Massive police raids on suspected protestors in Minneapolis

Protesters here in Minneapolis have been targeted by a series of highly intimidating, sweeping police raids across the city, involving teams of 25-30 officers in riot gear, with semi-automatic weapons drawn, entering homes of those suspected of planning protests, handcuffing and forcing them to lay on the floor, while law enforcement officers searched the homes, seizing computers, journals, and political pamphlets. Last night, members of the St. Paul police department and the Ramsey County sheriff’s department handcuffed, photographed and detained dozens of people meeting at a public venue to plan a demonstration, charging them with no crime other than "fire code violations," and early this morning, the Sheriff’s department sent teams of officers into at least four Minneapolis area homes where suspected protesters were staying.
Jane Hamsher and I were at two of those homes this morning — one which had just been raided and one which was in the process of being raided. Each of the raided houses is known by neighbors as a "hippie house," where 5-10 college-aged individuals live in a communal setting, and everyone we spoke with said that there had never been any problems of any kind in those houses, that they were filled with "peaceful kids" who are politically active but entirely unthreatening and friendly. Posted below is the video of the scene, including various interviews, which convey a very clear sense of what is actually going on here.

In the house that had just been raided, those inside described how a team of roughly 25 officers had barged into their homes with masks and black swat gear, holding large semi-automatic rifles, and ordered them to lie on the floor, where they were handcuffed and ordered not to move. The officers refused to state why they were there and, until the very end, refused to show whether they had a search warrant. They were forced to remain on the floor for 45 minutes while the officers took away the laptops, computers, individual journals, and political materials kept in the house. One of the individuals renting the house, an 18-year-old woman, was extremely shaken as she and others described how the officers were deliberately making intimidating statements such as "Do you have Terminator ready?" as they lay on the floor in handcuffs. The 10 or so individuals in the house all said that though they found the experience very jarring, they still intended to protest against the GOP Convention, and several said that being subjected to raids of that sort made them more emboldened than ever to do so.

Since so many people want to know what to do, when is the gunfighting going to start, or just claim what they would do if such and such a situation ever happened to them or one of their own, maybe all those capable should find out where Alex Jones, Ron Paul, Jessie Ventura, and many of the other patriots who Alex has interviewed are and follow them around all day long giving them body guard services.
Now, obviously the enemy will eventually start something that will start a shoot out, but the defense will obviously be a glorious one that will go down in history as the first shot of the real revolution, the day when the battle cry started from the masses, not just the few. The enemy of course has the high tech weapondry and the tanks and aircraft, but it will be an organized effort on the part of the ones who are serious and capable of doing something for the first time as the question constantly arises about everyone organizing somehow to do something useful for the cause of stopping this police state we are now in.
Ones like Alex, Dr. Paul, and Jessie Ventura are alone in a sense. They are lone wolves. They are loners. They are the ones who are presently out on the front line. So why not start an organized effort yourselves to be with those loners on the front line while you can? Go help those on the front line already, bodily help that is, not just writing here or buying some of their books. Physically they have no protection, even if they have private body guards. Those who are capable of doing what I just suggested now become publically involved and the front liners are the ones who need it most giving them the backing they need for their very lives that they do not have presently. I am sure that someone here can now expand on this to make it work. Yes?

I’m sorry but the days of peaceful, non-physical protesting are quickly coming to an end. Why is it that people think that if they can congregate in large groups in public places and just shout and chant that this is going to have any type of effect. What is the goal? Have more people join you to do the same?
Protestors gather in large groups and scream and hold up signs. You are surrounded by thugs in swat gear and automatic weapons yet you think you are having some type of effect. Who has the real power? So you record it via video – what is that doing for you?
Then statements like this in the above article:

Emboldened to do what? Scream louder? Make a bigger sign? Maybe more emboldened to stand on the front lines pushing against the police wall and getting a mouth/eye full of pepper spray? What have you accomplished?
I’m sorry, but there came a point when the founders of this nation could no longer just sit in the street and protest…they had to ramp it up a bit. Unfortunately, I think the time is nearing to duplicate what they did. However, a very large majority of people still think we are crazy and won’t listen…how would they react to a bunch of people “physically” standing up for themselves?
In any case this is just going to continue to get worse…they will change their tactics and abuse the rule of law to counter our acts. What will we do to counter theirs? They have always had the upper hand and will always be one step ahead.
Just letting words from my mind flow….

Hey Rhonda…Great post! To all those on the front lines ie…Alex, Jessie, Ron I here by decry my services as a body guard complete with concealed carry lic. and gear ready to go. Just get in touch with me and I will meat you at any venue even if it is just to hang out at the radio station on the weekends. I have prior military training and swore an oath to uphold the constitution of the U.S. against all enemies foreign and domestic and right now we have domestic enemies. WE all need to get on board let this be the call. Mount your horses and draw your swards. Arise sleeping masses and help take back what is rightfully yours and mine from the opressors and true terrorists.

I am kinda at a loss here. What exacatly did these people do wrong withing the confines of a private residence?. There is no indication they were oplanning anything more than perhaps an organized protest. No hint that they may take any action that may harm property or person. I know what I am saying.. It is at the point where the police don’t need a reason.. they just act and make the story up to justify their actions after the fact.. and add in that no one backing the police will have the moral or ethics to follow any law… I think the illusion is that only the citizenry of the US still acknowledge the law in an igniorant fashion.
I personally don’t live in a city where there are a huge amount of thug like policemen/women.. I do however live in a rural are where the “local yokels” are bumps on logs and just do as they are told or “feel”…
I am serious..I was once confronted in Georgia.. I have 24 year military experience.. have been familiar with firearms since age 12 and owned and hunteted since age 14.. Have an expert pistol and rifle medal…..in summary I probably shoot about 20 rounds a week.. and I am not avid.. I just do it for relaxation.. Not a gun nut.. don’t get sexually stimulated holding or seeing a gun. I look at a gun(weapon is such an intimidating word).. as no more than an ink pen, a lawnmower.. a spoon.. It is just a utensil to me.. nothing more or less.. but like all utensils..it has a purpose.
I was once stopped with a concealed permit with a gun(pistol) waliking in a Walmart without a sign.. Walmart by law is not a “public gather” in Georgai and anyone can carry UNLESS.. the business posts a sign.. and then..by law you can still walk in until asked to leave…
A school teacher who was the “greeter” slipped away while I was voluntarily asking the manage..I confronted the manager on their policy.. and they were not sure.. about 10 mins later a police officer showed up and asked me “If I had a copy of the law on me”.. in addition to the reference on the back of my Concealed firearm permeit which I paid for for the PRIVILEDGE to carry…
Then the police officer comenced to “make law” as he thought it should be in his opinion…
Question… Suggestion.. Why are we paying these idiots to “enforce the law” when not a damn one of them cares enough tolearnwhat their job is.. which is LAW enforcement….. It is my opinion most law enforcement officers are a lazy bunch of deadbeats too lazy to work a real job and deal with people.. and for the few who are not.. they are worse..because they will not speak up.

People..I think the tide is turning and the American people are going to swept up in the new police state. This is the sign of things to come. To #16.. Are we on the same planet reading the same story. The one I am reading here does not mention anything you are stating.. Provide your reference..even a story is not fact to lead me to beleive otherwise.
Eeven if they did have all these things you mention in their home.. they commited no crime. The crime its not based on “intent”.. if that were the case most drivers could be arrested every day for traffic stress and thought alone.

These new videos are scary… it’s very obvious that the authoritarian presence at the DNC was extensivey trained and excecuted their tactics with little to no troubles.
If we were to agressively defend our former rights and freedoms, I fear that people will simply be shot in the streets. This will actually be a victory for the powers that be in the agenda to depopulate. It’s easy to see how we were and are manipulated into a lose-lose situation… and I’m at a loss for what we could, even collectively, do to disrupt the schedule of the NWO.
With all of the protests and riots across the western world in the last decade, one might think that democracy would allow for change mandated by the people, the taxpaying citizens to whom all public servants and elected officials should be answerable to – but this is not so.
My hope is that with all of the video footage of the blatant nazi-esque methods used by the security at the national party conventions will be seen by the rest of the world and it will become obvious that the citizens do NOT condone the actions of the ruling class. Hopefully the world will see how we have been hijacked and avoid killing too many civillians when they bomb the shit out of political centers and liberate us.

I am not provocateur scum. I’m simply stating it like it is. No matter how many people protest peacefully (waving signs and yelling/chanting), the people with the guns are in control. It’s only a matter of time before the increase their use of force and eliminate more of our rights.
Eventually, the only place you will be able to peacefully protest is inside the nice confines of your FEMA detention camp. Make sure you shout to the heavens about the injustices of the world and of the people in control while they shoot you in the head and roll your non-violent, peaceful corps into the ditch…actions like this will definately bring about change.
We see these huge protests year after year, anniversary after anniversary–and they accomplish nothing. Look at some of the huge protests with hundreds of thousands of people in Washington D.C. – what exactly have these accomplished–other than possibly recruiting more people to their movements and raising more funds for these organizations?
I’m saying eventually using our first amendment right to peacefully assemble and protest isn’t going to be enough–especially when the aggressors start using force to have you do as they desire.

Their pulling out of the convention to concentrate on Gustav. The media is also shifting gears to Gustav, it doesn’t take a great deal of brain matter to see they don’t want this stuff on the news or elsewhere.
The people on this thread who keep pushing the peace and love angle are thinking along the right lines if you were dealing with a common sense thinking “aware” opponent. They are not normal, they don’t reason like you. Think about the Scorpion and the Toad story. Your logic will not work in cases such as these. People with reasoning skills and information will outlast the wishful thinkers. If you don’t think realistically and use your brains once you’ve sifted through all of the information that clearly shows the agenda, then your going to be a casualty sooner or later.

Hey Mark! Michelle Malkin is not so innocent…she attacks people herself, only difference is she does it with the printed word…which lets her to some extent to hide. She has advocated for detention centers, such as those used against Japanese-Americans during World War 2. Only these detention centers today are SET UP for dissidents that are opposed to the neo-cons and the NWO hijacking the country,not to mention raiding and draining the U.S. treasury.
Also there was video footage earlier this year showing a U.S. Marine throwing a puppy off a cliff. Michelle wrote that the puppy was not real and Malkin writes: “The puppy doesn’t move. It’s clear to me that it’s either dead or a stuffed toy. The sound effects of a dog yapping seem to have been dubbed in.”
Alex Jones confronted Michelle Malkin on this and VP Cheney’s plans for staging an attack in the straits of Hormuz…but it seems Michelle likes to dish it out but can’t take it. Michelle puts herself in the public sphere with her comments and writings and she cannot expect not to be confronted by people who disagree with her. Alex is not that unreasonable of a person and Michelle could have debated Alex or arrange for a debate, but chose to run back to her blog and try to garner sympathy from the MSM. Michelle’s a big girl and has received far worse condemnations and has even printed these comments in her one of her books…Liberals Unhinged. I have no empathy for her…she can be incendiary herself in her comments and writings and she can’t expect mouth off in her writings and expect to escape being confronted on a public street by someone like Alex Jones.

Any person that incites a riot in any way (even in a very small way) is an agent provacteur. Malkin does not deserve to be treated like this. But this storm represents a chance for the Administration, in one fail swoop to, 1.) make up for Katrina (good idea), 2.) Ignore the RNC (keeps Bush and Cheney out of the “real” public and media and 3.) Limits access to McCain’s and “MALIN” — sadly, this will probably eliminate almost any coverage of Ron Paul, his supporters, and the Rally for the Republic….. as the MSM will, no doubt, be transfixed on the weather channel for the next week.

None of us have enough information to know if the cops had a legit reason to do what they did. We just don’t.

we need to resurrect MLK’s mission for the 500,000 person encampment in DC. if we cannot bring the various groups, with disparate grievances, together around a unifying cause of justice, we will never have the power required to resist, or create change.
banners, signs, etc, are not enough. I’ve done protests, and they amount to nothing. we need organized civil disobedience, on a national level, which means broad unifying goals: ie, justice, peace.
can anyone recommend good literature or organizing tactics/history (ideally, with specific attention to the SCLC, MLK, etc?)
here’s my plan for now: I’ve been discussing with my wife, going back to school to get a law degree ( a fantasy I used to harbor, which now seems more like a necessity). i just finished a graduate program in acupuncture, I’m heavy in debt, and frankly, I hate school, but this is too much.
i’d love to hear what people know about greater movements.

I comment on the article and you attack, not my comment concerning the article but me…. You’ve presented yourself in many forms today to justify your claims however I discredited them all (if you wish to see check the article on Alex Jones: Final Update from Denver), i truly do not want to smear the opinions of me on this article. It’s a good one, I personally would like to hear more about it though, what the police have to say (or what they come up with) should be open to debate…. In order for one to determine who really did 9/11, there needs to be a true independent investigation. Thank you for your acknowledgement in your comment #’s 6 & 9. When you think about it, it gives everyone a venue to meet and at designated times, since ones like Alex Jones and Dr. Paul are around 24 hours a day. It takes care of the real main problem that at least all of us fall back on and therefore do almost nothing as they claim they would do. That is that they also are all alone. In other words what are you standing on the other side of your door with your Gluck or 22 going to do with 10 SWAT team members coming through it at their desired time? You know that answer.
Now, we all know that Alex and Dr. Paul and Jessie (the BODY/MIND) are all alone, yet they get out there in front of everyone, which includes the enemy. To be there PEACEFULLY with them, yet armed to the teeth in whatever capacity one can do it by those who say they can do this and do that and will do this and will do that, brings them all together. They are not alone anymore. Either the attackers will finally back off or there really will be what is about to happen, that being real armed battles, but with all of us finally working together in the same place.
You see, no one can (just read this article as an example) make publically known enough for several thousand people to get together as a group to fight against this atrocity. How are they going to do it? Advertise here? They will all be taken out before their fingers leave the computer board, but Alex Jones and the others are around all the time. Therefore they are the meeting point and the fact that they need body guards is evident along with it not being a meeting just to shoot up the town or the bad guys. The purpose is to finally have a place to meet and to meet with legitimate reasons armed. It is as simple as that otherwise once again I say re-read this article and also read comment #42. They say a lot. Regrettably except for you guys coming out here and openly expressing that you would defend Alex and/or Dr. Paul and/or the others, I sense that we are as Roger in that comment says since no one will even get together as a group by the thousands, hopefully, to defend those who are on the front line all by themselves while we just sit behind our computers and spend the time away writing such things.
My suggesttion? Find Alex Jones. Reason? I just said it above. If not, then I feel sorry for you guys because you have good intentions and you also will be all alone when “they” surprise you by breaking down your door one day also. Again, and not just you, but read comment #42 and re-read the article. Even a peaceful legitimate way to do something right will not bring the people together without having to even advertise it since those who need the protection exist 24 hours a day, as I said, and no one has to tell anyone else where they are going and why or how they are traveling or even that they have arrived. Also, because I have put this same comment around here constantly for months now, even Alex would not be surprised, but I dare say, would hope that someone would follow up on the suggestion. Regrettably I guess his DNC trip this past week showed otherwise…..He was, except for his crew and a few prtestors on his side, all alone.

Ok. If a million people jammed DC to enact change…well, what exactly would our goal be?

To me, it needs to involve using the system, not destroying the system, although it may require extraordinary means to get it to happen.
I am at a true loss. This may sound cynical, but I do not believe at this time Americans as a whole are capable of resisting. But if Bolivians can bond together to oust the globalists, as did the Argentinians, and the Venezuelans, surely, it must be possible. Perhaps the largest obstacle is that although we live in a system of global exploitation, we are its primary beneficiaries. Even the poor among us have more material comfort than most people on the planet. We are heavily inculcated to believe that our system of commerce is the best, that it is”free”, and that we are just simply superior.
In other words, people are very comfortable. They are not motivated to act. They are generally fat, and poorly read. It’s a terrible combination that amounts to acquiescence.

I will go one step further after reading all of these comments as well as hundreds upon hundreds of others over the months. It almost makes me think it is the only logical reason why Alex Jones has been allowed to survive. It almost makes me think it is the only logical reason that could be truthful about Alex being one of “them”. I believe he is not, but it is logical to me. Here it is.
Everything that Alex does seems to be for a good cause. It is awaking many people by the millions, not just in this country, but around the world. Now, I suggest you re-read this article once again and then re-read comment #42. You know what I see? I see that the only thing Alex has really achieved is DESENSITIZATION of what is happening. Think about it.
Now that you have thought about it, tell me this. If the enemy just decided to come SWAT someone or an area, what do you think the general populace would think under such a shocking event? They might actually rebel being that they have been shocked! With all of us constantly being warned what is happening, as it is, we are getting desensitized. Just re-read this article and then re-read that comment again by Roger. The results speak for themselves. That is my opinion. look i don’t pretend to be an expert on mass demonstration however I do believe a sit down in front of the white house, the pentagon, and the capitol building would be are prime objectives (figure 5 million divided by three locations 1.7 mil per building). This would draw a lot of attention to our cause. Then we use there own media to enhance our cause, however violence should never come into play, we chose selected spokes people for each site and we speak as a group through those individuals. These so called spokes people will have strict guidelines to adhere while vocalizing our point, our position and the mandate, the rest of us stay completely silent other than to refer the inquiry to the spokes person.
Imagine it would really create a stir not just amongst politicians but to the general public who have seen protesters being loud and obnoxious and here these guys are being completely silent and disciplined.. Personally I think it would definitely appeal to the general public….. Hard feat to accomplish however I would love to see it like MLK did it.
Now that I think about it a very hard plan to achieve due to the fact that we would all have to be silent!!!

Just watched on cnn that John Mcaine might not make it to the RNC. Wow can you imagine how pissed those republican people or gonna be if he doesn’t even show up….. How many millions dollars flushed down the toilet. Anyways I’ve had a feeling for a months now that the republicans aren’t even gonna show up for this election, i mean every sign points to that conclusion. Uncontested views from Obama camp to almost taking the summer off, what was he doing all summer? I think Hilary gets more publicity then Mcain and she not even running.

He says he stands for the little guy, but has huge corporate sponsors. What promises were made to these corporate sponsors?

I have read in several posts that the freedom/truth movement does not have any stated goals and that is true. That is partly due to the fact that the movement has been infiltrated by agents of all sorts who’s job it is to plant misinformation and doubt in the minds of people (they can be seen posting here).
We must be willing to accept that not all of our wishes will be met at once. We must find 2 or 3 of our top priorities and actually get something accomplished. But I believe that this will require that a couple of the “leaders” in the movement state a specific mission that all the various groups out there can rally behind; such as getting the P.A. Act erased or doing away with homeland security.
I could step up and try to get something done but I cannot reach millions of people. Besides I would just be accused of being an agent or working for “them” in some capacity.
First thing is that everyone needs to stop the infighting right now! We will not see eye to eye with eachother but we have plenty of common ground to work on.

One trend I’ve noticed about these videos is that the cops are using very broard warrents, that includes looking for paint and notebooks etc, to make pre-emptive arrests and raids.
The anarchists in Denver failed to do their jobs properly because they were exposed too much on the internet as deliberatly giving the cops an exchuse to make mass arrests and put people into warehouse detention centers, so they will just make mass arrests without any exchuse or provocation or provoceteurs now.

I can’t recall the exact name of it, but it is something like “Doomsday” or of a similar sounding (fatalistic) name (the documentary i watched was over 20 years ago, and it is hard to remember the exact name of it). It’s size is between that of a Destroyer and an Aircraft Carrier.

I remember watching that very same documentary over 20 years ago, and for the life of me i can’t remember the name of that ship either. I do agree with your assumptions that mankind has left it’s run a bit late “all of us anti globalists in particular”. When the end comes “and it will come, of that there is no doubt”, no one on earth will know about it anyway “as it will happen in less than a heartbeat”. Sure there might be nuclear exchanges initialy on a smaller scale, but once those Russians realize that America is hell bent on wiping them “all” out, i’m afraid that is when the Russians will press the “BIG” button. I forget now the explosive force of the gigantic atomic bomb on that ship, but i still to this day remember the impact it had on me, in regard to the totaly destructive unholiness of it. I could not get it out of my head for months after, and had nightmares on a regular basis. I’m afraid those nightmares will now begin to materialize again.

You’ve adressed one or 2 major issues and I would agree with you on them, however I feel this isn’t viable to gather up supporters because of our differences;
Some of us believe this is a movement against the anti-christ
Some believe this is a movement against the corporate elite
Some believe it’s a movement against the jews
Some believe it’s a movement against government corruption
Some believe it’s a movement against globalization
Some believe it’s a movement of 9/11 truth
Now these our some of our differences however these differences can split again if taken subject by subject. I would love to see a huge display of public out cry however how do we convince these fractions to agree on the issues enough to unite in one big organized display?
People say they wanna make changes however when it comes to agreeing on the changes that’s another debate, I personally think it’s a bad idea to have a religious agenda however do think the religious secular groups have to be involved. How would we get these religious groups to walk with people that they don’t hold in high regard (abortonists, homosexuals, athiust)?
How do you get multi religious groups to walk together?
Most of all that concerns me are racists and fascists, how do we keep them away from attacking fractions within our movement?
See it is not so easy to do (which is probably why it has a low success rate), it’s much easier if it was a single religious entity that was involved (but that would decrease our number which in turn would decrease our influence), a mass protest CAN WORK if we prioritize our goals and come up with answers to these questions!!!

I believe you are referring to the “AKULA” Typhoon class submarine, which has both nuclear and atomic capabilities, and unlimited source of power (meaning it very rarely if ever has to come up), I could be wrong though, you referred to it as a ’ship’ so you might be talking about another battle ship altogether but this is the one ship that scares the shit outta me. Far more sophisticated then the technology we have (or that were aware of), with unlimited fire power. Definitely not a war that I would like to take part in, nor would any russian for that matter.
Robert McNamara said in his documentary (’Fog of War’) it’s hard to imagine a country leader would tear the temple down on his own head……I believe that would be the case in a war with Russia. Both sides would be doing that very same thing. Sorry I just don’t think it would happen. Two super powers going toe to toe, it’s hard to even fathom the desire to even do such a crazy thing!! World warII was the closest we have to a comparison however in this day in age I couldn’t imagine a war at such a scale. Think of the conditions the battles would have to be fought in and where? Would it be in Russia, the United States or would be in surrounding countries. My goodness the whole world would be divided into 2. It is truly hard to think about strategy without getting completely sick to my stomach. Anyways it was deemed un win able war on both sides during the cold war and I doubt they would ever do anything other than wave there big sticks at each other. However if one side gets struck by the big stick that’s when we have a problem!!!

First of all: How many people took pictures of these cops? How many put a name to their faces? How many found out where they live and hang out? How many people in Minneapolis/St. Paul are willing to bull horn their houses and legaly harrass them where ever they go, like follow them around and have an instant protest, lets say, in front of the strore they are shopping? Who are these judges who signed these “warrents” and are people willing to give them hell for what they have done?

Let me put it this way. Every state and almost every county has a sex offender data base. In most places, you can easily go on line and find out who are sex offenders in your area or neighborhood, their names, bio, and where they live. These people never get a peacefull day because there are always shuned by their neighbors, people who call them up at all hours and at times have people picketing them out side their homes.
I believe these people, as bad as molesting a child, are worse than pedaphiles (even though many of them are!) and if convicted molesters don’t feel safe where they live, why should these horrible reprensations of human beings?
WE NEED TO START TO LOOKING AT THESE TRAITORS AND PSYCOPATHS THE SAME WAY WE WE LOOK AT PEDAPHILES, EVEN WORSE AND TREAT ACCORDINLY (AND LEGALY)!
One thing that sadened me in these videos was not the outrageous behaviour of the police, but the cowardness of those standing around. Only a few had the guts to throw a watered down insult here and there. Most people were hushed and subduded, and that fear is what they feed on and causes them to keep comming back, like ghostly mojos.
People should have gone balistic! There shouldnt have been one second of silence with the constant berage of insults and name calling! Let them pull out their tasers and mase cans! It will backfire on them big time and just might be the spark that will FINALY ignite a much needed and overdue revolution!
People are scared of cops and are intimidated by their brutality and ugly steroid bodies. They know it and as long as the average person will act like a dog with it’s tail between it’s legs and will roll over on it’s stomach in submission, things will get worse and worse. What would happen if the dog (legaly) bit back?
Cops are not gods and yes, you can defend yourself from a cop if necessary.

One thing about bullies, once you start fighting back, it is they who start to run away! I know this from expirence living in Oakland, California and being a victim of several attemped robbries.

If I start to see more videos like these without people fighting back, I’m going to loose all sympathy for the people and outrageousness toward the offenders. I just watched the RNC raid video in St. Paul in more detail.
Let me get this straight. The police knocked down the door to the residence and entered and detained without a warrent?
Why was a lawyer in handcuff? And why was she acting like a emasculated dog?
Why wasn’t there a gutsy lawyer on the spot reminding them (the police) of all all their civil rights violations and demanding the police, until they present a warrent, leave the property and uncuff that lawyer? If they refused to comply, then demand a call to the police chief and have all involved be arrested? If the police chief refuses to comply, then a call to the local judge to order the arrest of these police should have been made, and if no judge would comply, then a complaint should be filled with the justice department.
Nope… everybody standing around like it was a house on fire.
No demonstrations, no one speaking out, no one harrassing the police, getting names and pictures.
I was shocked to see a lawyer, who should know better, acting like a beatened dog and a policeman standing around. People should have asked that policeman his name and bage number, questioned his legitamacy in this situation and taunted and insulted him. He shouldn’t have felt comfortable standing there.

Josiah Man you said a mouth full and all of it true. There is one thing you have left out as others have done. The important ingredient that all have failed to mention and it is the most important and something that the founders of this country realized from day one.
THE COMMITMENT TO DIE WHEN CONFRONTED. A lot of people here and on other forums are key board commandos – a few, very few are for real and are willing to die when confronted. Until you reach that point as I have I’m 59 and have some health issues, been shot at, busted up in fights, etc. and have stood off cops before. I have less to lose than a 20-30 something. But until EVERYBODY gets the mind set that “today is a good day to die” the revolution will never even start or put up a fire fight. People you have to remember the first revolution was started and fought with just 1 1/2 -2 % of the population with no communications other than a fast horse. So rap you mind around the thought that if we are not willing to die at any moment when confronted the NWO has won and we are sheeple that deserve to be herded up to the 800+ camps and killed at their will. Do not look for me there; I will be dead with gun in hand, or knife,golf club, anything that will let me die as I tried to live-FREE.

I understand where you are coming from. Yes, I agree the missing ingredient in a real revolution is plain old juevos (spanish for …)!
I’m personaly not a violent person. I feel bad when I have to swat a fly. I abhore violence because I have seen what violence does to people, especialy those who are victims of it. I’m the type of person that would rather walk away from a fight and if I see suspicious looking people walking toward my direction, I would go rather go down another street and avoid trouble. You learn that living in a rough area of town.
I’m not tuff at all, I’m a coward in so many ways like everyone else. I have no special bravery in me. In normal situations, like everybody else I would rather put my tail between my legs.
What makes a person overcome their fear and willing to die for another? I call it ethics or morality. When you are taught to care about others and feel empathy, in the right place and in the right time, self bravery will come to the occation, like if you were watching an old lady getting robbed by a large man. If we are taught to feel empathy for others, you will, by instinct, put aside your personal safety and fear of the large man and kill him if necessary to protect the old lady. It’s called tribal instincts: the natural inclination to associate with a tribe and the willingness to die for your tribe if in danger, especialy the weak.
I don’t need to worry if I will have the bravery to stand up and fight back. If I still have that tribal instinct, that bravery will come with no effort or thought, like defending a little old lady. It’s like the several times I was a victim of several robbery attempts. When I’m cornered and threatened, normaly coward ‘ole me will become a brave fighter, and that has saved my life and my hard earned money as well!
The tragedy is that through the many hypnotizing and narristizing devices, people have become somewhat anti-social and the natural instinct to stand up for the tribe (empathy) has been terribly retarted. With no connection to others and no empathy hitherto, is it any wonder people will stand around and do nothing when others are being mistreated?
We have become a nation of addicts, and with addiction, you care for no one else but you and your obcessions and your compulsions to satisfy your obcessions (addictions). I also call it self entertainment or the need to be constantly entertained. So, when the police is beating up and hauling your neighbor off to jail, it’s either close the curtains and turn up the volume, or stand outside and watch the drama as if it was some TV show, text messaging all their friends instead of intervening in some way.
The fight has been (as planned) neutered out of us. Most people are too far gone to stand up and fight. But if 10% or better 20% would get their s#&t together and become real men and women, and I can tell you women can kick some serious ass!, we can save our country and the world!
We don’t have to resort to violence. Smart and planned harrissment, public shaming of corrupt police officers and public officals, constant video taping and monotoring of their actions and picketing and bull horning their homes and places of recreation if necessary can do alot without resorting to killing and vioence, which is what they are taunting us to do. Taking over your local police review board and giving it some teeth is another good idea to fight (the other form of) crime.
If a small minority would stand up, and like you said put themselves in the position to be willing to loose their lives and go to jail if necessarry to get rid of this satanic neo-conism that has pocessed the spirit of our country, we can change the world for the better.
I’m taking a big risk tackeling this subject. People normaly dance around this subject in fear, not willing to cross the line and publicly advocate giving the police and corrupt public officials a well deserved hell expirence (within the law!) for the hell they are putting us through! No one wants to risk a visit from the FBI or a police raid for speaking up, especialy in Bush’s America. By publicly posting my post here, it’s a protection because if I did get a visit or raid, it would be proof that everything I said and Alex Jones has said is true. Myrtars can be such an embarrisment!
No one is willing take the risk to remind people that you DO HAVE A RIGHT TO FIGHT BACK IF A POLICE OFFICER IS ABUSING YOU, AND PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT AND DUTY TO SUBDUE AND PUT UNDER CITIZEN’S ARREST A POLICE OFFICER WHO IS ABUSING A CIVILIAN. If people knew their rights and were more socialized, those county sherriffs in St. Paul would have not gotten near that house. And if it came to push and shove, I think, with all those video cameras and irrate and insulting citizens, willing to defend their persons and property and the persons and property ot their neighbors with their lives, they (the county sherriffs and FBI agents would have been easy to shove away.
But again, we are a country of narrissistic addicts. The only hope we have is that enough Americans are still conscious human beings.
