Auturo Sarukhan, the Mexican ambassador to the United States, repeated and defended his claim that 90 percent of the weapons intercepted in Mexico come from the U.S.
During an appearance on CBS’ “Face the Nation” Sunday, Sarukhan said on the Arizona and Texas borders with Mexico alone, roughly 7,000 licenses for federal firearms had been granted.“And a lot of the weapons that are being bought by the drug syndicates, either directly or through proxy purchases, are coming from those gun shops,” he said.
Sarukhan isn’t the only one to cite this myth. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, California Sen. Diane Feinstein and Willliam Hoover, assistant director for field operations at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have all said that 90 percent of weapons used to commit crimes in Mexico come from the U.S.

Even if 90% of the guns are coming from America, how is this my problem? People trying to make me, the gun owner, be responsible for shit-hole Mexico. The country is WROL (Without Rule of Law), the country has bigger problems than firearms control, like corruption! Another thing, I know why Mexico has big problems with crime like this, they have disarmed their population.

I own a gun that is marked “hecho in Mexico”. It shoots once then won’t shoot again until it is taken apart and put back together.
I guess it is time to start blaming Mexico for the guns in America that don’t work right.

It will be interesting to see if these political idiots are stupid enough to ban guns. If they do they will achieve their goal. Starting riots, cival unrest, and most likely a revolution. It may be just what we need to get this revolution rolling..

Hey guys.
I just wanted to invite you to check out my web site and let me know what you think. http://www.thegrandawakening.com We are trying to get all of our research categorized in one place to help people wake up. It has been very successful so far and we are averaging between 1000-2500 people a day. If 5-10% of those people start their process and start paying attention to what’s going on around them then I will be happy. We are on the link pages of Max Igan’s The Crow House-Nexus 2012 sponsored by Project Camelot-Blossom Goodchild-and many more… We are really happy that we have been received so well by our piers and we hope you like what you see…
Let me know…
Thanks.

All fascist liars and whores. If you want them (guns) say it like a man, say your coming to get our guns. But you girls better check your package and see if there are balls in there. If the balls you think you found are not your own then you better stop.
April 13th, 2009 at 12:33 pm
This is such a stupid claim. How does Mexico really know where all the guns come from. For all we know these cartels could be getting firearms shipped directly from China or Russia or on the black market. To claim the US is responsible for all of the firearms coming into Mexico is a #$%#$$ joke. Maybe we should pull our military out of Iraq and Afghanistan and start protecting our own country’s borders.
April 13th, 2009 at 12:48 pm

I can imagine that the serial numbers of those arms were erased to avoid tracing. the sad part is that guns manufacturers can not be held accountable for sales or distribution. I do not know if this is a convenient design/process, so arms can be sent to any country where it is neccesary to start internal shakeover… remeber the regan contras scandal…
April 13th, 2009 at 1:37 pm
Our government knew of the problems going on south of the border and have done nothing about it for years. Suddenly it has become a serious problem. Could this be part of the left/right paradigm.
The Bush administration was republican, which is all for the rights of gun owners so for eight years they couldn’t bring up the issue of guns being shipped from the US into Mexico but now that the democrats are in charge, and who are about restricting firearms, bring up this topic in regards to Mexico and guns.
The issue just didn’t magically begin after Obama was elected but yet there it is. One more issue for we the people to fight each other over while the raping of this country continues by our one party political system.

“Fully automatic rifles, hand grenades, and RPG’s been supplied by Mom and Pop American gun shops?”
When are we going to send an envoy to tell them that we have 12 million of their Citizens illegally residing here, or that 90% of all narcotics in the U.S. market come from their side of the border?
This whole Mexico thing combined with the barrage of mass shootings we had lately is the perfect storm (pretext) for those who salivate over the thought of making the Second Amendment a thing of the past. We must look into every action taken by our so-called “elected officials” read between the lines look for the hidden words. Is no coincidence that the architect of the most massive gun control legislation currently been proposed in the House of Representatives HR-45 (look it up, it’ll scare you) a Chicago Democrat. This element of low moral caliber recently visited of all places, Communist Cuba, along with his colleagues. This traitor called Castro “a brother, the World’s longest living survivor” Glorifying, and honoring a murderer who wet his beak in the same schools of Terror and Tyranny as Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler. However while going over how much he loves Castro, he never stopped to question why so many Russian Style AK-47S THAT ARE MANUFACTURED IN CUBA are finding their way into Mexico along with other full autos and RPG’s from the Cuban Military. Makes you think does it not? Not to mention the weapons that are finding their way there from Guatemala, Russia, China, and Africa. The reality is that less than 5% of the weapons in Mexico originated in the U.S. The BATF gave false testimony when it stated that 90% of the firearms in Mexico come from the U.S. This is an all out frontal assault on our way of life and freedoms. And is been done blatantly in our faces with the help of long standing ruthless murdering Dictators.
April 13th, 2009 at 7:09 pm
Who cares if its true or not, illegal aliens kill more Americans every year than any weapons that find their way across the border.
April 13th, 2009 at 7:44 pm
The Mexican envoy fails to realize that half of his dumb ass population now resides in the US murdering our people now. I don’t think that guns have a whole lot to do with it. What a gaywad.

You are exaggerating. Show me the statistics. I can bet you no more than 7% of Mexicans live in the USA. And, do not count the Mexican Americans. They are born in the USA and therefore they are not Mexicans. Show proof that more than 50% of them live in the USA before you show your hatred against these people.
April 13th, 2009 at 9:22 pm
I’m all for shutting down the people who supply Mexico their guns…..But if we do we’ll have to put every U.S. Senator and most of the Representatives in prison.

The fundamental problem here is the breakdown of protocol in regards to The Constitution. Our government has unilaterally decided to stray farther and farther from our foundations and principals laid out by The Founding Fathers.
Albeit the United States could do more stringent searches of people leaving the United States ,the burden of responsibility is on the recipient country. To deny this, is bordering on treason by both countries involved and a sheer lack of respect for the will and reason of the people.
It is apparent that “Our Will” is being stress tested by our government. The onslaught of pressure brought on by our government will determine our will to resist policies in conflict with our founding document.

The “government” does not obey the Constitution because it is a criminal enterprise.
April 14th, 2009 at 12:52 am
The ambassador is a god damned liar.
Most of the drug lords guns come from the Mexican army and police, who work for the drug lords.
He’s just playing the same old Marxist bull shit game as Obonga Boonga and all the rest of the Commie traitors in Washington, District of Criminals.
April 14th, 2009 at 11:48 am
Let’s see, the full article says the real statistics here are 29,000 traced back to the U.S. in two years. Taken with the complaint that there are 7000 gun shops near the border in a couple of states, not accounting for other border states with gun shops near the border, that boils down to less than 4.2 guns per border shop making it into Mexico for crimes over a two year period for 2007 and 2008. But that’s enough reason to implement gun control against the Constitutional rights of the U.S. citizens. Damn, I’m really glad to know that the government values Mexicans’ rights above the rights of it’s own citizens! Aren’t they ruling the wrong country in that case?

When did Wal Mart start selling M-16’s, M-60’s and RPG’s?
April 17th, 2009 at 12:13 am
It is obvious that these guns DID come from the united states. Our government provided guns to the Mexican Military and Police, and many of these guns ended up in the hands of criminals and coyotes. So in one sense they are right, the guns are from the U.S. , but to blame the Citizens of the U.S. is just ridiculous.

Mexico does not have many gun stores like we do have here in the states.
However the guns cost alot at the stores in mexico only the wealthy can afford guns, which most of them are not criminals.
Saying that, the criminals dont buy guns at stores. Instead they have drugs , which cost real cheap in mexico.(50% to 80% less then what it cost here in AMERICA) Mostly all criminals can afford drugs since there cheap!!!!
So the criminals bring the drugs to america and wallah!!! They trade guns for wholesale prices cheaper than the stores at mexico!!!! Hell some even trade allot , and take them back to mexico and make a killer profit!!!!!!!!
