JCS, European Military Leaders Descend On Upstate New York

It was a small news item tucked in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise over the weekend. “Powerful generals and admirals from some of the most powerful nations on Earth are reportedly meeting somewhere in the local area this weekend after flying into the Adirondack Regional Airport in Lake Clear on Friday,” Peter Crowley wrote on Saturday.

The visitors consisted of the JCS, the Joint Chiefs and “their counterparts from France, Germany and another country, possibly Great Britain, according to Barry DeFuria, a town of Harrietstown councilman and Airport Committee member who was there when the plane landed.”
Town Supervisor Larry Miller, also on the Airport Committee, was also there and confirmed which nations’ officials were on which planes, but he said he did not know what kind of officials they were or where they were going from the airport. He said he and DeFuria had to get security clearances to be present and that soldiers were guarding the 757 around the clock at the airport.
Crowley and the Adirondack Daily Enterprise did not speculate as to why the top U.S. brass and their counterparts from Europe were visiting a backwater in upstate New York.
“It is not known for what purpose the military leaders were meeting, or why they were meeting in a relatively remote spot. The Lake Clear Airport has only one carrier with daily flights, and most flights are small private planes,” reports Short News.
The timing of this meeting is highly suspect considering members of the EU met last week to set off alarm bells over the global financial crisis. Sarkozy and and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso met with Bush at Camp David to discuss a meeting with the Group of Eight to be held at the UN secretariat in New York, possibly in December.
Recall the Army Times reporting last month that the 1st Brigade, 3rd ID will be used as of October 1 for, “civil unrest and crowd control” in the United States, under the control of the Northern Command. The brigade consists of approximately 4,000 Iraq battle hardened mechanized forces plus numerous support elements.

Recall as well Rep. Brad Sherman stating on the floor of the House that if the banker bailout bill was not passed martial law would be declared in America. In response, a terrified and spineless Congress passed the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, providing the Treasury with unprecedented powers of secrecy and immunity to dole out the wealth of the United States to a criminal cabal of private international bankers.
In order to “suppress public disorder,” the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, under Section 333, allows the president to station military troops anywhere in the United States and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities.
On September 19, 2006, Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) noted that 2007’s Defense Authorization Act contained a “widely opposed provision to allow the President more control over the National Guard [adopting] changes to the Insurrection Act, which will make it easier for this or any future President to use the military to restore domestic order without the consent of the nation’s governors…. Using the military for law enforcement goes against one of the founding tenets of our democracy. We fail our Constitution, neglecting the rights of the States, when we make it easier for the President to declare martial law and trample on local and state sovereignty.”
The following year, Bush issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure “continuity of government” in the event of a “catastrophic emergency.” COG could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution, Lewis Seiler and Dan Hamburg noted in the San Francisco Chronicle earlier this year. “What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?”

How about the engineered destruction of the global economy? In 2000, well before the current “crisis,” the CFR “war-gamed” just such a scenario. “The simulation confirms that… the highest levels of the financier oligarchy are making preparations for something that may be quite different than unlimited prosperity,” Richard Freeman wrote at the time.
Finally, as noted yesterday, Obama’s running mate, Joe Biden, delivered a cryptic speech last week indicating that some event next year may result in Obama, if elected, taking widely unpopular political steps. Biden mentioned the economy, stating that “this is more than just a capital crisis, this is more than just markets. This is a systemic problem we have with this economy.”
Is it possible the top brass from the U.S. and Europe met to formulate a martial law contingency plan in response to the rapidly deteriorating economy? An increasing number of economists are now reporting the coming economic crash will rival the Great Depression.
Or is it possible this is much ado about nothing and top drawer military brass flew into New York at taxpayer expense on a Boeing 757 to catch up on their fishing?

A rising wave of optimism lifted Wall Street Monday, propelling the Dow Jones industrials up more than 400 points on more signs of a reviving credit market and support from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke for further steps to aid the economy.
I have to laugh at this news article, because anyone who thinks saving the criminals on wall street is “aiding the economy” must be on dope. And what is all of the hubub about the credit market ??? Do they think that the economy will recover if they just “lend” more money to consumers. The so called consumers are tapped out, and many don’t want any credit anyhow at 18% to 29% interest, what are they ???NUTS !!!!
I guess if they think they can convince people to buy more crap they don’t need, with money they don’t have, then all will be well with the economy. Has anyone given any thought to the fact that our so called job market, no longer pays “LIVING WAGEs” and that means people have less or NO disposable income to buy crap they don’t need, and even less to pay the interest to the credit card parasites, who hand out cards to anyone with two legs. Why sure, who do you think pushed the changes in bankruptcy laws so people can no longer file and clear their debt ???? Its a win win deal for credit card parasites, and an economy that runs on DEBT, because all of the good paying jobs have been shipped overseas.
Does anyone realize that the stock market does not reflect the health of our economy, but instead reflects how well corporations and investors are doing, and now since the consumer market is drying up, they are screaming for help. Well, the dumbasses heading up these corporations never looked down the road very far when they moved our jobs overseas, did they ??
Nope, they killed their own market here in these United States by doing what they did with NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT and WTO didn’t they !!!! And now they want the taxpayer to bleed even more for their crappy shortsighted management tactics.
Well, Helicopter Ben will ramp up the presses and print money like a mad hatter out of thin air, and drive what is left of the dollar thru the floor, and when the people have had enough of this garbage, they will go after these parasites, and so in the back board room, they now want the military to protect them from the angry mob that is about to assemble and rip them all a new one, just like what happened in France some years back. The UNITED STATES is corporate, the courts are maritime/corporate. And you are being made fools. Call Paulson and ask him about the straw man and he will not deny the existance of such BONDS. (a) The term “person” includes an individual, partnership, association, corporation, organization, or any other combination of individuals;
(b) The term “foreign principal” includes—
(1) a government of a foreign country and a foreign political party;
(2) a person outside of the United States, unless it is established that such person is an individual and a citizen of and domiciled within the United States, or that such person is not an individual and is organized under or created by the laws of the United States or of any State or other place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and has its principal place of business within the United States; and
(3) a partnership, association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the laws of or having its principal place of business in a foreign country.
Please note that the term “includes” excludes everything that is not listed thereafter. The term “individual” means (14 Amendment) citizen of
the United States or resident alien, thereof. The term terms “outside” and “inside” have to do with geographical location. The terms “within” and :”without” have to do with relationship to the corporate body. The term “a” means similar to or as if. The term “United States” means the District of Columbia and it ten subdistrict or regions: 16 Statutes at Large 19, February 21, 1871. Read it and weep!

Federal Civil Judicial Procedures and Rules, Rule 81(f) DEFINITION, OFFICERS OF THE UNITED STATES. “Under any rule in which reference is made to an officer or agency of the United States, the term “officer” includes a district director of internal revenue, a former district director or collector of internal revenue, or the personal representative of a deceased district director or collector of internal revenue.” This rule is now missing from published Rules. I wonder why!

If it is about martial law, then I am guessing that they are going to have European troops come here (probably under U.N. orders) because it will be easier to shoot someone you have no attachment to. Of course, that would be mutual, too.
However, I suspect that war is going to break out soon. I think with China, but I am not sure. I think there will be a nuclear exchange, too.

Firstly, the failure of the economy was inevitable. We have seen people getting ripped-off in the stockmarket for years as the bigshots raped the investors and never went to jail.
When you have a “faith based” economy where the perception of the value of the currency must be favorable in order to support it’s continued acceptance…you simply cannot be a lieing, cheating bastard of a government and expect the people to respect you or the monopoly money you printed by the truckload.
Simply put, when the game is rigged no-one wants to play.
Secondly, if peak-oil was a real situation then oil supplies should have run out in 2000 like all the schoolbooks taught American kids for the last 30 years… scarcity increases value….devalued dollars buy less and so it takes more of them to buy things….so why did the price of oil drop drastically per barrel?
To sum things up…you don’t need the troops in the streets to see that you lost your country already.
Maybe PETA will show this country some mercy and euthanise it before the parasites drain the last drop from the near-dead carcass.
What we cannot accomplish by law or malitia…maybe we can accomplish by war.
We need a war with a nuclear power…like China…to wipe this country off the frickin’ map!

This JCS/NATO meeting is probably shaping up like that famous scene in Dr. Strangelove: “Gentlemen, this is the war room. You can’t fight in the war room!” Although that’s probably optimistic.
I seriously doubt they are going to a US COG bunker up there. The only military installation I ever heard of in the area is that “alpine warfare training” facility to be used to invade Canada and divide the main east-west transportation links there.
If it’s France, Britain and Germany it sounds like a war is in the offing somewhere and the US wanted to announce it in uber-secure surroundings. Iran?

10, 15, and 16: The flag was changed on US military uniforms shortly after 9-1-1 and some speculate that it is yet another symbol of the illuminati signifying the opposite of what the US was intended to be by this country’s founding fathers. This nation “was” great and rich, now, thanks to Bush and his crooked unpatriotic cronies, the US is in the mess its in, and its only going to worsen. When we live in a world where encrypted teleconferencing can take place anytime and anywhere in High Definition, the fact that NATO top generals and others with them did a fly in to a Hilton resort in a phenomenal Lake Placid hotel does not really seem to mean that much. However, I am not going to casually dismiss it as just another event. It throws another log on the fire to those who think the US will come under military control in direct violation of Posse Comitatus. In general, no one in the US is satisfied with the direction the country is going in. 90 percent of the population is dissatisfied.
Generally, NATO generals do meet. Sure there could be some civil unrest. Rep. Brad Sherman said certain members were threatened with the specter of Martial Law (no doubt by Wicked Witch of the West Pelosi) to strong arm them to pass the $700 billion plus bailout bill. Extrapolated in other terms, that is threat and intimidation used for national extortion. Sherman is very honest and would never say such things if they were not true. So Nancy (Mussolini) Pelosi played the fascist card with vulnerable members. Pelosi, the same Speaker who declared impeachment off the table and cheered on the new FISA legislation.
Post 9/11, activities such as what took place at Lake Placid should be closely watched. Everyone should question what is going on in much the same way as people ask what took place at the last Bilderberg meeting. These meetings are too sides of the same coin.
I look at Kenyan born Obama about to possibly become the next President. His mother made every effort to have him born on US soil but she was so pregnant she was not allowed to board the flight to Hawaii but did so a few days later according to everything I have researched. That she made a very strong good willed effort to have him born on American soil is within good willed bounds of acceptable. The grandmother in Kenya says he was born there and I believe her. The Obama squad will not produce the real birth certificate because it does not exist. Look at the alternative, McCain seems mentally unsound, seething with rage, old and unable to handle himself normally under pressure. McCain chose Palin who openly associated with a known Alaskan secessionist who hated the US along with witch doctors, etc. The American people do not know Obama worked to get Odinga elected in Kenya (the Odinga who has been killing Christians). Obama is not the messiah to America or the world. He is a very bright astute guy who can make many positive changes if he is allowed to.
I am not falling into the false left right paradigm with these two. It is hyperbolic and ridiculous to see the media go into overdrive over this election.
I do not expect to see NATO troops on US streets. The thuggery at both conventions in Denver and St. Paul were equally disgusting. Americans who saw it first hand were thoroughly outraged. Both cities have been disgraced and have made some apologies.
After 9/11 everything changed. It was a very precise, engineered inside job. It requires a thoroughly new investigation. While citizens, Infowars and WeAreChange have done a great job at exposure, there are so many in government, military and corporate who are criminally complicit, how can anyone expect them to investigate themselves honestly? Dream on.
Voters are lining up early in record numbers to vote. Pavlovian conditioning I guess. You can hold your nose and vote for Obama to at least give him a chance and see if he is offering real substance. McCain’s campaign sadly speaks for itself. McCain has changed over the last 8 years into a self-serving strange man.
That we have have 10,000 troops returned from Iraq stationed in the US who are not in correct rotations should annoy everyone who supports the Constitution. That situation needs to be answered for. The porous borders with Mexico need to be answered for. The wavering US economy needs to be answered for. Millions of home foreclosures need to be answered for. Without answers this country will spin apart economically and politically at mach speed.
Thanks to Kurt Nimmo for pointing out this meeting. I don’t think anyone expects a perfect government or economy. Yet, things have gone so far off course, especially in the banking sectors, everyone needs to keep asking questions and put on the pressure. The government has not followed the will of the people (is this something new?). 9/11 looms like a dark plume. Iraq and Afghanistan have been fiascoes. The wisdom resides in the American people clearly not in the government. That is the way our Founding Fathers wanted it to be. Without participation by citizens the Republic will perish. WAKE UP AMERICA! CLEAR THE FOG Of FOX NOISE FROM YOUR MINDS ALONG WITH OTHER MSM.

If you truly plan for what is coming and the gov finds out…you can be charged.
Best bet is to work in small groups with people you have known for many years and can trust.
Apply Tsun Tzu tactics to gain assistance and advantage wherever possible.
Beware intelligence traps, efforts to infiltrate or to sabotage contact relations abroad will be hot and heavy.
Know enemy capabilities as well as strengths.
I.E.- Predator flights in bad weather are far less likely due to limitations posed by weather. (controllability and intel hindered capabilities)
Coded messages are secure provided you have the right encryption software and utilize safeguards when assigning passwords and avoiding predictability or routine. (except routinely changing passwords)
There are still copies of uncompromised encryption software out there, software without a government built-in back door. (early copies of Steganos were free of backdoors as I recall)
Work within the technical scope of the group you have deployed…don’t overextend or compromise group/individual by running high-risk and low yield missions.
The rest is then up to leadership,training and guts.
One last thing…if capture means Gitmo…pull the pin and pray for your sin.

top level generals only could have a meeting like this if they was going to briefings on a few things most important are threats of war by nations or maybe there having an updated on all points of the information on how the efforts are going to prevents future events or wars with nations who are on the watch list .

I would say that they are meeting on how they are going to use their militaries to round us all up and begin shipping us to their FEMA CAMPS HERE IN THE UNITED STATES AND ALSO OVERSEAS!! Especially when the economy falls and if it should fall. That way; they will have all their ducks in a row and they will also be preparing for the coming war with Russia and China that will be taking place in the near future!! Whoah… slow down, people. The paranoia is out of control. The joint chiefs / JCS and most of the military establishment are your best friends here. They were neutralized by Rumsfeld’s changes to the military chain-of-command, they’ve probably been learning a lot about the NWO over the last 7 years, and they’re probably working on a game plan to prevent WW3.
Think of it this way – if you show up to arrest Bush and Cheney, you’ll be thrown in a nuthouse. If a 4-star general does it, it carries a bit more weight. If you ask me, if you weigh the probability of military coups being planned for the US and Europe against the probability of a huge number of civil service-minded vietnam vets being part of some luciferian cult, I’ll take door #1.

Good bye Alex it was fun while it lasted, but the time for us has past and now we go our separate ways. We have been through a lot, there have been highs and lows, valleys and peaks, but has always been a learning experience. You have taught me a lot with what little education you have and I like a sponge learned the ways of information gathering.
Unfortunately the time has come for me to move on, it’s time to learn how to solve these problems and not just talk about them. The following day you resorted to tactics that OUR enemies use on us everyday “the smear campaign”. WHY?
Was this man such a threat to you that you felt the need to resort to such meaningless tactics?
I could understand not agreeing in it’s entirety of the venus project, but at the same time you didn’t offer any form of constructive criticism. Didn’t go through the implications and say “ya that’s good” or “that part needs some fine tuning”, NO instead you rammed your foot in his mouth and suggested that he was a pond for the NWO. All because he has a common view of religion.
Organized religion has been masking behind our spirituality for centuries, it prey’s on our ignorance of how the world works and where we come from, and with our ignorance it divides and manipulates to achieve there goals and powers.

I also listened to the interview you conducted with Michael Coffman, clearly you favored what Coffman had to say as opposed to Peter Joseph. I bet it was his religious beliefs that has you kissing his boots.
Look Alex you’re a smart man for a guy who never went to University, and respect you more because your self educated. But your downfall is your ego, and your self consciousness. It’s almost embarrassing to see you get out smarted by someone as young as Peter Joseph. He poses no threat to society and you should have treated him as such. Not to mention with the Coffman interview you showed all of us that you can conduct yourself in an appropriate way.
Regardless I’m in search for solutions now, over the past year or so I have found that your information has gotten repetitive and often has been misleading. You have adapted a fear and hate approach to your delivery of the facts which has resulted in NOTHING. Seven years and you still haven’t been able to implement change to the general public. The reasons for this is quite simple; every step we take closer to the truth, we get sent back four steps because of information that was distorted in some way shape or form. Most of that discredited information was in fact FROM YOUR SITE.
So good bye Mr. Jones and good luck, I hope you actually achieve your goals of waking the people but I chose to use my efforts in a more productive way. I would love to see humanity and trust restored amongst our communities. My efforts will be aimed at that rather then just throwing information at general public with no solutions to present to them. Not to mention the fact that when you soil your reputation with misleading information the process of waking people up becomes that much more difficult.

It all depends on the leadership of those organizations.
That’s what we need to understand about this JCS meeting in upstate NY. Some military leaders are playing it “cool” and are continuing to infiltrate the bad guy’s meetings. Some are definitely on our side. More would be better, but we have what we have.
Just don’t start anything. The American people need to wake up to a reality where it is OBVIOUS who the bad guys are, meaning that they will join US! We also need to make every effort to report on any “mischief” afoot. Take for example the envelopes mailed to Chase branch banks in Colorado. It would be good to have an investigative reporter dig into that and reveal who REALLY sent them. I suspect yet another false flag on this one.

I think we should consider possible structures for a resistance effort even if it is never called upon, it is still comforting to have.

I’m sure their not up here to look at the tree colors which are awesome this year. The Adirondack Park is one of the biggest in the country and one could get lost for days. It’s a great place to hide a lot of different things such as bases and camps. Many Revolutionary war battles were fought up here as well, Saratoga to Ticonderoga. We kicked their asses once we can do it again. Rebellion against tyranny it’s is in my blood.

These meetings may be connected to meetings that started in Manhattan last month and went upstate this month to discuss full disclosure of UFO sightings, and what to do in case UFOs violate airspace, crash, land or if aliens try to make private or public contact with humans. So far the U.S. led by a Navy delegation along with the U.K. and France have surprisingly been in favor of disclosure while Germany has opposed it and all sides agree not to fire on UFOs if that are not firing first if this source is to be believed, I’ll post more info if I get it

If anything, stay prepared, ready and willing. Make sure you have your own continuity plans ready for action. Buy your weapons and stock up on your ammo. Even if the end-days don’t come; at least you have the assurance that you can last for months on supplies and could potentially hold off a small military unit with the amount of hardware your packing.
I’m Military trained and ready for the coming revolution. I might make one suggestion to some of you pro-Revolutionaries. Don’t go out and join any ol’ militia (as I have been seeing lately). Many so-called militias use fear and hatred to recruit members. Many so-called militias require dues for members; which goes against the right of the militia. Many of them, as well, are extremely racists to one group or another or are pro-Bush Administration. Don’t worry, when the time comes, a new body will form. It will form from the ashes of our Constitution and the unyeilding desire, that many Americans have, to bring the power back to the people. It will not carry the name of ‘Militia’ but will be held together by Patriots, Freedom Fighters, Moms, Dads, Brothers and Sisters.
May the fruits of our Revolution and sacrifices we make bring a better World to generations to come.
