Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura caused shockwaves during a national radio interview today when he warned Barack Obama to be wary of a potential assassination attempt, saying that the government would target any independent politician who got close to the White House.
The last chapter of Ventura’s new book, Don’t Start The Revolution Without Me, is a fictional tale about an assassination attempt on his life following a run for President.
The context of Ventura’s warning was a discussion about new evidence concerning the assassination of Robert Kennedy, after it emerged that there were additional shooters to accused assassin Sirhan Sirhan.
"I believe very strongly that if an independent candidate like myself – a rogue – were to get into the President’s race legitimately, if the polls looked like he had a chance to win, I believe that candidate would either be physically assassinated or would be assassinated credibility-wise or in some manner by our government because I do not believe they would ever allow a true independent or a citizen to become President of the United States," Ventura told The Alex Jones Show.
"I say this in all seriousness – watch out Barack Obama," he added.
Ventura is not the first to warn of a potential future assassination attempt on Obama – British Nobel Prize winner Doris Lessing said Obama would be taken out if he became President in February.

"He would probably not last long, a black man in the position of president. They would kill him," Lessing told a Swedish newspaper.
Princeton University political science professor-Melissa Harris-Lacewell echoed the same sentiment a month before, saying: "For many black supporters, there is a lot of anxiety that he will be killed. It is on people’s minds."
"You can’t make a prediction like this – like he has a 50 per cent chance of getting shot."
"But the greater his visibility and the greater his access to people, there is a danger."
Some speculated that Obama had been set up for an assassination attempt during a February 20 rally in Dallas, after it emerged that Secret Service gave the order to stop screening for weapons a full hour before the event began.

I understand that. And, by all means people have their right to voice their opinions on ANY issue. All I am saying is that writing off Christianity as astrology can be a dangerous notion to throw out there. If you are sick of the Bible references, then keep ignoring them. They do no harm. Perhaps, somebody who needs to hear the reference will hear it. However, saying that all religion (Christianity is particular) is a farce, is a dangerous thing to say. If Christianity resembles means to controlling the masses, then I would encourage you to take a different look at what the Gospel is all about. The truth will set you free…..although you just may write that off as another tool to control the people.

This article raises a very good point. Ventura may be on to something. Just as there are worries that Obama could be assassinated, I believe Ron Paul already has been. Not literally, but the media just stopped talking about him like he didn’t exist. Consiquently, the majority of voting Americans don’t even know who he is or what he is about. As for Obama, I seriously disagree with him, but God forbid he should be assassinated. Everyone deserves a chance!

Is it possible that Obama is not totally controlled by the powers? I am 110% sure that we don’t Want Hillary or Mc Cain and I’m 90% sure that we don’t want Obama. Ron Paul cannot win the office and I don’t know what to do.
Just keep trying to inform people. Make sure you have your facts straight and print out plenty of info that you can pass out. Stick to solid facts that can be backed up and try not to talk about specific topics that you are not fully informed on yourself. You need to be able to answer questions that are thrown at you.
Also, we must do our best not to get too caught up in the fear and hate emotions, that feeds dark energy and although it may give you temporary energy, in the long term it weakens you and can cause you to make bad choices. Do some internal searching and come to peace with yourself and your mortality. If you project fear of the situation the people around you will pick up on that and it will scare them off the path of truth.

This is why the King James version of the Bible is wrong because it translate the name of God wrong. wcorowitz your Bible translation is wrong the name of God is not “Jehovah”. Jehovah is not God name it was translated wrong by Christian Scholars.
This is what happened God name is the Hebrew letters “JHVH” or prononced Jahveh. Israel didn’t like to use the name Jahveh which is the 4 letter name of God “JHVH” when they read the Hebrew Bible or in prayer because it was considered too sacred to be pronounced so they called God “Adonai” which means Lord.
A group of Jewish Scholars called the Massora around 500-900 A.D. they collected and arranged the editorial work on the Hebrew Bible. The Massora inserted a system of vowels signs in and around the Hebrew consonants which until then had been written without vowels. Their work facilitated the Hebrew language so that it would be easier for the Jewish people to read scripture and text.
The Massora Jewish Scholars inserted the vowels of “Adonai” under the the 4 letter name of God “JHVH”. Then later Christians Scholars translated the name of God wrong because the two different words “JHVH” and “Adonai” was translated into one word thus giving the erroneous word “Jehovah”

I am suspicious of Obama because Zbignew Bzrezenski (what a name) is backing him. Bz wants to attack Russia not Iran. Obama is hardly an “independent.” He’s CFR, just as all the other candidates (save for Ron Paul) are. The comparisons to JFK are all hype, designed to promote Obama as the new JFK. For what purpose? Why to get votes, of course! The CFR doesn’t give a shit which of their puppets you vote for. They win either way.

What was interesting about it is when they (talking heads) kept trying to make it look like Obama or anyone else would make “change” in the government he laughed at them and said even if Obama became president he would not change anything, and that “they are all the same” referring to Obama,McCain, Clinton. They said no they aren’t the democrats talk about the war being bad…etc. he laugh again and said “where were they before the war in Iraq, most of them voted for it and were spineless” and hinted that the only reason they talk about being “against” the war in Iraq is to garner votes. Not once did he say he felt any danger for Barack Obama, and from his CNN interview he said Obama is equal to Clinton, McCain and not once did he refer to Obama as “independent” from the others. So what happened from late last night to today is beyond me. Honestly I believe he sees through the bullshit like some of us but to a lesser extent and perhaps he falls for the stereotypes and a few other “misinformation” from the media as Im sure he happens to watch from time to time. See if you were to listen to certain mouthpieces you would honestly believe Barack Obama is the next JFK, let me let those who think this in on a little secret, he’s not and in league with the same families that killed JFK, which is interesting when he gave a speech or two to the CFR he quoted JFK once or twice… ironic.
Obama is not, and I repeat not “independent” from those in washington, period and even is related to Cheney, believe it or not look it up, he is in the CFR and I took a screenshot from the CFR’s website in 07′ which had Obama’s profile/bio listed on “Leadership and Staff” then after issues were raised about all three being CFR members his profile was moved to a general candidate heading, to hide the fact he was a member. I wonder why these people think that no one would notice or take pictures of things of that nature, that is beyond me but I have the screenshot to prove it. All three are members, two of them are family friends of the bush’ and Bush Sr. once even said that Bill Clinton is a son to him, sort of an adopted son, and Obama is related to Cheney who happened to be a director at the CFR for some time.
If you think these candidates are seperate from one another you are in for a surprise when no matter which one of these three gets in office the outcome will be the same, prolonged occupation in Iraq (with lies or without), more wars with other countries, global tax of some sort, further collapse of the dollar in favor of unifying currency, some expansion on NAFTA and who knows what else. Mark my words, you will see, whether it be through a perceived need based on a lie or not each will stay in Iraq as long as the other… Indefenitely and that is if they don’t start another war elsewhere and move the already exhausted troops in Iraq to a different country to carry out another war, either way we will be at war the entire term of the next president. Talks about ending the Iraq war are false promises they know right now they will not carry out because the CFR agenda calls for the War on Terror to keep going, and not to end in the near future as it is carte blanche to do what they want and anything can be justified. Over spending or pocketing of money, no problem that money went to the war on terror, caught breaking the law no problem we broke the law to protect you from terrorists..etc. this will be the main theme of the next president no matter which one of these jokers makes it into office, I guarantee it.
Is Obama in danger from these people who control our government (Elitist bankers/shadow government) no they placed him where he is right now, he is a member of theirs, and a pawn of theirs just like Clinton,McCain they have no reason to off him, he is out there right now telling lies to the people who trust him in order to become president to carry out their agenda he and the others pledged to carry out. I would say McCain is in more danger than any one else, but the only danger for him is to die of natural causes. Which begs the question I’ve been wondering. Lets say we are heading to the general election and it is McCain and Obama and let’s say that McCain picks Giuliani or Lieberman *gasps* as his vp. Then McCain dies what happens? Can his VP legally continue to run for president? What would the law prescribe in this situation, because morally his VP was not picked as the nominee and the American people did not vote for him in the primaries to be the nominee, so would the Obama in this case just be handed the election because the republican nominee died? I’ve been thinking about this and I couldn’t find a law that says exactly what would happen in this case.

Yes mike, but the actual saying is “Religion is the opium of the masses” and there is a good reason why that quote exists to say the least. You are right though, those who own the printing presses of any given country, own that country, it’s people, and it’s government. Just like Mayer Rothschild said “Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation and I care not who makes its laws.” that is all that needs to be said. Yes you can say voting is worthless because those who own the privately owned Federal Reserve have the real control over our government, and that is the point here. You see 80 percent or a little more or less do not understand this yet, however you perpetuate the need to vote and for most generations and most ages to vote, once the majority picks a certain candidate and that candidate does not win, it begs them to start questioning things.
Now let’s say the majority vote for a candidate who promises to end the Iraq war for instance, and they do then later their candidate does not follow through on his promises, people are going to start asking a lot of questions this time around, and when they find the answer to their questions they are not going to like what they find out. This will wake a lot of people up from their sleep walk through life, so in this election there really is a lot of worth in the voting system. Not because you will “change” washington, but people putting their hearts and souls into this election who never voted before, or who have voted but didnt in the most recent elections because they didnt “believe” in either of the candidates will change, their views will be changed forever once they realize what is really going on. With so many people getting involved they will notice when things just don’t seem right this time around, and this time around they will care. There is a real chance for change in this election, not change in washington, but change in the people of this country, and many will finally lose their apathy. Let’s wait and see what happens, I feel something major is around the corner for the middle/end of this year and beginning of 09 that will start changing a lot of peoples minds.

If the nomination goes to Obama, I also believe the VP will be Clinton. I believe if Clinton is the nominee then Obama will be her VP. If McCain lives long enough to be the official nominee I believe he will have Giuliani as his VP and if not Giuliani then it will be Lieberman (which is even more scary). So think about this for a moment, no matter what way you look at this you are screwed. You see people went for someone like McCain because to them Giuliani, huckabee were just odd, and or scary, so they went for McCrazy *shrugs* my point is you will still end up with Giuliani in the whitehouse in some fashion which is something nobody in this country wanted (which is why he lost all the primaries in a very large way, even WITH the media only having good things to say about him and calling him a “Top Tier” candidate the entire time). How sad can that be you have the media propping you up 24/7 and yet you still lose and get last place in most primaries, that shows you just how much we Americans did not want him in the whitehouse. Now he (Giuliani) has a free ticket to the whitehouse because of someone people supported if only to rid us of Giuliani. Whether Giuliani is McCain’s VP (which I believe he will be) he was still promised a high up position in McCain’s administration for his immediate support once he dropped out, and if Lieberman is the VP it is equally as scary or even more so.
Most people supporting Obama are “anti-clinton no matter what” kind of people who say that the Clintons are horrible, and that it would be a bush-clinton-bush-clinton dictatorship, that may be true but that is why a good amount of people support Obama. Now wouldn’t those people be really really pissed when Obama says “thanks for the nomination Clinton will be my VP, she is a very honorable, strong person etc..etc..” and your guts will sink and you will know something is off, then the media will do it’s whole “This is a dream ticket and here’s why” bullshit game and everyone who continues to be glued to the television will not even realize they are being fucked and having someone they did not want in crammed down their throats till they do like it. That is all if you actually believe the official explanations that they are all separate, and are not all members of the CFR (which they are). I was just discussing the other day that each of these CFR candidates (McCain,Obama,Clinton) are there to stay in Iraq indefinitely, start new wars, global tax, dollar collapse (in favor of unifying currency)..etc. which are all the agendas they pledged to follow. Anyway someone brought up Obama and said he could or would not start another war… Oh really? I had to point out in 04 or 05 he gave a speech to the CFR in which he and they claimed that Russia had stockpiled (across it’s country) a huge amount of “Weapons of mass destruction” that need to be dismantled, and then he went on to say there are unseen forces at work that do not wish to see those weapons dismantled. Does this sound at all familiar? If it doesn’t you havent been paying much attention from 2000 and on.
All these three are only meant to perpetuate and endless “War on Terrorism” in which eventually they will claim that there is a “Global Terror Network” and that all terrorism is related, if a building is blows up in australia it will be connected to Al-Qaeda or the GTN (Global Terror(ist) Network) that seeks to end the world as we know it, that way they can push for endless government and eventually a world government in only a few short years through increments of consolidation. Anyone who does not see a pattern here is simply not paying attention.

Ok then what can we call a group of people who will spit at the truth rather than think for themselves. Who will cover their ears and scream: lalalalala when anyone tells them anything “uncomfortable”. Who are tied up by tv schedules. Who need someone else to tell them what to wear, eat, drive and elect? Who look at demolitions and call them pancakes?

Just a thought, does anyone ever take a step back and realize how incredible this all is? Everything we know? It’s like the movie the matrix, except there’s no physically different demention that we find ourselves in, once we know the truth. Instead, we find ourselves right in the middle of things, but based on our perception of the world, we might as well be in another demention. It’s something you never imagined until you realize how real it is. I was just thinking about this as I was reading birgit’s statement about his family:

Imagine prisoners, who have been chained since their childhood deep inside a cave: not only are their limbs immobilized by the chains; their heads are chained in one direction as well so that their gaze is fixed on a wall.
Behind the prisoners is an enormous fire, and between the fire and the prisoners is a raised walkway, along which puppets of various animals, plants, and other things are moved along. The puppets cast shadows on the wall, and the prisoners watch these shadows. When one of the puppet-carriers speaks, an echo against the wall causes the prisoners to believe that the words come from the shadows.
The prisoners engage in what appears to us to be a game: naming the shapes as they come by. This, however, is the only reality that they know, even though they are seeing merely shadows of objects. They are thus conditioned to judge the quality of one another by their skill in quickly naming the shapes and dislike those who play poorly.
Suppose a prisoner is released and compelled to stand up and turn around. At that moment his eyes will be blinded by the sunlight coming into the cave from its entrance, and the shapes passing by will appear less real than their shadows.
The last object he would be able to see is the sun, which, in time, he would learn to see as the object that provides the seasons and the courses of the year, presides over all things in the visible region, and is in some way the cause of all these things that he has seen.
Once enlightened, so to speak, the freed prisoner would not want to return to the cave to free “his fellow bondsmen,” but would be compelled to do so. Another problem lies in the other prisoners not wanting to be freed: descending back into the cave would require that the freed prisoner’s eyes adjust again, and for a time, he would be one of the ones identifying shapes on the wall. His eyes would be swamped by the darkness, and would take time to become acclimated. Therefore, he would not be able to identify the shapes on the wall as well as the other prisoners, making it seem as if his being taken to the surface completely ruined his eyesight.
