Military and Riot Thugs Detain, Dehumanize and TORTURE American Citizens

In what was possibly the most surreal, horrific, and unimaginable thing I have ever witnessed in my life, 1200 Riot Police and Military Personal rabidly attacked a group of well under 300 American citizens, many of them just students that were unaware there was even a protest going on. They then expanded their perimeter and shut large areas of Oakland down. This is how my last experience at the G20 in Pittsburgh went down, out of control authorities mercilessly attacking an unarmed crowd with batons, tear gas, pepper spray, sound weapons, and rubber bullets. Around 10pm on Friday night, long after the vast majority of dignitaries and protesters had left, it became evident that the outrageous show of force by the Military and Police was not enough to stave off their thirst for blood.
When I first arrived on the scene Luke Rudowski of We Are Change and a small group of protesters were peaceably assembling among a much larger number of college students just out for another weekend of fun in Schenley Plaza. Around ten minutes later Rob Dew arrived and we began filming the entire scene, it was evident that the number of police already in the area and the amount who were massing and surrounding the perimeter was extremely alarming.

I began to become extremely frightened as to what the outcome of the situation was going to be as I began to witness LRAD weapons showing up, dogs beginning to circle the perimeter, and then everyone putting on their gas masks. During all of this I was threatened with arrest three times and physically charged and chased by one of the officers. At that point I realized they were about to attack, and they did. Hundreds of armed to the teeth trained professionals began their march towards innocent young men and women, and then took it much further by launching tear gas canisters, battening people trying to leave, and firing rubber bullets randomly into the crowd. Luckily I was able to slip through the cracks of a blockade of only 6 or so riot thugs as they tried to amass more in that area and form another brutal line.
I personally witnessed a young man on a bike being beaten for no reason whatsoever and as he fled the officers then beat his bike. When the young man tried to retrieve his bike his knuckle was broken. Another man was gassed so badly he had to be taken to the hospital. This is how “Peace Officers” treat us?
During the very quick first burst of the madness I lost touch with Infowars Producer and Cameraman Rob Dew, I immediately thought he had been arrested, and I was correct. He was illegally detained and digitally fingerprinted in a separate process for “protesters”. Rob was cuffed all evening in a room full of other detainees, and was not released until 10:20 am the next morning with no charges being brought against him. Military and Police mocked them as Americans were being detained and processed often laughing at college students that had been beaten for no other reason for being in the wrong place around their campus that evening.
Luke Rudowski received multiple battens to his back and legs as the jackals descended on him with force, even though he had made it clear to all of them he wished them no violence. For his peaceful efforts Luke and Lee from We Are Change were separated from the rest of the more than one hundred detainees and sent to State Prison. Luke was strip searched, mocked, and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Assembly, and will have to go back to Pittsburgh Wednesday to face charges. The Military and Police laughed as they took note of the “Superstar” that had been all over the news on channel 11 and even National NBC, taking a sick pleasure in the torture of another human being.

1. Identify the individuals who broke laws. This includes all individuals present and commanders who failed to render aid in dereliction of their duty. These are the “suspects”.
2. Follow suspects home in a car with a single driver (the “Tail”) and no equipment to determine their address and schedule.

3. Prepare a group of 5 to 10 outfitted with vests, tasers, batons, helmets, zip-ties, pistols, and cameras, and wearing “Citizen Enforcement” shirts. Have that group ready at the destination, out of sight. This is the “Arrest Team”
4. Have the Tail contact that group via cell phone when the suspect is en-route, and provide turn-by-turn updates to coordinate timing.
5. Before the target turns his last corner, the tail will relay via cell phone to put the Arrest Team in place. One group will secure the vehicle, while another will secure the residence.
6. As suspect exits his vehicle, the Arrest Team will emerge from cover, blocking access to the vehicle and the residence with their Tasers and pepper spray drawn. Arrest team leader will immediately inform the suspect that he is “under arrest and must get down on the ground now–otherwise, force will be used.”
7. Arrest team will close upon suspect, placing them face down on the ground using batons and binding his wrists and ankles using zip ties. If suspect does not immediately comply, Tasers and pepper spray may be used execute the arrest.
8. The Suspect will have an opaque cloth bag placed over his head to prevent spitting and ensure security of the transport and detention center.
9. The suspect will be placed into a secure transport vehicle with covered plates.
Detention

10. The suspect will be informed of his charge and his rights. No names will be given, only “Citizen Enforcement Agent” numbers.
11. Suspect will be transferred to secure holding, preferably below ground, bound to a chair for his safety, and will be restrained and guarded by two or more armed and armored team members at all times.
12. Suspect will be given medical attention, water and bread, and the opportunity to urinate and defecate every four hours.
13. Suspect will be granted one phone call. Attempts to escape or be liberated will result in termination of the call and will be charged additionally as “Evading Arrest”.
Conviction

The police force is a military force sanctioned to fight its own people. Lets be honest though. Everybody loves aggressive action. You take it out on the police and confront them trying to get a reaction. We all love confrontation. The vets aren’t there because they had their fill of adrenaline in war. I have yet to meet a vet that supported the invasion of Iraq, although many do support the war in Afghanistan. People stand behind “ideals” but humans just like the excitement and adventure of conflict. Peace is no fun, if peace was fun no one would fight. Everyone on this forum is having fun fighting the power cause sitting around at peace is boring. We have to accept the fact that we are an angry and aggressive species. I am saddened but not surprised by any of this.
The America I knew is gone. 30 years ago I thought I wanted to be a police officer. In the interview I learned what they were looking for was reasonable, decent people who felt a need to serve their communities, ( since the job really didn’t pay squat ).
In the years since police training has become more and more militant. I talk to young pups going into law enforcement and they can’t wait to have ‘all of that power over other people”. They get a gleam in their eye that worries me to no end.
Police are no longer public servants. They are government servants. And they are in service to a government that only serves itself.
I wish every cop and now, solder in America would look at themselves in a mirror every morning and ask themselves, “Is this who I want to be?”
If this republic is to be saved it is critical that the police and solders stand up for what is right.
There is a long bloody battle coming to this land. I don’t know how it will all turn out when the dust settles, or how many of us will even be around to see. But I feel we will all end up sooner or later standing naked before God who doesn’t give a damn who we worked for or why.

Look at the way these cops handled themselves. They have absolutely no discipline or training in the type of warfare that they are engaged in – medieval.
A platoon in football pads/ helmets armed only with trash can lids and Louisville sluggers could walk through them with even a few weeks drilling. Especially if those drills centered on the PHALANX. I’m not sure about this, but I strongly suspect that a total rout can be prevented if the protesters simply face the advancing police instead of retreating. Don’t make the first violent move, but be calmly ready to fight. Treat the menacing cops just as you would a menacing mugger. Even the most seasoned among them will probably think twice at the prospect of a real fight. It helps to have lots of cameras ready.

Blah blah blah, I have been reading these never ending comments after viewing videos of state sanctioned terrorism for quite a while now. Look, all this blabber is just a waste of everyone’s time. When it comes down to it and when the fascist government pushes just a little too hard there will only be two classes of people in this country.
1. Those who will risk life and limb and fight to the death if necessary for what they believe, or
2. Those who will fold and die under the thumbs of the evil empire while telling themselves that everything is OK and just go about their lives as usual, for as long as they can.
Lord help anyone in the latter category. The sheep mentality has been around for thousands of years. During any massive opression there were always a group of weak souls who simply could not muster the courage to resist. As a counterpart to that reality, there were also always a group who were compelled to fight back no matter what the consequences. In Germany when Hitler began to become very overt about how to handle the “Jewish Problem”, large numbers of well educated but misguided Jews advised to just lay low, not upset the apple cart, not cause waves and the problem will eventually go away. Only too late did the sheep of their time learn that by waiting and taking no action they became the stuff that history was made of. Six million were executed.
Be that as it may, history is bound to repeat itself here in this great country. I can feel the divide growing daily between the sheep people who are blind and don’t want to look at what is going on and the other group, the individuals who are outraged at every new desecration of our freedoms. Personally I am just waiting for a trigger event at this stage to kick things off. I don’t know when or how it will happen but there will be an event that will spark a certain segment of our people into action and then look out.

I agree with some of the comments I have seen recently. The way to stop the police from acting this way is to have thousands upon thousands of protester open carry with rifles and pistols. The police would not be so inclined to start beating protesters who are armed to the teeth. These police doing this are a bunch of cowards who would not do well facing an opponent on a level playing field.

After watching many videos of these creeps beating up unarmed protesters, I can tell you that you will not be successful in any confrontation. They have helmets, face shields, body armor, batons, boots, gas masks, shin and elbow protectors, shields, tear gas, LRAD, rubber bullets, shotgun bean bags, overhead helicopters, radios, vehicles, side arms, lots of training. And what do you have? Nothing, thats what. Just a bunch of unorganized goofballs running to and fro. They own the streets and mean to keep them. A real showdown against tyranny will require an equal or greater amount of training, equipment and manpower. That means getting organized. Start by getting personal protective equipment. Any sports shop or motorcycle and ATV shop can help you with all of that. Gas masks, hearing protection, and other safety equipment can be purchased at online industrial safety sites. Dirt bike body armor will protect you from many injuries, even rubber bullets and bean bags. Don’t be stupid. Study their tactics, develope counter measures, train, purchase effective personal protective equipment. Don’t be victims. The gloves are off and they don’t care about the constitution. It’s just a piece of paper.

Oppressive military always has more equipment. It always has better training, on paper. But it also generally has much worse morale. Occupying soldiers must either refuse to face what their doing, in which case they’re ability to think on their feet in a crisis is greatly hampered, or they must face it and recognize that they’re enemies of the people who surround them, whether they want to be or not. Moreover, body armor is of limited use in the face of rifie fire. Civilians can be as good shots, or better, than most soldiers; it just takes care and practice. (Remember the squirrel-hunting woodsmen and farmers in the Revolutionary War?) The Chinese Communists defeated the more numerous and better-armed Nationalist army.

When the cops have you outnumbered, you really have to think on your feet. But they often don’t, even now. Early one evening last summer I came upon a tense situation at a downtown intersection not far from where I live: 80-odd armored policemen faced several hundred demonstrators who were refusing an unreasonable demand that they disperse. Most of the demonstrators simply waited for the police to fulfil the outrageous threat to fire tear gas into their midst before moving, deliberately for the most part. But, unarmed though we generally were, had we been so inclined, we could have laid waste to the thin line of nervous cops. True, under the circumstances it would’ve been an unreasonable act on our part, but under different circumstances there could’ve been a different result.

One forearm guard, at least, sounds like a good idea to me. It’d help you block a billy-club. I read somewhere that serious body armor might even be deemed illegal (surprise), at least in some places. Demo organizers used to fear even discussing weaponry, as one of the main goals is to maximize turnout, harder to do if one acknowledges the likelihood of violence.

I recall hearing at a Rally in Charlotte, North Carolina at a Rally for Ronald Regan while Jimmy Carter was still President that if it got so bad in Washington that the people couldn’t handle it anymore – because the Constitution says “Government by the People for The People” that we all march down to Washinton go into those Government offices and lift out and vacate from those offices the officials and Reps no longer wanted for those offices and tell them to by the order of the people we no longer want their services and that they are dismissed of their duties! ( Fired )
Of course it was stated more elegantly by a spokesman for Regan, however it sure seems like a good solution for today! North America has become a breeding ground for criminal thug government representatives! May God put his hand to this task!

What is needed is a class action law suit across the board against PA et al. Luke was on the job thus infowars…et al. a case on that note! Luke did the right thing by not fighting back, there was no one there to cover his back! He was on the front lines and sometimes you have to take a beating to save your own life/future. It was not his time to kick arse. He is a wise man, what he brought us is priceless and who knows what his future treasures to us all may be. I for one appreciate his valor! I have been on the front lines many times ‘am a woman’ and had my arse kicked many times ‘jackbooted and beaten in front of an American Consulate whilst the armed Americans watched and listened ‘was in the NL’ was working for special ops at the time…point being, the front lines are not a tea party and wisdom out ranks might at the end of the day (anyone with a functioning brain knows it would have taken some serious technology to fight the thugs, I dunno know bout y’all but I fight to win and if I can’t win on the spot, is ok cause the game aint over yet) After all, they do see this all as a game.

When a group of thousands ofcops with batons,guns,tasers,pepperspray,sound-weapon attack a peacefull assenbly that protest against the government- and declare that assembly for being un-lawfull, a crime ,as defined in the constitution, is being excecuted -by the cops. So, the civilians have ,allso according to the constitution , all right and authority to make a citizens arrest.IF ALL demonstrtors take part the cops will stand down-they are cowards and only heroic when in a gang. To neutralise taser-slingers childrens water-pistols can be used to spray the taser-attacker with water and short-circuit it; it may actually taser the tasering moron! I have an older uncle who is a retired County Sheriff’s Deputy and he told me that the vast majority of police today are trained to be extremely aggressive and many are emotionally and psychologically unstable. Also steroid abuse is epidemic among young officers making them violent and unpredictable. He said the recent surge in brutality and para-military tactics is no accident because the mind-set has gone from establishing cooperation and trust to inciting fear and intimidation.

I’m a Deputy in Texas and I believe in the First Amendment to the US Constituion and swore an oath to uphold and protect that right! Police Officers that go against peaceful protesters are breaking their oaths and have no honor and dont deserve to wear a badge! God save the Republic!

Demonstrations do no good anymore unless the Establishments’ media-arm is on side, and that is only when they can manipulate to benefit TPTB, therefore a different approach is called for.
Perhaps when enough people have opened their eyes to our draconian futures, then it will only take one wrong move by TPTB to cause the people to say NO MORE en-masse.
The future looks very dark in all Western countries, and many others as well, but only we the people can change it. I would not suggest revolution in the usual sense as this only results in mass casualties, although it may in fact begin this way. Possibly a mass opting out for a year or two, or refusal to go to workplaces until our countries be returned to those whose forebears built them.
To live without a regular income is not impossible, and many would be surprised at just how well you can do it and I speak from experience. TPTB thrive on violence among the people, but a mass opting out, may in fact leave them dumbfounded.
