Man Arrested for Sending “7/7 Ripple Effect” DVD to Judge

The European Union has arrested a British man for the crime of sending a DVD to a judge. Anthony John Hill of Sheffield was arrested at his home in Carrick Street, Kells, on the foot of a European Arrest Warrant, according to the Irish Times. UK authorities claim Hill perverted the course of justice in a case related to the July 7, 2005 bomb attacks in London.
British authorities claim copies of the DVD were sent, in packaging with Irish postal marks, between September 2007 and December 2007 to five relatives of people who had been killed during the bombing. In addition, copies were sent to a judge and jury foreman in the case.

“I sent it. I believe those men to be innocent,” Hill told police when he was arrested and asked about the DVD. Sgt Seán Fallon told the Irish Times that a friend of Hill’s made copies on his home computer. Irish Gardaí took possession of the computer.
For the crime of sending the DVD, Anthony John Hill was remanded in custody and awaits a hearing on February 18th.
7/7 Ripple Effect posits that British and Israel intelligence are responsible for the attacks. The video, produced by “Muad’Dib” — the name of a fictional character in the Frank Herbert novel Dune — appeared on the JforJustice website on November 5, 2007. According to J7: The July 7th Truth Campaign, Muad’Dib believes he is the messiah and demands “that he be acknowledged as the Rightful British-Israel King.”
J7 claims Muad’Dib sent unsolicited copies of the video to 7/7 victim families.

have to agree, especially after watching an hour of definitve, specific, enlightening, inspiring, hard-hitting exposure of the violent hand of the nwo. good try, be more specific with your sound bites, and if you wanted to wake people up with just that, you need to have sound bites that give the sources of easily researchable proof, but specifically to yours, your music theme was cool but the drums were boring and repetitive.

I suppose you could flood the city with DVD’s, that’s how AOL managed to get to number one ISP a few years ago. You never see an AOL disk any more. There is cirtainly a place for that.
My tactick is as follows.
I get talking to someone. Generally the subject gets onto the credit crunch or stupid loss of liberty. I will then hand them my WTC7 Jane Standley card. It shows WTC7 in the background with Jane in the middle and the subtitle of the building collapse in the foreground. They can then go and do as the card instructs and YouTube for WTC7 Jane Standley.
I have done this several times. I do it with my computer support customers. This weeks we went to YouTube together because she said, oh I will look that up one day when I have time. I said have you seen YouTube, she says no. I show her and do the lookup, play her the video and she is gobsmacked. She is saying, “Are you saying the Government did it?” I say, no I am asking you what you think.
Later she is telling her husband that 9/11 was an inside job and he is going, yeah yeah, I have more important things to watch on TV like Dancing On Ice. I have a feeling she will now watch the Loose Change FC DVD I gave her 5 months ago.
It takes time and effort to even get people to watch a DVD. They will put it off for any lame reason they can’t even think of. “Oh I have been so busy, have you been following the Dancing On Ice finals?”
I just want TV reporter John Sargent to stand up on Dancing On Ice and say 9/11 was an inside job. (Anyone here from the UK will be as discusted as I am that a respectable news reporter would have been suckered into the instant national coma that is Dancing On Ice)

Here in Canada, judges are lifetime appointees. They are aloof creatures who live in huge houses away from the masses. They are protected by law (the Criminal Code of Canada) from criticism in the media. Reporters, when referring to judges by name, identify them as Mr. Justice or Madam Justice followed by their name (Mr. Justice John Smith, for example).
Juries here are equally unaccountable. Media,, and citizens in general are forbidden from approaching jurors about the trial they adjudicated, even long after the fact. And jurors are forbidden from discussing their deliberations with outsiders. I am certain it is the same way in your country, Mr. Hill.
Again, Mr. Hill, thank you for the service you are providing. I am sure you didn’t intend to be a sacrificial lamb. I only hope they don’t send you away for too long.

I don’t see what he is charged with in this article, that part is kinda important. My thinking would be something like jury tampering. It is bull that someone would get arrested over a dvd, but I do see how you could catch a jury tampering charge for sending a dvd to the Jury Foreman. That is like sending news articles and news clips of a case that the jury is currently working on, the point is to try to avoid bias. Strangely enough, I don’t see the DVD sent to the Defense attorney, which should have been the very 1st step before mass mailing. This story seems like a shell of the truth, but that is just my opinion.

He did nothing wrong. The jury didn’t have to watch the DVD did they? Anyway, you can’t honestly get a fair trial nowadays since the media is ubiquitous in society. Besides, the video only offers factual events of what happened on 7/7, or at least more pieces of evidence that definitely wouldn’t have made it into the trial to begin with. How can the jury make a reasonable decision if all the information they are given is erroneous?
There is a story, a theme that the government, local and national, in most western countries, are following. They are trying to stomp out anything that does not mesh with their conspiracy theory. There is plenty of factual evidence that the courts will not allow to be heard, whether it be in the U.S. or in the European Union.
How can you talk of tainting a jury that has already been tainted by the way the system controls the courts? You speak of common sense yet you fail to see that a fair trial is impossible when the judges break the laws they swore to uphold. Judges in the U.S. have told juries that they have to judge the laws as he interprets them!
There is something called Jury Nullification in the United States. Jury nullification basically means that a U.S. jury can override any U.S. law when judging a case. In other words, they do not have to listen to the judge or make any decision except what they all agree upon.
They do have to follow the Constitution of the United States, something Judges, lawmakers, lawyers, politicians, police, military, and most ignorant citizens haven’t been much interested in doing for quite some time.

This seems to be a side issue and has nothing to do with this story. When you click on the “J7″ link, it takes you to a page that is critical of this film. I don’t see how this ties in to this article as a whole, and seems to confuse the issue. Thus, I’m confused, is this article supportive or condemning the film? Personally I think the film is great and I’ve been making copies for people.

I think sending or handing off these type of DVD’s to people in higher positions is a fantastic idea. I don’t know how on earth they think they have the grounds to arrest someone for giving out DVD’s but that guy won’t do time, and if he did – well we’re a little further along than we feared. But there are many people in higher positions who have no idea of what’s going on and they’ll be important allies for change. So if you think you can get someone’s attention and get a DVD to them I think you’d be doing a great service.

Ministry did the daddy bush sample first in their 1992 song called…New World Order. In their live video from 1990 (”In Case You Didn’t Feel Like Showing Up”) they finish with “The Land of Rape and Honey”, a classic industrial tune, and are joined onstage by Jello Biafra wearing a Nazi helmet while holocaust/WWII footage is screened behind the band…Biafra has a large stars and stripes flag draped around his shoulders Nazi saluting the crowd….Just showing the Americans (and the rest of us?!) what the elite have in store for them!!!!
