Appearing on Alan Colmes radio show, Andrew Napolitano said the military is not telling us the truth about the Fort Hood shooting. He also told Colmes the Constitution allows for the trial of KSM and other so far untried and unconvicted accused terrorists.

Constitutional Convention which is outlined in the Constitution is for citizens to able to redress the governement when they do not listen is what we want and need. What we do not want or need is a Constitutional Congess, or Con Con in that is a body to rewrite the Constituion and we do not want or need that. Nopalitano is right.

^ This is a short 5-minute film I made called Beautiful Distractions.
I’ve tried to mix information, opposing views, and entertainment all in one so that it could be something to show people who aren’t as informed about what is happening (mainly with the swine flu) and yet still get them interested in finding out more, but without attacking them with thousands of facts at once.
And, though I take all these issues seriously, I also try to show a humorous side to all of this as well. I mean, we all gotta be able to laugh at our selves sometimes, right?
Feel free to repost and share if you want.

You know our military needs to realize that their HOPE is the American people.
They are being used, abused and nailed to the outhouse door by the NWO and
the only ones who would really give them fair respect, (if they get right) ARE
their own people. WE WANT OUR SOLDIERS OUT OF IRAQ & AFGHANISTAN,
NOW! We want a full accounting by the Pentagon. We want the injured, both
mentally and physically, CARED FOR! The day our military COMES CLEAN
to the American people is the day their healing & respect will begin to rise.

I totaly agree with both of you. I’ve lost many brothers and sisters in arms in conflicts from Operation Just Cause to the current conflicts in Iraq and Afganistan. The large majority of us know and understand that we are mere puppets in a sick show performing for ungrateful masters. We go and do as we are told and try to make the best for those who live in those countries that we occupy. I’m willing to “come clean” as you say Mr. Spike if you would like to know. Please feel free to email me at sgt_clayton35@yahoo with anything you need to know. I have no problems with answering questions that I can give you answers to. I feel that the American populus should be more in formed about the actions of the forces that are supose to be protecting them at home. I think Mr. Welch’s requesting of a full accounting of the Pentagon should just not stop there. I can honestly tell you that you [Mr. Welch] should also request the same for the DoD, NSA, CIA and Secret Service. The reason I say this is that the Pentagon isn’t just the only entity that has a finger in this pie. Please take me up on this offer I’m very sencer on this and look forward to hear from you.

Thank You, Sergeant Clayton!
When I said “come clean” I was referring to those in the military
who are actually planning these escapades at the expense of our
enlisted soldiers.
I can probably speak for a great number of folks when I say that
regardless of what has happened in the past few decades we
still consider our “Boots On The Ground” soldiers to be our BEST.
Having a bit of age under my belt and knowing several military
I realize the majority of our regular Army are fine people who
joined the Service to make a difference for our country.
We also firmly believe that most of our American soldiers would
flatly REFUSE to participate in actions against American citizens.
And let me assure you, Sergeant and all of our other worthy
servicemen and women that WE ARE GRATEFUL for your
sacrifices and we will not forget how you’ve been ill-treated.
Events in our nation and the world seem to be leading up to a
planned climax. Our forefathers said: “If we do not hang to-
gether at this time we will most assuredly hang separately.”
The wish of every honest Patriot is to “close ranks” with as
many of our dedicated law enforcement and military as possible
so we may join the coming battle in a united front for the U.S.
I will compose an e-mail to you after work today, Sergeant.

World’s churches urged to ring bells against climate change
The World Council of Churches on Thursday called on churches around the world to ring their bells 350 times during the Copenhagen climate change summit on December 13 as a call to action on global warming. The leading council of Christian and Orthodox churches also invited places of worship for other faiths to join a symbolic “chain of chimes and prayers” stretching around the world from the international date line in the South Pacific.
“On that Sunday, midway through the UN summit, the WCC invites churches around the world to use their bells, drums, gongs or whatever their tradition offers to call people to prayer and action in the face of climate change,” the council said in a statement.
“By sounding their bells or other instruments 350 times, participating churches will symbolise the 350 parts per million that mark the safe upper limit for CO2 (carbon dioxide) in the atmosphere according to many scientists,” it added. The chimes are meant to start at 3.00 pm local time in each location. The WCC brings together 348 Protestant, Orthodox and Anglican churches representing about 560 million Christians in 110 countries.
The Council of European Bishops Conferences, which gathers Roman Catholic bishops and archbishops, is also supporting the campaign, according to a letter released by the WCC.
The UN summit in the Danish capital on December 7 to 18 is meant to produce a new global treaty to broaden cuts in emissions of greenhouse gases blamed for climate change, but the negotiations are still riven by disagreements. The WCC acknowledged that plans for a bell ringing campaign have stirred controversy.
“In some countries, the question has been raised whether churches have the right to use their bells for what may be considered to be a political campaign,” said Guillermo Kerber, WCC programme executive on climate change. “Those who support the campaign see the care of creation and of people’s lives and livelihoods threatened by climate change more as an ethical and spiritual issue that, of course, has political implications, not in a partisan sense but referring to the common good,” he explained.

Sylvester, if you’d do your homework, you would realize that the so-called “World Council of Churches” has been a known Communist Front Group since sometime PRIOR to 1964: that’s over 45 years!
In short, all churches are NOT behind the Copenhagen Treaty disaster! Yes, I will admit that a large group of them HAVE “drunk the Kool-aid”, but there are still denominations who have REFUSED to follow the WCC, mostly because “ecumenicalism” is merely another word for “Globalization” and reducing a denomination from preaching Christ to some polyglot swill of “HARMonization” and “convergence” of all religions into one “watered down”, Satanic, swill of non-belief. In the case of my denomination, we told them we are as “ecumenical” as they come: we’ll accept anyone who is willing to REPENT and be BAPTIZED!

You seem to have taken ownership of “YOUR” entire denomination which would suggest you have established yourself as an idol. I’ll double check, but I believe that is contradictory to the 2nd commandment, if you’ve done your homework. Might want to consider some repentance of your own.

Hasan is a patsy. Even the cops who shot him couldn’t get their facts straight– first the valliant lady officer (and mother of two) got him, firing even as she was greviously wounded (shades of Jessica Lynch). And then the black officer ‘thought’ perhaps he was the one to drop Hasan. Then the obvious absurdity of a roomful of battle-hardened troops doing nothing while some pudgy guy with a single pistol mowed them all down. Like most cases such as this, we aren’t likely to hear the truth for years, if ever.

At every Army Base i was ever stationed at, not one soldier was aloud to have a weapon except for the MP’S. And the weapon’s that were assigned to us were under lock and key.
Here’s a little tid bit ,when i was stationed at dharan during Desert Storm we were told when we were on guard duty to have an empty magazine in our weapon and the live ammo in our pouches. So if someone wanted to they could pick us off like sitting ducks.

Whatever happened at Ft. Hood we can surmise it did not go exactly as planned. They had to ad lib their story all day until they finally got their backs comfortably covered.
Sad thing is like so many other cover ups there are people who know what happened and they refuse to come forward. As long as the media is not accountable the lies flourish without restraint. The media is the most potent aspect of what endangers us. It is also the most directly vulnerable to the truth.
Through the effective exposure of the media’s vile methods of compartmentalized unaccountability we can make real progress.

The reason they don’t declare war is because it would take an act of congress, so in order to pass the buck congress give the president power he already has to protect the US in an imminently dangerous situation. this way they can put the blame on the president that will only serve at most eight years while it would follow them their entire life politically hurting their chances of re election if things go wrong or if it make matters worse, such as we see with the present wars.
Gary Reply:
December 2nd, 2009 at 9:59 am
Very astute, but it’s also simply unnecessary. There’s no longer any need to “declare war.” The President has been ceded that power. There’s no going back. Entropy. Hell, these yahoos on The Hill and in The White House really don’t make the decisions. They jump, they roll, they tow the line. They are very truly puppets. Who is the puppet master(s)?
If you’re religious the answer is simple. If you’re atheist the answer becomes extremely murky and unanswerable. I’ll stick with Dr. Stanley Monteith and his take on the whole complex mess.

Yawn. The Libertarian Party has said all this decades ago. The Vietnam “War” was another example of an undeclared war where the President and Pentagon overstepped themselves. The Constitution is merely a promise. It is worthless if The People aren’t willing to defend it. We The People haven’t been willing to defend The Constitution for many long hard years. Now, there are surely people willing to defend bureaucrats and politicians, tenets and beliefs, talking heads and generals. But the actual people defending The Constitution are very very few. Indeed, there are very few who even understand The Constitution and the true meaning of Freedom.
Americans, for the majority, are woefully unworthy of the cherished jewel of Freedom. They are unworthy of The Constitution and it’s precepts. America is lost. Maybe the pieces can be picked up later. I truly doubt it. There is no more “new land.” America was to be different. It was a shining moment – a grand experiment – now gone. All that is left is the death throes and burial.
Thank God I never had children. Thank God for that.

TRUTHER: You have quoted many wonderful verses from The Scriptures, but you missed the Most important Commandment of all, and the one which is NOT recognized by the majority of those who call themselves “christian” due to the fact that the Roman Catholic Church changed the commandments and the Law of Yahuweh back in the 4th cent.:
“4 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.”
The Sabbath day is Saturday; “Sun-day” is the day of worshipping the Sun, and was instituted by the RCC to continue the Babylonian religous beliefs which they merged with the beliefs of the followers of Yahushua to corrupt the power of belief in the TRUE CREATOR, Yahuweh. IF you want to be without sin, you must honor the 4th Commandment, Sabbath on the 7th day, which is Saturday–and yes, “saturday” is named after the planet Saturn, once again from the Chaldean/Babylonian satanic religions. Better to say as Yahuweh says, “the 7th day.”

Why would an intelligent man who made over a hundred thousand dollars a year just lose it?….I think what happened was that he (Hassan) sat there and listened how thousands of American soldiers raped, pillaged, killed many innocent Iraqi’s and could not live with this burden on their conscious.Hassan then acted irrationally and decided to take justice into his hands just as the shoe thrower did, except Hassan killed. Hassan saw how the U.S. came to Iraq for oil, and blood and was filled with righteous indignation. But should have left the murderous American soldiers fate in the one who judges righteously (God).

Seems like the evidence and TV talking points were already put into place. First -they talk about a pistol “Commonly called a cop-killer” – any gun can kill whoever it is pointed at – especilly if it’s a head shot. What they were refering to was outlawed Teflon tipped bullets -THEY were called cop killers because they can penetrate body armor. The room should have been riddled with holes that totally penetrated the walls and exited the exterior of the compound if “cop-killers” were used. did that gun shop also sell Hasan illegal teflon tipped bullets? Also most pistols other than glocks don’t have 20 round clips – this was one of them. 100 rounds fired divided by 12 round clips (9mm, 40mag, 44?) equals 8-9 clips – a very big bulge in your britches.
