trying to change the system from within IS playing by their rules. that deck is stacked against us and they deal the cards. the only way we will ever win, ever stop them is to fight them by any and all means necessary. if that means the threat of violence then so be it. they have brought this upon themselves. trying to meet corruption with fairness is a losing battle. we need to start stringing these corrupt mother fuckers up from the flag-poles, that is unfortunately the only power we have to effect them with, and apparently the only one they understand and respect. we should break these people out of jail by force and stand in battle beside them… it must eventually come to that. the system is too broken to be revamped. i say burn it to the ground and start fresh.

What they were doing is being STUPID by calling the Judge and D.A. and Threatening their lives! In case you aren’t aware, in most States the law is against this type of behavior!
I agree that ALL of us should stand up against the system, as far as illegal taxation etc. But you don’t do it by calling people and telling them that you are going to come to their house and kill them!
Like I said, In most States this is called “Terrorist Threats” and is a FELONY!

If you truly want to fight the system, You will die! The best way to win a fight of this nature is from within!
In other words, don’t fight by their rules, get inside and change them so that you have a chance!

responding to what question? what you are doing is being a flippant dismissive “dipshit” about a very serious issue. we should all be backing these people 100% even if we don’t agree with their methodology. they are standing up against a giant and they are doing it before any of the rest of us. in my book that makes them heroic. that is my contribution to this argument, i back them because they are right. what is your contribution? questioning their MO? talking shit about the stand they are taking? call me all the names you want, it doesn’t make you any less cowardly.

What is the militia? The term “militia” consists of two parts: the organized militia and the unorganized militia. According to the organic Maine Constitution and backed by the United States Code, the organized militia is the standing military force in the state (the “State Guard”) while the unorganized militia (which is commonly called the militia) consists of all other males between the ages of 17 and 45 (or 65 if they have prior military service). The militia was established for the purpose of defending the state (a sovereign nation) and the United States of America (a union of nations) from all enemies “foreign and domestic” based upon principles of community self defense established hundreds of years before the nation was formed. However, while the organized militia was tasked with the defenses of the states, our forefathers, having just fought their own government, did not place their entire trust in the government or a standing army to protect them but reserved the right and the means to protect themselves – thus the unorganized militia. The militia was and is a defensive body set up so that its members can take care of normal peace by internal lawless elements, or government usurpation of the rights and power of the people guaranteed by the Constitution, there is a group of people that owe their allegiance to no one except God and their fellow Americans who desire to remain free.

The mission and purpose of the militia have not changed. What has changed is the status of the organized militia. The “State Guard” with the duty and obligation of protecting the state is now under federal jurisdiction (the “National Guard”) thereby obligating it only to the federal government making the unorganized militia the only constitutional force available for the defense of the state.
