Kucinich to Introduce 60 Impeachment Articles if Stymied in House

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show today, Dennis Kucinich, the Ohio Congressman and former 2008 Democrat presidential candidate, said if the House fails to act on his articles of impeachment, or if the articles are sabotaged in committee, he will come back with 60 articles. Earlier this week, the maverick Congressman introduced 35 articles of impeachment against Bush. The articles follow:

Asked on the Alex Jones Show if he fears retaliation for going up against Bush and the neocons, Kucinich said he really has no choice and he is guided by his faith and motivated by outrage over what Bush and his criminal crew have done to the Constitution and the republic.
“Thirty days from now, if there is no action, I will be bringing the resolution up again, and I won’t be the only one reading it. We’ll come back and many of us will be reading this [on the House floor], and we’ll come back with 60 articles, not 35,” Kucinich told the Washington Post. “Leadership wants to bury it, but this is one resolution that will be coming back from the dead.”
Mr. Kucinich’s impeachment effort came a week after a report by the Senate Intelligence Committee concluding that Bush, vice president Cheney and the neocons “knowingly exaggerated available intelligence and over-stated the Iraqi threat in building their case for war,” as the Voice of America reported Wednesday. In other words, Bush and the neocons lied the nation into the invasion and occupation of Iraq, thus far resulting in the murder of over a million Iraqis and an under-reported number of U.S. soldiers.
Alex and Mr. Kucinich agreed that the crimes enumerated above make those committed by Richard Nixon during the Watergate era pale by way of comparison.

The Commander in Chief getting some brains on the side is so much worse than a sitting President involving us in a War with no stated end or goal. Were you an actual jarhead you would understand the mission our forces have been given is one that cannot end, they have set it up so that you will NEVER run out of “Terrorists” or perceived threats. The real rub is that all the skills you, I and a good portion of others who serve will qualify as potential threats under the current Patriot Acts if we think out of line. Read the documents and think about what they say not how they make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

And naturally the executive branch is responsible for the logistical supply problems of the Army and Marine Corps. And while we’re at it I suppose someone should mention that we actually lost more people to humvee accidents after they were armor retrofitted than we lost to the IED’s that the armor was supposed to protect them from. Hey who would have thought that changing the weight distribution could cause even something as wide as an H1 to roll over.

As for the articles of Impeachment, Only now do they initiate them. This is nothing but election season rhetoric.
The bombs started falling in march of 2002. 6 years later do they now bring it up.
You want to see what the establishment is really going to do? Wait until McCain get elected and check the situation in March of 2009. Then you will see what the situation is and which way the political winds blow.

As I listened over the Internet, there was a moment when Alex admitted that Kucinich has truly overshadowed Ron Paul in the arena of 9/11 truth and impeachment proceedings. That was an interesting moment indeed, and one definitely worth noting. Kucinich has truly taken the information from WeAreChange and others to heart. Thank you Alex for an excellent show. In all reality, this really doesn’t mean much because if Bush were to be impeached, he would cause a national disaster(most likely terrorist event) then declare marshall law. Personally, I think Bush will declare it right before elections, to secure his dictatorship that he has already established. Heil Fuhrer Bush! People think I’m nuts, make fun of me , ect. for saying things like this, but if people would have paid attention to what was happening in Germany in the 1930’s, maybe WW2 would’ve never happened. Many signs were there, but everyone chose to ignore them. Many people say, there’s nothing I can do so why care. That’s the attitude that causes these types of things to happen. WE LET THIS HAPPEN! We’re the ones that gladly give up our rights. It’s our duty as American citizens (your lucky if you’re not) to question authority and take responsibilty for our governments actions. If our government tortures or kills people, that means we the people are doing that. We can’t blame this stuff on Bush, we need to blame ourselves for letting Bush get away with it. That’s why impeachment is important. It will show to the rest of the world that we the people didn’t approve of what Bush did and that we’re doing something about it. It will also help keep later presidents from doing the same. I love this country but currently being a U.S. citizen makes me feel ashamed. Regardless of whether congress allows this impeachment to move forward or not is not what’s most important…..THE TRUTH is what counts.
This administration is nothing more than a criminal element that high-jacked the White House, moreover, what they’ve done to this country no enemy could have insomuch as destroying our freedoms. Mr. Kucinich’s action should be mirrored through both the congress and senate; but, he has something THEY don’t…..B A L L S and an American spirit.

I am from Vancouver, Canada and my MP, Libby Davies, also read out in Parliament a few days ago, calling on our Federal government to demand an accounting of what happened on 9/11. Since Canada was drawn into an illegal war in Afganistan and the so called “War on Terror” it behooves the US authorities to prove that we were not mislead. Of course, this was accompanied by crickets as well when she was done reading the motion. If this impeachment thing gets big, Americans will feel empowered once again. This could lead to a new era of political activism in the United States. Although, I agree, that is a very optimistic hope.

Bushy and “his crew” have made sure that they have immunity in the American courts but have been denied that priviledge in the World courts. Impeachment would perhaps awaken an angry planet to who and what has been done and maybe give us all a chance to prosecute some of the worst criminals ever to take office.
Kucinich’s articles do not mention the thefts perpetrated by Bush, Cheney and the rest of the boys (and girls) of much of the American economy bringing it to what it is today. One can only hope that in the end, a serious investigation would show how long these thefts have gone on and through how many presidencies. Why is Everyone praising Kucinich??
EVERYTHING on that list besides Katrina is 5 years old!! Including Katrina, everything is at least 2 years+ old.

In a display of parliamentary maneuvering that combined cynicism and cowardice, Democratic members of the US House of Representatives voted unanimously to kill an impeachment resolution against President Bush introduced by Democratic Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio.
Kucinich himself participated fully in the farce. He introduced the resolution Monday and read out the 35 articles of impeachment for crimes ranging from the lying pretexts given to the American people for the war in Iraq to torture at the US detention camp in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and illegal domestic spying. Then he moved to send the resolution to the House Judiciary Committee, whose chairman John Conyers has long rejected any effort to hold Bush constitutionally accountable.
The 251-166 margin of the vote, held on a roll call Wednesday, saw all 227 Democrats—including Kucinich and his lone co-sponsor, Robert Wexler of Florida—joined by 24 Republicans move to dispose of the resolution. Voting against were 166 Republicans, who sought to force a debate on impeachment for the purpose of embarrassing the Democratic Party leadership.
After Kucinich introduced the measure Monday and spent more than four hours reading the entire text into the Congressional Record, House Republicans utilized a parliamentary provision to force the clerk of the House to read the text out loud all over again on Tuesday, consuming another four hours and keeping the House in session until after midnight. The purpose was to rub the Democrats’ noses in their own refusal to take action to back up their occasional bursts of anti-Bush demagogy.

Ranger. There is no statute of limitations for war crimes. I fully support Mr. Kucinich and his courage. The 35 articles are all straitforward, and true. An impeachment of Bush may buy us some more time, and help to unravell the NWO’s plans, and wake up sheeple. Efforts to bring attention to the issues must be respected and supported.
Sure, at least a third of the congress is personally invested in the war, which in itself is a conflict of interest. But the bulk of the crimes stem from the Bush/Chaney regime policies.

Kucinich had a NATIONAL platform while he was running for president, yet he never said a word about this on national media. What kind of sheeple could think this is nothing more than a stunt!?!
Clinton went down for a blow job, Bush has done 100s of things much worse for many years.
Kucinich cant name a single “Article” That isnt at least 2 years old, 90% are from 4-6 years ago, and only NOW Kucinich sees a problem? What a hero!!

Many people have seen UFO’s and in Colorado, there are plenty of them. Unidentified Flyng Objects=lots of Air Force testing of new weaponry, and planes with strange light patterns unseen by regular citizens. Get over that one.
I hope Dennis earns the nickname “Dennis the Menace” in Bushit’s circles. The Clinton impeachment came late in the game too, after he was out of office. Perhaps this will undo some of the Bush terrorist legacy, and PD’s further setting the NWO game plan back even more years or decades.
He just has to get him while still on US soil, not on the run to Paraguay.

You obviously missed the point, but what else is new… When the National Guard and local police are given an federal order to confiscate firearms… instead of doing relief work… bringing in food or evacuating people from flooded areas… or supplying the stadium staging area, setting up road block check points that impede the outward flow of survivors…. I call all that a failure!
Perhaps you should take some time and view the NRA video of the lawsuits, as well as the actual videos of some of the police state tactics used against people, who were high and dry, with plenty of food and water… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-taU9d26wT4 and this ain’t the half of it!

I have seen 4 UFOs myself, but stupid people always equate UFO=Aliens, in part why Dennis got hammered on that, he wasn’t smart enough to say, a UFO can be ANYTHING you cant Identify that is flying.
But you are wrong about Clinton, I dunno where you got that info. Bill Clinton was elected in 1996.
He was impeached on Dec 18 1998, and acquitted by the Senate on February 12, 1999.
He was NOT out of office. I think you were confused that it was during a mid term, but he still held on to power, and the impeachment process didnt start till after the mid terms. Also remember, that whole process took over 2 years, and it was the major topic for the mid terms.
