Madoff Investors Probed by U.S. Prosecutors

U.S. prosecutors have broadened their criminal investigation of the Bernard Madoff case beyond the friends and family of the confessed swindler to at least eight investors and associates, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Carl Shapiro, a women’s clothing entrepreneur and close friend of Madoff, is also under criminal investigation, the article said.
Investigators have gathered evidence of Picower and Chais telling Madoff how much in returns they wanted and that their accounts would reflect the amounts, the paper said. It said investigators were also reviewing evidence suggesting Shapiro knew his returns were fraudulent.

Everything has some relevance.
Operation Northwoods written back in the 60’s is HIGHLY RELEVANT, to those with a functioning brain. But, if the fluoride has gotten to you, then there is no relevance.
A lot of times it takes mountains of corroborating circumstancial evidence to crack something open, to the point an obvious pattern or connection can clearly be seen.
A lot of times people will reference a past film, a book, a sci-fi, because there are chapters that convey volumes to those that understand paralels and qualities that are familiar with a particular scrip. Unfortunately there are those that do not understand Rock & Roll and that, “a little bird told me so,” type of language. Dear People,
I would like at this time inform you of what is the truth of the market system that you have all believed in, invested in, and of course cried over.
Mr. Madoff did not operate a “Ponzi” scheme as you have all been led to believe, the only thing that he is currently guilty of is failing to provide accurate information to an investigating party. What he did was leverage his investors income at far greater values to purchase debt commodities. This worked fine until the markets decoupled. When the values no longer reflected the actual cash value his funds were left in a negative equity balance.
This is the same for all of the Major hedge funds, Banks, and other investment vehicules.
What is not being told is that he is the sacrificial goat, to make every investor think that only he failed by corruption, and that not everyone failed due to lax standards and morally corrupt firms. The markets are not real in that as has been tried to shown by various groups, the major networks are lieing to make sure that you do not find this out.
Please be aware of what is going on. Madoff will never see the true interior of a prison.
It is all smoke and mirrors, unfortunately we the people did not have the choice of attending this show. I cannot keep quiet any longer.

What you are saying is something I have suspected for some time now. I would not be at all surprised to find out this is true and so what else is new?
Truth be told, Enron was a trial run. And now the gig should be called Fedron.
I enjoyed seeing Bidens blood run cold at the other forum – the look of total fear that they might not stop all the leaks. And I still want to know who “ball cap” is, the guy in the ball cap the day of 9/11 on mainstream news that gave the investigation it’s main lead and highly accurate outline to all that was determined by the Commission. He looks awfully familiar too, like I think he used to be on CNN occasionally, or MSNBC and he had to be plant with the full story that mainstream followed and garnished, shaping the entire outcome of the official story. “Mainstream media” is owned, financed, and legally controlled by the top US military contractors. So far because of 911…these same companies have made 100’s of billions of dollars in increased security spending, fraud, rebuilding, and money laundering. Would you read the KKK Times to find out information about race relations? Then why would you get your “security news” from a military company?
Why did CNN hire 2 national news anchors 3 hours before 911 in NYC on the very same day? There were no commercial planes on 911. So many have lied for so long.
