Daily Mail – [...] The owner of the boat David Henneberry reportedly emerged from his house after the curfew in Boston was lifted, saw blood on the vessel, lifted the cover and discovered a person inside. He then fled back to his house and called police, according to CNN.
Flash-bangs were being thrown in by police who had surrounded the area to try to flush out the suspect who appeared to have been at the location for most of the day.
Police told neighbors that the suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, is covered in blood and may have been shot in exchange of gun fire last night where his accomplice elder brother was killed.
Boston Bombing Suspect Found In Boat, Taken Into Custody In Critical Condition
WBNS-TV – Boston Police say a 19-year-old college student wanted in the Boston Marathon bombings is in custody after a manhunt that left the city virtually paralyzed and his older brother and accomplice dead.
Police announced via Twitter that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was in custody. His brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan, was killed Friday in a furious attempt to escape police.
The brothers are suspects in Monday’s marathon bombings, which killed three people and wounded more than 180 others. The men are also suspected of killing a Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer in his vehicle late Thursday.

ABC News – The alleged Boston Marathon bomber who hid from authorities for more than 12 hours was captured tonight by police, sending cheers up through the Watertown neighborhood where he was found.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was found by a homeowner lying in a boat in the man’s backyard around 7 p.m.
Gunfire broke out in the immediate aftermath of the discovery, but quickly stopped as police hunkered down for a standoff with Tsarnaev that lasted a little more than an hour and a half.
Around 8:45 p.m., Tsarnaev was taken into custody and transported away from the scene in an ambulance, as law enforcement officials and onlookers clapped and cheered.
Law Enforcment Finally Tracks Down, Captures Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect
(CBSNewYork/AP) — Following an intense manhunt that caused chaos in Massachusetts and riveted the rest of the nation, law enforcement finally captured the second Boston Marathon bombing suspect on Friday night.
Following a short standoff in the backyard of a residence in a Watertown neighborhood, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was taken into custody and arrested by Boston Police.

CBS Boston – A flurry of applause at the scene of a standoff between police and Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev signaled his capture Friday night.
After a nearly two-hour standoff in a Watertown neighborhood, Tsarnaev was taken from the scene by ambulance to Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. We are told he is being treated for injuries suffered before Friday night’s standoff.

‘We got him!’ Second marathon suspect in custody after tense standoff
FoxNews.com – Applause broke out in a residential area near Boston, after a tense police standoff – sparked when the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing was discovered hiding in a boat in a backyard – ended with the subject of a day-long dragnet in custody.
“We got him,” Boston Mayor Tom Menino tweeted moments later, as neighbors gathered to form a gauntlet of cheers while a phalanx of police cars departed the scene.
Police moved in on Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Friday evening after tip led them to the home on Franklin Street, where he apparently had been hiding in the back yard. Neighbors said they heard more than 30 shots one likened to “a roll of firecrackers shooting off.” Police swarmed the scene, and several explosions, possibly police concussion grenades, were heard after a robot moved in on the boat. Less than two hours later, at about 9 p.m., the suspect, believed to have been injured in a wild shootout that spanned Thursday night to Friday morning, was being taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.
No Miranda rights for now for bombing suspect
Politico – The Boston Marathon bombing suspect captured Friday night will not be immediately read his Miranda rights, a Justice Department official said.
The announcement came as a debate broke out among lawmakers, lawyers and political activists over whether the suspect, Dzhokar Tsarnaev, should be prosecuted in a civilian criminal court or subjected to military interrogation and over when and whether Tsarnaev should be told about his right to an attorney.
“No Miranda warning to be given” now, the DOJ official said. “The government will be invoking the public safety exception.”
