UPDATED SEPT 17 4:05 PM CST: NYC Housing Authority spokesman Howard Marder has now officially confirmed that Barry Jennings indeed passed away approximately a month ago after several days in the hospital, matching confirmations from several other employees at the Housing Authority. Marder commented that Jennings was a great man, well liked by everyone at the Housing Authority, and that he would be missed. No other details were available.

Barry Jennings, a key 9/11 eyewitness who was an emergency coordinator for the New York Housing Authority, has passed away at age 53 from circumstances not yet disclosed.
A spokesperson for the Housing Authority has now confirmed his death, after weeks of rumors circulating online, but refused to give any further details. Several other individuals at the Housing Authority also confirmed that they knew Barry Jennings, and that indeed he had passed away about a month ago. No other details were available.
This office has not yet been able to contact anyone in the Jennings family and the official cause of death is not yet known, but online comments have reported the date of death as August 19, 2008.
It is very unusual that a prominent — and controversial– 9/11 witness would die only days before the release of NIST’s report on WTC7 and shortly after a firestorm erupted over his testimony that he heard explosions inside the building prior to collapse of either tower and that there were dead bodies in the building’s blown-out lobby.

The BBC aired The Third Tower in July in attempt to debunk Barry Jennings’ account– which is both contradictory and damaging to the official 9/11 story– by making issue over whether or not he said he “saw” dead bodies in the lobby.
Yet Jennings own statement in an exclusive interview with Dylan Avery and Jason Bermas– which has not been denied– was: “The fire fighter who took us down kept saying, ‘Don’t look down.’ And I said, ‘Why.’ And we were stepping over people– you know, you can feel when you’re stepping over people.”
Now the release of Jason Bermas’ Fabled Enemies is giving further exposure to Jennings’ controversial account. The film features a full interview with Barry Jennings, as well as the statements he and Michael Hess, who was also trapped with him inside WTC7, made to news media on the day of the attacks.
Barry Jennings reiterated in the exclusive interview his confusion over the explanation for WTC7’s collapse– given that he clearly heard explosions inside the building:
“I’m just confused about one thing, and one thing only– why World Trade Center 7 went down in the first place. I’m very confused about that. I know what I heard– I heard explosions. The explanation I got was it was the fuel-oil tank. I’m an old boiler guy– if it was a fuel-oil tank, it would have been one side of the building.”
That interview was not released until June 2008 at the request of Mr. Jennings, who had received numerous threats to his job and asked that it be left out of Loose Change: Final Cut because of those threats.
Jennings statements have lit fire to questions about what really caused the sudden collapse of WTC7 just as NIST had hoped the release of their report would quash widespread beliefs that the building was brought down by controlled demolition.
News of Jennings’ death comes on the heels of losing another 9/11 hero and eyewitness– Kenny Johannemann, who reportedly committed suicide 12 days before the seventh anniversary of 9/11. Johannemann is credited with saving at least one man’s life on 9/11 and was also a witness to explosions in the towers.
NIST’s report, as well as that of the 9/11 Commission (which did not even mention WTC7), completely ignored statements from the building leaseholder Larry Silverstein as well as numerous police, fire fighters and other eyewitnesses who have testified that they were warned about the building’s collapse and told to get back. One rescue worker even heard a countdown for the building’s implosion.
Unfortunately, Barry Jennings, whose testimony was ignored by the 9/11 Commission, can no longer raise questions personally about his experience inside WTC7, but his account will remain on the record and available in-full on the Fabled Enemies DVD so that what he witnessed about 9/11 cannot be ignored.
The truth about WTC7 will come out, and Barry Jennings’ testimony will not be in vain.

Many of the best witnesses that stated that the shots fired at Kennedy came from behind the picket fence also were not able to testify. Give Jason credit for that interview and putting it on his latest film. What this shows is that alex and Jason need to step up their efforts to get as many witnesses as possible to explain what happened. Jennings interview shows what great character he had, it can be compared to manneta’s interviews where he will not change his version of Cheney being in command before 9:30 and not after 10:00

As a white American with a disability who grew up in a middle class family, I have seen the status of my family collapse under the BUSH administration. As a disabled veteran, I am sick and tired of these neoconservatives throwing around patriotism and the politics of division, while supporting a useless war that is costing our nation our very economic livelihood. If you’re a dissenter your not with us, so your against us mentality according to Mayor Giuliani and King George is enough. I am sick and tired of the GOP’s rhetoric.
I have seen my cousin who owns a large baby supply distributorship; go under, lose her home and have to rent an apartment. I have seen my mother lose access to healthcare when she became disabled due to illness and died. I have seen a country fall apart economically, while the federal government rewards fortune 500 companies that offshore American labor and jobs. Companies that used to make products here, have sent jobs to Mexico, or China. I have seen American oil companies bring in recording breaking profits, while small business owners who struggle to pay for goods and services as energy costs soar and are being squeezed by taxes, while the same oil companies are being given preferential treatment tax wise. We are seeing records of veterans returning home disabled, being left to fend for themselves, often denied access to employment, and even the right to eat at a restaurant due to a lack of access, while being allowed to wallow in Walter Reed hospital under substandard conditions.
I see American banks failing under the weight of bad credit, and false economic figures by the White house OMB numbers. What this country needs, is not four years of the same politics of division and John McCain who has close ties to BIG OIL but someone with Fresh ideas, and a new way of doing business as usual. It’s about time we wake up and smell the preverbal coffee, otherwise this nation is finished and becomes a second rate nation with a powerful and elite fighting force and become a milllitary for hire. Why defend something now, when it means nothing. Barak OBAMA has fresh ideas and will back off of business as usual. McCain and Palin are not well tempered or have new ideas to handle the most important job in the world. yes Jason and Alex made the decision to release the video in response to the BBC tale. It appears that William Rodriguez would have also been victimized if he did not come out publicly at the beginning. However there are more witnesses that need to come out and they probably will now since they realize that they might as well get their accounts public because those that they have told not to tell others will tell others and they too will be victimized. the article mentions Kenny Johannemann who, like Jennings, appeared on video the day of the attack and spoke of explosions. kenny supposedly committed suicide two weeks ago. but bizarrely enough his suicide note was written in the past tense, as if his death had already occurred. when reading the note, i pictured a killer ending kenny’s life, and then sitting down and forging the note– writing in the past tense because the event has already occurred.
i suppose alex would have to get a forensics expert on who’s dealt with suicide notes extensively to really know what is common. but i’d wager ten dollars to a donut that it is not common for suiciders to write of their death in the past tense.

How many buildings in the World Trade Center collapsed after the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001?
The minority of readers who correctly guess three either have good memories or are tapped into some of the conspiracy theories that surround 9/11.
At first glance, 9/11 would not seem a good candidate for hardcore conspiracy theorists — there was no shortage of witnesses to the events, the world watched them happen live on TV. But the astonishment we all felt when first one and then the other of the Twin Towers collapsed is still felt by some people — they cannot believe the planes and resulting fires caused the towers to collapse.
This week, the ABC and pay-TV’s History Channel will each air documentaries on the three buildings that fell. There were seven buildings in the World Trade Center complex — those destroyed were the two towers and the 47-storey building known as No. 7.
Videos questioning the events of 9/11 have been on the internet almost since the day it happened, the most famous being Loose Change, which is said to have been viewed 100 million times. But both these new documentaries are from more authoritative sources.
The ABC’s 9/11: The Third Tower is on Four Corners and was made by the BBC. History’s Investigation Zero: 9/11 is Italian-made and some of those who have put their names to it include a member of the European Parliament, Giuiletto Chiesa, and Dario Fo, who has a Nobel Prize for literature.
Some of the questions raised by The Third Tower deserve answers. Why is it the only steel-framed building of its size in the world to have ever collapsed because of a fire and why was its fall not investigated by the Twin Towers inquiry?
A similar building in Madrid burnt for 20 hours but stayed up.
No. 7 was not hit by either of the planes that smashed into the towers. Film of the collapse of the towers shows it being struck on one side by falling debris, which apparently started fires. Yet when the building falls, there is no smoke pouring from it — it drops in place in the same way a building does during a controlled demolition.
And to spice up the conspiracy argument, No. 7 housed the offices of the CIA, US Secret Service, Department of Defence and the city’s Emergency Operations Center.
Investigation Zero includes the story of No. 7 but also raises questions about the collapse of the towers and the crashing of a third plane into the Pentagon. Many people, including air force experts, insist that it was not a Boeing 757 that hit the Pentagon.
Given the size of the hole in the building and the lack of debris normally associated with a plane crash — wheels, engines, strewn luggage — you would have to say it is a good question but a better one might be, if they are correct what happened to Flight 77 and the 64 people on board?
Both documentaries interview people who were in either the towers or No. 7 before they came down and they report hearing explosions.
Janitor Willie Rodriguez was in the north tower and was declared a national hero for helping rescue people. He refuses to accept the official line that what he heard were gas cylinders in the kitchens because he says the equipment was electric.
Barry Jennings has an even spookier tale. He did not realise No. 7 had been evacuated as soon as the second plane hit and went up to the offices of the Emergency Operations Centre, assuming they would be doing what they were set up to do and co-ordinating the response to the terrorist attack. Finding the office empty, he called someone and was told to get out immediately. He managed to do that but found when he did that someone had already rung his family to tell them he was dead.

The true nature of the universe and humanity is something the elite never want exposed, this is why the have systematically attempted to wipe all shamanic/aboriginal cultures from the planet. Once again, when discussions begin about attempting to release information and probable causes in regard to major events, religion and God are never far behind. This is why after over 7 years we are getting nowhere in regard to waking more and more people up to the truth. I have no problem and wish to cause no offence to people who believe in God or any religious sect, but please save it for Sunday school, you are doing more damage to those who wish to expose the truth. As a local cop for 23 years I was privy to reading investigation reports of heinous crimes. One mysterious murder, never solved, amassed several binders of investigative reports, including undercover revelations. Hundreds of man-hours were expended in that one case alone.
Has anyone asked the local police detectives about how expansive the investigation of the 3000 murders on 9/11/01 has become? Most reports one hears from the underground media are from non-government data compilation. Why not put some pressure on the local murder investigators to ask how many man-hours they’ve logged so far, and if and what was uncovered about many of the troubling conundrums associated with 9/11. Some of the local fire fighters have joined the “false flag” dissident voices. Will they vote to retain congressmen who support the war effort and refuse to call for a more vigorous investigation into the 9/11 fiasco?
There must be some whistle blowers in the ranks of the many “official” government 9/11 investigators. A most famous illustration of a whistle blower in Milwaukee is the infamous Bell case, where about 15 years after a black kid was shot and killed by the local cops, who were exonerated of any wrongdoing, when an eye witness, a retired cop, came forward when his conscience bothered him and revealed that the black kid who was alleged to have a weapon, as they had testified to at an inquest, confessed that the weapon allegedly used to threaten the cops was a “throw-away” a cop had left at the scene to try to justify their involvement in excessive force accusations of murder.

Im a ironworker by trade,I know steel I have some metalurgy under my belt holding a A level in welding and a REDSEAL endorsement… I should know my stuff on STEEL Buildings. The World Trade centers was Beam column truss with decking welded design . Now Next time your in HOME DEPOT or WALLY MART look up look at the steel construction. WTC it was build only on a HUGE SCALE…. same way 90% of all HIGH risesare built that way, no jet fuel didnt bring the temperature up to the point where the truss`s failed 2800 degree`s steel melts the jet fuel it burnt up in the initial collision with the Buildings…. The government is out of control, as the thin candy shell that is the “official” story melts in your hands. Poor souls like Barry have to be silenced, so their story doesn’t unravel completely.
We try to elect good officials, they tamper with the vote. We try to get elected officials to do their job and impeach, they ignore us. I don’t know about Michael but I am making about 350k a year tax free… It’s about 30k a month if I was to break it down that way. The hours are not bad I make up my own hours more or less and the health plan is great. If your smart you can get around the shots and well I don’t drink water from cities so fluoride is not a concern. Something you might have missed… all the bottled juices and can drinks etc use fluoride in the water at their plants. So, if you think your not getting your dose your more then likely mistaken. Okay, I’ll try to post the stuff again, that got censored right away, when I first posted it.
I encouraged people living in the US not to pay their income tax, since those taxes are illegal and simply forced with violence and fearmongering!
For people who don’t know that stuff yet I posted a link to a torrent file over at the pirate bay for the movie (or video) “America: From Freedom to Fascism” (by Aaron Russo). (I’ll not post links anymore, cause maybe that was the reason for the censorship – the movies are easy to find anyway!)
My first post was a response to some comment mentioning Michael Chertoff, in which
I recommended a controversial video with lots of info, some of it is also in Fabled Enemies, but other parts are not. I also mentioned that I don’t support and agree with ALL the things mentioned in that movie, AND that it might be possible that the author is an antisemite (and not just an anti-zionist, as I guess we all here are?!), BUT for me that’s no reason to completely ignore, censor and bann his work. AS I SAID, i’m not even sure weither he is a “Nazi” at all, or what his mindset is, but as I also mentioned in my censored comment, that in my oppinion, most of us here are capable of deciding for ourselves what we regard as facts (and research it further) and what’s just stuff to ignore. But obviously the AJ crew and moderators think differently.
I hope the real people among you all can now see that I’m 100% sincere and honest, and not some fucking troll or ignorant shill. I just wanted to let you all know that Infowars is censoring comments, but obviously is not kicking those stupid Anna posts and others.
Last but not least, the title of the very controversial movie is Missing Links and you’ll find it at the torrent-dealer of your choice

Have any of you guys ever heard of Mass Consciousness? Actually, I do not know if that’s the right term or not but the idea is to have as many people as possible thinking, praying, meditating, etc, about the same issue, at the same time. I have never tried it but current studies on quantum physics are beginning to give more and more power to the Conscious.
Anyways, what I am getting at, maybe we could coordinate a date and time (through this website, as well as prisonplanet, and any others) where we could get as many people as possible to focus on issues such as 9/11 truth.
Whether you are spiritual or not, we could pray, or just spend some time in quiet, focusing our conscious effort all on the same issue….
I have heard it can be very powerful, but more or less, I just want to keep trying different ways to get involved and get this stuff out into the open. Talking to people just doesn’t seem to work when it is falling on deaf ears.
Perhaps it is a dumb idea. But for anyone interested go to youtube and search quantum physics and consciousness.

it is not a dumb idea and it has been scientifically proven to work. I have read that a few thousand people visualizing harmony have had major effects on crime. I have read that 8000 people visualizing and affirming can have an effect on the world. I think studies have been done in India, where it was easy to pay people low fees to participate. It is a real phenomenon, it’s just a matter of organizing people and teaching them how to affirm/pray in the correct manner. The master key is to visualize whatever you desire as your outcome. In other words, it would not work if you kept thinking things like “god, please destroy the illuminati” or “please avert a depression” because you are focusing on the negativity. The thoughts must be positive, such as ‘liberty and prosperity increases for us all’ or ‘more people are waking up to truth every day’. The thought must also be written as I have, to be in the present tense, as if happening NOW. I believe the Natural Law Party uses these ideas as part of its proposals to change the world. Maybe Alex could set something up. Think of how Ron Paul’s wife’s condition improved after so many people prayed for her at a certain time and date.

All this time has passed an no one has a solid lead about the death of Jennings. Very strange. I did iread in the report that his family has been contacted, however, there has been no follow up. Everything that Barry Jennings has said is solidly on video and literally in vaults, and it is admissable as evidence in a court of law or before Congress (hypothetically) which has turned 9/11 into a fiasco.
Jennings has a lot of friends in NYC and surrounding metro area and no one is sourcing this story. He is a star in Fabled Enemies. It is owed to his legacy to determine the circumstances of his death. I am willing to put up a five figure sum for information regarding his death and asking others out there with the same means to challenge me to move it to six figures.
I don’t really care if every last Investment Banking whore house in New York or elsewhere folds or gets reorganized. It was well known that Jennings did not feel comfortable speaking about the events he witnessed in Building 7. Moreover, I am amazed that we do not even have a differentiation as to whether this was a death from natural causes, a contract hit, or a government hit. Did anyone do the lexis search on him to find an obituary?
Why is it that I knew from my New York sources that he was dead in August and it took how long for the story to surface? Jennings already made the contribution of his life on video which is admissable as evidence. I am not about to believe that the whole city of New York is being quiet about the passing of this hard working man of character and integrity. There are several private investigators who could probably give an answer with a phone call but not want it out there for attribution. It is immoral to leave the death of someone hanging so valuable and honest in the air or the ethos.
So what’s the deal? Are we going to get further info or is everyone too scared that they are going to be waxed next? This is not a time to be anxious. The death of Barry Jennings should not remain a permanent mystery. That is, unless, he just disappeared an no one knows of his whereabouts. He sure did not strike me as that kind of guy.
I don’t think a consciousness effort is going to bring about the details a private detective would. Bo Dietl is shown prominently in Fabled Enemies. It would be a joke if anyone would state that Mr. Dietl has no important info.

I read the summary but not the update Aaron placed on the 17th concerning Barry Jennings. Not seeing anything substantial in the summary, I assumed the reporting on him was the same as had been. That was the reason for my last post and challenge.
One can only imagine the amount of associated stress, conscious and unconscious this great man carried with him after knowing he had told the truth on video. He is to be singled out as a great hero for the truth. When you compare Jennings with the hundreds who have kept their mouths shut or intentionally twisted the truth and profited immensely, his legacy is untarnished and will go down in history.
No one paid Barry Jennings a dime to simply tell the truth about what happened. It came naturally to him. At minimum, it is good to know the truth. He serves as a shining example of character.

Barry Jennings chose to do the BBC interview which put Dylan and Jason’s evidence into doubt, he forced their hands and he could have turned down the BBC and left it alone but he reopened the debate himself by appearing in the BBC hit piece. On top of that we still do not know how Barry died so trying to blame anyone for his death is not only dumb but premature and pointless.
But lets just say for arguements sake you were given testimony that seemed to prove 9/11 was an inside job that killed thousands of Americans in one day and was the pretext to two illegal wars where millions would die, would you turn a blind eye as the death tolls continued to mount up and more countries are invaded or would you use the evidence you have to try and stop it?
Until we have a better idea of if foul play was involved, and until you have a moral judgement to make that could involve millions of lives why don’t you write something constructive or shut the hell up if you’ve got nothing.

How many more human beings must die because of those in power, who will also do anything to hide their secrets? Who has the most secrets; the government or the elite? Is there even a difference between the two? I wonder how many American citizens have been negatively affected by our government for instance a loss of a loved one by a department in our US government. I have researched it and it goes way back including all the unnecessary wars. When people tell me they don’t believe our government are capable of 9/11 I say they have been picking us off one by one for decades or better. Between the wars and the covert assassinations ‘who is actually counting’? Why aren’t the people who lost someone with suspicious circumstances demanding answers? 9/11 was unfortunately not the first time Americans have died suspiciously or admittedly by our government. What about WACO or Oklahoma. Yes, our government will live in infamy because of September 11, 2001. But I hope and pray the victims will be forever remembered along with the others. We must not forget any of our citizens who have perished because of our government. I believe there are more people who are adversely affected by them and we must all stand together. I also realize that some are in prison illegally to quiet them. There will be more deaths I am sure and that’s why we must come together despite our differences, we are all still affected by the same demonic system. When I say citizen I don’t want to exclude any human being, this is world wide people. The citizens of the world should unite against their respective corrupt powers that be! Also if any country has bullied their way into another country they should be held accountable.

The reason DW may be labeled as a disinfo agent is because there is no info to give you to allow you to verify. This is the exact same disinfo label given to people who wanted to verify the WMD’s in Iraq. Anyone questioning the smoking cloud of Iraq was labeled as a disinfo for not believing what Bush was feeding us. There is no plane wreckage that has ever been verified outside of the Bush White House. Does anyone have an issue with that? To even question the wreckage’s existence on even the most liberal of conspiracy websites is to be called a moron! Think about that for a second. Besides the planes which have never been verified outside of the FBI or CIA…..what other Bush regime tales do you still uphold? We never torture? Plenty of WMD’s? No demolitions? It was a fair investigation? The media is independent and balanced? Sub-prime was caused by honest loans? We never drug our children? The levees of Katrina broke naturally? We never condone spying?
How many lies have you rejected though maintain the biggest lie of all? Even the people closest to the perpetrators call it “the big lie”. 9-11 was a complete and total fraud….just like 1000’s of other frauds carried out by this regime.

From another site someone said that it all makes sense if Jennings and Hess were to be sacrificed but something went wrong with building 7 causing the demolition process to be delayed. This is what makes 7 the smoking gun. Because the error in blowing up the building caused the entire machinery to become out of sync. That is why CNN, BBC, NYFD and others knew of the collapse ahead of time. Mayor Gulliani probably knew way ahead of time.

there were no planes that hit the WTC’s. i can’t believe people still say planes hit the WTC’s. the few witnesses that say they saw planes hit the WTC’s (out of 30+ million people within several miles) are either anonymous, or are obvious liars (”officials”). i have gone thru each witnesses testimony, and all were easily discredited. there are no credible average-joe’s to speak of that saw planes hit the WTC’s – and there should be 10’s of thousands. and it is fairly well proven that the videos are forgeries, a psyop. an airplane is just a pressurized aluminum sheet metal balloon, not much different than a blimp – and that isn’t going to slice thru 4ft of steel several inches thick like a hot knife thru butter (those beams seem to be about 2ftx4ftx4in thick steel). that is utter nonsense. birds rip thru planes. you’d have a hard time shooting thru that much steel with the most powerful balistics known – it is like saying a dive bombing plane could slice a tank in 2 halves like a sandwich. also, there is no evidence for planes at any of the scenes, except some obviously planted parts (100lb parts that fell 100’s of feet, leaving no marks on the roof they crashed down upon, etc). i agree that the herd mentality is dangerous no matter what side it occurs on. use your heads. there’s few licenses i don’t have in things related to aircraft, and i have worked on them and flown them much of my life. they are only designed to have strength related to the forces of lift and the weight of the engines. a plane crashing into water will instantly turn into shredded paper, let alone massive steel columns. most of those planes should’ve rained down like confetti. also, those planes are missing from a lot (or maybe all) of the official flight records. there were planes flying around, and helicopters, but it seems that some kind of small plane/cruise missle type device was used at 2 or the 4 scenes, and it shouldn’t be surprising this is true for 4 of 4 of the scenes.
keep in mind, it makes no difference if a plane hits the steel at 400mph or whatever, or if you took the steel beams and swung them like a baseball bat at the planes at 400mph. imagine doing that! do you really think the beam will break like a toothpick, while the plane just sits there in perfect condition?

Beham, there was no way there were cell phone calls on that flight 93, the technology for such calls was not yet available… no towers, now planes all have internal towers and you can make such calls but you couldn’t back then.
So, do some research before you make a complete fool out of yourself. No one is disputing that anymore because the facts can’t be made to go away. Flight 93 was shot down by a hero pilot who disobeyed cheneys orders to stand down on those planes. Don’t believe me???
