You’d be surprised at the numbers of people who really do think it borders on paranoia when they hear us rant about all this stuff! So don’t be surprised if the powers-that-be have thousands upon thousands show up voluntarily to take the vaccinations……that makes the job easier for the police because they can then systematically focus on the few of us (relatively speaking) who refuse to submit.

I just finished doing a 2 hour focus group study on H1N1 virus and how people will react to government warnings and advertising. They ARE preparing for something and this marketing study shows that they are very concerned what people think. Most of the people in the study agreed that the swine flu is media hype. But, I think it’s just preparation for something bigger. Look out for yourselves and prepare. I’ve done this marketing stuff for several years now and this is the first one I’ve seen like this. They even have a commercial in the works for a widespread epidemic.

It WILL happen if they go ahead and pass laws to force people against their will, and force their children against the parents and children’s will. This is a subject entailing much fear. Everyone knows now that the composition of that vaccine has some extremely dire consequences for many that take it. You try forcing a parent to take it, they might acquiece, you try forcing their children and youre going to have a fight. It is within the nature of all animals to protect their young even to the death, and we humans are in the animal kingdom and we are governed by instinct as much as any mother lioness protecting her young from harm.
If the government tries to force people to take something they believe could harm or kill them they will fight, it is ineviteable. Aussie, I agree about the majority of Americans being sheep. But there are a percentage that are scary tough. I’m talking about “normal” guys who can keep a tight pattern at 75 feet with a semi-auto pistol. Guys and some girls! I know there are some people in America who have prepared for a revolt, but they are very few, too few. I’m usually terribly cruel in my assessment of Americans, but I allow for a select few who are ready, willing and able to fight back. Is it 5%? No freaking way. Nowhere near even 1%. And therein lies the problem. Simply having a gun without the resolve to use it makes the gun useless. I doubt that I would physically revolt, except to protect my actual home and wife and personal body. I really feel no loyalty to my fellow Americans who have backed the illegal occupations, elected the criminals, supported the abortion of innocents (or looked the other way), imprisoned the addicted and the abused, snatched children from innocent parents, etc. America and Americans deserve the bed they have made. They deserve the medicine prepared for them, and now they must take it. It’s too bad the rest of us have to go along for the ride, but that is the way of things. I will die knowing I resisted evil – in every form and in every place.

Flu’s have been around for millions of years and humans have been afflicted with them for at least 3 million years, and were still here. The only diseases that can wipe out the human race are the ones scientists are bioengineering to specifically kill people, and THAT is happening. Ramping up the scaremongering tactics on Fox news and saying that many have already died, that too is a laugh. I’ve already had swine flu, and it lasted for about 5 days, i had fever and puking and i felt like s--- for a week but i didnt die.

You couldnt possibly do that, everyone of them would be arrested for terrorists before they even go through the gate.
Things have gone way beyond US citizens being able to affect anything on that kind of scale. It was easier in the revolutionary war because they didnt have technology to wiretap your phones or satellites in orbit to give away your position, or cruise missles to blow you to pieces MILES away from the enemy. A militia wouldnt even have a chance because the technology is not equal. Ask the native americans what happened when the henry repeater was invented, its the same concept. Bows and arrows vs guns, its the same concept.
Guns are only effective if you can get up within a certain range, a cruise missle can hit you from hundreds of miles way, you cant fight that. You guys are full of s--- if you think you can throw a revolution against a titan that can swat you down like a fly, your deaths would mean nothing and you wives and children would be left without fathers and mothers. In order to have better government we need men and women with high morals and higher values that are good and honest people. Im as patriot as the next man, but you cant go on living in a fantasy. Many of you may have heard rumors that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is planning to impose mandatory vaccinations as part of our response to the H1N1 (swine) flu pandemic. These rumors are not true. The Department of Public Health will not call for or authorize mandatory vaccination against the pandemic flu. There are no public health officials on the state, national, or global level calling for forced vaccination for H1N1. These rumors appear to be part of a deliberate effort to misinform concerned citizens about state and national pandemic response efforts.
Since the outbreak of H1N1 in April, department personnel have been working tirelessly with health care providers and facilities, local public health officials, schools, municipalities, public safety authorities, and experts in the federal government and other states to ensure that we are prepared to respond to the resurgence in H1N1 cases, as cooler weather arrives and children return to school. The Department’s current efforts are the culmination of years of preparation in programmatic, regulatory and statutory areas.
The Department of Public Health’s H1N1 response plan is based on several key components:
1) Public outreach and education – educating public officials, health care providers, teachers, parents, and the general public about how to prevent the spread of the flu; what individuals should do if they or a loved one think they have the flu; and how health care facilities and schools should respond to the expected surge in H1N1 cases.
2) Support for health care providers and local public health efforts – ensuring that the on-the-ground responders have timely, accurate information about the spread of the disease and evolving response protocols; helping build response capacity at the local level; and getting resources like the vaccine, anti-viral medications, masks, gloves and other supplies effectively distributed around the state. To insure that our health care facilities can function adequately and safely through the fall and winter, we recently passed a regulation to require that hospitals, clinics and long term care facilities offer seasonal and H1N1 vaccines to all their employees. But any employee can decline such vaccinations. Even in health care facilities, no one is forced to be vaccinated.
3) Strategic planning and statewide coordination – tracking and monitoring the spread and virulence of H1N1 this fall to ensure that there is consistent and effective action taken across the state; and adapting public health protocols and response to a novel flu strain that may evolve over the course of the fall and winter.
The Department of Public Health has been functioning in a transparent manner and actively communicating about H1N1 planning, holding dozens of hours of conference calls with key stakeholders and engaging the media to keep the residents of Massachusetts informed. We are eager to offer the H1N1 vaccine to those most at risk who choose to be vaccinated when it becomes available in mid-October. Mandatory vaccination is not and has never been part of the plan or discussion in Massachusetts’ pandemic response. There is no constitution where government can find a “compelling interest” in violating it. There is no liberty in a nation bereft of liberty’s defenders.
To what extent must the constitution be raped before the military and law enforcement step in to defend it from those with legal minds so great and so cunning that they can interpret the document exactly the opposite as the founders intended, and tell us it’s all for the greater good?

I like Napolitano, but he doesn’t understand economics. He keeps bashing Lincoln and FDR. What he fails to appreciate, is that Lincoln and FDR both fought against the (British) Empire and globalization. Tariffs are needed to protect sovereign nations from globalization, and a national bank is needed to replace the current monetary system, with a Constitutional system of government credit. The actions taken by FDR under the New Deal were responsible for developing the world’s strongest physical economy, an economy that has been allowed to deteriorate under globalization. Until patriots like Napolitano learn the difference between “free trade” and the American System of Economics, there is a lot of work to be done. Vaccination is a public health matter, government gets to mandate it, this is already established within Constitutional Law. Don’t like it? Feel free to emigrate to some other (disease-ridden) country.

The efficacy of a 2-month treatment with oral colostrum in the prevention of flu episodes compared with antiinfluenza vaccination was evaluated. Groups included healthy subjects without prophylaxis and those receiving both vaccination and colostrum. After 3 months of follow-up, the number of days with flu was 3 times higher in the non-colostrum subjects. The colostrum group had 13 episodes versus 14 in the colostrum + vaccination group, 41 in the group without prophylaxis, and 57 in nontreated subjects. Part 2 of the study had a similar protocol with 65 very high-risk cardiovascular subjects, all of whom had prophylaxis. The incidence of complications and hospital admission was higher in the group that received only a vaccination compared with the colostrum groups. Colostrum, both in healthy subjects and high-risk cardiovascular patients, is at least 3 times more effective than vaccination to prevent flu and is very cost-effective.

It’s not going to happen. We live in Massacheusetts, I’m watching very carefully. I am a mother and grand mother of 17 healthy kids. We WILL NOT BE GETTING THIS DANGEROUS VACCINE! The next option your have is to prevent this “swine flu” without getting the untested fast track vaccine.
There are several simple steps you can take to help prevent yourself from getting colds and the flu.
1. Vitamin D is made when you expose significant amounts of your skin to the sun. It takes about 20 minutes a day to make what you need. The vitamin D blocks the sites on cells where viruses normally attach. Thus taking vitamin D3 in 2000 to 5000 international units per day significantly reduces your chances of getting a viral infection. It is interesting to note that “flu season” is during the cold months when you do not expose your skin to the sun. It is also interesting that the bubonic plague of the 1340’s was also known as the “Little Ice Age” because of unusually cold temperatures in Europe. The 1918 flu epidemic occurred in the winter. You can do a blood test to see if your vitamin D levels are low, but in my practice, I have never seen a normal test in someone who was not taking supplements.
2. Iodine kills all single-celled organisms and viruses. They can never become resistant to it. If you have enough, you body will put 30 times as much iodine in the parts of the body exposed to the outside world as it has in the blood. This envelopes you in a shield of protective iodine to keep you from getting infections. You should take 12.5 mg of iodine per day. The brands are iThroid®(RLC Labs) and Iodoral®.
3. Vitamin C is important to keep the body working correctly. The only species that cannot make their own vitamin C are humans, guinea pigs and primates. You need about 5000 mg of powdered vitamin C or 1000 mg if taken with phosphatidyl choline. The book Curing the Incurable, Vitamin C and Infectious Disease and Toxins by Thomas Levy, MD looks at 1200 medical articles about killing infections with vitamin C. We have been successful in curing even penicillin-resistant staph (MRSA) with IV vitamin C.
4. Nano-particles of silver kills microorganisms efficiently, even resistant ones like MRSA and pseudomonas. Take one teaspoonful, three times a day. I use it when I need an antibiotic, not every day.
5. Essential oils are extracted from plants or manufactured in a lab. The natural ones are therapeutic. The manufactured ones smell nice but have no health benefits. About 95% of those sold in the US have no effect. However, the pure essential oils are very powerful. The spices are particularly great at killing microorganisms. It is interesting that the spice traders did not get the bubonic plague. Make a tea with a few drops of therapeutic cinnamon and clove oil mixed with a tablespoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of raw, local honey.
6. Methylene blue has been used for years to kill viruses in our blood supply. See the references below. Professor Charles McWilliams says, “Here’s the down and simple: tell you viral patients to get unadulterated 3% hydrogen peroxide, like that found in valu-mart or dollar stores. The cheaper the better. Also, get a one-dollar bottle of methylene blue. If not available at the drug store, go to the pet shop for the same. As a tonic, four times daily: a full glass of water, 1 tablespoon of H2O2, and a few drops of methylene blue. Drink!” Your tongue and urine will be blue, but that is better than a few days in bed with the flu.
7. Wash your hands and clothes frequently.

Do any of you really believe that police will bust in your front doors with injections? How may news stories and Movies of the Week would that make? What about when you must choose between getting laid off (in this economy) or producing the documentation that you (and yours) have been vaccinated? Just a thought…

For Bob B et al…familiar with Jacobson v Mass…197US11….The decision compelled specifically adult inhabitants of Cambridge (not anyone else in Mass) considered fit to be vaccinated for smallpox or suffer a penalty of 5 dollars. As a result of the ruling, Jacobson was be committed until he paid the penalty.
1-Has anyone read the exact supposed “statute”?
