, that would make me a (hot) BITCH. It is a good thing that you do not know what I look like or else I would have trouble with you LAPPING up (and down) my legs.

By the way, I do not make fun of men. I have fun WITH men!

I have noticed one thing here. Whereas in this domain of Alex Jones’ where everyone is so HARD (mmm) core, there are mostly men here. There are mostly men in my domain also where the men are HARD to the core and enjoy life. There is a difference though. In my domain the HARD (to the core) men cum after me. In this domain, the HARD core men come after Alex. Sounds like an interesting comparison. Would you agree?

      MEN!
      Rhonda

    190. Rhonda Says:

      American Insurgent,

Your comment #190 has merit to it. Do you not like “dancing in the rain”, though? You are correct about being off topic, but there are so many hard core “heads” here who only seem to want to bash someone or some article’s ideas that I would hope that alittle bit of levity would fit in somewhere. There are thousands of comments around here that only complain about one thing or another otherwise. I will say that it was good to see so many comments recently backing up Alex Jones, but usually most people only critcize him and then do that about the details of things they have no understanding of.

Even so, I see it is time to move on. I wonder if I would be so much rejected if I were a beauty or swimsuit queen or if I were someone with a known name? The known name might get rejected also to some extent after seeing all the bad mouthing at times directed towards Alex. The beautiful body might at least find out if there are really any “MEN” around here. At least in a newer article around here about television advertisements and sexism, it is only the women who are complaining and not the men. Therefore maybe there is hope that indicates that even a hard core “get-down-on-society” man can and does enjoy a woman who is nice to them once in awhile. Then again, maybe the men who have visited that article are only men who enjoy seeing a beautiful woman and being able to share a lovely moment with her to begin with.

Oh well, time to dry out my breasts from the rain water they captured by taking off my top and squeezing the tank until all the water has been dripped onto the ground.

      Rules of The West

Rules of Montana , Wyoming , Idaho , Eastern WA & OR and the rest of the Wild West (including Utah) are as follows:

      1. Pull your pants up. You look like an idiot.

      2. Turn your cap right, your head ain’t crooked.

      3. Let’s get this straight: it’s called a ‘gravel road.’ I drive a pickup truck because I want to. No matter how slow you drive, you’re gonna get dust on your Lexus. Drive it or get out of the way.

      4. They are cattle. That’s why they smell to you. They smell like money to us. Get over it. Don’ t like it? I-80 goes east and west, I-15 goes north and south. Pick one.

      5. So you have a $60,000 car. We’re impressed. We have $250,000 combines that are driven only 3 weeks a year.

      6. Every person in the Wild West waves. It’s called being friendly. Try to understand the concept.

      7. If that cell phone rings while a bunch of geese/pheasants/ducks/doves are comin’ in during the hunts, we WILL shoot it outta your hand. You better hope you don’t have it up to your ear at the time.

      8. Yeah. We eat trout, salmon, deer and elk (and bison). You really want sushi and caviar you can get them at the bait store on the corner.

      9. The ‘Opener’ refers to the first day of deer season. It’s a religious holiday held the closest Saturday to the first of November.

      10. We open doors for women. That’s applied to all women, regardless of age. (And old, decrepit men)

      11. No, there’s no ‘vegetarian special’ on the menu. Order steak, or you can order the Chef’s Salad and pick off the 2 pounds of ham & turkey.

      12. When we fill out a table, there are three main dishes: meats, vegetables, and breads. We use three spices: salt, pepper, and ketchup! Oh, yeah…. We don’t care what you folks in Cincinnati call that stuff you eat… IT AIN’T REAL CHILI!!

      13. You bring ‘Coke’ into my house, it better be brown, wet and served over ice. You bring ‘Mary Jane’ into my house, she better be cute, know how to shoot, drive a truck, and have long hair.

      14. College and High School Football is as important here as the Lakers and the Knicks, and a dang site more fun to watch.

      15. Yeah, we have golf courses. But don’t hit the water hazards — it spooks the fish.

      16. Colleges? We have them all over. We have State Universities , Universities, and Vo-techs. They come outta there with an education plus a love for God and country, and they still wave at everybody when they come home for the holidays.

      17. We have more folks in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines than all of you put together, so don’t mess with us. If you do, you’ll get whipped by the best.

      18. Turn down that blasted car stereo! That thumpity-thump crap ain’t music, anyway. We don’t want to hear it anymore than we want to see your boxers! Refer back to #1!

A true Westerner will send this to at least 2 others!!!
