It reminds me of the book of Daniel and the story of the fiery furnace. Daniels three brothers (In YHWY) told the king that they would never kneel down to him.
If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. Dan 3:17-18.
I wonder how some of you would feel if YHWY choose to give His servant over to the evil powers that are ruling this world? After all, during the tribulation YHWY is going to allow most of us to be handed over to Satan.

I do admit that the guy might have seemed a little crazy, at least it would appear that way to people who think in more conventional terms and aren’t used to people who live and think outside of the system. I think the guy was more eccentric than anything else and far from being insane or manic.
He was coherent enough not to respond to the police mantra, Do you understand. The guy was smart enough know the cops were trying to get him to except their authority by verbally acquiescing to their offer, thus their repeating Do you understand over and over again. If the police ask you that question say, “No, I do not understand.”
Maybe someone more knowledgeable about the law could chime in and enlighten us to the proper response after being asked that question by the police?

That was amazing.
I have been a chronic f---up most of my life.
One time I found myself in jail, deservedly – but I had an essential need to get out and take care of something.
I prayed to the Living God to let me out, and they accidentally released me within the hour.
I walked out of that jail, handled my business, and turned myself back in the next day.
Then went to prison for 3 years.
Point is, Lucifer controlls the social and political strings, but even the devil is Gods devil.
That mans FAITH set him free.

The cops kept asking if he “understood”(was willing to stand under) the charges.
His correct counter, “how can I when you speak a fraudulant language?”
The cops Couldn’t hold him, but were trying to Bluff him into their Jurisdiction.
The cops LET him go, for they knew he would cost the Courts big bucks just to try and save the Court’s face, or Kill him before they were further exposed.
He would probably refuse to sign ANYTHING, costing the jails out the nose to hold him, then drag him into a courtroom where he wouldn’t respond to a name that wasn’t his, then confine him for contempt and not be able to collect federal funds to cover his detention, etc…
He probably wouldn’t even clain U.S. citizenship, but Heavenly citizenship instead, placing him outside of having to comply with codes, regulations or statutes.
He may even have filed a law suit for False arrest, kidknapping. and false imprisonment.
These cops are very lucky they let him go, for they just saved years of having to fight a court case over their ego’s desire to dominate someone.
My Swat Seige court case was dissmissed after 5 years. They finally decided to retrain the cops as I initially requested.

The cops will always try to wiggle you into legally handing yourself over one time or another to them in their persistent stream of questions and agression. Two large police officers were on top of him and he was on the ground. The man got away without any violence at all. I like you too brother but I wouldn’t exactly call what I wrote an attack! Saying, “Give you a break? to another person isn’t an attack. It’s a question. I was only responding to a sarcastic remark. I think you might need to re-evaluate my post. Usually I logically respond to negative and abusive remarks towards Christians, I don’t attack people I respond to people who have ignorantly attacked Christianity.
Do you see me going around stomping on everyone else’s beliefs? No, I don’t do that brother. I am an apologist and when I read something that isn’t true (I’m not talking about this particular incident) I correct the person or the statement with truth.
Yeah, it was a cool escape. All I’m saying though is if Christians feel like it was a miraculous event then allow us to enjoy it, whether you or other people believe it or not. I don’t want to be anyone’s enemy, I like to enjoy different people and their ideas about things.
You know how it is using a computer, no body language or voice inflection. Sometimes people (including myself) read an emotion in the text that isn’t even there. No matter how carefully written something may be there will always be someone out there that takes it the wrong way and becomes angry.

I agree with you. If you scroll up towards the beginnings of the comments you’ll see one of my posts about Daniel and the Fiery Furnace. I point this out also. As a matter of fact Daniel’s companions say the very same thing.
I’m not trying to prove this was a miracle but I believe this man’s prayers were answered. If you believe his prayers weren’t answered then that’s fine too. It really doesn’t effect me either way. The point is for all of us to respect each other and stop fighting amongst ourselves. I don’t hate atheists or people with different beliefs but I do hate it when they get nasty with me or disrespect my beliefs.

I’m familiar with the etymology also. From my studies Jesus does not mean Zeus but I have hear people make that claim. Personally, I use Yahushua Ha Mashiach or the Greek suffix Messiah. God is supposedly related to Gadfly, according to the book, “Fossilized Customs” by Lew White. The problem with Lew White is he has an agenda and believes Christians should celebrate the old feast days and the statutes and codes that moses established.
I feel (and the word teaches this) that we are commanded to adhere to the ten commandments. Yahushua said, “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”
Don’t misunderstand me, we’re are to follow Yahushua and put our faith and trust in Him and by faith we show our love for Him by doing His commandments. Yahushua said, “Those that love Me do My commandments.”
It’s pretty straight forward.

Highly conductive clothing should do the trick… chain mail or anything with a large amount of metal in it. Leather is similar to flesh in it’s conductivity, though.

Well, really and truly, it boils down to this, they are employing deadly force against innocents and innocents have the right to redirect that force against these cowards to defend themselves., family and friends etc., but wearing protective light armour as they did in ages past is a good first defense, it will give you response and reaction time the enemy won’t expect, hence, you have the element of surprise. Everyone has the right to self defense against rogue law and deadly force no matter what the perpetrator is wearing, (uniform wise.)

I really think Elohim wants all to wake up. Invoke His name only not in vain and wow if He doesn’t show up to help. The would’ve been so much better off to give that man a cool glass of water than terrorize him and try to convince him to surrender his rights merely because they despise the very liberty they are supposedly there to protect – not our persons. I hate that cops get shot. I hate that they do stupid things whereby they deserve so often to get shot. Thankfully there remain the few who conduct themselves right. I love this guy still. I ponder now what people can get from this. So my take is that they were called for trespassing and when they guy kinda saw that he’d better leave, the two had accomplished their mission. The taser seemed to be more or less just a warning. They did not use it full force. All in all it seems it was a job well done by the two cops.

The guy was obviously drunk as hell. But he really didn’t pose a threat requiring a taze. I think the taze actually gave this guy the energy to run like mad. SAVE all your receipts. There was an incident in my town that cops are stopping everyone for bogus charges (local towns looking for money, of course) . “you turned LEFT illegally, so I must ticket you.” “Scuse me officer, I turned RIGHT on the road and I will show my receipt in court that the store I just bought something could only produce a right turn,,if you pursue me, but I will NOT give to you now my receipt”. Cop left. Ride with at least one other person and keep receipts.

Years ago I saw the chairman of the Texas Republican Committee play smokin’ blues guitar. Sure taught me not to preconceive. I’m no pig fan, but in this case their use of force was justified. They had a warrant out for the man’s arrest, but the man resisted. They didn’t jump out of nowhere and arrest him without cause.

Not knowing one way or the other – The jurisdiction may not require the warrant be displayed or the charge be presented until after a person is placed into custody. Remember – police officers still have to do their job. The officers seemed to be reasonable to me – IF they were obeying the law in their jurisdiction.
The proper way to change police procedure is to elect a new mayor, not by resisting a lawful arrest (if it is indeed lawful).
As patriotic citizens, we cannot afford to be sensational. Police officers are doing a job that a town asks of them. We cannot ask officers to do a job (serve a warrant) and then criticize them because doing the job doesn’t look nice. Keep your heads folks.

I actually think the cops handled this very well. After watching dozens of videos of cops punching, kicking, and acting like aholes these guys kept their cool and actually had some patience. Although since the perp got away they probably won’t next time. If he actually had a warrant out for his arrest then the cops may have actually had probable cause to arrest.
I would really like to have been there before the video started rolling. Pure comedy!

Left burns on my back, side and stomach. Since I couldn’t swing on ‘em I gave up. They were laughing and joking and having a good time about it. If you’re not cuffed its all about fight or flight.

While I detest any form of voluntary ignorance such as religion–and the guy is clearly a believer in some form of invisible fairies from the sky–he was correct in the points he made about his sovereignty.
The fact that the cops simply weren’t interested in those facts shows that either they are completely unfeeling control freaks, or that the police themselves are woefully undereducated about the way the political and legal systems were established in the US. In actual fact, if the majority of police actually understood the law as it affects the people, there wouldn’t be nearly the amount of police abuse videos being published, nearly daily, around the world.
I’m also pretty sure that the taser missed the guy…I’ve been hit with a similar shock from a 240-volt outlet before and believe me…you’ll fly 15 feet, but you will NOT be running anywhere for quite a while! My theory is based on the smoke that you can see rising behind the “hardened criminal terrorist bastard who deserved to be tased”…that, I believe, is evidence that the taser barbs missed him and it’s wired crossed, arcing, melting, and sending up a little puff of smoke. I could be wrong, but that’s my take on why the guy was able to move at all, let alone run!
The cops were probably too freaked out, and if they didn’t understand that they missed him with the taser barbs, they probably assumed (and may have been right) that the guy was on some kind of drug…although taken a step further…if they thought he was a danger to society, and had already decided to use potentially deadly force against him (tasering) then why didn’t they up the ante and shoot at him? Surely the death of such a violent criminal would be very easy to justify, if they were in the right?

This may go down in history as the GREATEST VIDEO OF ALL TIME.
While I detest any form of voluntary ignorance such as religion–and the guy is clearly a believer in some form of invisible fairies from the sky–he was correct in the points he made about his sovereignty.
The fact that the cops simply weren’t interested in those facts shows that either they are completely unfeeling control freaks, or that the police themselves are woefully undereducated about the way the political and legal systems were established in the US. In actual fact, if the majority of police actually understood the law as it affects the people, there wouldn’t be nearly the amount of police abuse videos being published, nearly daily, around the world.
I’m also pretty sure that the taser missed the guy…I’ve been hit with a similar shock from a 240-volt outlet before and believe me…you’ll fly 15 feet, but you will NOT be running anywhere for quite a while! My theory is based on the smoke that you can see rising behind the “hardened criminal terrorist bastard who deserved to be tased”…that, I believe, is evidence that the taser barbs missed him and it’s wired crossed, arcing, melting, and sending up a little puff of smoke. I could be wrong, but that’s my take on why the guy was able to move at all, let alone run!
The cops were probably too freaked out, and if they didn’t understand that they missed him with the taser barbs, they probably assumed (and may have been right) that the guy was on some kind of drug…although taken a step further…if they thought he was a danger to society, and had already decided to use potentially deadly force against him (tasering) then why didn’t they up the ante and shoot at him? Surely the death of such a violent criminal would be very easy to justify, if they were in the right?

If real I’d go along with it. They get to cuff me with no resistance. Take me to the railroad tracks down by the river and beat me with rubber hoses while cranking fast death metal. A friend of mine who would technically know says force them to mirandize you; constantly ask ‘what exactly are my rights here, sir’. They only mirandize when they actually arrest; as contrasted with the very common fake arrest. This sounds good in theory but I have found from actual practice in Los Angeles that they’ll( either lapd or la county sheriff — the ‘mean green machine’) just beat you if you mouth off because they’re sadistic pieces of s---. ‘ Mouth off’ means anything that you say that they don’t want to hear. Ever demand ID from a plainclothes lapd? I have. Didnt go well for me at all. You’d think they( there were 6 of them) would be all too happy to show their authority. If I offend with my whimpy-ness please keep in mind that I ( along with about 200 others) am an eye witness to a very bloody murder that the lapd performed back in the 70’s. This guy resisted so they (in a mob) beat him to death with billy clubs in broad daylight at a community festival. There is no statute of limitations for murder and it wouldn’t apply anyway because no murder charges were ever filed. So what made it murder? We all knew him. The cops REALLY knew him. He ( may he rest in peace) was a total rip off backstabber. The cops hated this guy– he made lots of work for them. And he never got back up– it was very bloody. Please dont try to tell me that the lapd have improved since then(Google Rodney King , Google Rampart scandal). This happend in Rampart division.

I don’t know. From what I saw those cops were actually pretty calm as opposed to some of the others we’ve seen. I’m surprised they didn’t chase after him…think that was a wise move. When cops do something RIGHT in the end, then the end is usually a good thing. Unlike what they did chasing that kid in Seattle and knocked him into a wall and now he’s in a coma. “When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.
“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App. I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93, 903.
“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.” (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).
“Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v. Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).
“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).
“Story affirmed the right of self-defense by persons held illegally. As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet, peaceable, and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a breach of the peace. Nor does such an act of itself, lead to a breach of the peace.” (Wharton’s Criminal and Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2: Judy v. Lashley, 5 W. Va. 628, 41 S.E. 197)

Although it’s great that he resisted, got away and makes great entertainment… I think he did the wrong thing. The cops probably didn’t know what his warrant was for. If the charges were false and he knew his name would be cleared he should have went willingly. They can’t let someone go who has a warrant. They have a duty to arrest that person. The cops were actually quite restrained if you think about it.. especially compared to most of what we’re used to seeing these days. i don’t think they wanted to do that or enjoyed it like most pigs out there honestly otherwise they would’ve just kicked his face to a bloody pulp or shot him in the back, camera be damned. Resisting like that with that kind of crazy talk would probably result in a hospital worthy ass beating that wouldn’t end when he went unconscience from most of the US SS officers on patrol today. Also, how much PCP did this little guy smoke? Every other taser video ends with people falling to the ground crying like little bitches. Although I’m an Agnostic, this video does show the strength of faith in anything. I can’t say god helped him, but he did give himself a hell of a boost when he called out to the heavens. That sort of prayer got my juices flowing too, I almost ran away from the computer for no reason!!!

I’ve seen some pretty brual footage of police abuse, but this doesn’t rank up there. These cops actually seemed pretty patient with that guy, and he seemed like an absolute nut-job. The cops didn’t exactly chase after him very hard either after the escape.

yeah so if he wasn’t worth chasing, why were they arresting him in the first place? Cops do a lot of unnecessary, unconstitutional harassment these days. The guy was a little bit loopy, but he asked a pretty good question – why was he being arrested – to which the police answered like thugs – not professional law enforcement officers – “it doesn’t matter.”
If you can’t separate your emotions, your feelings, from your job as a police officer, you need to turn your badge in and make room for someone that can. When someone asks you why they are being arrested, you better have a lawful, rational answer – otherwise you are no better than a piece of scum imposing upon someone’s right to be left the hell alone.
We have set a dangerous precedence with this 9/11 bologna that its ok to hassle people and get into their business whether or not there is any REAL probable cause. Probable cause has become very broad – in many cases – people are just swept up in massive drag nets, sweeping wire taps (or universally inclusive is more like it) and now you can’t get from point A to point B without the Gestapo making sure you are in lock step with the Fuhrer.
Its out of control. Sad that you’ve got to be f---ing crazy to stand up against this obviously out of control system.

There is no point in getting upset or outraged until we know the facts. I’m rather surprised at the comments of some Infowarriors. So what if the guy was hopped up on drugs? He clearly wasn’t in a violent state of mind. He didn’t lash out at the cops or try to assault them. He simply played the “hide your hands game” when they tried to cuff him, and, to my surprise, pulled out the taser barbs. Another thing, this video shows the parenthood of the state, and some of you seem to be supporting it. So is it the job of the state to tell us how to behave, what to say, and what contracts we have?
The Nazis and Soviets also liked to point out ‘unusual’ people, and have them arrested. Keep that in mind.

Isn’t it cute how they had absolutely no charge, “there’s a warrant for your arrest” over? What about his rights… you can’t arrest someone unless you tell them WHY you’re doing it.
So no he didn’t resist arrest, telling someone they’re under arrest without a valid charge is not legal.
If anything these people assaulted a peaceful individual that had many oppurtunities to do them harm. God bless you sir, you are the lucky one.

If the man had been shot while calling on god, I wonder what your response might be? Then, there is the pastor who is killed while preaching, or the small child shook to death at the hands of an abusive parent, who – by the way – attends church, no doubt, religiiously. I enjoy seeing both sides of the story. The problem with this story is that the man supposedly had a warrant out for his arrest. We do not know why. However, if we are to quote the Bible, then lets do so with all honesty. Does Jesus not say to follow the laws of the land and pray for the rulers? Furthermore, he said to give unto Ceaser what is Ceasers and unto god what is god’s. Did John the Baptist, Jesus, Paul, or Peter flee when they were arrested? For that matter, did Joshua of the many colored robes or Daniel of the lion’s den fight to escape? If you are going to call out to god for mercy, the god that you are calling out to expects you to go peacefully. In all these things mentioned, it was minds and hearts that were changed, not the circumstance of arrest.
Also, if you are all so frightened of the “coming” oppression, then why do you paint yourselves red and fix a target to your chests? How silly and thoughtless. The truth is, that we live in a great country where words that could be deemed treasoness, such as “down with the government” and calling those in our government “criminals”, are spoken by the fractional few who live with the freedom to continue on their tirade of lunacy.
Do I believe the police make mistakes? Of course, they are human. Do I believe they abuse power. Naturally. Each of us have at one time or another abused a power given to us. To deny such a thing is to lie. Even if means cutting off another driver or giving somebody information about another person that we should have kept private. Each of us have faults. If there is misconduct on the parts of the officers, then lets file a complaint and responsibly follow up to discover if their actions were warranted.
As to the calling on god, how many do you think have been calling on god when death comes knocking on their door. Folks, we live in a world of natural law, some of which we do not understand, yet, but for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. If something good happens, then that is wonderful, but why say god suddenly had a hand? After all, do you play god when something goes wrong. I know, maybe the devil did it.

I dont think the enlil term is used inadvertantly at all. I’m quite sure they know exactly what they are saying. Dark forces and principalities are all around us if you just open your eyes. I don’t understand why this video was posted here. If I had never been to infowars before and the first thing I clicked on was THIS…I would exit out and find another news source. And that sucks, b/c this site has always been excellent. This guy is crazy, period. Sure he knew his rights….so what…doesn’t change the fact that he’s acting like a fool. This guy could have been drunk but it seems he was becoming more emotionally upset to me ; about his whole experience. These cops did not seem like real cops at all. They needed more training or something. When the one cop stated something like “you do not need to know why you are being arrested”. This was like seeing something out of a WWII nazi movie. I say fake. They ignore the camera right next to them. This is just like some of the other fake cop videos. As for the taser thing. The good tasers that are common now (as in TASER International) cause involuntary spasms and shut you down. The traditional hand held tasers are weak. It is purely a mental barrier to ignore them. Been there done that, they are nothing more than a pain compliance device and have no defensive use. Back in Jujitsu class one day the exersise was to get tased then take down and restrain the partner with the taser. Simply put it is very doable. The new TASER International models actually flood the nervous system with noise so that the mind cannot communicate with the body. Very different.

Hold on…. if tasing is supposed to subdue a subject, then how did this suspect get away? Besides the much discussed option that Yeshua delivered this man from the hands of the enemy, there are two possibilities:
1. The suspect was high on some kind of drug.
2. These cops didn’t know how to use the taser.
If option 2 is correct, then this is yet another example of why it should be a law that makes
POLICE USE OF TASERS ILLEGAL.
There are numerous stories of innocent suspects being KILLED by police use of tasers.
Congress, it is YOUR responsibility to pass a law that makes

I was polled over about 2 months ago and given the riot act for now reason etc…
Last weekend I tried to literally go west my friends, into Greensboro NC and the whole I40 was block off! I was diverted down I85 to Charlotte NC but my purpose was to go into the city, I turned around and toke I70 which diverted me down I29 then out of the city again! I then went back onto I70 and tried some side roads, only to get road blocks directing all over the place, I came to one intersection and paused with some confusion, only to have a unmarked police yell at me telling me to get my %^&* &*^% together etc.! I finally made my way to a gas station and asked many discourage owner of the and pedestrians who live in the city ( I live 20 min east) if they knew what was going on, not one person heard about this before hand… Most of the cars where unmarked with only blue lights on the dashboards, some state police but NO city police! I really felt like Marshal law was imposed and I have to tell you, it was scary!!!! They really have it down to direct us into one place if they want to….
