It’s Getting Very Serious Now

First, it was a Missouri Analysis and Information Center (MIAC) report; then it was a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report; now it is a New York congressman’s bill. Each of these items, taken on their own, is problematic enough; taken together they portend “a clear and present danger” to the liberties of the American people. It is getting very serious now.

As readers may recall, the MIAC report profiled certain people as being potential violence-prone “militia members”: including people who supported Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and myself. In addition, anyone who opposed one or more of the following were also included in the list: the New World Order, the U.N., gun control, the violation of Posse Comitatus, the Federal Reserve, the Income Tax, the Ammunition Accountability Act, a possible Constitutional Convention, the North American Union, the Universal Service Program, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), abortion on demand, or illegal immigration.
The MIAC report prompted a firestorm of protest, and was eventually rescinded, with the man responsible for its distribution being dismissed from his position. The DHS report profiled many of the same people included in the MIAC report, and added returning Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans as potentially dangerous “extremists.”
As I have said before, it is very likely that when all of the opinions and views of the above lists are counted, 75% or more of the American people would be included. Yet, these government reports would have law enforcement personnel to believe we are all dangerous extremists that need to be watched and guarded against. If this was not bad enough, a New York congressman has introduced a bill in the House of Representatives to deny Second Amendment rights to everyone listed above.
According to World Net Daily, May 9, 2009, “A new gun law being considered in Congress, if aligned with Department of Homeland Security memos labeling everyday Americans a potential ‘threats,’ could potentially deny firearms to pro-lifers, gun-rights advocates, tax protesters, animal rights activists, and a host of others–any already on the expansive DHS watch list for potential ‘extremism.’
“Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., has sponsored H.R. 2159, the Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009, which permits the attorney general to deny transfer of a firearm to any ‘known or suspected dangerous terrorist.’ The bill requires only that the potential firearm transferee is ‘appropriately suspected’ of preparing for a terrorist act and that the attorney general ‘has a reasonable belief’ that the gun might be used in connection with terrorism.
“Gun rights advocates, however, object to the bill’s language, arguing that it enables the federal government to suspend a person’s Second Amendment rights without any trial or legal proof and only upon suspicion of being ‘dangerous.’”
WND quotes Gun Owners of America Executive Director Larry Pratt as saying, “By [DHS] standards, I’m one of [DHS Secretary] Janet Napolitano’s terrorists. This bill would enable the attorney general to put all of the people who voted against Obama on no-gun lists, because according to the DHS, they’re all potential terrorists. Actually, we could rename this bill the Janet Napolitano Frenzied Fantasy Implementation Act of 2009.”
Pratt was also quoted as saying, “Unbeknownst to us, some bureaucrat in the bowels of democracy can put your name on a list, and your Second Amendment rights are toast.” He went on to say, “This such an anti-American bill, this is something King George III would have done.”
Now that DHS has established both a list and a lexicon for “extremists,” it looks to Congress to confer upon it police-state-style powers through which these individuals may be disarmed and eventually done away with. Rep. Peter King is accommodating this goal with H.R. 2159.

This was exactly the strategy employed by Adolf Hitler. The Jews were the first people denied their civil rights–especially the right to own and possess firearms. Of course, after disarming Jews, the rest of the German citizenry was likewise disarmed. And we all know where that led.
I’m not sure how many of the American people realize that it was the attempted confiscation of the colonialists’ cache of arms in Concord, Massachusetts, that started America’s War for Independence. Yes, my friends, it was attempted gun confiscation that triggered (pun intended) the “shot heard ’round the world.” And now it would appear that, once again, a central government is on the verge of trying to deny the American people their right to keep and bear arms.
I am told that as of 2004, 50% of the adults in the United States own one or more firearms, totaling some 270 million privately owned firearms nationwide. I would venture to say that the vast majority of these gun owners would find themselves matching the DHS profile of a potential “extremist.” I wonder how many gun owners realize the way they are now being targeted by their government, and just how serious–and how close–the threat of gun confiscation has become?

Kissinger attended a high-level meeting with Russian President Medvedev that also included former Secretaries of State James Baker and George Shultz; former Secretary of Defense William Perry; and former Senator Sam Nunn. Included in the discussions was Kissinger’s assertion that the American people were now ready to accept a “New Global Order.” He is also reported to have told Medvedev, “By September we’ll have confiscated all privately owned guns so it really doesn’t matter what we do, we’ll still be in charge.” (Even though the national news media has not reported this statement, the Internet is abuzz with Kissinger having said it. Whether Kissinger actually made that statement or not, he, and rest of his ilk, have repeatedly called for a New World Order, in which there will be no constitutional protection for the right to keep and bear arms.)
This leads to a very serious question: how many of America’s gun owners would allow their government to deny them gun ownership? Further, how many would passively sit back and allow their guns to be confiscated?
As humbly and meekly as I know how to say it: as for me and my house, gun confiscation is the one act of tyranny that crosses the line; debate, discourse, discussion, and peaceful dissent cease and desist at that point. I say again, it is getting very serious now.

They are barking up the wrong tree to say the least. Something ‘very serious’ would have to happen for them to pull this off. I honestly can’t see them doing this with the entire United States, the logistics of such an operation are damn near impossible.
Do you guys realize how many small arms are in circulation out there? There would have to be a declaration of war against the American people if they tried to do this crap. Why do you think gun and ammo sales have skyrocketed.
Im not putting too much faith in them confiscating unless some type of catastrophe happens that scares most people into blind submission (bird flu w/ 62% kill ratio, nuke…). We will see

Confiscation country wide would be nearly impossible, it would be such a huge undertaking that even if it happened, the swat teams, etc. would have to go through EACH AND EVERY home taking forever. That way would actually be best for everyone that owns guns, because the searches probably wouldn’t be very extensive in each case, giving all of us a better chance to bury them.
So, if they do it, most likely it will be hitler style nation wide turn in’s, making you a criminal to own anything…….Just like Alex has always said

George- They have capabilities of passing anything- its just a matter of the attention drawn to their acts prior to passing. The “G.I.V.E.” act (also known as the mandatory slavery act in my opinion) passed without any acknowledgement-no one knew because they blew up the AIG bonus’ that week in the media. Just like the whole swine flu load-I havent heard anything in the past week since all the commotion went on. But 2 weeks ago they were preparing methods of disposing of all the bodies that were going to pile up. (awaiting their chance to impose martial law and confinscate then) Things didnt blow up like they wanted so on to new tactics. Just my observations though.

Hey George Orwell- The reason they could succeed at taking American’s weapons away is because they won’t come for them all at once but will start singling out people little by little and taking away their right to bear arms so then they only have to deal with one group at a time. you will need some 4in PVC pipe and screw on end caps…dig a hole wide enough and deep to hold the tube upright…one tube per gun and mmo….leave the screw cap about 4 inches below the surface…when you retreive,all you need to do is uncover the end cap….plan on having some small potted plants to plant on top of the cap hole….dont forget a dessicant pack for each tube….instant victory garden

Look folks, after reading this article it is obvious to me that “they” are planning to implement another staged crises. This is the only damn way they can justify door to door gun confiscation! With the economy in the dumps, high unemployment etc., civil unrest will almost certainly follow any significant false flag attack. This is the excuse they will use and this is getting deadly serious! Be prepared for anything and everything!
Personally, I am currently on high alert status! That means I keep at least two weapons loaded at all times, one in the chamber, ready to go! Gas mask, body armor & bugout bag ready to go!
I would strongly suggest reinforcing all doors that access your home, even if you have to use 2″ x 4″ boards! This will buy you a little extra time and prevent the thugs in black ski masks from quick entry when you are fast asleep! Eliminate “blind spots”- buy some large bubble mirrors and put them around your house, incorporated with lawn ornaments, that will allow you to see who is sneaking around at ground level from the security within your own home. Identify their location and fire through the walls if you have too!
Of course, everyone should already have a good supply of long term storable foods and all the supplies you will need for at least two years. If not – get on it! Don’t count on the gas & power staying on after SHTF either – get a wood stove installed if you live in a cold climate and consider a small wind generator/solar panels for small electrical conveniences.
Remember folks, WE ARE ALL ON THE LIST! The existence of over 400 FEMA camps is well documented (many have incinerators). Hundreds of thousands of plastic coffin liners, mass graves, train cars with leg shackles etc., I could go on and on! What are these for people? Mexicans?

I personally think that taking prisoners and showing them the proof that they are fighting the wrong people will do the trick. Under the definitions of the Federalist Papers, the documents that ’sold’ the Constitution to the people and to the states, they are something quite different than a legitimate government. They are usurpers, and guilty of high treason.
There are many reasons I say this, and the first is that we did not establish the government to create tyranny, but to prevent it. We are not, and were never intended to be a democracy, but a constitutional republic with democratic principles, and protection from tyranny of the majority as much as tyranny of government.
Our rights are our property, and we have a property, and interest in those rights that is fundamental to our right to property. They are inalienable, unable to be transferred legitimately by the property process of alienation. The rights of ownership include control over exercise, control over use, control over access, and control of disposition. Do you still own your rights?

I agree the corruption is greater than any of the benefits they pretend to offer. I heard another excuse the other day about running out of money for social security and medicare. The rhetoric is they are taking in less money because less people are working. If they attempted to create jobs. Not meddle in so many wars and follow the constitution this would be a better place. There is no excuse for these corrupt tyrants that claim they dont know how to fix the problems we face. They create the problems to stay in power. If ordinary people can figure out how to solve these problems, there is no excuse that the people elected to help us cannot do the right things and solve these problems.. Step 1 follow the constitution and that would solve most problems. Step 2 if someone is corrupt , throw them out of power , if the public wants them out. The idea of being a public servant needs to be taught to everyone, so they are reminded that the people in power work for us. Step 4. Stop building the police state. I agree , this government needs to a complete overhaul and starting from scratch is the only way. The criminal politicians need to be on trial and not in federal prisons where they take a vacation. They should do hard time for one of the worst crimes. The crimes they have committed against the american people. They hurt the country and their own families. The short answer is “no.” The Constitution is supposed to outline the limitations of government, not the limitations of the people. This government, long ago crossed the line in violating its constitutional limitations and has been, as a result, an illegitimate government for quite some time. I’m still hoping that this won’t get violent, that there is a peaceful way out of this mess.
That being said, I’m sure you are right that many armed people will not fight. Make no mistake that many people will die if this comes to violence. Warriors from around the world from the Samurai to the Spartans had to train their minds every day with the knowledge that they could die at any time.
Make no mistake, there are worse things than death, and being a slave to people who intend to reduce the world’s population to “sustainable” levels is one of them. Hope for peace, pray for justice, and do everything you can to maintain liberty without violence.

It’s probably not worth replying to this provocateur, I bet he pays sales taxes and the hidden manufacturing and excise taxes in the prices of goods, particularly if he goes to bars and buys alcohol, so I question who is really the moron here.
My real point is that there is conditioning at work here, and people need to recognize it. Feel free to go to bars, play video games, or do whatever you want, I would not suggest otherwise. The implication here is that people who talk about an intent to resist must just be antisocial loons hiding in apartments piled up with sand bags stroking machine guns and waiting for the cops to come, and that is a media conditioned lie.

I just remembered something. The infamous DHS report accused us of propagating conspiracy theories about martial law being implemented in response to a financial collapse. Do you remember the closed meeting of Congress back in February 2008(?) when it was leaked that Congress was advised of an imminent financial collapse and the likelihood that the military will be deployed to maintain order? In light of the DHS report’s character assassination, I think we have a right to demand that congressmen either confirm or deny the details leaked about the closed session of Congress. If Congress was advised that this was a real possibility, then Congress can no longer maintain the confidentiality of the briefing they received since DHS has advised law enforcement that people who believe this are terrorists. Any congressman or government official is no longer bound by secrecy provisions in regards to this information.
AJ, if this makes sense to you, I would like to hear your thoughts. I think we have a compelling reason to demand disclosure now.

There are three of the biggest army bases in the immediate area of Washington DC. You would have no chance. Do you think this is an accident that 3 of the biggest bases are right near DC. It is best if you let them come to us and kill as many as we can at our residence. This will make it impossible to mass the resources to do gun confiscation. The other option would be to get 100 good snipers all positioned at many points and take them out. We would all be killed but they would be scared s---less of us and cave to serving the people again.

It’s not quite time yet, but I am betting there will be some small local uprising (staged) that’s quickly quelled by local martial law. Obama will use that incident as evidence that handguns must be removed from all households. I think they actually want to start an uprising so they can persuade the masses of their agenda. And I’m guessing this fall around the time of the next flu.

Handguns would be the least of the Government’s worries when it comes to uprisings or rebellions. They are only accurate to short distances and have limited stopping power, especially against bullet proof vests. Unless our Gestapo is wearing level 4 body armor, those vests will be vulnerable to most rifle rounds. Bolt action rifles will be the bane of the Government in a rebellious situation.

Dave, no need for armor piercing unless they are wearing level 4 body armor with SAPI plates. Regular rifle bullets will do the job well on anything level 3 and below. Besides, “shot placement” can eliminate the need for armor piercing. Practice, practice, practice.

Study counterinsurgency (COIN) warfare techniques. They are playing with fire. I think the authorities underestimate the damage that can be done by small bands of armed insurgents, which is what American patriots will become if the Obama regime passes this law. I’m not referring to anything big. Just a few minor incidents here and there, designed to draw away government resources from the main thrust. A small brushfire in the hills, sabotaged power lines, town halls and civic centers occupied by protestors, etc.. I was watching some footage of people getting on trains to concentration camps in Germeny in 1935 and I noticed something I had not seen before, the people getting on those trains did not look horrified or fearful, they had no idea they were going to gas chambers and starvation. So I dug deeper and wanted to know what the hell they had been told to make them line up and willingly go to these camps. The German government issued a National state of emergency and told them they would not be safe in their homes. They were transported to camps and infected with typhoid and the government stopped feeding them and allowed 11 million people to die . If you think that could not happen here next week your out of your mind. People would line up now just as they did then and be shipped off to FEMA camps and be infected with diseases and starved and killed. The statement is true the holocaustr happened to peopel just like us.

you didnt know about that?…they had shills,traitors who traded a few more weeks of life leading the lines into the gas showers talking the entire time about mail call,sleeping hrs,work details etc…as soon as the showers were full the shill would ease out the back door and bolt it…they had pieces of rock in the soap dishes that looked like bars of soap(stone soap the guards called it)..a sign over the doors to the showers said”work will make you free”,indicating they were there as labor….every few weeks the traitors would break down and they would get a gas shower too and another one would be found to keep up a lively patter until the showers were full…

There were no “Gas Chambers” guys. There have been more than a few internationally known scientists who have visited Auschwitz and proved it beyond any doubt. They have been to Treblinka and proved through ground penetrating radar and sonar that there existed no mass graves. A Jewish youth went to Auschwitz himself and proved the above to be true. He caught the lead scientist at Auschwitz on film admitting that the one “Gas Chamber” that is shown to all the visitors is a fake, it has been rebuilt and modified to look like a gas chamber (a Gas chamber that would kill the operators along with the victims) but was originally an air raid shelter.
The same Jewish kid also filmed the prisoners in-ground pool (Yup, they had a pool) a building where the prisoners put on plays and many other things. If the ovens ran 24 hours a day it would have taken the Germans over 61 years to eradicate 6 million Jews.
Yes, there was a holocaust but it was nothing like the television or the holocaust industry is telling you. Most of the Jews who died in concentration camps (work camps) died buy succumbing to disease because of a lack of food. The allied bombing virtually stopped all food shipments to the camps and any available food was given to the front line troops, which any country at war would have done.
Over 80 million non-Jews died during WWII (not including soldiers) yet we hear little about them nor do we honor their lives being snuffed out.
How can all of you so easily believe the lies coming out of the mainstream media concerning the holocaust yet say everything else is a lie. The NWO order runs the whole show and that includes the false holocaust industry. You’d be amazed at how much money the myth of the Holocaust brings in every year.
The true story is very different from the mainstream lie. This has nothing to do with hating anyone, it is about seeking and knowing the truth. Ninety-five percent of the land called Israel is occupied by people who call themselves “Ashkenazi Jews”, the other five percent are Sephardic Jews. Ashkenazi “Jews” are not the blood ancestors of the people who lived in Palestine over 2000 years ago. Only the Sephardic Jews can claim that lineage.
Sephardic Jews are treated as second class citizens. If an Ashkenazi Jew marries a Sephardic Jew they are shunned and harassed by the other “Ashkenazi Jews.” The Ashkenazi are in reality a people called the Khazars and are not real Jews.

I think to myself, how would the NWO be able to empower themselves with the ability to have Americans turn on Americans (something that would have to happen for them to be successful). I don’t think money and power would do it as most “real” people would not value that over patriotism. Then it hit me….how could the make Americans look at other Americans and want them “rounded up” or put in “a camp”…..well….the only thing that came to my mind….was to infect them. Most would allow it. However that would be after a big school shooting and loads of people demanding it. The cause will be legally owned guns getting into the wrong hands. Loads of people would volentarily hand in their guns as a reaction to the shooting. Then there would be moves to offer compensation to those forced to give them up but only if they did it before aa deadline, etc etc.

I think its time that Dr Paul proposes a bill called 10% America, stating that in defense of our country, in the WAR on Terror, the Department of Defense returns to the people 10% of all appropriations to be used by the peoples militias for the defense of the Homeland. If the DOD gets $1 trillion per annum, $100 billion is to be immediately divided among the 435 congressional districts equally to provide a volunteer force of American militia with automatic rifles, sidearms, RPG’s, training, communications equipment, armor and aircraft. All service veterans shall be paid a stipend to participate and all other citizens will participate on a voluntary status. These militias will not be under the direct order of the president, congress or the DOD. Each will be independent and shall strictly protect the Homeland and enforce the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I think the people will overwhelmingly support this legislation. I believe that when a government stops abiding by the laws. That when most of the elected officials stop abiding by the laws. On another note the census dept just came back this morning and tagged the front of my house with GPS. They stayed on the road so there wasnt much I could do except stand by his car and stare with my two brothers. Not sure if he got the numbers in correctly though he was in a hurry to get out of here. They wont come for your guns directly, its coming this fall with a false flag op, most likely a lab created flu bug. Thing they dont realize is a lot of people are ready for this. One of my closest friend is an ex seal and he is very determined to not see this happen, he always says give me ten guys like him per state and he would bring this country to its knees. This is happening because nothing was done about the post Katrina gun confiscation. That famous statement that the New Orleans police chief made… “No one will be allowed to be armed, we will take all firearms”. Go search for videos of the gun confiscation and you will be so outraged, fire will shoot from your eyes. We did nothing about this and now we have the next step. The New Orleans confiscation was a test to see what they could get away with. We failed that test.

You are so right. The post-Katrina gun confiscation was a trial balloon and merely a microcosm of what’s to come. A larger scale version is a dead certainty in our near future and will occur following a false-flag catastrophe. Do you see how easily the jack-booted police got away with this through intimidation? What pathetic sheep! They handed over their only means of protection from marauders and looters! Anyone who willingly handed over their firearms during post-Katrina should be immediately stripped of their citizenship and sent to live in a cozy, globalist society like China. It is positively shameful how the men of this nation have become a bunch of metrosexual, latte-sipping dandies! Well, that’s not me or my son, and I pray to God there’s still some of us still left!

You know, these times are really beginning to look exactly like the kind of times we were given the Second Amendment to prevent. Especially since the government has more or less started a blitzkrieg on the right. That kind of tells you they don’t want us to be able to do anything but appeal to them, whine, cry and not even protest, as the First Amendment is under attack and restriction now too! Imagine that, they’ve given us plenty of warning that it’s very nearly time.
