Missouri Governor Stands Behind MIAC Smear Report

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has defended a report issued by the Missouri Information Analysis Center that smears Ron Paul supporters, people who have knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, and people who display political bumper stickers as potential domestic terrorists.
As we revealed in our exclusive report last week, a leaked secret report distributed by the federal Missouri Information Analysis Center lists Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag and equates them with radical race hate groups and terrorists.
The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists and instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties.
The MIAC report does not concentrate on Muslim terrorists, but rather on the so-called “militia movement” and conflates it with supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, the so-called patriot movement and other political activist organizations opposed to the North American Union and the New World Order.

Governor Nixon defended the report yesterday, stating, “Getting information, especially public information, out of our fusion center out to local law enforcement agencies is we do every day and we’re going to continue to do,” said Nixon. “Any way they take that information and can analyze what the threat levels are is important to make sure the public stays safe.”
Both Governor Nixon and the Missouri Information Analysis Center may have acted foolishly in refusing to denounce the report for what it is – a completely inaccurate smear which if anything makes America less safe from terrorists because it identifies as terrorists some of the most patriotic groups one can imagine.
The fact that the document clearly constitutes libel and defamation has not gone unnoticed by Chuck Baldwin, Ron Paul and Bob Barr, who have agreed to pursue legal action if the report is not withdrawn.
The three former presidential candidates have sent a letter to Missouri officials protesting the MIAC report. Appearing on The Alex Jones Show yesterday, Baldwin said that he and his fellow letter signatories will consider legal action if the letter does not result in a repudiation of the MIAC report and its absurd allegations.

if we the people would just reclaim our “sovereign citizenship” things of this nature could never happen, because as is stands as of right now if you have not reclaimed your “sovereign citizenship” you have no rights no declaration of independence rights, amendment rights, or any other right for that matter, THIS IS FACT that has been proven in the courts time after time,the only thing you have is 14th amendment privileges which can be given or taken at any time by the grantee.

Explain, mathematically, how anyone could be any sort of a 1/3rd of race, tribe, nation,etc. It’s an impossibitity. It works on 1/2’s. and powers of two. not thirds. It’s like saying you have 3 bilogical parents. It doesn’t happen. The provision is on page 98 of the 310 page pdf file I downloaded. This just prevents participants in the program from engaging in any political activities using their position within the program to gain a “certain” political outcome. The participants must be politically nuetral while in the program.

If Chuck Baldwin, Ron Paul and Bob Barr are indeed serious about pursuing a lawsuit over this matter, they should seriously looking into bring this as a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the Governor personally and MIAC based on a defamation claim on behalf of themselves, members of the Campaign for Liberty, the members of the Libertarian Party, and the Constitution Party. There are standards that have to be met in order to have a class action lawsuit, there must be more than 30 people affected, their damages must be ascertainable, the class representatives must be typical of the group they seek to represent etc. Each of these men are arguably the subject of slander because they are equated with being terrorist just like the members of the groups.
The Governor can ignore a letter, he cannot ignore a $30 billion lawsuit on behalf of the thousands of people in Missouri this report slanders as criminals and terrorists.

Enough with the threats– Mr. Paul, Mr. Baldwin, Mr. Barr– please file a law suit immediately in US district court. Sue these jerks into the stone age. Also ask for a few hundred million dollars in punitive damages from the state of Missouri– that will teach the voters in that state to vote better people into office. (Agree to drop the punitive damages if the governor resigns or is recalled; and the new governor recalls and denounces the MIAC document.)
Anyone stopped or harassed by the Missouri [state or local] police for having bumper stickers should immediately file a civil rights complaint in their local FBI office. The from page of the official FBI web site claims that they will act on these kinds of complaints with high priority. It is a violation of at least 3 US codes, with a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison for each violation.
This is serious stuff, and it should be treated as serious. NO MORE SILLY THREATS– JUST DO IT.

I wish that would work Ken but I believe that the F.B.I. avoids going after corrupt police.
I personally was kidnapped off of posted private property where I lived , by crooked Hallam,Pa. cops who took a bribe to violate my rights. (and laughed about it as they bragged that no-one could stop them)
They did a daylight home-invasion and stole what they wanted from my house after threatening me with weapons and no-one would come forward to testify against them.
The only justice I see possible is that which you can physically go and get for yourself.
The belief in good cops doing what is right is overshadowed by the fact that bad cops will “terminate” the good cops.

I think that once it is common knowledge that patriots are fighting in the streets and not simply rival gangs fighting over turff, then the general public will understand that their friends and family are out there and deserve help and cooperation.
Until we reach that point of maximum-momentum, we cannot expect an organized resistance to be successful .
1) We need to communicate our existence and our purpose.
2) We need to allow enough damage by this illigitimate government to where the general population can appreciate the concept of a domestic war for independence and cannot dispute it’s need.
3) We need to establish communication on a massive level (kinda like Alex’s show could do?) because the people hunger for the truth and for a sense of connectedness with those in the field. We are on the same side as our forefathers and that must be made clear.
Those are three things that should be adhered to because they cement an unspoken understanding between patriots and allow the cooperation between the non-combatants who will “see nothing” and the brave footsoldiers who will risk their lives for freedom.
That’s how I see it anyways.

I do not believe that numerology adding to 666 will be the deciding factor. I think Governor Nixion will change his tone when it’s time for his reelection. The man sounds like he is either dumb and is total scum or he is totally bought and paid off. Either case it doesn’t matter, I think there should be a citizen movement in Missouri to have this guy recalled or give him a good political lashing. It is refreshing to know that people in America are not putting up with these Nazi ass tactics and that these policing methods serve to drive a rift in the relationship with the general public. Remember Police and law enforcement is to serve us the public not the other way around. We are not as dumb as they perceive us, they use the disguise of public safety which in turn to harass and abuse us, to use the authority that we the people grant them to do such things to us is wrong on it’s face value. We are not the terrorists YOU ARE! In time the abusers will be in turn abused themselves.

I am from Jefferson City, the capital of Missouri. I have personally met Mr. Nixon on several occasions, as I went to high school and played sports with his youngest son. I can say that Jay Nixon seemed to be the last thing from a NWO puppet, he perhaps even knows nothing about “the new world order”.
Yet this position he takes on the MIAC report is outrageous. This may cause him to loose his re-election chances, because Missouri is a big state, full of great patriots who will not allow this libel to go unnoticed. There are many Ron Paul supporters in the Show Me State, myself being one of them, I did not and will not ever vote for Nixon (altough I have respect for him as a family man).
On the lighter side of things, Missouri does have one of the best damn conservation departments in the country, and that is something to be proud of! The Missouri Department of Conservation cares so much about preserving and protecting the natural Ozark wilderness, I have worked for and with them many times, had family work life long careers with them, and the department is truly one of missouri’s great departments.

I read the MIAC as posted by Alex. Scary. My best guess is that it was written by some low-level bureaucrat in DC… pretty accurate summary of everything the Paranoids fear but without any rebuttals to the positions held by the rebels.
It gave me a chuckle that martial was misspelled (marshal). Sounds like there is LSD in their Kool Aid. I’m not sure if we are in Oz (teleprompter messiah) or have fallen down the rabbit hole into Wonderland.
It’s funny that they have such a short list of alleged militia activities, fewer than 2/year. Some of the alleged crimes sound like false flag operations (to discredit any potential movements) and quite disorganized. Other of the alleged militia activities sound like nut-job stuff. If you’re going to do something, do it right, don’t act like kids on Prozac. Poor prior preparation predicates pretty poor performance.

This is interesting– “A local talk show in Northern Michigan had a caller yesterday who had e-mailed the Missouri State Police headquartersand left a message stating his “dislike and objections” to the MIAC training report. Two days later the FBI office IN TRAVERSE CITY, MICHIGAN called him on the phone and required he report to their FBI office in T.C. ASAP wanting to “have a talk” with him.
