A majority of states have bills passed or have proposed bill which affirm 10th Amendment rights. Some affirm additional rights and/or give specific reasons. New Hampshire has written the most aggressive legislation.

With the economy collapsing, it is a very real and immediate danger that the federal government can turn into a completely criminal and fascist government. They’ll put foreign troops on their streets. They’ll grab people to put in forced labor or concentration camps if they are unemployed or protesting. They’ll conduct experiments on these prisoners.
This is especially true since a private corporation owned by a small group of people, who own over half the world’s wealth, control our currency and monetary policy through the Federal Reserve. They also have such power over the world as a whole through the World Bank, IMF, most other national central banks, numerous well-funded non-government organizations, and numerous corrupted government officials.
The Federal Reserve owners want the economy to collapse so they can grab real assets and power. Their whole monetary system is a giant ponzi scheme designed to fail because money is based on the issuance of debt, and the interest owed is not put into the system except through more debt with more interest.
The stock market has dropped 50% in value since this started last year. This is a great depression. The unemployment will rise. The spending of the two bailouts plus the trillions the Federal Reserve has printed will cause inflation to rise sharply. This same situation happened to the Soviet Union. This is not just an economic recession.
This is not just about mortgages since the value of mortgages is much less than the spending packages. The financial releveraging of the mortgages in the form of financial derivatives has magnified the problem. Giving loans to high risk individuals and giving ARM loans did stimulate the problem. The manipulation of oil prices through dollar devaluation and speculation also helped stimulate problem.
This current economic problem is largely due to the fact that we’ve been existing on borrowed time, running huge trade deficits and growing debt exponentially. Our assets now exceed our debt. We now owe more interest on our debts than we can possibly earn. The debt ponzi scheme our currency is based has busted and has started the process of collapse. We can’t spend our way out of this because we’re out of assets and out of credit.
This group of men who own most of the world’s currencies and wealth want complete centralized control of printing money. They also want a powerful undemocratic regional and world government which can usurp the sovereignty of national governments. They want more European Unions. They want a stronger United Nations. They want to push their own agendas, which include population reduction through eugenics. The threat is real and well documented in policy documents and in the main stream press.
The Federal Reserve is doing to the United States exactly what the IMF and World Bank do to third world nations. Unless we wake up and get our head out of our fluoride and Prozac ass, we’re going to find ourselves as a third world nation, if not in the middle of World War III, the Fourth Reich, civil war, and revolution.
The only way we can stop the U.S. government and these banks is through the states. If the states are united, the people are united. If the people are united, the U.S. government ceases to function, and the states are able to reform a functioning and lawful U.S. government instead of the completely corrupt, rogue, destructive, and lawless federal government we have now.
Armed rebellion is not going to work. It will just result in a lot of dead people because the U.S. government has excessive firepower. Violent rebellion is exactly what the men in control of our money want.
I encourage everyone to write, email, or call their state legislatures to encourage the passage of such bills. You may also wish to contact your federal reserve senators and representative letting them know you’ve lost faith in their ability to represent the people of the United States.
We need stronger legislation with stronger teeth to make a stand peacefully and legally. We must act to prevent what is happening in Arcadia, Iowa, with the Iowa National Guard training for door-to-door gun confiscation.
We can’t allow the U.S. government to continue to usurp state sovereignty. If we allow the U.S. government to do this, we’re going to have a lot of dead people in this nation because a lot of people aren’t going to give up their guns and aren’t going to tolerate the U.S. military, corporate militias, and foreign troops invading their communities and homes.
The states may be forced to stand down. However, we started the process of thinking locally to solve our problems and to make it through these tough times. We want local, responsible, and focused local and state law enforcement to maintain order. We don’t want foreign troops and the U.S. military to do this for us.
We should consider training our local and state law enforcement to stop such door-to-door terrorism by agents of the U.S. government and the Federal Reserve. We should consider making it a high crime in the state for a federal official to offer a bribe and a high crime to receive such a bribe.

Whether you agree with everything I put forth or not, a majority of the people do believe the U.S. government is corrupt, out-of-control, and don’t represent the interests of the people. If you don’t agree, you haven’t done the research nor have you paid close enough attention to the news. We’re on the verge of major crisis and change.

The article writer also repeated the delusion mantra, that what exists today [fascism] is only a future possibility. All over the west, people are taking possession of “public lands” since with state sovereignty they revert to the people. BLM & National Forest lands are OURS. We have the same advantages without the overburden of structure and convention.

Any one with any knowledge of world religions knows that Iran is the only Shi’ite dominated country in the middle east. Now ask yourselves why would a Shi’ite country who hates sunnis fund a sunni ideological terrorist organization such as Al Queda? The government will use finances to scare us and use terror in an attempt to usurp our rights. They will offer protection and prosperity in return for obedience. Hey does anyone have any info on the Nevada bill? I heard it was being proposed but no recent info found on Yahoo.
Nevada is one of the first 4 states to bring in the Real ID act next year in exchange for a few million dollars. I am guessing this is a huge conflict of interest?

Let’s not forget what the phrase “we the people” meant to our for-fathers. Our freedom was not only the work of politicians. Yes our freedom was won with the use of pen and paper, but men had to fight, and yes a lot had to die. People our freedom is once again at risk this time not from an enemy from the other side of the world but from within. We the people are the keepers of freedom. We can not rely men and women of congress to protect that. We the people must regulate our government and keep honest people honest the hands of big oil and big banks look appealing and for most politicians it would be a great thing for them to use for the better good. How ever it’s not. It’s corrupt and no mater the good that anybody would like to do and could do would be shadowed by the agendas of the corruption. We the people must keep government out of our homes. The effects of wel-far is no production plane and simple. People who have made a life for them self can not support the family next door who dose not, even though not everyone has the same opportunity we all the Opportunity to succeed as far as we would like to go. When you give every one a free ride no one will have the ambition to better them self for any other reason than for riches. Not for a full and healthy life. We need to reassert our selves in our communities , become more active in helping others instead of passing off people in need to out government and say to ours selves “well big brother will take care of it” We need to stop passing blame off on poverty for crime. Laws have been passed to keep government out of our businesses to keep them ours. But we’ve aloud them to invade our businesses with fee and taxes and regulations to the point where a company cannot afford to do its business in our states.
This we need to stop, We the people are free because no one can take our freedom from us unless we give said freedom to them. War is not the solution but if the people rebel that is what you would have. These are dark days and no diplomacy will end this tyranny. As much as a fear it I welcome it. It will show the world that America is the word for freedom and will remain so as long as brave men are willing to give up the life to save his country from tyranny and the slavery that comes with it. And as the brave fight this oncoming war with there sweat blood and tears let diplomacy play it’s role as well. But what every may await us in the future let us no forget for one instant what the words “WE THE PEOPLE” really means, it means us. Rep. Itse is smart in stating that if the Feds have effectively nullified the constitution how can they be breaking away from nothing. The constitution is the Union. Martial that!
Frankly, there is no civil unrest to speak of today–and I suspect there will not be much. If Americans do not provide them with this excuse for martial law–mark my words they will create a false flag. e.g. They have planted violent agitators/agents among peaceful protesters. Creative solutions abound.
How do you get ahead of that? The States Representatives above are key–they must stay one step ahead. And…..Citizens must be de-programmed. They must accept that democracy, government, police/military protection are all illusions. No more Prozac, municipal water and seek cover during chemtrails.

well i have noticed today looking out the window, birds seeking shelter wile the babey sprayers were out spraying there radioactive poisons, chemtrails,,there were no birds around,and when the plumes drifted away a bit .the birds came out to play.i am not joking they the were in the middle of pine bushes as well hiding trying to take cover!i seen this!i feel sorry for them little birds.it goes to show you birds in ways like that are smarter then humans or the sheep humans!

I don’t foresee anything nuclear. It’s far too destructive and with massive loss of life. Let me explain. I believe the best bet for another large scale false flag would ideally be with use of an EMP weapon. And it’s quite simple really: detonate the EMP over a large city such as New York or LA. All power is out for an extended period of time. Then the city tears it self apart by looting, fires, vigilantes, gangs roaming the streets and so on. Then that lawlessness spreads from city to city.
In order to enact Martial Law I don’t think it would be wise for mass destruction by way of Nuc, too many people gone. Remember that the Gov’t still needs people around to martial. But on the other than hand, using a Nuc sure is a quick way for population reduction. Just my opinion

I read somewhere that it would a nuclear false flag in four US cities . It’s probably nonsense when considering the source. Maybe it could a false threat. Frankly, I would not put anything past them. there has to be a substantive divide and concur them and my point was that perhaps America will show tolerance and peace and not serve up cicil unrest to justify martial law–but they could stir something up.

Maybe you’re right. But dropping an E-bomb would be an extremely risky thing to do. The government needs the mainstream media to calm people down, divide and conquer. Minor, isolated riots may be what they want, but if people suddenly don’t get any centrally controlled (mis)information about what’s going on, they will very soon take their anxiety, frustration and anger to the streets in a LARGE scale. A situation like that could be very dangerous and spin out of control, even though FEMA and the military think they are prepared.

Isn’t it obvious? They want to do two things:
1. Whip up anti-government sentiment to the point we will revolt violently, enabling them to then institute full-blown martial law. Then they can end America forever.
2. They want to pinpoint who the patriots are and, in particular, who our leaders are likely to become and which of us will respond with violence. Then they can take us out before we can act.
This whole “sovereignty” thing is all part of their script to achieve these ends. It HAS TO BE! What else could it possibly serve? If you look at the recent history of every one of the states – including those claiming “sovereignty” – you must admit they have been just as corrupt and just as complicit in the NWO as the feds have been. Those who use religion as a basis to fear or hate someone, and those that hate or fear the religious due to their religion, are no different. Regardless of ones religious beliefs, it is in the individuals actions that determine an identity. Do they practice what they preach? To they fulfill their promises? Do they mean what they say? Three questions that can easily pre-determine and individual and the reality in which they live. With that being said, i do not think their will be an form of military retaliation towards the states declaring sovereignty. I do think that Obama will a higher expectation level on the states, with the expectation of them cracking under the pressure. That’s if the president doesn’t try to wipe his ass with apologies to the states for past discretion’s and current probabilities. Obama is a lier, remember that before equating the tactics he dictates.

Ideas are not hard to come by when determining what solutions would work towards regaining our freedom. What we need is implementation of these ideas. A driving force representing these ideas. Now that is what will win this thing once and for all. It is my belief that any time spent doing anything other than implementation of a good idea is a HUGE WASTE OF TIME and if you are a person wasting such time than you are a part of the problem. We need action, bring to the table implementation of ideas. We all have great ideas and the road to hell is paved with good intentions too. We have logistics issues, informing the masses issues, and we all talk about what we do not want to happen. What about what will replace this current system of things? We have to begin with the end in mind and address these issues in an intelligent way. So, what needs to be implemented to succeed in regaining our Freedom?
I, for one have been looking into the Constitution Party and feel that if we had a Party we could back it may offer clout into what we are trying to acheive. Locally we need to walk into the next city council meeting and demand we know what is being sprayed in those chemtrails, we need to protest in every state at the same time on the same day, while be connected via simulcast or internet or something to ensure a safer protest. I mean if we all gather in all 50 states and each protest site keeps an eye on the other sites it would be harder to declare Martial Law or implement it in every state at the same time! We need to flood our legislatures with letters and calls and demand change of current policy, we need to warn people everyday with a conviction like none you have ever had before. Nice Article. Yes, we would have difficulty taking on the US military with their numerous and advanced weaponry. However, we can get out and march, demonstrate, dissent, refuse to participate in certain govt. programs (i.e.: IRS) and so forth. What we really need is UNITY. Each one of us getting upset individually won’t work. There exists a true need to come together, regardless of political points of view, religion, race, etc. Those need to be set aside until such time as our nation is again secure. This isn’t a Democratic or Republican THING, not a Catholic or Baptist THING, not a black or white THING. This THING is going to eat us ALL up unless something is done rather soon.

The 9th amendment refers to rights “retained by the people.” “Retained” means that we have them, not as national citizens, but as humans. In other words, it refers to inalienable rights. AND WE’VE GOT IT! The Founders exercised freedom of choice in 1787 in creating the “united States of America.” Now, due to technology, our present world has collapsed in on itself: time and space. Result, ALL NATION-STATES ARE TOTALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL! Example: world wars starting in 1914; but more relevant: THE NUCLEAR BOMB facing humanity itself about to eliminate the entire race. As a former WWII B-17 bomber pilot, I refused to play the war game in 1948. So I RENOUNCED my US nationality (in Paris) and declared myself (freedom of choice) a “World Citizen.” Yes, I am stateless. But so is humanity. I’ve read here a lot of talk about revolt, violence and “enemies.” But the plain fact is, WE ALL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM: SURVIVAL. LET’S GET REAL!

It’s just too coincidental that all these states are “declaring their sovereignty” at the same time – using exactly the same language in their resolutions, in most cases. Yet, at the same time, several have passed gun grabbing laws, recently, that are claimed to be laws that “protect” gun owners from confiscations during martial law. Then there is the fact that each state’s legislature is loaded with members of the SPP, the CFR, Bilderberg, etc. and some of the governors (if not all of them) are, as well. Oklahoma City has a globalist mayor who signed onto the NAFTA Superhighway and when he got caught said, “I didn’t know what I was getting into.” Then there’s Texas Governor Rick Perry, who has violated the Logan Act by attending Bilderberg and who has also signed onto the SPP and the NAFTA Superhighway. With these glaring contradictions, how is anyone to take seriously these “resolutions” of state sovereignty? I think it’s all intended to misdirect us and to ferret out those of us who might call for a revolution, so we can be easily identified for the later roundups. Why else would they be doing this? In the American Revolution and the Nineteenth Century

During the Franco-Prussian War (1870-71) the Germans suffered so much from French partisans, or francs-tireurs, that Field Marshall von Moltke ordered the shooting of all prisoners not fully uniformed and led by regular officers. World War I to World War II
In World War I the most spectacular theater of guerrilla operations was the Arabian peninsula, where, under the leadership of T. E. Lawrence and Faisal al-Husayn (later Faisal I ), various Arab guerrilla bands fought superior Turkish forces. In the late 1920s and 30s the Chinese Communists under the leadership of Mao Zedong , perhaps the world’s leading theorist of modern guerrilla warfare, conducted a large-scale guerrilla war, along with mobile and positional warfare, against both the Kuomintang and the Japanese in N China. Mao saw the People’s War, as he called it, progressing from minor skirmishing to a conventional conflict as he led the Communists to victory.
Guerrilla tactics, aided by the development of the long-range portable radio and the use of aircraft as a means of supply, reached new heights in World War II. The Germans failed to establish a complete hold on Yugoslavia because of the guerrilla resistance, which was led by the Communist partisan leader Tito and supplied in part by Allied airdrops. In the Soviet Union guerrilla warfare was included in instruction at the military academy; in the field it was so brilliantly organized that it constituted a continual threat to the German rear and contributed greatly to the German disaster on the Eastern Front.
In Western Europe the Allies organized guerrilla forces in France, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Belgium, Italy, and Greece. These forces (known collectively as the “underground” and, in France, as the maquis) were supplied by Allied airdrops and coordinated from London by radio. The resistance forces in Western Europe, led mainly by British- and American-trained officers, conducted not only guerrilla operations but also industrial sabotage, espionage , propaganda campaigns, and the organization of escape routes for Allied prisoners of war.
By the end of World War II resistance forces had played a major role in the defeat of Germany. Throughout the war the United States and Britain also carried on guerrilla warfare in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, and in China large-scale guerrilla operations were conducted against the Japanese by both Communists and Nationalists.
Since World War II
Since World War II guerrilla warfare has been employed by nationalist groups to overthrow colonialism, by dissidents to launch civil wars, and by Communist and Western powers in the cold war . There have been dozens of such conflicts.
Just after World War II large-scale guerrilla warfare broke out in Indochina between the French and the Communist Viet Minh , led by Ho Chi Minh and Vo Nguyen Giap . After the French defeat at Dienbienphu (1945), France withdrew from the conflict; but the 1954 Geneva Conference brought no permanent peace, and Communist guerrilla activity continued in Laos, Cambodia, and South Vietnam. In the subsequent Vietnam War the United States fought in support of the South Vietnamese government against local guerrillas ( Viet Cong ) aided by North Vietnamese troops. In Cambodia, the Khmer Rouge waged guerrilla warfare to win control of the nation and, after being ousted by the Vietnamese army, again resorted to it until the group’s disintegration (1999).
In Algeria guerrilla warfare against the French was begun by the nationalists in 1954 and conducted with ever-increasing violence until Algeria won its independence in 1961. Greek nationalists in Cyprus carried on guerrilla warfare against the British from 1954 until that country gained independence in 1959. Fidel Castro and Ernesto (Che) Guevara in 1956 launched a guerrilla war in Cuba against the government of Fulgencio Batista; in 1959, Batista fled the country and Castro assumed control. This success gave encouragement to rebel guerrilla bands throughout Latin America. In 1967, Guevara was killed by the Bolivian army while leading such a rebel band in the jungles of Bolivia.
In the late 1960s, Palestinian Arab guerrillas intensified their activities against the state of Israel. In 1971, after a full-scale war with the Jordanian army, they were ousted from their bases in Jordan. However, the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and other groups continued their raids on Israel from other Arab countries. After the PLO was forced to leave Lebanon (1982, 1991) its fighters were again dispersed, but it continued to mount attacks until peace negotiations in the early 1990s.
The United States has sponsored guerrillas, most notably anti-Castro Cuban forces and Nicaraguan contras. Modern “urban guerrilla” activities such as hijacking and kidnapping are frequently inspired by ideology rather than patriotism and are often tinged with elements of terrorism . The Irish Republican Army (late 1960s to mid-1990s) and Peru’s Shining Path engaged in both attacks on government forces and various forms of terrorism. I check every day what the major network news report on and for years now, it is obvious and blatant that the all of the networks and even local news are filtering out all and any story that does not fly pro the government propaganda; this was true during the Bush Administration and is even more true now with the Obama Administration. Worse, even those who speak less than supportive of the Obama Movement, like Glenn Beck water down the facts and don’t mention the State’s and mass negative reaction of Americans to the Obama Administration’s attack upon us, our Constitution and all the dirty trick these people are pushing forward with. I am not sure what can be done but I am always making comments on the comment sections of the network news, calling them for the liars, traitors and propaganda machines they are. Everyone here should do the same.
