Members of the Maquiladora Association of Ciudad Juarez and Chamber of Commerce say the peacekeepers are needed to end the wave of extortion, kidnappings and murders, the Mexico City- based newspaper said.
More than 6,000 businesses have closed in the city this year because of the lack of security, the newspaper reported. About 6,476 people have been killed in Mexico this year because of drug violence, the newspaper said.

As an US citizen living in Mexico I can tell you that just like the sheeple in the US, the decent Mexicans (I haven’t met a scummy Mexican bastard yet) just want a normal life without corruption. It is the drug cartels allowed to exist (and often protected) by the governments of both Mexico and the US that cause all the problems, and it is those same corrupt politicians that seek the intervention of other corrupt politicians from the UN. The little guys on the streets of Mexico would no more ask for an invasion by blue helmets than would a person in the US.

Whose to say those peacekeeper force wont come spill over into our borders and it is a guise to “man up” U.N. forces close to our borders so at any given sign of civil unrest in America and here comes the U.N. peacekeeping force to lend the U.S. government a hand.
I know I don’t like it or like the sound of it.
If they report that their sending couple hundred thousand troops to Mexico for civil unrest I would watch out.
It would be nothing for them to cross in to here if asked by our wonderful federal government who wants to protect us and keep us safe.
This could very easily turn into a global militarization from the U.N. of North America then station them there and work there way down to South America to get Hugo Chavez oil and more control of world assets.
