Man Arrested for Being Naked in Own House

SPRINGFIELD, Va. – A Springfield, Virginia man is facing an indecent exposure charge after a passerby spotted the man naked in his kitchen and reported it to police.
Eric Williamson, 29, is a commercial diver who grew up in Hawaii and rents home with several co-workers. Williamson told FOX 5’s Will Thomas his roommates were not home and he walked into the kitchen to make coffee about 5:30 a.m. Monday.
“Yes, I wasn’t wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me,” Williamson said.

THIS IS THE BEST IDEA I’VE HEARD IN TWO YEARS TO FIGHT BACK THE GLOBAL ENSLAVEMENT. Aaron Russo was on to something, If we can rally the American people to stop paying these unconstitutional taxes, government won’t be funded and neither will the federal reserve. Ask yourselves this, do you continue to pay for goods or services from any other industry or sector, if they’re harming you or not doing you any good? Do you continue to pay employees if they lie cheat and steal from YOUR company? By paying taxes, you paying for them to sit in their fancy high-life positions where they are ABOVE the law and you fund the government and the Federal reserve to continue implementing programs to control YOUR life. I know its far fetched, but we need to brainstorm and take action. Everyone that comes on this website and others like it needs to STOP TALKING FOR ONCE, AND START TAKING ACTION! We need to get Alex Jones to publicize it and get others in Media to follow. The protests of all prostests!!!!!!!! The “DON’T PAY YOUR TAXES” protest Obviously everyone will be forced to pay sales tax but that is ok, Do me a favor and name something that isn’t taxed?…………..That’s hard to answer isn’t it. How in the HELL did we as a Nation that represents and symbolizes Liberty, Justice, and Freedom for the Entire World allow are Constitution to be overran and kicked to the garbage can like this? The Reason is we are all selfish and trying to look out for what’s best for ourselves and immediate family. We are all trying to Survive by making money and working hard and going to school everyday. We are all too busy with our own lives to do anything that takes time and money to help the greater good. They have sucked us all into the rat race and web of involving yourself into slavery monday through friday, and some weekends too. A slavery by which you work everyday for hours and hours just to get the scraps of their wealth. Their wealth by the way which is created from paper and a printer and the letter of the Law which they enforce with city, county, state, and federal officers whom which all are FUNDED by YOUR TAXES! I know this is a long shot protest, but if we are to truly do anything to stand up and fight, rallying the American people to not pay taxes is the way to do it. We bankrupt the government and the Federal Reserve! If the numbers of participants are large enough, how in the heck can they enforce anything upon us with government officers, We are a country of 307,000,000 people, how many jails and officers and military members do they have to take down the majority of poverty, working, and middle class citizens who would choose to not pay their taxes? NOWHERE NEAR ENOUGH. Get the enitre nation to QUIT PAYING YOUR TAXES, for this to work we need as many people of the 307,709,681 U.S. Population to participate as possible, for if it only ends up being few that rally up and stop paying, they will all suffer and go to jail…We need to plan this wisely and get MASSIVE NUMBERS behind us for this to WORK. THROW OUT IDEAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They may print more money, they may try to scare everyone, but right now 3.3 million people are out a job that were in a job a year ago, that is 3.3 million less people that will pay taxes this year and the next, perhaps for a few years. But what if 200 million people didn’t pay any taxes and just let the Government fund itself into a black pit that will only bring to the changes we want, a new President, a new Congress, a who bunch of new people in the White house and it sounds easy, but people get scared and end up paying their taxes. SO if we can work on getting everyone to stop paying taxes, we can get rid of the problems by making them go broke instead.

Whether or not it bankrupts the Government and Fed is really not the point, think of the masses of people around the world and in America who would watch this historical protest where for the first time in America, the people refuse to comply with laws and rules wrote and enforced by government because they scream ENOUGH is ENOUGH, we wont keep paying you! You (Government) will not take our money, we refuse to pay it until we see real change. We the people have the power, not you! The media will go crazy over the massive “don’t pay your tax” protest! Its the way for the masses of americans and businesses to say NO MORE FISCAL POLICY, NO MORE GOVERNEMNT INTERVENTION. You do as we want or we will not comply with this system ever again! Great idea but the gov’t pigs would just shut down the banks
or collect more tax on something else other than income.
Remember 100% of our income tax has always gone to pay
the fraudulent “interest” on the bogus “debt” charged to the

If they can’t hold all these “G-some-number-here” meetings, then maybe they’ll start breaking treaties off that don’t benefit anyone fairly. IRS officals have reported that there are up to 60 million “non-filers”.
Guess what. It doesn’t hurt the government when we don’t pay taxes, because they just print up however much they want, gie it to the Federla REserve, for 5 cents per note, and then the Fed “loans” it back to us at face value, pluss interest. The only reason they tax us is not to pay the cost of government, but to keep us poor!
No, the governmnet will not even listen to a tax strike. They just print and borrow whatever money they need. Which is how the Federal Reserve has undermined us and taken away our “power of the purse” over our own government, which is now completely free to ignore us, and not have its source of funding threatened when it does. When the sole source of funding for the government is the people, not the bankiers, then government MUST listen to us, and respond as requested, or starve.
Stop fooling yourself. The only useful and productive thing that is left to do now is an uprising where people are ready to apply FORCE against those in government, and by any means necessary.

I don’t know about the paying taxes vs. not-paying taxes thing, but one thing everyone can do is make coffee in their own homes naked. Now this comes with a disclaimer: Just because one “can” make coffee naked in their house, does not mean one “should” make coffee naked in their house. I would be of the mindset that NAKED-COFFEE-MAKING should probably be reserved for women, and women that can pass a rigorous screening process as overseen by me!

I question this story in as far as the so called victim isn’t named, she isn’t interviewed, there isn’t any statement from her.
I would say that there is a couple of things it could be.
1. A psycho woman that has a thing for the guy. She can’t confront him in a normal way because she is interested in him, so in order to get his attention she stalks him until she get a opportunity to cause him trouble, henceforth she gets attention.

Not paying your taxes sounds like an excellent idea except for a couple points. 1) They control the printing presses which allows them to just keep making more money. When the new money is printed, the person that gets to spend it first actually (the government) gets the value. As it trickles down through each group it, it loses its value so by the time we get any , the only thing it has done is create inflation and makes our money worth less. 2) All of the income taxes we pay only equates to about 38% of the money taken in by the government. The government has two budgets. One online budget which they show us and one offline budget that VERY FEW people even know about. I saw the total offline budget about five years ago from a man that discovered this fact and investigated it. The total offline budget for the entire country including fed, state, county, and town was 64 or 68 trillion dollars. Which they use to manipulate the markets with. So when you hear them bitch about not having enough money in the budget for such and such, what they are really saying is they need more money for thier projects or school or whatever and that means raising taxes on us to get it . The entire time they have these offline budgets they keep silent about and refuse to use because it’s how they are able to manipulate the markets. I f you don’t believe this then check it out for yourself. I was a full time trader at the time and cannot remember where i put this info but i do know that the web sites i got this info from was taken down immediately after this info was leaked so investigating this will take some effort but i’m telling you the truth as i’ve heard other people in high places also speak of this. So you see, not paying our taxes will just bring harsher consequences to us. I still think it’d be a great idea but there is no way to get everyone at the same time to stop and if you could they are all rich and can wait us out.

I wanted to add one more thought thats a little off track. If a nuclear bomb was set off in an american city, do you think they would close all ports? How much of our food do they import from other countries? If they closed our ports for one month, how much food will there be available to us here? And how long would it take for riots over food to take place? How many people will die in one month from riots and starvation? Are you set-up and ready incase of a food shortage? Just something to think about. This nation is more fragile than we like to think. The government has MANY methods to control us or retaliate on us if we get out of line. Just thinking aloud is all. The Constitution says that the government cannot seize your property without a court order from a JUDICIAL court. The IRS is part of the Excutive branch, NOT the judicial branch. It cannot issue a judical court order to seize your property, they must go to court and get one, and you must be given opportunity to respond in that preoceding.
The IRS Notice of Levy is NOT an actual levy. IRS is required by law to give you, your bank, and your employer NOTICE that they INTEND to levy against your accrued wages and any money on deposit. The Supreme Court has ruled that accrued wages, evn though yo uhave not yet been paid them, are YOUR property, not your employer’s. They have no right to give YOUR property over to the government without a court order from a jdicial court, not the IRS, and not an IRS tax court.
The back of the Notice of Levy cites a specific section of the tax code, section 6331(a) that SOUNDS very serious. It SOUNDS like it gives the IRS and your employer and yor bank the power to hand over your property to the government, without a court order. But, we know it is an undenaible FACT that the constitution forbids that, so it must mean something else. Something must be missing…
Go look at the paragraph BEFORE 6331(b), Section 6331 (a) says who may be levied against. Guess what? YOU are probably not on that list! Only government employees are! No wonder they put section 6331(b) on the back of the Notice of Levy, but conveniently forget to tell you what 6331(a) says.
The bottom line is that, even if the Notice of Levy applied to you, it has no effect other than to provide 30 day notice of intent. It is given as part of your Due Process rights. Neither your employer or your bank are obligated to hand over ANYTHING for 30 more days, in order to allow you to go to court and present evidence of your as to why the levy should not be ordered.
However, unless you are one of the people listed in 6331(a) on whom a levy may be made, you can sue the pants off your employer and/or bank if they turn over your property based on a mere Notice of Levy, rather than on an actual levy, accompanied by a judicial court order!

Who is the “employer” of any of those listed? It is the U.S. government, of course! The law allows the government to levy and serve notice on itself, and its employees, not on anyone in the private sector!
Show this to your bank and your employer. Don’t say anything. Don’t argue with them. See what they think. Get it in writing, if you can. Once shown, they cannot later claim they were ignorant of the law and acted i ngood faith.

I read the story and watched the interview a few moments ago and I have one question. What is happening to my country? Last month I watched the suppression of free speech in my home state of Pennsylvania during the G20 meeting. I watched a crowed control sound device blasting thru citizens telling them they do not have the right to assembly. In total violation of ARTICLE 1 of the Bill of rights. Now I see a man being taken to jail charged with a crime and now having to defend his self for doing something all of us have done. Walk around in his HOME naked, at 5:30 in the morning. Not to mention the police violated this man rights which plainly states in ARTICLE 4 of our Bill Of Rights and to make matters worse the attorney general approved for this to happen the attorney general. Look I am not a Bill Of Rights, Constitution, flag waving person. I live in Sweden for goodness sake, but you have to admit we as Americans should do a reality check. If we don’t put on the breaks and I mean fast there might not be a county for me to come home to.

When you get up in the morning, before sun rise, the last thing you’re thinking about is the curtains. First, since it’s dark, why would you close the curtains? To block the darkness from coming in? I find this to be an overzealous reaction to something that seems to be quite innocent. Reminds me of a case years ago in the ’70’s, in California, where this guy’s landlady peeked through the keyhole in his door, and saw him masturbating. I think the purpose of this story is to show us just how tattle tell like folks have gotten to be and just how insane it is to be getting arrested in your own home. If they don’t throw this case out it will become “normal” to be sent to the pokie from your own home. All it takes for one unstable person to make a phone call trying to start up something. Here is an example: a woman laying out in the sun naked behind her privacy fence in her own back yard. But across the road there is a spot where you could see this woman through some pine trees. So the neighbor across the road made it a point to go mow behind those pine trees on sunny days. What he was doing was checking out the woman. His wife gets pissed off and calls the cops on the woman laying in the sun. The cops laugh it off and tell her on the phone there is nothing they can do, she is on her own property. This is in a rural area so the cops are friendlier and more constitutional oriented. This happened to my wife and my myself. So I can tell you it really depends on how the cops will handle things like this.

FL is full of them too. When I moved back for a short time I was driving a beat up Buick. I had up-to-date plates, current registration, and my license was clean. My car was parked across the street at my neighbor’s business next door to a Starbucks. One of the neighborhood yuppies going for coffee decided to call the police to have my car towed because she didn’t like the way it looked. The Starbucks staff argued that I was using it for work in the afternoons but she didn’t care. Was I parked illegally? Nope. Was the car abandoned? That’s what she told police. I woke up, looked out my window, and there was a cop writing a ticket and a tow driver hooking it up. When I talked to the officer he just laughed, tore up the ticket, had my car set down, and bid me a good day. I don’t know what’s wrong with people. They seem to enjoy causing trouble thinking that they are doing something “good” for the community.

I really do not see how the first comments have anything to do with the story at the top. I agree with some I seen that said the woman should be charged with being a peeping-tom but I do not think she can be charged with trespassing. The man did not have any signs up saying no trespassing. I do think that maybe social services should investigate the woman’s parenting ability. She did let her 7 year old knowingly stand there and stare at a naked stranger. Seems like bad parenting to me. This woman is a misses Cravats (from the old tv series Bewitched). Feel sorry for her children. She probably calls the police every day to report something she thinks is a violation of the law. One comfort we can all take out of this story is in the future that woman’s own child will most likely turn her in just like the children did in 1984.

I was in the bath once when the music stopped. So I hopped out the bath and did a quick sprint to the system. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed the nieghbour opposite admiring the view!!!!!!!! We lived dead opposite across a highstreet on the second floor, Hell!!!!!!! I had to fiegn not noticing him and calmly make my way back to the bubbles. Opps!!!!!!!!!! If you have an apartment in New York city near central park, I could see walking around naked being a problem. Howver, this guy was naked before the sun rose. He had no idea someone was outside his window staring at him. He had a reasonable expectation that he was alone, and that noone could see him. 1) the man is addicted to coffee if he needs that before dressing, thus the coffee company is at fault
2) there is a serious defect in the curtains which caused them to remain in the ‘open’ position, thus the curtain manufacturer is at fault.

I get paid to be nude in or out of any house, but still I wonder if it would have been totally accepted if it were a woman in her home in the morning doing the same thing in an area that normally would be considered as private.
What makes it worse is where it happened. I have a personal attachment to the general area and that is where I am seen and sought after by many people in a bikini and at times even a thong bikini. You have to look closely to see any thread at all and as I said, in that same area people are willing to pay me to “show it all”, not try to have me arrested, especially in my own private property.

There are 2 different accounts of this incident. 1st account his as reported in this article, a 5:30 am he was making coffee and she spotted him in the window.
2nd account is it was 8:30 am and as she walked by she spotted him in the carport and then also in the window.
Either way, it doesn’t sound like criminal mischief but rather a poor judgment call. He lost his job prior to the incident and had been drinking, running around inside his home naked for a few hours.
It doesn’t sound like a incident that warrants arrest and jail time.

Does anyone out there know if it is constitutional to force someone to pay court fees when in fact the accused does not even have to go to court ? I was recently given a citation the crime of fishing with natural bait in a delayed harvest zone,”I did not see the zonning sighn”. The warden wrote the citation for ten dollars plus 125 dollars for court costs,but yet I am not even obligated to go to court ! Believe it or not, if I do not pay this fine I will face the likelihood of being arrested ! Strangely enough if this was a traffic citation and I chose not to pay the fine I would of course loose my driving ”rights” but could not be arrested. So much for freedom and justice in the good ole USA. The older I get the more I realize that the common person in this country is in fact just a cog in the economic wheel with practicaly no true rights.The fact of the matter is that for the most part things have always been this way.I do think however there was a time when you could fish with fishbait without fear of arrest,and unless you actually went to court you were not ordered to pay court costs ! ? My guess is that the man has a certain enemy who hates him very much. Probably a cop, someone whose friends with cops, or someone related to one. There is a certain black family here in my hometown that goes around town absolutely looting the place, leaving tales of savagery in their path. Now when you tell them not to break the law (like stealing from you or threatening to steal and threatening violence, etc) suddenly daddy shows up and threatens to put you way in prison for the rest of your life for “hate crimes”. We’ve reported this on NUMEROUS occasions to the department but they do not care because we’ve never threatened to sue. This is typical reaction of the Springfield district police station. Did they knock on the door and ask the man to cover up? The police at the Rolling Road station respond swiftly and forcefully to neighborhood gossip without regards to a citizen’s right. If charges are made against a man, the Springfield station automatically assigns a domestic violence detective (they disregard the definition of domestic violence, look it up.) to the case and you are a treated as guilty until you prove your innocence. In the Orange Hunt area of Fairfax County if you don’t live the same lifestyle as the ‘community leaders’ and busybodies, you are targeted, with the help of the local police. I’ve had to resort to placing “highly reflective film” on my windows to ensure my privacy. (Yes, it generated a complaint) No surprise the privacy invader is only identified as ‘just happens to be a police officer’s wife’ but the victim in his home has his name spread around the world. (Literally) The boys and girls at the Springfield station do cover their own. Whether the whole truth comes out, is optional with them. Try filing a FOIA involving a Springfield station officer and see what you get besides being told lies. They refuse to put their actions in writing, using variable excuses. Lack of accountability is the norm with our local police station in Springfield. I’ve been arrested four times over neighborhood gossip and the police go out of their way to make the charges stick. They never have, yet the police won’t admit to their mistakes, they just keep trying! Even when cases are dismissed, because they lack evidence and only rely on gossip and hearsay, they won’t come clean. They won’t acknowledge their over zealous force on the community and tries to bully citizens asking questions trying to make them accountable. If you look into this rogue group, I would imagine there would be other cases that show the police state in this community.
