A VIPER operation began early Tuesday and lasted through the afternoon.
VIPER stands for Visible Intermodal Protection and Response and is run by the Transportation Security Administration.
As many as 60 people with the TSA, the tunnel police, Coast Guard, NCIS, FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, Norfolk Police and Virginia Beach Police are part of the security checkpoint that’s occurring on both ends of the span.

I’ve been trying to get people to pay attention to all of the CCTV cameras, microwave sensors, tagmars going up in the past few months. Many cities are being surrounded by tall concrete walls on the interstates and major highways under the cover of being called “noise barriers”! Steel cables are being placed in the medians of all major highways, making u-turns impossible! Why? I thought we were in a recession, so where is all this money coming from?
I think sh*t is getting ready to hit the fan! Stay frosty people!

Believe it or not, Attorneys, of all people, are quickly developing a national reputation as champions of homeowners facing foreclosure, and are becoming a serious adversary for those banks attempting to fraudulently take possession of the homes of troubled homeowner´s, and in some cases receiving the homeowner’s property back free & clear, by filing a notice of rescission, and a quiet title action, based on Federal violations pursuant to the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), or the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
The new focus on contract law, debt-collection practice, securitized mortgages, the trusts that hold them, and the agreements that govern the trusts, have put foreclosure attorneys at the forefront of the rapidly expanding specialty of foreclosure defense.
Over and over again attorneys have found sloppiness, fraud and outright criminality in the nation´s mortgage lending industry. Regardless of why homeowners have been unable to pay their mortgages, foreclosure attorneys maintain that nobody deserves to lose a home to the unethical and illegal foreclosure procedures that are now being used by many banks and loan servicers.
Recently, some homeowners have staved off foreclosure for more than four years using a newly employed legal strategy, which requires the lender to “Produce The Promissory Note”.
This legal strategy has been employed because of the way mortgages have been securitized. It´s often unclear who actually owns the debt, and what has been discovered is that systematically, the originating lenders only pledged these loans and didn´t actually transfer them” to the trusts that are supposed to hold them and issue the securities.
But only the true debt owner has the legal standing, or right to be a plaintiff in a foreclosure action. This is a basic first-year law school concept. If you´re Mike and the debt doesn´t belong to you, it belongs to Alice, then Alice better be in court, not Mike. You can´t show up in court as Mike, and tell the court you have the right to be there when you know full well that Alice is the true owner.
Yet, time and again, loan servicers and others have sought plaintiff status in order to foreclose on a homeowner, often by using affidavits stating that the actual notes had been lost, and stating that “they anticipate a transfer of assignment´” of the debt, but the loan originators can´t appear in court and claim the right to foreclose because they would be in violation of securities laws for not transferring the loan to the trust when they were supposed to.
Although making an issue out of the actual ownership of the securitized title might strike some as a shameless stalling tactic aimed at abetting a debtor who, after all, owes the money, attorneys argue that if such basic legalities aren´t adhered to, a homeowner could pay his or her way out of a foreclosure jam only to wind up in another jam when a new plaintiff emerges claiming to own the debt.
Attorneys describe cases in which homeowners have been sued for foreclosure by two different trusts, each claiming they owned their house, and cases where trusts have been sent documents on the same case by two different servicers. So it is essential for the homeowner to determine who is the rightful owner of the debt, before paying off that debt, in order to be provided the legal fairness, and protection that the law intended. Therefore, this legal approach has been viewed as a completely moral and ethical approach.
Additionally, the Government has a dirty little secret, which it has been surpressing for months. It is that most adjustable rate mortgages were illegally securitized in the haste to convert toxic loans into fee-generating mortgage backed securities.
Judges across the nation, including Boyko, Rose, Kurtz, Schack, Rosenblatt, Bufford, O’Malley, Shaw, Bryant and Foley have issued orders dismissing foreclosures brought by lenders that have illegally securitized loans and are no longer current holders of the notes.
These “quiet title actions” have forced lenders, including Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Countrywide, Lehman, Shearson, Indymac, Bear Stearns, Wachovia, and Bank of America to unravel their notes’ dizzying journey from the mortgage closing to an investment bank or depositor, then to a series of trustees who pooled and sold the loans and issued shares of mortgage backed securities.
What makes these securitizations illegal is how fraudulently they were conducted, by foregoing proper assignments and transfers required by law to secure an interest in the underlying real estate.
Now, the Obama Administration not only wants to continue this fraud, but is planning to reward the very investment banks and hedge funds that were architects and participants of the securitization that created the global financial crisis we are now experiencing.
While this is devastating news to taxpayers who will be stuck with more debt, it is great news for homeowners’ with securitized loans. Ironically, their mortgage lenders’ haste to securitize their loans has provided a security blanket that protects them from foreclosure. In fact, many homeowners already own their homes free and clear and just don’t know it yet. Consider this reversal of misfortune divine intervention against a greedy global conspiracy aimed at defrauding homeowners and stealing their homes.
So, you can move to stop the foreclosure, and fight for your home by acquiring a “Forencis Loan Audit” that will identify any possible lender fraud, or Federal violations of the Truth and Lending Act (TILA), or the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Expose the fraud, stop the foreclosure, and take your home back by fighting your foreclosure!

Recomendation: don’t push too hard. And, don’t give up. It all sounds so insane at first because a little of the right kind of truth causes many old assumptions to fall. 9-11 could not have been an inside job since everything else we know ( about the powers-that-be) then is called into question. It’s just overwhelming to ponder so people will shoot the messager to try to crowd-out reality.
Friend of mine just had much of what I’ve been telling him seconded by his econonics instructor in his MBA program. Now, much of what he thought he knew is crumbling. You sound like a West Point grad! Excellent! Well, that’s the million dollar question my friend. Everyone ultimately has to come to that decision on their own, but let me say this, if nothing is done, we all lose! It’s just that simple.
I think a window of opportunity will present itself at some point in the near future. It has been said that if you give someone enough rope, they will hang themselves. Our complacency has given our rogue government plenty of “Rope” as society goes to hell in a handbasket. Insurrection will almost certainly be the end result, and ten of thousands will probably perish during he first few weeks of chaos and confusion during the initial uprising. Experienced patriots, vets and well disciplined citizens should be able to use this situation to their full advantage (I cannot elaborate any further on this) to achieve victory.
We must stand our moral high ground and wait for the blast of the trumpet!
You will know when to take action when the time comes. Just be prepared!

I’m concerned about how to meet up with with my fellow Patriots if, hopefully it won’t come to this, there is armed conflict. We have the convienence of the internet now but what should I do when that isn’t an option anymore? I’m a warrior and warriors fight for what they believe in. Hide the fact that you are rich enough to fuel it. Avoid inner-cities regardless of how you look or dress—- the motor home, if it isn’t a beater, proves you’re rich enough to have lots of neat stuff in there. Avoid broke depressed small towns that have an industry of writing tickets to steal revenue from travellers( I’ve been in several states that have them). Never give permission for a search of the bago; if they bellow( they love bellowing) that they don’t NEED your permission to search , respectfully assert that they don’t have your permission anyway but that you wont resist. I don’t think cops want to hassle someone travelling; but I do know that they want to see inside of vans and motorhomes and they want to ID everyone at all times—- they work the ‘give me your papers’ angle and trip up all kinds of folks. Most cops I’ve been around in california want to see if you have a gun in there so they can seize it. Let’s say you are on your way dove hunting and have and old 20 guage. You are travelling with it unloaded with the ammo separate–legal. They still WANT to seize it– and some will try; telling you it’s ok, you can just come down later and pick it up. So if you travel here and keep a gun for protection; hide a spare, untraceable in a handy spot for when your favorite gun is stolen by leo.

That would work the first time. After that the checkpoint would be covered by a couple of 50 cals mounted on armored vehicles and traffic would be stopped hundreds of yards away as they processed one car at a time. I watched a old movie from 1952 called HighNoon with Gary Cooper,I was 9 yrs old when my Ma took me downtown on the bus(cost a nickel round trip then) to see that movie.That movie made a big impression on me,how Gary Cooper was the depty dog of the town and 4 killers were coming back to town to kill him.

I was driving today and closely observed the cable barriers on the highways here. They were all put in in the last 5 years or less and are everywhere here. There is no way you can turn around for miles and miles if a check point was ahead. Where there is no cable they have bermed up the dirt at least 8 feet high. Where the is an opening it’s at a strategic point that can be closed off by a single humvee or whatever. I know the cables are for safety to avoid head-ons, but you have to wonder some times – especially considering the vast amounts of money spent and in such a hurry too. I’m still pondering this one.

I live in Kansas. I got a letter from Illinois Tollway claiming I owed them 200 bucks for not paying tolls there. Problem is, I haven’t been to Illinois in many years, and the picture was of a semitruck (I don’t have any semitrucks.), and it wasn’t a kansas tag on that truck. I called them up and they said, oh, we’re sorry, this was sent to you by mistake, we’ll take it off. Now how in hell, did Illinois Tollway send me a bill for 200 bucks when I haven’t been to Illinois, and that wasn’t any tag of mine?? I wonder if they aren’t just sending these letters to people at random, to get you into a national database. Of course nobody from Kansas is going to go to Illinois to fight such a scam in court.

Los Angeles steals over 2 million dollars a year doing something similar. You park and put quarters in the meter( one dollar minimum- some places up to 4$). The meter is fine and shows your time. You come back later and the meter is flashing and you have a ticket. 3 to 4 cars of parking enforcement follow one white repair van. The guys in the van walk down the street and “break” every fourth meter; then the metermaids follow writting tickets. Confront them( yes, I have), and they politely tell you it’s no problem, you can just tell the clerk and they’ll throw it out. So you pay the $35 “fine” and everyone is joyously happy.

There are countless reasons roadblocks are wrong. 1.) Guilty until proven innocent. 2.) Martial law due to the flu, you go to a store for baby formula, you go to jail & baby starves. 3.) Watch the video Never Talk To The Police, you can be doing nothing wrong and they can throw you in jail if you say the wrong thing even if you’re only saying you’re innocent. 4.) If you’re from out of state and not familiar with an odd state law or the thousands of Federal laws no one can keep track of the roadblock becomes an inspection station for revenue generation. 5.) What if they pass a new law that says what you do that was formerly legal is now illegal, then will you say what’s wrong with roadblocks? 6.) A lot of funny crap is going on.I had a deputy come to my door in an attempt to serve my wife with a subpoena to appear in court. The funny thing is I’ve been divorced for 15 YEARS and my Ex-wife died in 2007!!! Then last week, I had another deputy come to the door asking for an ex-girlfriend of mine and we broke up in 2004!!
I searched my name in Intellius out of curiosity and it listed both as possible relatives at my address.

And you will not be lost to the word and what true christianity is all about without all the confusion from the many antichrists and false doctrinal man made religions of babel that create the confusion and hatred you suffer from.
For these are doctrines of man and Satan. Doctrines of devils and demons made to confuse God’s people to make you lost and confused and an immense hatred for and disbelief in God it is all written and spoken there of.
Choose rather to be apostles for Christ rather than deciples of satan and worshippers of man.

God should be the number thing in your life and His many blessing can trickle down into everything you do in life when you do this. For I was a doubter too once but considering the times I thought I should share this with you when I took it for real finally in my life I have seen things happen that you would not believe much less understand for the non believer it was never meant for you to understand unless you have both the faith and the love for God in your heart that He manifest Himself and makes His presence known to you if you don’t have this He hides His face from you.

Now its your turn to seal the deal by coming to Him turn and be healed and be forgiven before its too late for we are closing in on the end of man control of this planet and Christ will come to claim what is His will you be saved?
Man always had a stumbling block on physical things and stopped short of see in is believing but can’t you see He did that already Jesus came in everyway as was written and spoken to the prophets fortold His own coming and all that leads up to it but He is still defied and shunned by the people he has always loved.
Despised made fun of its like reliving the crucifixion all over again being chastized, beaten on, and spit in the face even true biblical christians are persecuted poked at made fun of and despised little has changed from then.

I have to believe every veteran feels the same way. Think of the friends that were killed in action on foriegn soil. The thought alone makes you feel guilty that you came home. It causes many to commit suicide or lead a life of addiction and homelessness. You got it vetofnamBS most of us live with a blackhole that never gets filled in. There are things far worse than death.

I’m glad you men made it home. My wife and I recieved news today that the boy who was the ring bearer at our wedding was killed In Afganistan yesterday having stepped on a land mine. This kid was a hard worker growing up on the ranch accross the road from us untill he graduated high school and joined the Marines. I suppose that what angers me most is that our government deceives these young men and they give their lives not knowing what they are truly fighting for.
A couple of years back I attended the funeral of Mr. Matocha who was killed in Vietnam. The Vietnamese man that buried him in Vietnam nearly 40 years ago called our government and showed them where he was. They brought him back to Smithville, TX for a proper burial. All his friends(there were many) gave testimony as to how he was the sharpest student at Texas A&M and all the many hours he gave his fellow students tutoring them so they could make it through. I might also mention that he chose to serve while Bush and Bill were avoiding the draft.
To all the men and women who serve in the military out of patriotism and loyalty to our country, may God bless you and keep you but get out as fast as you can.

This stuff reminds me (too) of East Germany. Friend of mine was in the German army against his will. Four months before the wall came down they shipped his unit by rail to garrison in an abandoned prison near Poland. Just before THE WALL came down they locked them all in, so the commanders ( slavers) could escape to the west and not get beaten to death. Did’nt leave any food; left them to starve in their cells, that way they had more lead time. We can expect no better from “our” “leaders”.
