That will never happen. Liberal minded folks, as they are pinned, have always been pacifists. You just don’t wake up one morning and change that belief. That’s just about as ingrained as it gets. The idea of embracing Isolationism would be a much better argument for the left.

Maybe when there’s a draft, or I can even picture this happening when the Obama shirts come to many American’s front door and tell them its their turn to sweep the street, people will finally get up and start tearing this government down.
I thought it suicidal or almost desperate of the government to appeal to Americans to get up and do something. They didn’t get up when 4,000+ Americans got slaughtered by their government in Iraq, they didn’t get up when the banks stole their pensions and mutual funds – what makes Obama think they will get up to do community service? I have a bad feeling Obama’s handlers already thought about that one – thats why your “volunteer centers” all have barbed wire fences around them – (read FEMA Camps).
I’ve done one better #2, I left the country and will stay light on my feet. You should do the same. No point going down with the ship – you warned them – what else is there to do? This speech is long but is impressive and well worth the time invested. Its part critique, part protest, part prediction – a prediction King was definitely right on the money with. I used to think poorly of MLK mainly because of what the Right Wing paradigm had taught me as a child – I can see why they wouldn’t want us to have a respect for this guy and what he really said.

Look up what he was saying about Y2k , he was telling people on his radio show that there will be a nuclear meltdown somewhere in the states he had people so scared at this point just didnt know what to do with themselves.When y2k never happened he refused to talk about it and moved on to the next topics and when a listener mentioned Y2K he would yell and scream then “click”.

You mention about Alex Jones and Y2K. In short, if not for Art Bell of Coast-to-Coast, most likely Y2K would have happened as Alex said. People like you seem not to see that because of people like those two, the worst was prepared for. So why condemn Alex over him getting everyone prepared?
First off, it was Art Bell who bought it all out about Y2K first, but even if it was not, Coast-to-Coast was the world’s largest radio show or radio show listened to more around the world than any other. Therefore comparatively Alex Jones was heard by a rather small amount of listeners. The populace heard Art Bell, not Alex Jones dozens of times more. Art Bell was into computers and transmissions as his expertise and he was listened to all around the world. Y2K was not just in the United States, but all around the world. Alex Jones generally tells what other experts have reported. Still, no matter who said it first, the fact of the issue is that they all put the entire world on notice and through those brave commentators alerting the world in whatever capacity they were able to, Y2K DID NOT HAPPEN. So give the man a break! Thank you.

I am from the Boston area. Very Pro- Obama. I cringe every time I hear the name. Hitler did not do so well the first time he ran. All they did was polish his speaking ability and send him back out. You know the rest. This guy is bad news. I write to as many people in my State Government as possible about this situation. The Secretary of State of each State is required to check the if the candidates are qualified to hold office. I called my Secretary out. There is more than enough evidence to convict each one of them for treason. If they did not check the status then they should be removed from office and Obama will fall. All we need is one State to get it through. That’s it. One State Four years. These things happen because we are not focused. Stay on track and on whats important. That is getting this Country back in order. It is a house of cards. As the truth is exposed it will come down.

I like Alex, but it seems to me he’s spreading anti-US propaganda to a foreign adversary, Russia, by spreading false information about the new American President, who’s only just been sworn in. Some of the things he says about Obama are certainly true, but if you listen carefully, some of the things Alex said are false. I see no gain in spreading this information to a US adversary which is openly run by a dictator, Putin and the Kremlin and FSB, whom he doesn’t even mention – not one word of criticism against Putin – just the ‘oligarchs.’ Is this not propaganda. First off like I said, I like Alex and I think he’s right on in regards to the elite and time will tell if he’s right about Obama after all – I praise Alex for getting his views out and for stating his position on Obama.
My point is that Obama just became president today and has not even had his first day in office – yet has been painted as the anti-christ if not in name – in character.
But as to the specific question, what did Alex say that was false? One thing was he said Geithner didn’t pay his taxes. In fact he did pay them – he paid them late and under scrutiny but he paid them nevertheless. Alex said Obama has set up youth brigades – I’ve seen one youtube video of a dozen kids marching looking like a step group – if this is the youth brigades then I’m so scared. Also don’t forget when JFK came in he was as packed with elites as Obama – JFK invaded Vietnam and Cuba yet then he opposed the establishment. Several times Alex calls Obama a total puppet – posing like Mussolini – My point is nobody here nor Alex knows what’s is in Obama’s heart. First of all it is completely unreasonable to think one guy can come in there in magically remove the elite cabal from power. If this were possible, then Ron Paul would have won, or JFK would have survived. Obama is a smart guy who is playing his cards but he’s up against a lethal and ruthless cabal who have the capability to remove him or any politician they choose. Look what happened to Sen. Paul Wellstone – it was that plane accident that gave the Senate to Bush on the eve of the Iraq war. Will Obama follow through on some promises such as ending unconstitutional executive orders, withdrawing from Iraq, talking to Iran, protecting government whistle blowers…? All this while dealing with the Federal Reserve orchestrated financial collapse – what can be done to solve this even if you are not a puppet? I like gold but a gold-backed currency will not work since the IMF and elites own most of the gold! I could go on…
But my main point is not to call Alex a liar which I didn’t: I say it’s fine and legit to raise these concerns regarding Obama, but why go on Russian TV and not mention Putin? Putin is an open dictator FSB agent who staged terror in Russia and waged terror in Chechnya, who ousted the ‘oligarchs’ only to take direct control of the oil and economy and government for his own interests? If you live in the US and your audience mainly consists of US citizens living inside the US listening through the radio waves, then it’s only logical to talk about issues closest to you. I think it’s logical and effective.

I would’nt doubt if nothing happens the next 2 days but it definetly wouldnt suprise me if something like the economy or government money just disintigrated. We already know that california wont be able to pay back the people there tax refunds, because cali is totally broke and in the hole a few billion dollars. I live in oregon and whenever there is a crisis in the great california we are the next in line to get fucked by it. so what immagine happening is a domino effect spreading across the country very soon. When california had the energy crisis a few years ago we had to pay alot higher energy bills because of it and if im not mistakin we are still paying for it. Oregon has had droves of migraters from california in the past 3 years. Alot of the american fruits and vegitable comes from the san fernando valley so if cali goes down america will be in big trouble.
I do believe the west coast will get hit by this meltown of the economy first. There is already army brigades in washington, california, and oregon. They have been testing there control grid alot lately by practicing check poinst in L.A. county and in the Seatle, Tacoma area. I live in a small town and just the other day i seen 3 humvee’s driving down the road with a soldiers standing where the mounted machine guns would be. The coast guard has been running drills non stop for the past 2 weeks. I have been woke up in the wee hours by the choppers flying over and the town siren going off. I have lived here for 20 years and the stuff thats been going on here is definetly not normal. I really hope nothing happens because honestly, im not ready.
