The substance of the message below on a false flag h1n1 flu pandemic has been widely discussed on the net for months, but the message indicates the first serious US legal action I have seen on it. I have with the help of many been tracking this issue as it affects states and localities, anticipating the need to file injunction lawsuits v. any government taking steps to compel vaccination. It is presumed by Dr. Horowitz and others that government will attempt to compel vaccination v. h1n1, which is not possible under current law, especially US Constitution and state constitution law for many First Amendment and related privacy and civil rights reasons. I offer the message as a warning as to how serious the talks, research and some of the proposed h1n1 policy state laws under consideration opposing civil rights, especially in ME, MA and OK, have become.
Having read of lawsuits filed against h1n1 in Europe for reasons indicated in the below article, I am convinced that there is considerable reason not to take any new so called h1n1 vaccine, and to prepare for simlilar suits in the US, which I am prepared to do.
To lawyers receiving this message, I welcome your comments on how to prepare clients and friends to defend against unconstitutional h1n1 legislation and acts, and any common effort we might begin in the US.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Drug-industry investigators have uncovered documents exposing an international drug ring, operating from New York City, is behind the H1N1 swine flu fright and vaccination preparations.

Horowitz and Sherri Kane, an investigative journalist, have released evidence in legal affidavits that leaders of a private global biotechnology “trust” are behind the pandemic flu, including its origin and alleged prevention via vaccinations. “David Rockefeller’s trust, that engages several powerful partners on Wall Street, including media moguls Ruppert Murdock, Morton Zuckerman, Thomas Glocer, and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Jerry Speyer, are implicated in advancing global genocide,” Dr. Horowitz wrote to FBI directors.
“This ‘partnership’ controls biotechnology research and development globally. Health commerce internationally is also controlled virtually entirely by this trust that also exercises near complete control over mainstream media to promote/propagandize its products and services for the drug cartel’s organized crime. This trust, in essence, makes or breaks medical and natural healing markets, primarily through the mass media companies and propaganda it wields for social engineering and market building,” Dr. Horowitz wrote.
Among the revelations from the Horowitz-Kane research are those linking Larry Silverstein of Silverstein Properties, Inc., and the 9-11 terrorist attacks, to the drug cartel’s geopolitical, economic, and population reduction activities. Mr. Silverstein, leaser of the World Trade Center who authorized to have Building-7 “pulled” [detonated] is a chief suspect in the “9-11 truth” investigation. Silverstein is currently landlord and co-partner in the biotechnology trust founded by David Rockefeller and implicated by these new discoveries.
Given the unprecedented nature and urgency of these findings, Dr. Horowitz has posted his affidavit for public review on FLUscam.com, hoping wide spread dissemination will prompt governments worldwide to cease mass vaccination preparations to avoid becoming accessories.
“The last time I contacted the FBI I warned them about the impending anthrax attacks one week before the first mailings were announced in the press,” Dr. Horowitz recalled. “It took them 6 months to respond. Yes they are but the problem is that there is not even ONE branch or office in government that is not corrupt and on the payroll some how so I do not see the FBI or justice department doing ANYTHING to stop it or hold them accountable.

I am in late middle age and am just now overcoming the effects of a polio vaccine injection received when I was +- 7 yrs. old. At the time, my pediatrician mentioned casually that the vaccine contained “something new…something we have been trying out”. My mother didn’t know or trusted the Dr. and gave her consent for the vaccine.
I have had trouble with higher level function and cognition since that time, and, by the way had several bouts with fevers of 106F lasting several days immediately after this vaccine was administered. While not exhibiting symptoms of “classical autism” I had unrelenting problems from that time on with congnition and social function.
I believe that the “something new” in the vaccine was mercury, used as a preservative, as in the 1950’s (then) polio was a widespread problem. I would enjoy making guilty parties sweat at this point, but, how would I prove my case? The Pediatrician has passed away, and my Mother “doesn’t remember” ….
So, Yes, BUY THE WARNING. It may be “hit or miss” as far as how many people are affected by the vaccine, but you don’t want to see another child go through what I have for the last 57 years. Then, again, you don’t want another round of “Gulf War Disease” either.
Because it takes many decades to recover from the effects of a mercury preservative, there will be no crisis on a par with the child-sex-abuse scandal, but more people who have any residual problems from childhood vaccines need to speak out on the issue, if only to prevent a far more widespread reoccurence for the generation of the ’20’s.

Well I remember only too well, when they discovered, a perfect way to control birth rates, thru the birth control pills……….well .. I have no doubt these people are criminals, all of them mentioned.
For the sake of argument however, how would it benefit greedy people like these to eliminate people, genocide as this man mentions in his filing? I could see this in third world countries where they are only after the resources of the country, but to eliminate say 50% of the worlds population especially in developed nations would be self defeating for greedy banker types.

People could put under pressure every state government in the aim to declare secession , the american constitution allow such a decision. Such an aim can’t be aimed without any precaution , as it is evident the federal power is not ready to yield or abdicate. Probably , this one will use force to submit people , but constitution give garantees on firearms. people can put up a fight against the oppressive federal power if a political issue according to the will of people can not be lead. People have to make his will respect , otherwise it will be an opressed people. It all boils down to this. This is not one giant conspiracy ran by one faction, group or person. There are many different angles from which everything has been progressing. Sometimes they work in unison, sometimes not. Some corporations will work together for common goals, sometimes they will assassinate each other. (Goldman Sachs v.s Lehman Bros), Rebulicans v.s Democrats etc. What this all comes down to is being able to stand up and fight for our freedom.
When was the last time anyone had fought to have financial training in high school a part of the ciriculum? We hear that “they” have taken over the school system…however as we still have the power in numbers, maybe we should begin using this power. And rise up together. Walk to each door and begin having petitions signed. Approaching our leaders with enough signatures to make a difference.

I worked at the Partnership for New York City, when, as Horowitz says, it was called the New York City Partnership. It was in the 1990s. I got my “DON’T TAKE THE VACCINES / FluScam.org” sign made up by simply printing the words as big as possible on the printer at the library and then blowing up the words on a copier and taping the papers to a big cardboard. I like standing by the rotary where I get a lot of cars seeing my sign. Last week I again stood by the rotary with the “Watch ‘The Obama Deception’ (youtube)” sign for the last time. I retired that one to make the anti-vaccine one.

If you truly doubt the NWO agenda, you haven’t looked at all the available evidence just on this site alone. There have been at least three ex military intelligence officers that have talked about it on this show, including the head of army intelligence itself; (1981-1984)Stubblebine. There is prima facie evidence such as statements by David Rockefeller, the establishment of the federal reserve act, the previous battles against the banking cartel prior to that, the quote by Woodrow Wilson upon leaving office about turning the country over to the banks, the assassination of Louis McFadden, the fact that all of our federal tax dollars serve interest debt for the ‘privilege’ of having paper currency and that all of that money goes to the PRIVATE owners of the fed, comprised of a few elite families, and that the Fed is unconstitutional. I agree with you Mr. freak that jones and many others are borderline insane and that many of the followers are insane and some are dangerous. However, you can’t deny that there is a lot of truth in what alex and others are talking about. It is right in the open.

I laugh at you CT bashers. You act as though we are paranoid and can’t walk straight. Myself and all other CT’s that I know are very calm and diligent in our research. Your comment about vaccines just illustrates your lack of knowledge. You have the make of the vaccine in 1976 on video talking about the rush to get it through and acknowledging the fatalities and injuries it caused. You don’t listen to the families who’s child was going great before getting innoculated with numerous vaccines. I’m sure you actually believe the official story of 911, too. Answer this then, how is it that a huge bean from the WTC was impaled in the side of a building, depe into the cement by about 10 feet from the force caused by “pancaking”. Impossible. Just like it is impossible for it to fall at free fall speed. Pancaking gives rise to resistance on the way down. Keep believing in your hallucinations that we are the freaks. You can’t even see the irony in that.

If anyone was to google my name, they would find my vaccin article from may of this year. Then they can confirm how far off my warning was. After all, I wrote it after hearing Dr Horowitz on Alex’s show in late April. I also wrote one called “New Freak Flu- Possible Bio-Weapon” concerning the original 1918 sample and Indians. It can be found at twelve one sixty. I even have my original ticket from infowars here when I sent Alex my article in May ( he didn’t publish). It really sucks being right at this stuff. Nothing to be happy about…just grateful to be informed and help others to become.

There have been massisve amounts of Chemtrails here in Kansas City everyday for the past 3 weeks. Much much more than I’ve seen in the past. The same scenario plays out everyday: Blue skies in the morning, Chemtrails start, overcast and hazy by afternoon. I can’t help but think that this large scale aerosoling campaign has something to do with the coming H1N1 program. I’ve read about Project Cloverleaf and it seems to fit the bill.
Anyone else experienced large amounts of Chemtrailing lately?

Time to wake up. Unfortunately, the person ranting about genocide of blacks is not altogether wrong. USAID was created to stem to birthrate of Third World Countries because some delusional military man said that overpopulation was the greatest national security threat we, the US, faced. In the late 1990’s, Dr. Wouter Basson’s Project Coast had a special emphasis on covert sterilization or annihilation of blacks so South Africa could be returned to white rule. Good people resist the notion because this is not something an average person would find acceptable or rational. This is what Hitler would call “The Big Lie”. You can read about it in Mein Kampf.
I’ve been watching a big biotech initiative rising out of quiet Minnesota. Take a look folks. USAID, World Bank, IMF, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Friends of Bilderberger….and links to depopulationists George Soros, Ted Turner, Richard Holbrooke, and a whole bunch of other folks who want to get their grubby mitts on the resources lying beneath the feet of the African people, Asian people, and people of South America. They had a biotech front going in called BEARCAT Hollow. Now they have something called Elk Run. It’s perhaps the first time in history that a venture capitalist has promised 1 billion dollars to fund a project when there is supposedly no information on what, precisely, is going in there. This thing has CIA fingerprints all over it, though it could be one of the 600 or so unauthorized start-ups. CIA has “venture capital investments” in “biotech” in the Twin Cities, which is where Governor Ventura complained about their infiltration into our system. CIDRAP, at the U of M, helps set bioterrorism global bioterrorism policy. I believe they filled the void for the CIA when Michigan State Univ. got the boot from Diem during the Vietnam Project. At U of M is Tiger Missing Link. The “Pres.”, “Doc” Antel, is funded by Exxon and promotes depopulation calling the current situation a crisis.
H1N1 is a chimera, like a liger. These things do not occur naturally and governments around the globe have been working on hybridoma and recombinant DNA techniques with bioweapons since forever. We had a biowarfare readiness exercise under Clinton in 1998: a virus was released on the Mexico/US border and tracked to see how our emergency systems would handle a bioterror event. We were unprepared. Bush reversed Nixon’s directives and allows testing on us now. We get SARS and Mousepox and now H1N1. Anthrax releases on Capital Hill were most likely just another readiness exercise, which is why so many were already taking Cipro. A virus with a vaccine and a delivery system is a bioweapon. The Russians were testing smallpox/Marburgs chimera’s. Deadly stuff…….and there are 9200 unaccounted for vials at Ft. Detrick with countless vials of biological agents missing.

There seems to be a lot of people in this country that can’t believe truth until it bites them in the ass. They always make it a race issue or a ethnic issue or some other bulls--- issue. Alex Jones is a real Patriot. He takes his job as a investigative reporter to a higher level to try and educate people to what is really going on behind closed doors by the EVIL PEOPLE who want to rule this world. You have the ability and the option to research any of these reports yourself. All the documentation is available, but you have to search it out yourself. You will not find it on ANY mainstream media because they are ALL government controlled. They are all telling you the same bulls---, that you should all be good sheep and go out and roll up your sleeve and get this H1N1 flu vaccine. Because they LOVE you and want you to stay healthy. SHAME ON THESE MEDIA IDIOTS! There is a huge amount of evidence out there that proves how dangerous this vaccine is, and none of it is being reported. Medical experts here and in other countries are speaking out about these dangers and the media ignores them. WHY? Because they don’t want to get fired. So believe what you want people. If you really think were all crazy then go and get in line and roll up your sleeve and tell them “PLEASE GIVE ME MY FLU SHOT “. I am pretty sure you will regret it. When I have to decide who am I going to believe, it will be the medical experts and board certified doctors who specialize in this field. It sure as hell will not be ANY elected public official. NOBODY IN MY FAMILY WILL GET THIS VACCINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! PERIOD. All Americans must stand up and tell these basturds in Washington what they can do with their KILLER VACCINE. Remember—–Love your country, but FEAR YOUR GOVERNMENT.

Its just a shame that most churches in America aren’t praying for people like Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich and the sad situation we are in, in general.
