Man Detained for Displaying “Don’t Tread on Me” Bumper Sticker

Our friends at The Patriot Depot just received a call from Rosemarie in Ball, Louisiana alerting Patriot Depot that her brother-in-law was stopped by small town Louisiana police and detained by the roadside for half an hour. A background check was conducted to determine whether he was a member of an “extremist” group. Why? Her brother-in-law (name not disclosed for privacy) had purchased and displayed a conservative “Don’t Tread on Me” bumper sticker on his car.
The bumper sticker is based on the famous flag designed by American Revolution era general and statesman Christopher Gadsden. The yellow flag featured a coiled diamondback rattlesnake ready to strike, with the slogan “Don’t Tread on Me!” underneath it. Benjamin Franklin helped make the rattlesnake a symbol of Americans’ reluctance to quarrel but vigilance and resolve in defense of their rights. By 1775 when Gadsden presented his flag to the commander-in-chief of the Navy, the rattlesnake was a symbol of the colonies and of their need to unite in defense of threats to their God-given and inherited rights. The flag and the bumper sticker symbolize American patriotism, the need to defend Americans’ rights, and resistance to tyranny’s threats to American liberty. Those threats included-and include-illegal taxation, profanation of Americans’ rights, and violation of the fundamental principles of American law.

The notorious Department of Homeland Security memo, which was apparently based on the infamous Missouri State Police Report that described supporters of presidential candidates Bob Barr, Ron Paul, and Chuck Baldwin as “militia”-type potential extremists and potential terrorists, is not the first effort of leftist radicals to slander their political opponents as “extremists.” Some observers have noted that similar “reports” emerged during the Clinton administration. But “liberals” and other leftists have been calling defenders of traditional American limited, constitutional government, free enterprise, and individual liberty “extremists” since at least the 1964 election.
The political left’s attempts to establish a false equivalence between genuine left wing extremists and those who oppose the left’s assault on our culture, law, and liberty is more than propaganda to fool the ignorant and manipulate public opinion. Combined with the power of government, it is an attempt to harass, intimidate, and silence all political opposition-and probably an attempt to demonize them as a prelude to governmental oppression and persecution. Keep in mind that the First Amendment states,
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Small town police misled by phony left wing “reports” are bad enough. Federal government agencies and their armed agents under the direction of leftist radicals are exponentially worse. They will tread on us. The time has come to let our voices be heard!

The government could no longer get a conviction once the defendant decided to use his right to a jury, the government lost almost 18,000 criminal cases because of JURY NULLIFICATION! The government realizes they were losing control of the system and the ability to hold fear over the population and was FORCED to SPIN the facts on why they struck down PROIBITION. This is when the government decided that it would WIPE THE VERY NAME OF JURY NULLIFICATION FROM EVERY POSSIBLE METHOD and it worked; most people have little idea what it is or how it is THE ULTIMATE power of “we the people”.

i bought a copy of TRUTH RISING: The 9/11 Chronicles Part One and there was one whole part about the guys walking across several states to bring their message to washington dc. they encountered several “law enforcement” officers who hassled them in the same fashion. BUT… there was one officer who just asked them “what was up” and barely hassled them at all. it was almost like he just wanted to see what was going on and if they were OK. he didnt ask for ID or make them feel uncomfortable in any way. even encouraged them in their efforts. it seemed more like he was almost making sure they werent being harassed by anyone. so there are certainly “good cops” out there the problem is we dont ever see the evidence of that because they DONT go out of their way to roust us at the drop of a hat. its unfortunate that our corrupt and overzealous police outweigh the actual officers who truly want to serve and protect. what a shame that we cant even defend ourselves any more and istead have to call 911 and hope our “rescuers” dont shoot us with their taser guns when they arrive.

There have been large task force round-ups occuring in the state of Kentucky for the past five years; but no mention in mainstream news[not surprising]about the 5 AM “busts.” It’s under the guise of a drug task force called “Unite” which combines, city,county,state and federal agencies. In my county they have “rounded up” 50 people in just one morning and afternoon. In others as many as 90 people arrested and charged mainly with distributing prescription medication illegaly. Coming up homedawg, they won’t need to stop you to run your tag, DHS is funding a NEW TYPE of POLICE CAR that has a forward looking bumper camera that scans 5100 tags an hour, and has built in facial recognition software. It is made by CARBON MOTORS, and they are trying to get the plant for it in Connesrsville IN. The top end is 155mph, it gets 32mpg (DIESEL) and has a built in Computer, A “sniffer”in the trunk with direct link to FBI, NCIC, AND DHS, to alert for Chemical spills/attacks. And the rear seats are made entirely out of Plastic with a drain plug in the floor, just in case a suspect is bleeding all over (or Puking) according to a leutinant on the Connersville Police farce! But it kinda resembles the Dodge Charger, with notable differences.

This is not a new trick; this was a practice in Lavon, Texas until the Texas State Legislature enacted legislation that effectively put a stop to that sort of thing.

Yes I have noticed this also – young, shaved heads, not very bright looking guys as cops. As for steroids – that could very well be widespread. A lot of the smaller city cops just don’t look normal.
And Los Angeles cops – watch out. Even other cops are leery of those nutcases. What does Police State really mean? It means that the primary duty of the Police is to protect the State, not the people.

Being a person who enjoys ink, I see no reason why tattoos should be a sign of a ‘bad’ or ‘pig’ cop. As it turns out, I have a cousin who just became a cop who has plenty of tats. As much as I detest police, I DO believe my cousin will be a decent officer, just as he is a decent guy. Same with shaved heads – some guys hate dealing with hair, some look better with shaved heads, and yes, some do sport the look for intimidation. I wouldn’t assume a tattoo-wearing guy with a shaved head is going to be a total ass, though (but the police uniform might be a tip-off).

So I google Maxwell Jordan. Go to his homepage. On the top I click Research button. Gives me 9 choices. I choose “Have You Ever Wondered”. I go to page 20 , straight to the bottom. 3 pics of original toothpaste labels. Drug Information on Colgate says : Sodium Flouride 0.243% (0.15% w/w flouride ion) with purpose stated as Anticavity. All 3 (Colgate-Crest-Aquafresh) have 0.15 or 0.16% in brackets. Under WARNINGS we have the instructions “Keep out of reach of children 6 years of age. If more than used for brushing is accidentily swallowed , get Medical help or contact a POISIN CONTROL CENTER. This for a flouride count of 0.15% w/w or p.p.m.!
Now I look at my Colgate toothpaste bought 2 weeks ago at Pharmaprix. This colgate in front of me has 0.76% w/w or p.p.m., 5times the amount toothpaste used to have. Is there any warning. my TONED DOWN WARNING says “To prevent swallowing , provide adult supervision and use only a pea-sized amount for children under six years”. THAT’S IT! No get Medical help , no contact poisin control center! BUT THE AMOUNT OF POISIN SODIUM FLOURIDE HAS GONE UP BY 5 TIMES!!!
So I start by calling Nestlé “Pure Life” water at 1-800 no*. I ask why if a toothpaste label that has 0.243%p.p.m. has a warning to contact a poisin control center , why does Nestlé put 0.3%p.p.m. sodium flouride and NO WARNING AT ALL??? So they can’t dumb you down that fast and hard or they won’t succed in getting it from you1) , but the cheap tubes for poor people at 1$ or .75$ are the ones that have 0.76p.p.m. , because they are already down and the job is to KEEP THEM DUMBED DOWN AND STUPID AND SLEEPY AND NO WILL TO THINK AND FIGHT BACK!!! That’s why the more expensive has less, because eventually they’ll get all your money, and then you’ll have to but the cheap toothpaste , at which point you are under the same medication as the dumb poor annd thus join them!
You trust experts, I trust proof and God. Calcium Flouride is naturally occuring and bebeficial in miniscule amounts. SODIUM FLOURIDE is a bi-product of the smelting , pesticide , pharmaceutical . and fertilizer manufacturing and it piles up fast since WW2 and is VERY EXPENSIVE TO DISPOSE OF!!!!!! SO , schill NWO University “Experts” write reports saying the way “THEY WOULD LIKE THINGS TO BE” as in “WE think it would be best” and “OUR finding show” while at the same time shouting down and writing harsh critisizms about ANY decenters to the new ’cause extraordinaire” of the day! Then the companies sell it to toothpaste makers at a cheap price to JUST cover the transport….(it’s given free really) and now those companies don’t have to pay and have somewhere to dispose of their waste biproducts. The agenda has priority over humanity, and it only took a few weeks for people to start brushing and the drugged down don’t question my reality effect kicked in. It WAS smooth sailing for years. But as my tube at a now 5 times 0.15 to a now 0.76 of Colgate is witness to , they have plans for us! So off comes the warning about Poison Control Center , in comes a milder warning , and the amount of toxic flouride is pumped up! But since I’m OFF FLOURIDE for 4 years now……I guess I’m the one who’s confused! Guess those are my companies and labels too , eh you smart Casmadiennes????

I guess it depends on the state your in or the officer that you talk too. I was a witness to an automobile wreck. When the officer walked over to my truck, his first comment was about my “Don’t Tread on Me” stickers I had on each window. It’s extremely sad how our society has been so undereducated in our basic civil and constitutional rights. Cops: those who are suposed to be here to uphold rights, detaining a man for a bumper sticker? Disgusting. There has been a conditioning of our countries citizens to “trust” our government. This is an absolute contradiction to the founders initial ideals. The whole idea of checks and balances and th like is to not trust our government. We ned to remind those who govern that they should indeed fear us, not the other way around. People fear our government because we have consistantly allowed their fear tactics to scare us into giving up our rights and expand their power and oversight. Have you heard about england? “Racist or hateful speech” outlawed. Unreal, I guess we all need government to punish us for thinking outside the box. The majority in the us still beleive that our government is good. OUR GOVERNMENT IS A PUPPET. They are simply a popular interface between ourselves and those who truly run the show so we feel we actualy have a say. Constant distraction from real issues effecting our country with things like gay marriage, Dem or Rep., right or left, abortion or not. Wake up people. they’ve done such a good job reprogramming our countries citizens that most of said citizens are brainwashed enough to actualy outcast or report free thinkers like ourelves. They dont even have to fight us. We fight ourseves. Forget about black and white, right and left, and start focussing on liberty. Oh, and stock up on ammo for fema. Coming to your town soon!

Border Patrol officers were interested in the site when told what it was about. Sometimes on weigh stations, dot officers would take time to observe it. These flags used to be available almost everywhere including Williamsburg VA gift shops. I got one from a truck stop in Iowa. I suggest that we all get this flag and proudly display them either by themselves or with the USA flag.
If certain authorities or persons continue to persecute and harass people using this type of flag, I think you have your answer who those authorities and people stand for.
Why are they not stopping people waving the Mexico flag, or any other nations flag within the USA borders?

This isn,t the first time cops have harrased people for bumper stickers. In Gilbert , Arizona ( a suburb of Phoenix) , a cop arrested a woman for having what he considered obscene language on a bumper sticker on her car.He had pulled her over before and told her to have it removed which she didn,t do. The problem was that Arizona has no law against cuss words on bumper stickers and the arrest was unjustified. Long story short, he got suspended and investigated by internal affairs and she got an apology and a little out-of-court settlement from the city. Not all stories have happy endings like this one did,though.

I have found that getting pulled over by cops is almost exclusively based on vehicle and driver type,color,appearance,etc.
I live in Texas where the cops think they are cowboys and if you want to be left alone,drive a pickup truck with an “I support the troops bumber sticker” and wear a cowboy hat.

Ten years ago I had a sticker on my truck that read “If the Jackboot fits, wear it” it got me pulled several times. Sometimes the cops would actually call their buddys to come and see it and stand in the back of the truck and talk about. One even ask me where I got it. I got it from a local court watch group called “Justice Pro Se” which I was a member. I could always tell when I was about to be pulled. They would get close enough to read it then turn on the lights.
I sold that truck, too bad.

The only extremists are the people within the government. And it’s always from one extreme to the the other. Us PATRIOTS aren’t extreme in our thinking, what we want is actually quite simple. We want to live by the laws this country was founded on, what’s so extreme about that? How do you push an extreme left agenda like a bullet train from hell, and call the people that oppose it extremists? Any person with half a brain, that buys into that (from the sheeple to law enforcement) knows the difference. It’s amazing how easy the elites have it, using Obama to con the people of this country. No matter how much he lies, makes mistakes, and takes our freedom away, zombies find away to explain it way and rationalize it. What is so special about him that makes him unaccountable for what he’s doing, why is the need there for these people to believe his not like a normal person with flaws, radical beliefs, and temptations that any man has? Why is he so different? Where is the logic in having so much support for someone that he can, in broad day, openly lead the people to their own loss of freedom? How much sense does that make? And what about change we can believe in? What is so different now than when bush was in office? The difference is by the time this guy is done, we’ll have barely any freedom left.

Also, I have made an exact copy of that Obama/Biden one, from the campaigning, with the Obama logo (which I am sick of seeing everywhere that I go..!) and changed it to read Obama/Bites. It gives the first impression that I am an Obama/Biden supporter, and coerces the faithful followers of “the one” to see what else a comrade has to say. Thus, they are exposed to the other messages and website info available there. Tricky is as tricky does…

It’s those who try to restrict and strip away the rights of those who think differently than the establishment wants them to who are the extremists! These people will never be stopped by means of reason or logic, for their reasoning capabilities are distorted by design. They are programmed not to see truth. They posess much knowledge, but little understanding. They cannot see that a world where diversity of opinion and belief would be much more beautiful and gratifying, for us-AND THEM, than what they are currently trying to accomplish. Even more important than waking up the masses, is waking the few who think they’re in control. We are all one, so when they supress another human being, they are also suppressing themselves. When they strip away our right to believe what makes sense to us, and act according to those beliefs, they imprison themselves, as well. WAKE UP, GROW UP, AND LET IT GO! College Student Shoots, Kills Home Invader

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. — A group of college students said they are lucky to be alive and they’re thanking the quick-thinking of one of their own. Police said a fellow student shot and killed one of two masked me who burst into an apartment.
Channel 2 Action News reporter Tom Jones met with one of the students to talk about the incident.
“Apparently, his intent was to rape and murder us all,” said student Charles Bailey.

Bailey said he thought it was the end of his life and the lives of the 10 people inside his apartment for a birthday party after two masked men with guns burst in through a patio door.
“They just came in and separated the men from the women and said, ‘Give me your wallets and cell phones,’” said George Williams of the College Park Police Department.
Bailey said the gunmen started counting bullets. “The other guy asked how many (bullets) he had. He said he had enough,” said Bailey.
That’s when one student grabbed a gun out of a backpack and shot at the invader who was watching the men. The gunman ran out of the apartment.
The student then ran to the room where the second gunman, identified by police as 23-year-old Calvin Lavant, was holding the women.
“Apparently the guy was getting ready to rape his girlfriend. So he told the girls to get down and he started shooting. The guy jumped out of the window,” said Bailey.
A neighbor heard the shots and heard someone running nearby.
“And I heard someone say, ‘Someone help me. Call the police. Somebody call the police,’” said a neighbor.
The neighbor said she believes it was Lavant, who was found dead near his apartment, only one building away.
Bailey said he is just thankful one student risked his life to keep others alive.
“I think all of us are really cognizant of the fact that we could have all been killed,” said Bailey.
One female student was shot several times during the crossfire. She is expected to make a full recovery.
Police said they are close to making the arrest of the second suspect.

You all should go out and buy my flag. Buy the “Made in America” ones for you house and buy the made in china ones for your made in china/outside the USA cars and SUV’s. 5. Ask the officer if he knows who was the father of our nation, then if he answer correctly say “No Sir it is King Obama.” If he answers wrong say “Well officer it was nice getting pulled over by an attentive Officer such as yourself” and then ask him if they tax the ticket as well.
6. Do be nice to police officers. They love to be made to look like their Egos reach heaven. Tell em that you was gonna save the empty bud cans and that’s it good you threw them out a few miles back.
