Microchips for AIDS patients in eastern Indonesia

Lawmakers in Indonesia’s remote province of Papua have thrown their support behind a controversial bill requiring some HIV/AIDS patients to be implanted with microchips — part of extreme efforts to monitor the disease.

Health workers and rights activists sharply criticized the plan Monday.
But legislator John Manangsang said by implanting small computer chips beneath the skin of “sexually aggressive” patients, authorities would be in a better position to identify, track and ultimately punish those who deliberately infect others with up to six months in jail or a $5,000 fine.
The technical and practical details still need to be hammered out, but the proposed legislation has received full backing from the provincial parliament and, if it gets a majority vote as expected, will be enacted next month, he and others said.
Indonesia is the world’s fourth most populous country and has one of Asia’s fastest growing HIV rates, with up to 290,000 infections out of 235 million people, fueled mainly by intravenous drug users and prostitution.

So, because some of the AIDS patients will go out and have sex, they think they need to implant the AIDS patient population with cancer-causing microchips? You would think money would be better spent teaching people not to have sex with AIDS patients, and/or to mak sure that your partner does NOT have AIDS before you have sex.
I guess personal responsibility is not a factor in Indonesian law making anymore. No, no, no. They gotta protect everyone, from everybody, all the time. Of course, wait till it hits our shores, you’ll hear the same responses being put across as in Indonesia. “We gotta keep crazy AIDS patients from infecting our unsuspecting sexually active condom-less children.” “So implant ‘em ALL and let the government sort ‘em out.” And just like the montra spouted for the, “criminals,” “They don’t need rights.” “They don’t deserve rights.” “They should have thought about their rights when they did what they did to get AIDS.” Or, one big one to be commonly used, “Don’t I have the right to NOT get AIDS.”
It is unbelievable how quickly people jump to, “If they not doing anything wrong…” Especially when, “it doesn’t affect me, so, I don’t care.”

Aggressive carriers, deliberately infecting others, are using their bodies as deadly weapons. It is attempted murder. The punishment for this is probation and a fine… I guess the life of their victims is worth no more than $5,000 and some data mining.
This technology does not exist entirely within the infected bodies. RFID is passive, which is to say that it is turned off until external sensors activate it. Either the freed AIDS assailants can NOT really be tracked everywhere, or sensors have already been placed all over Papau.

Freedom in this country was based on foundation moral choices where there were no ‘exceeding’ moral boundaries to the extreme. Now that we have taken more focus on do what you feel is right has taken our freedom and has created a moral catastrophe. You can take all the GOD out of the monuments, temples, etc. but in the end if you choose to do wrong willfully you will pay the consequences. The law of the universe never will change.
RFID chip? I can see where it would impose on your privacy. But doing nothing is worse.

Nobody has ever proven that HIV causes aids.
AIDS is a syndrome, not a disease that you acquire.
Luc Montaigner recieved the nobel prize not for discovering the cause of aids, but for discovering ( creating ) HIV.
Different HIV strains are patented, just google it. FYI, something that comes naturally, cannot be patented.
No test has been approved by the FDA for the purpose of diagnosing HIV infection, go to http://www.fda.gov and search for HIV tests, and download the paper that comes with them, see it for yourself.
HIV itself wasn’t properly isolated back in 1984, so one could only assume, that this was the cause, again, nobody has ever proven that hiv is the cause of aids.
If hiv infected people could be spread intentionally, then most of us wouldn’t be typing here and we have to assume, that HIV infected people are so reasonable and responsible that this happens rarely ( which is like saying, if you leave your car open, nobody would steal it or steal the stereo from it, and you park in the skid row ).

They have no right to implant anything into anyone. They have no right to tell good people anything. They are just men like you and I and they can be killed just as easily. It’s time to get back to medieval times. The first time someone tells you that they are going to implant a chip in you, you calmy and collectively pick up the biggest, sharpest cutting tool you have and procede to cut their head off. This is the only way they will begin to get the message. The first time someone tells me that they are going to put a chip in me, be it a doctor, nurse, police officer, government agent, etc. I will cut your head off.

For those who don’t know, AIDS is an engineered disease like antrax. You can even find the
patent number for it but be careful because the name is different, I don’t remember it but you
can find all of that. The virus’ behaviour in the body has been ingineered to be a mirror
image of the behaviour of those in power within the body of the world; namely, the changing of

ok so like you are in Indonisa and you have AIDS, right.. you are most likely a prostitute or IV drug user.. and so you have to have a chip??? (when the thing about the chip, you know, is probably going to help shorten or even kill you.. then you are that person, with AIDS an “undesirable” because you are either labled that you got it this way or that way.. conisidering that it is a lable, that doesn’t go away, even if you got it from blood products…. ect..
Funny thing about AIDS.. I used to be very curious about diseases, because I worked in Medical Records and read details about various illnesses.. right, and so a few years later, I am busing tables at a restaurant.. and glibly tell a younger (I was all but 19 at the time) co-worker, that be careful and wash the hands as dirty dishes can spread disease like Hepatitus.. ect.. but the restaraunt owner fired me that night.. which is sad because, I was trying to make his restaraunt a nice safe eating place.. but lots of people have a strange attitude towards prevention of illness or the mention of certain diseases.
You see I have applied to many restaraunt jobs and they had on their questionare about Hepatitus and if you had it.. or whatever.. and another thing was a friend’s mother told me about it, that she couldn’t give blood anymore because the virus always stays in the body.. as long as you live so before it was one of those vaccines you didn’t take without the risk factors, and now, several years later I am being told EVERY child in school in America is being forced to take this vaccine??? And ever Teacher too??? Only a few years ago it was just BLOOD workers who were asked to take it… they sell the vaccines on TV here, but you aren’t forced to take them.. but when you think that there was one questionare in the 80’s I filled out that asked about giving blood…you know for the RED CROSS… they asked have you had the Hepatitis VACCINE… well I suppose if you understand that it was possibly a small group of males that got this VACCINE and then also DEVELOPED AIDS, in the late 70’s early 80’s…. it already feels a bit planned and sinister..
This group of people being chipped or being forced into it because they are no less than livestock in the view of this governmental programe.. this is starting to look very very much like an orchestrated plan to get rid of people faster.
