The conspiracy theorists over at Michelle Malkin’s web site Hot Air, have now been forced to admit that the conspiracy theories they endorsed surrounding the infamous puppy toss video were completely false. Several months ago, Hot Air went into damage control mode when a video showing a U.S. Marine tossing an innocent and defenseless puppy over a cliff while on patrol in Iraq surfaced on the Internet. Malkin and others immediately claimed that the video was a fake. With no conclusive evidence, they endorsed theories including ones that claimed the puppy was actually a stuffed toy and that the audio in the video was edited to recreate the puppy’s cries for help as it was tossed over the cliff. Lance Cpl. David Motari who was identified as the Marine tossing the puppy over the cliff has now been kicked out of the Marines. The puppy toss video was cited as the reason for his separation. The bottom line is that Malkin and all of her brainwashed followers will simply do anything to defend what the U.S. military does even if it flies in the face of factual information and common sense. Simply put, the U.S. military is not fighting for freedom over in Iraq when George W. Bush and the criminals in Washington DC are implementing a police state in the U.S. and shredding the Constitution. Since this is the case, there should be no reason for Malkin and others to run cover for military personnel based upon the premise that they are fighting for freedom. There is very little freedom left in this country, so its time to ask what the U.S. military is really doing in Iraq and in over 100 countries around the world.

The Marine Corps on Wednesday said it was expelling one Marine and disciplining another for their roles in a video showing a Marine throwing a puppy off a cliff while on patrol in Iraq.
The 17-second video posted on YouTube drew sharp condemnation from animal rights groups when it came to light in March.
The clip shows two Marines joking before one hurls the puppy into a rocky gully. A yelping sound is heard as it flips through the air.
"That’s mean. That’s mean, Motari," an off-camera Marine is heard telling the Marine who tossed the black and white dog. The off-camera Marine snickered slightly afterward.
Lance Cpl. David Motari, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment at Kaneohe Bay, is "being processed for separation" from the Marine Corps, the Marine Corps said in a news release. He also received unspecified "non-judicial punishment."
The Marine Corps didn’t say what role Motari played in the clip.
The video was viewed tens of thousands of times before YouTube took it down due to a violation of the site’s terms of use.

"The actions seen in the Internet video are contrary to the high standards we expect of every Marine and will not be tolerated," Marine Corps Base Hawaii said in a news release. "The vast majority of Marines conduct their duties with honor and compassion that makes American people proud."
The second Marine, Sgt. Crismarvin Banez Encarnacion also received unspecified "non-judicial" punishment.
Kurt Nimmo writing for InfoWars has called on Michelle Malkin to apologize for using ridiculous conspiracy theories to defend this incredibly cruel act. Kurt sums up the absurdity of the situation below.
Michelle Malkin, the neocon going by the handle Allahpundit, and all the other neocon camp followers, will support the troops no matter what they do, no matter how many dogs, farm animals, children, mothers and fathers, grandmothers and toddlers they torture, kill, and dismember. After all, most neocons hate all things Muslim, they viscerally loathe all “pinkos” and people who exercise the First Amendment.

I think once someone defends the use of concentration camps, something that is almost universally scorned and perceived as evil, it is not a huge leap to defend the murder of living things by the men and women who are allegedly protecting the sanctity of life (by destroying it). Why demand an apology from Malkin, who has built a reputation and a career out of saying controversial things to defend murder and tyranny and to slander anyone who disagrees, much like her fellow neocon talking head and infamous transsexual Ann Coulter? It seems futile, other than perhaps to embarrass her publicly, although both the original story and the lies spouted by Malkin will probably pass by with little attention from the MSM.

I was assigned to 1/3 an F.O. in ‘83. The Marine Corps is not perfect – there are s---birds just about in every unit.
You just have to know how to deal with them…
The Marines who killed the puppy probably got NJP from hell. They were most likely doing the rug dance of their lives when they stood in front of their company 1st Sgt.
I can only imagine what was done to them. I can assure you it wasn’t pretty.

First of all, Malkin is a shill, point made and understood. Stop pushin’ it.
When I first got into the ‘Infowar’ I was excited, I had found why I went to war, I found all the little secrets I could. Then I started talking, spouting the rhetoric I had learned and getting others to open their eyes. I’ve watched the war fight the right battles in the right ways, and I’ve seen us stumble and lose sight a few times. In this article there are blatant attacks on U.S. military personnel as a whole and that is not how we should conduct ourselves. The moment we isolate any group of people that support us in any way, we begin to fail. We cannot fail. I know from experience that there are plenty of amazing human beings in the military, I know the the battlefield makes us less human, and I know the anyone who kills a puppy for fun is a psychopath, but I know that this is not how the Infowar should go, this kind of thing will turn the ‘Infowar’ into a Real War, where people die in the streets. That’s bad.

Some days you really wonder if you should be eating meat. So cruel to kill an animal. My answer is even if I dont eat that cow killed to make my burger someone else would eat that cow. Anyway a cow will be killed so i figure i might as well eat it. It does taste good. But there are certain animals meant for food. Only kill those animals. Not innocent Puppies.
In the Bible in the book of Genesis it says:
And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.”
See? Originally we were supposed to eat fruit and things from plants. Only when man sinned did that change. later in the bible it talks about people eating fish. It says in the 10 commandments Thou shall not kill.— He in the begining never wanted us to even kill animals for food. God isnt a mean cruel puppy killing god. He doesnt want all this killing. Why he lets it go on only he can answer. Dont ask me to because i am not God. Ask him for more info.

Good point Horrorshow. Malkin defended the internment of Japanese Americans because of their race. I guess if it was Philipinos that attacked Pearl Harbor she would be all for it also, but she wasn’t. Three years ago when somebody asked the same thing, she didn’t answer the question she obfuscated it. It’s truly amazing that a person with her racial background could defend internment when back then I’m sure they wouldn’t have blinked to throw her into one if she offered any resistance to the internment of Japanese Americans.

This story is meaningless considering that the Marines have killed millions of Iraqi children during the last 17 years of bombing Iraq. What about the families that the marines gun down in Iraq? There are hundreds of videos where Marines will fire on unarmed goat-herders, or children with their mothers. Killing a puppy is deplorable, but this is just a smokescreen because so many families and children have been murdered in cold blood by evil marines.

As a Navy Vet I saw a lot of crap happen that shouldn’t have, so unfortunately I’m not suprised by this video. What sickens me is that for whatever reason people in this country, those who have served and those who haven’t, doesn’t seem to matter, are intrigued by disgusting violence. I mean, what; are we gonna have to the death gladiator competitions soon? I do not crave bloodshed.!! It’s the mentality that makes you slow down at car wrecks. I understand there is a natural morbid curiosity but animal torture is sick. It is a degrading morality. Killing women and children.; Cold blooded murder, rape, molestation, torture!!!! I am with you 100% on most things. I think the government is shredding the constitution, 9/11 was an inside job, and the bilderburg group is what you say it is. however, you cannot say there is very little freedom left in the U.S.A. Yes, our freedom has become greatly decreased, but the fact that you can even have this website (the website I get my news from, and read everyday), is proof that there is still quite a bit of freedom left. I can still hold a “down with the new world order” sign in the streets without being killed.

As much as I find the act commited by the marine killing machine to be deplorable beyond words the cruel and brutal death of the dog is not the core issue here. Comparing it to the any of the atrocities suffered by Iraqis at the hands of other U.S. military personel only serves to trivialize their suffering.
The point is the act itself speaks to a greater issue. The endemic and violent disregard and absence of respect for decency as well as the utter lack of disciplined conduct by the troops illustrates tacit approval of said conduct by those in charge. The fact that the entire NEO-CLOD wing of mainstream media was apoplectic over the outrage expressed over the death of some anonymous and “non-descript dog” and engaged in an apologist style campaign of denial, trivialization and outright rationalization to not only excuse but actually justify this act of barberism only to have their claims of fraud and shouts of witch hunting by liberal bleeding hearts proven to be irrefutably wrong and absolutely spurious to the point of being prurient is clear indication that every claim they have ever made is at least suspect, every opinion disingenuous and their motivations to be questionable. They are not actually journalists they are simply he marketing branch of the NEO-CON agenda masquerading as journalists.
Rather than spout explitive laden insults about Michele Malkins character or descibe how you would enjoy sexually abusing her and Motari as well, why isn’t the discussion focussing on how this can be used to finally hobble these yellow journalists and finally start to bring a halt to their mind bending and truth twisting campaign of half truths and out right lies. They’ve handed us a loaded gun with hair trigger and the hammer fully cocked. They’ve even arranged to trip the trigger for us all we have to do is point the gun at them as they have all but outright requested!

I used to be a talk radio addict. I would listen to Limbaugh, Hannity, O’Reilly, etc. I bugged Canadian politicians and bureaucrats to allow Fox News to broadcast in this country. I was fooled by Bush and the weapons of mass destruction thing. I was all for the war in Iraq. I thought the world trade center was brought down by Arab hijackers acting for bin Laden.
