In his speech, “On the Threshold of the New World Order: A Rebirth for the United Nations,” Biden called for meddling in the former Soviet Union and China, imposing a “free economy” on these countries — i.e., allowing the international bankers to freely loot and pillage — and expanding NATO and allowing it to operate outside of its territory.

Sen. Biden returns to campus during United Nations week U.S. Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.), a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee since 1972, said last Thursday he did not understand the importance of collective security for the nations of the world until he graduated from the University of Delaware in 1965.
In a speech celebrating United Nations Week, Biden said professor emeritus Leroy Bennett and other political science professors who taught him were wise to espouse the value of the United Nations as a valuable peacekeeping tool. Meeting with world leaders, Biden said he has “on more than one occasion, been brought back in my mind to classes I took with Dr. Bennett,” a man Biden called “well ahead of his time.”
In his speech in Clayton Hall, “On the Threshold of the New World Order: A Rebirth for the United Nations,” Biden said the world’s leaders must adopt a new understanding of security. “Collective security today must encompass not only the security of nations,” he said, “but also mankind’s security in a global environment that has proven vulnerable to debilitating changes wrought by man’s own endeavors.
“Thus, in setting an American agenda for a new world order, we must begin with a profound alteration in traditional thought,” he said.
Speaking to about 150 faculty and students, Biden said the United States should “buttress stable democracy in the former Soviet empire” and “champion the cause of democracy in China.”
Biden criticized President George Bush’s Soviet policies, saying the “administration, if not absent, has been little more than an onlooker.”
The senator said the United States should deliver more “educational and professional” assistance to the countries of the former Soviet Union. The goal, he said, must be to “foster the conditions and institutions necessary for a free economy and a free body politic to thrive.”
Very little money would be needed from the American government to make great strides toward assisting in the privatization of the former Soviet Union, Biden said.
Together with other nations, the United States could help stabilize the currencies now used in the independent Soviet countries, he said. Other efforts could be aimed at establishing legal codes for business practice, taxation and property ownership, he said.
Biden said the collapse of communism and the end of the Cold War also give the United States an opportunity to slash the number of nuclear weapons now available. He said the START treaty ratified by the Senate early in October limits Russia and the United States to possessing no more than 9,000 nuclear warheads each, but said “more dramatic progress” could be made to reduce the nuclear threat.

“We should seek a steady, mutual draw-down to a ceiling of no more than 500 warheads (per side),” he said.
Representatives of the United Nations should be used to monitor the dismantling of the weapons, he said. “We should cut the Gordian knot of difficult dismantlement by acting immediately to sequester all warheads to be eliminated,” he suggested.
Biden also advocated a global ban on the production of weapons-grade missile material and a comprehensive test ban treaty for all countries with nuclear capabilities. He said the United States and other countries should commit military forces to exclusive use by the United Nations’ Security Council, which would enforce nuclear agreements.
Since the United States is a permanent member of the council, with the power to veto multinational military action, Biden said there is no risk of having Americans troops drawn into conflicts the government does not wish to join.
Biden stressed that, if nuclear containment efforts fail, the United States “must be able to use force to stop rogue nations like North Korea” from collecting additional weapons of mass destruction. The “new world order” also should include a new role for NATO, he said.

Biden also attacked Bush’s handling of human rights’ violations in China, as well as his environmental record.
“The president has opposed every congressional effort to impose serious sanctions or even link trade to more reasonable Chinese policies on human rights and the sale of dangerously destabilizing arms,” he said.
“No one can expect that trade sanctions against Beijing would yield a sudden transformation of that regime. But American foreign policy should leave no doubt-and the Bush administration has left much doubt- that the United States stands squarely on the side of China’s brave and aspiring democrats-to whom power will ultimately flow.”
Of President Bush’s refusal to sign treaties at the United Nations’ Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Biden said, “Our blunder was both tactical and strategic.”
“For the United States, it should become a paramount priority to promote American environmental technologies and services around the world,” he said. “We do not, despite what the president or anyone else may say, have to choose between jobs and the environment.”
In a question-and-answer period following the speech, one audience member drew applause for suggesting that Biden would make a good secretary of state if Bill Clinton wins the presidential election. Biden said he was flattered but did not think he would receive such an appointment.

I keep hearing from all angles the terms”less bombs and more green”.. but I really don’t think that idea will work. Reason?.. The world’s powerful people got all their power from oil and wars(manufacturing weapons which are only profitable if they are constantly expeneded and replenishedat more and more cost to justify more and more wars. Additionally you throw in the “fractional finacing theory” which is designed to fool and fail from it’s origin. The “green” theory only works as long as food is in a sufficient supply. As I type more and more agricultiral efforts are focused towrds coorpartae farms “because the small farmer never manages his/her land properly” and big business can do better. This is and will result in the food supply of the world being controlled like oil and energy presently is. Yes, there are highs and lows due to some making money and some losing traditional interests, “all for the betterment of humanity” of course. The bottom line of all efforts seem to be for the few controlling the many by “created neccessity” such as food and energy and it weakens the human effort overall. I would venture to guess that is food and oil were cut off to at least 50% of humanity this second.. less thanhalf would be alive , at the most, three months from now. They will have either been killed trying to steal and scrounge for a living or commit suicide by giving up. Reposnses are welcome.. but think about it. Picture one second the average person walking into a store(Walmart for example) and seeing the food shelves completely void. Many will be convinced it is all a TV show gone bad and just wait a day or so ..eating from the things they have at home.. but can after can reality will set in.. and ? The kids begin to complain they are hungry, maybe other people are trying to get what they think you may have? the idea that you have no plan sets in hard?.. Who knows.. it isn’t here yet. But the “oil experiemnt” has been done and now the providers of energy have a clue of how much people will take without upsetting the economy.
Food fo thought. A year ago a mention of a hurricane withing 200 miles of the US would increase oil prices 10 cents overnight with no justification. A war in Georgia(not the US), with natural gas and a oil pipeline possibly at stake, not a peep about energy, in fact oil prices dropped in the US. Go figure?

I understand to some depth your point.. what is lacking is the manipulators of the US have built up it’s image as a country from the “greatest and most generous country on earth” to the most despised.. even though most countries on earth have to some degree or another benefoited from the laborr of the US citizen after it has been confiscated in the form of taxation on labor and given as a “gift of one GVt to another”.. the countries outsiode the US don’t exactly see it the way it really is.. as is true with most so called “citizens’ of the US. Despite the Dems and the allied main stream media’s desperation to see Romney as McCain’s Veep, Mitt is clearly out, with (1) Obama doubling down on the class warfare theme (McCain’s 7 houses) and (2) McCain doubling down with ads showing the hypocrisy of Biden attacking Obama in the primaries — Romney did way more than that contra McCain.

manage to pull off his nomination, all remain poised to view the legal
performance.
The first hurdle will be having Obama produce his birth certificate,
which so far he has refused to do, and prove that he was born in Hawaii
on August 4, 1961,as he has always claimed. There is speculation that
his American mother may have brought him to Honolulu shortly after his
birth in Kenya, but no proof of that has been shown.
According to the law on the books at the time of Obama’s birth, the
office of president requires that a candidate be a natural citizen if
the child was not born to two U.S.citizen parents. Since he was
not,should it be proven that Obama was not born in Hawaii, as claimed,
he is ineligible without further debate. But assuring that he was born
there, he has another problem.
According to a legal researcher who has contacted the AFP, U.S.law very
clearly states: ‘If only one parent is a U.S.citizen at the time of
one’s birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for a
minimum of 10 years, five of which must be after the age of 16.’ And
therein lies Obama’s new problem.
Barack Obama’s father was never a U.S.citizen.
Interestingly, there isn’t much paperwork on the marriage of Obama’s
parents, and this has a few researchers speculating that it never took
place at all. On page 27 of ‘Obama: From Promise to Power’, David
Mendell writes: ‘Obama later confessed that he never searched for the
government documents on the marriage, although Madelyn (Obama’s
maternal grandmother) insisted they were legally married.’ He also notes that
Obama’s father apparently was not legally divorced from his first wife
back in Kenya at the time, a point of contention that ultimately led to
their separation.
This also would suggest that there may never have been any legal
marriage by Obama’s parents at all, but the Constitution does not ban an
illegitimate child from the White House, as long as he was born inside
the U.S. Obama’s mother was born in Kansas and was only 18 when Obama was born.
This means even though she satisfied the citizen requirement for 10
years, she was not a citizen for at least five years prior to Obama’s
birth. In essence, the mother alone is not old enough to qualify her
son for automatic U.S.citizenship. At most, two years elapsed from his
mother turning 16 to the time of Barack Obama’s birth when she was 18.
His mother would have needed to have been 16 + 5 = 21 years old at the
time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to be a natural-born citizen.
Barack Obama was already three years old at the time his mother turned 21.
Technically, Obama should have been naturalized as a citizen, but that,
of course, would disqualify him from holding the office of president.
If the allegations are accurate, America could install in January of
2009 a new president who is not even a U.S.citizen, neither born nor
naturalized.
It should be demanded that Obama produce his 1961 Hawaiian birth
certificate.
If he cannot satisfactorily do so, he should be deemed immediately
ineligible to hold the office of president.’

To me, this even lends itself to more credo about the New World Order’s apparent agenda. I wonder how much puppet strings sell for now-a-days? The way things will go in the future is just as much my fault as it is yours for being a lazy consumer who rode out Americas good times with little care for anything else in the world. Just like the businesses that got paid to run things that way. Responsibility-that’s what we lack. We don’t care about efficiency, less power consumption or to stop using fossil fuels. Gas and oil can be replaced with biodiesel, ethanol, solar, wind hydro.
America and the oil companies have gutted the rest of the world and caused many wars over oil. If theres ever a new world order I hope that its run by people like Ron Paul and not only will they stop nuclear proliferation but bad business practices as well. There’s a lot of intelligent bloggers posting all kinds of informative ideas on infowars, but can you take your talents and post them on mainstream newspaper blogs?, can you get the information out there where the masses of uninformed brainwashed people read what others say?, do you have the guts to not care what any of the word bully rat bastards have to say?.
These are some ideas to start with, maybe we could start a group of writers and expose the truth about whats going on, I’ve already referred this website on many bloggs, if someone wants to dump on me for doing it then I don’t give a dam, most of the people who post in the mainstream tend to be either intellectually bankrupt or pig headed, all the others are interested in hearing other viewpoints.
You always hear things like “why don’t you do something about then?” or “tyranny succeeds when good men do nothing” and the answer is always the same, when you have something intelligent to say then tell it, give them a little bit of information, post a website, a video or a book that may help them, but don’t give them the whole enchilada at once because they can’t handle it.
If you have just 5 or ten minutes to post http://www.infowars.com on a mainstream site along with some intelligent conversation then that’s better than nothing, the worst case scenario is that they can’t blame you when it all hits the fan as you say….. “I told you so”.

If NATO and the woefully underfunded UN had a plan to provide in a more direct and timely way to react to these types of flare-ups, maybe Darfur, Ossettia and the Russian threats to Ukraine and Poland would all be much more manageable.
Russia has no other choice but to accept the west as a partner. NATO should invite the Ruskis to tea in Brussels.

There is a stigma attached to the word “NAZI”…
In actuality it was nothing more than a “different view” by a political party in Germany during the period after WWI and until Hitler was propped up and elected in a fair election. It was simply a political party whowon “fair and square” with rhetoric much like the present day Democratic party in the US. The NAZI party preached “equality for all and against the aristocracy .. of which there was a class diffeerence in the upper society then… However it doesn’t take a genious to figure oure out that the Democratic and Republican parties are the same when it comes to their values in Washington and for themselves in power.. they simply put up a front to play “good party vs. bad party” and the people they supposedly “serve” are duped into somehow thinking they will eventually benefit ..”always after that next election”…”Just give us a chance to get it right,,with this election..”.. Well after 100 years.. 1/10th of the time supposedly since Christ was born.. nothing has changed..except GVT gets to get “another chance” When?…Guess/ “After this election’.. The system is screwed..unless you are a beneficiary of the system and you have the power to make it work for your benefit. Few… surviving “middle class: people do…. Soon.. “a few more elections” will result in the political class and the slave class.. where GVT makes rules to use the people as they see fit.
At one time I thought people who didn’t want children were selfish for not wanting to procreate.. My views have changed with the status quo in GVT as is.
My present view..if you cannot support yourself without having the GVT steal from another person.. your ability to survive shoupld be based on just that.. YOUR ability. IF you cannot make it on your own with using GVT as a thief to make you feel comfortable.. perhaps that type of human should meet their just reward.

In Fact.. Look up People like “Preston Bush” grandfather of GW and HW… and people like Henry Ford and all the other “finacial barons” and activity between the areas around Germany prior to WWI and WWII….
It wasn’t until 1951 that Preston Bush got “his finacial assets” back because he wasn’t as smart as the others to hide his dealing with supporting the profits to be made in building up Germany in WWI in time to keep it inder the rug like most in that era.

Good on you for being woken up… some people I know refuse to wake up, and a lot of the youth and even other adults i talk to either call me crazy idiot or they are too scared and they don’t want to hear about it. Talking to highschool aged youth is like talking to a bunch of ostriches… they just stick their heads in the sand and wait to die. When you talk to people, expect a lot of rejection, especially if you are youth or young adult.. because people like to discriminate against us. I have been awake to this shit for years… I knew about it in highschool… but faced a lot of rejection. I try to talk to my other friend, who have kids theirselves, and they still think vaccinations are good for kids!!! OMFG I understand your frustration. She called me a bad mother because I refused to vaccinate my child… Unfortunately here in Canada, it is manditory to vaccinate your child… long story short… my friend ratted me out to the ministry for refusing to vaccinate my son… The Gov’t took him away… and he was given to my abusive ex husband, because he allowed the vaccinations!!! I try to tell people about the NWO and the slow take-over that will look like Nazi Germany soon… I tell them what happened to my son in the hands of the gov’t… but they still don’t listen. I have some advice for you… Don’t fear rejection… because for every 100 people you tell… 2 or 3 will listen and wake up… that will start a chain effect and they will start telling others. Don’t give up… and good luck to you.

I have a copy of a booklet that was printed by the U.S. State Department but is out of print now, that calls for a “New International Order”! Wake up, Americans or Germany will seem like a Sunday picnic. It calls for a disbanding of our military forces and for all weapons to be destroyed. The only military that would be preserved would be just to keep internal order. As our government(ha!) heads closer and closer to the New World Order we as Americans have to do our homework. I believe that we have people, some within our own government, who are working for a “one-world government. I believe that many of these people belong to the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations. When Pat Buchanan came to my hometown a few years ago, I asked him if there were people in our government who were working for world governement and he said that there are people in both the Democratic Party and the Republician Party who are working for world government.
