Manhattan Fly-over and the National Security State

CBS in New York reports that the Pentagon knew its photo-op flyover above Manhattan would raise “public concern” and frighten New Yorkers but pulled off the stunt anyway. “Federal officials knew that sending two fighter jets and Air Force One to buzz ground zero and Lady Liberty might set off nightmarish fears of a 9/11 replay, but they still ordered the photo-op kept secret from the public,” reports Marcia Kramer WCBS TV.

In a memo obtained by the television station, “Federal Aviation Administration’s James Johnston said the agency was aware of ‘the possibility of public concern regarding DOD (Department of Defense) aircraft flying at low altitudes’ in and around New York City. But they demanded total secrecy from the NYPD, the Secret Service, the FBI and even the mayor’s office and threatened federal sanctions if the secret got out.”
“Did it show an insensitivity to the psychic wounds New York City has after 9/11? Absolutely. No questions about it. It was quite insensitive,” NYPD Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said.
Obama was out of the loop and forced to engage in damage control. “It was a mistake. It will never happen again,” he said. Obama has ordered an internal review of Monday’s low-flying photo op over the Statue of Liberty.
Obama’s sheepish apology reveals that he serves as little more than window dressing for the real power in Washington — the shadow government and the national security state in control of the Pentagon. Obama is an employee in the service of Wall Street and the international bankers.
In 1947, Truman signed the National Security Act, creating the National Security Council and the CIA. Wall Street lawyer Frank Wisner fleshed out the CIA at the behest of the Georgetown Set and the Nazi lover William Averell Harriman. As the Trilateral Commission admits, the national security state set up an apparatus designed to govern “the country with the cooperation of a relatively small number of Wall Street lawyers and bankers” (see Holly Sklar, Reagan, Trilateralism and the Neoliberals: Containment and intervention in the 1980s). It was precisely this cabal that president Eisenhower warned about in his farewell speech to the nation in 1961 (he called it the “military-industrial complex,” although it may be more accurately described as the bankster-military complex).

The Pentagon and its bankster controllers are usually careful not to blow their cover in such tawdry and sensational ways, preferring to do their dirty work behind the scenes and not before the glaring lights of the corporate media, which often operates as a mindless machine sucking up all manner of sensationalism – from the Octomom to political corruption – even if it on occasion betrays the efforts of its corporate and bankster masters. So over the top and obviously cavalier was the Pentagon’s shameless fly-over conjuring up images and emotions linked to the false flag attack of September 11, 2001, the corporate media was obliged to focus on it and drum up negative publicity subsequently heaped on Obama. It is his job to take the blame for things completely out of his control.
Of course, the fly-over was merely a blip on the corporate media radar screen. It will go away in short order, as did all the momentary hoopla over the torture memos and the dim possibility of prosecuting the Bush administration for its numerous and monumental crimes against humanity. Obama has directed his deputy chief of staff, Jim Messina, to “conduct a review into how the decision was made to conduct the flight,” according to the fumbling Robert Gibbs, White House press secretary, “to understand why the decision was made and to ensure that it never happens again.”
Louis Caldera, director of the White House Military Office, will probably take the heat, maybe even lose his job, but the perpetrators of the fly-over at the Pentagon will not suffer any repercussion. For the Pentagon and its bankster owners, not only is the Statue of Liberty a prop in its ongoing propaganda campaign, but so are the American people who are considered nothing more than plebs to be squeezed, manipulated, and when required slaughtered in large number.

The fly over was used as a story to entertain and have the Corporate Media talk about on TV. Also to draw attention away from other stories. For instance Baxter releasing Avain flu in flu shots sent to Europe and other countries. And now they are the ones who will save the day with their Vaccine.

I think whoever is responsible for this should be charged with terrorism. They terrorized the people that live and work in new york. How many poor saps suffered anxiety or were retraumatized by this. We should stop and think for a second. In my Military experience a photo is not shot without a photographer. The 747 was supposedly being photographed by a one seater F-16. Now even with a cockpit mounted camera and at such a low altitude I doubt the pilot is going to take his attention off of his controls. We will have to wait and see if we have a major outbreak in New York. Photo-op my ass

But no one seems to mention the hundreds of low flying planes all over Manhattan spraying Chemtrails all day and every day. There are plain circling Manhattan very low going in all direction which is illegal. These are unmarked plains. NYC is a no fly zone. Yet no Media, police, or mayor mention it. Obviously they know because you have to be blind or ignorant to not see them spraying chemicals and seeing them expand into giant clouds until the blue sky turns to complete cloud covered overcast. And when the blue sky comes back they spray again. You can be anywhere in Manhattan at anytime and look up an see low flying planes spraying. There are so many trails in the sky is beyond scary. Scary that no on is questioning it or doing anything to stop this. Most people do not know this is happening because they think they are normal planes giving out conrails. Water vapor disapears in minutes. These Chemtrails stay for hours and expand. Public awareness is the only hope we have to get enough people to expose this and make it stop. Just google chemtrails. So the media noticed a low flying plane two days ago but fails to see what has been spraying our skies for months and years. This is happening world wide.

you can take pictures and or video all day long show people and still they’ll say your crazy or they just shrug their shoulders. been going on for years is why no one notices and accepts as normal contrails. that pisses me off more than anything being as a child i spent alot of time outside and those contrails dissipated quickly now they hang around and form clouds til the skies are covered strange wispy clouds or other odd shapes. PG&E even admits to weather modification during ski season but on a smaller scale so the technology is there. its other uses seem to be apparent just by the denial from people that its happening.

I heard a rumor that the plane was hijacked by a rogue airforce pilot to symbolize the hijacking of the presidency by shamma lamma ding dong and all his nwo cronies. Like i said, just a rumor. This is the theory I like best. The 100th day of Barry’s pretendidency, the symbol of [Statue of] Liberty being buzzed, a reminder of 9/11 (that we are not safe) and why two F-16s were chasing it. Last-minute notification of some officials but not Bloomberg and warnings to not tell public. Barry may actually have been “furious” and not have known. It was Obama’s 100th day in office. His ego is huge. He wanted and ordered the flyby as his own celebration of his power, or it was a reminder “gift” from his handlers to let him know who is really in charge.

Yes, Michelle. That flyby was an insult and insults stem from a swelling ego; either Obama’s ego or his masters’ ego. The flyby meant “we can nag you powerless people with impunity; we’re in charge, we have the power, we hold the weapons and there’s nothing you can do agains it”.
But they only have the impunity that the Americans’ excessive indulgence grants them, and only while Americans are not too angry.

OK>….it appears to me that there are ONLY and ONLY two reasonable explainations for ,..yet ANOTHER “mistake” like this. 1. Our country is run by bunch of complete that would make a monkey look like the savior of the universe..or 2. It’s completely planned. I happen to think it’s a combination of both. From the idiocy of the ENTIRE Bush family, apparently the Obama entertainment campaign is following in thier footsteps. I’m still skeeving over the Barbara Bush comment about how the poor Katrina victims should feel right at home because most of them are underprivilaged….not to mention the sign she held “We Love Black People”……….Next thing Obama might do is say “yea. um we did the fly by to pay tribute to all the people that we killed for the good of our pockets….i mean… country..” I”m just waiting for that. Everyone in America should be fuming with anger at these insults to our intelligence, and the spite of how many people they have killed….and they rub in our faces. I wasn’t in NY, but my heart goes out to them. I hope nobody had a heart attach, or died otherwise for this “mistake”……..these “leaders” are dispicable, and thing like this is exactly why they want to impliment this “fairness” doctrin…because they know we hate them, and we talk about it. We had the same kind of operation over here in the UK recently – the same in that high profile events took place to remind us of the still looming threat of terror on our streets. There is little so powerful as a direct piece of symbolism reminiscent of a terrible event from our past.
We get a series of highly publicized dawn arrests in the North of England of so called terror suspects – all later released without charge and “deported” (no doubt with their pockets stuffed with the Queens Shilling to oil their repatriation in another country and as a sorry for the inconvenience caused – you get the powerful image of a low flying jet airliner over the very spot thousands of citizens died.
It is clearly in the interests of those who know to keep the threat of terror ever present in our minds – some semblence of public support or at least ambiguity is required in order for them to continue to prosecute their money spinning operations elsewhere in the world.
This is repression of the lost loathesome order – after all, it is not the earthquake we fear but the aftershock …..

I saw the video about the 10-in-one vitamin thing on this web site. I am ordering it because its on Alex Jones site and it sounds good. Has anyone been taking it? Any feed back on it. I ordered it cause it said if your not satisfied you can return the empty bottle and get your money back. I know i don’t get the vitamins i need everyday and i will take a shot every morning of that stuff if it gives me what i need 20 bucks a day. Not much for good health. Any feed back would be helpful, is it really worth buying and taking everyday?

Any one who thinks the military staged this is on crack. I read on another site that the red tails on the fighters are the 187th,I beleive, the Tuskeggee(SP) airman unit, and it was probably a fund raiser, political payback mission. This seems the most logical, if still not stuppid reason for this flight!

… The recent mysterious fly-over of Air Force One, low over Manhattan in New York City, triggering panic and the evacuation of the World Financial Center and other Manhattan skyscrapers, seems to be linked to this: it appears that Obama and some from his team had decided to meet with Trustees and representatives from China and other foreign powers to try to reach some agreement/solution. But Obama did not properly consult with “those upstairs who have the final say”, who then decided otherwise and ordered Air Force One to land in Washington DC, doing that with a more than threaterning demeanor. Fearing the worst, the Air Force One pilot decided to protect his plane by having it “seen by millions” over the skies of New York City, in such a way that the two F16 fighter jets “escorting” him could do nothing “strange” (see the incredible low fly-by videos on YouTube). Later on, the missions of these foreign creditors of the US – Chinese included – were involved in a confussing shoot-out with FBI operatives that left several agents dead… ….
