L.A., Miami Home Foreclosure Rates More Than Double

New foreclosures almost quadrupled in Los Angeles and doubled in Miami in the second quarter, with as much as $5 billion worth of loans going bad in L.A. alone, the online real estate data company PropertyShark.com reported.

The number of homes scheduled for auction in Los Angeles rose 14,505 compared with 3,797 in the same period a year earlier, PropertyShark said in a report distributed by e-mail. In Miami-Dade County, the number climbed to 2,677 from 1,282.
“The foreclosure chart for Los Angeles is unfortunately starting to look like a ski jump,” Adina Dumitru, a member of PropertyShark’s foreclosure products team, said in the statement.
The percentage of U.S. homes in foreclosure more than doubled since December 2006 to about 2.5 percent this March, according to the Washington-based Mortgage Bankers Association. Defaults among subprime borrowers with poor or limited credit histories are driving the increase, along with the rising number of people unable to make payments on adjustable-rate mortgages that started out with low “teaser” interest rates that increase after two or three years.

My good friend just killed his family and himself in a murder suicide in Hawaii a few days ago, it’s still a mainstream story currently.
One of the reasons was financial, he had a huge house and a lot of debt that he couldn’t pay for.
On the last telephone call from him, he told me that if this New World Order stuff ever got really bad that he was just going to go ahead and kill himself.

Notice, L.A. and Miami both illegal alien havens. They lowered the requirements(to say the least) to get a home loan or mortgage and guess who showed up.

The PURPOSE they said for giving the F.B.I. these privilages is for them to make it easier for them to meet Congressional demand.
In the first place Congress nor the Senate have a RIGHT to give anyone such privilages. “Due process” is the law. However, if Americans read the Constitution and Bill of Rights they would KNOW their rights and be able to challenge them in a court of law. Furthermore, if they knew the Constitution and Bill of Rights, they could come together locally in their own districts and investigate the treasonous bills being passed by their so-called representatives. Anyone who is familiar with the Constitituion and Bill of Rights, knows that ABSOLUTE POWER is FORBIDDEN in the Constitution. I think it is high time for citizens to come together in their own communities and start asking important questions like, “is this bill consitutional ?” If it is not, then it is null and void. It may take a court of law to come to that conclusion but it is time for people to start doing their homework and using the courts to put the REAL criminals in jail. Namely, people in EACH Presidential administration, Congress and Senate, who go against the Constitution. And that is written in the Constitution. Bills are suppose to be debated for a period of time before they are passed and become law. Well people what are you waiting for ? Start talking to your neighbors and go to that next Town Hall meeting. Organize, study, investigate and indict the SOBs locally in your own district (don’t rely on your State Attorney General). I AM TALKING ABOUT THE VERY SAME PEOPLE YOU CALL REPRESENTATIVES. They sold us out. Otherwise kiss your country good-bye for good. The answer is not easy but it is right in front of us. Bob shultz at We The People (www.givemeliberty.org) nailed it. It is in the First Ammendment. The right to petition for Redress of Grievances.

For those about to lose their homes, sometimes the stress can get to be too much. It’s so easy to have a pot of boiling oil on the stove and forget about it, ruining a $500K home. If this happened all over America, the savings and loans, banks and insurance companies would be screwed, wouldn’t they?

The big fish are eating the little fish. “The rich get richer, the poor get poorer”. And eventually, all the poor people will be no better than slaves, and what’s left of the middle class will be struggling to pay the bills, minus the luxury items.
Until We The People forcibly assume our rightfull authority over this evil conspiracy under the articles of Treason of the Constitution, it will only get worse. The NWO stages dramatic events like 911 to falsly justify a host of evils. More are coming. As we descend into incremental martial law. Info and peaceful resolution utilizing all means available, is of course the best alternative. But at the rate things are going, I would just polish up the guns and buy ammo.

I lost my company and home two years ago, along with over $250,000 in cash. I had to file a BK and lost just about everything due to this bad economy. I had $80 dollars in my hand when I finaly found a new job, sometimes you have to reinvent yourself and start over. I cut back on all the crap I thought was important. Just a word for you all, FOOD, Water, Shelter, thats all we need.

Slow down a bit and focus on what you need to ride out the impending doom. Don’t get anxious as that is what the Nazis want. Pay attention to current events and study them. Be ready at a moments notice, but under no circumstanses fire the first shot. We will not give them the credit. Make them take the first shot and then and only then will we declare war. I do not agree with our current leaders nor our former leaders, but they are just puppets in a much larger chess game.
