Missouri National Guard Train to Kill “Militia Insurgents” in Exercise

The Missouri National Guard is training to engage in combat with “militia” groups, according to the News Tribune.
“During the battalion’s annual training exercise, eight members of the Jefferson City-based unit, acting as a fictitious militant group, attempted to disrupt the battalion’s operations through attacks and harassment. The battalion’s other two units, the Kansas City-based 205th Area Support Medical Company, and the Springfieldbased 206th Area Support Medical Company, fended off the attacks while performing their medical duties,” the newspaper reported on June 30.

The article was written by Silas Allen, a journalist with the Pentagon. In 2006, the Pentagon officially announced it would declare psychological warfare on the American people by planting propaganda in the corporate media and the Allen article is a less than covert part of this process.
An earlier article written by Silas Allen, also posted on the News Tribune website, details a Missouri National Guard unit practicing basic convoy operations during a training exercise in the Black Hills of South Dakota on June 14. During the exercise, an “insurgent group” with “a reputation for harassing convoys with ambushes and improvised explosive devices,” attacks the Guard convoy. “The unit was also told to look out for civilians trying to approach the convoy on the battlefield. The civilians could be working with the insurgent group or could simply have a legitimate complaint,” Allen writes.
The two exercises serve as prime examples of an orchestrated attempt by the government to train soldiers to militarily confront domestic “militia” groups.
In April, a leaked DHS report on “rightwing extremism” said “right-wing militias” will recruit veterans returning from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. “DHS/I&A assesses that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat,” the report claims. “These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists — including lone wolves or small terrorist cells — to carry out violence.”
The corporate media hyped the supposed threat posed by “lone wolves” after white supremacist and probable government operative James von Brunn allegedly attacked the Holocaust museum in Washington. “The lone wolf is what concerns the Washington field office, what concerns the FBI the most,” John Perren, head of the counterterrorism branch at the FBI’s Washington field office, told the Associated Press.
After Von Brunn’s brutal attack, the corporate media shill and government disinfo operative Glenn Beck attempted to link 9/11 truth activists to the deranged accused killer. The corporate media has attempted to link truth activists and patriots to the Von Brunn incident and an earlier one in Pittsburgh.
A report produced by the Missouri State Police, entitled “The Modern Militia Movement,” specifically characterizes constitutionalists and Ron Paul supporters as domestic terrorists. “Red flags outlined in the document include political bumper stickers such as those for U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, talk of conspiracy theories such as the plan for a mega-highway from Canada to Mexico and possession of subversive literature,” the Missouri Information Analysis Center report states.

In March, the United States Army Reserve Command published a Force Protection Advisory recommending “situational awareness” and “mitigation measures” in response to End the Fed protests. On November 22, 2008, Alex Jones led a rally at the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas Texas. The Dallas protest is specifically mentioned in the official Army document. Ron Paul’s brother was also in attendance. The event was monitored by the Pentagon.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates has recommended merging the National Guard into the “Total Force” of the U.S. military. “The recommendations that are so disturbing are those involving the assimilation the National Guard and Reserves into the regular US military, under control and management of the DoD,” writes Carolyn Harris.
The DoD currently trains its employees to regard protest as a form of domestic terrorism. “It has come to our attention that the Department of Defense’s Annual Level I Antiterrorism (AT) Training for 2009 misinforms Department of Defense (DoD) personnel that certain First Amendment-protected activity may amount to ‘low level terrorism,’” complained the ACLU last month.
The federalized National Guard has increasingly engaged in training exercises and drills designed to confront the American people. The exercises in Missouri and South Dakota reveal how the government is brainwashing troops to consider constitutionalists and patriots as “insurgents” who will attack military checkpoints and convoys.
In February, the National Guard conducted an “urban military” training mission in Arcadia, California. The Guard conducted a reconnaissance operation in the small town “to identify possible locations of the weapons dealer,” according to the Times Herald. The DHS, MIAC, the Virginia Fusion Center and others have characterized Second Amendment supporters and activists as potential terrorists.
National Guard troops in Ohio, New York, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Kentucky have deployed to conduct exercises against the American people, including taking over schools and jails and assuming police functions illegal under the Posse Comitatus Act. National Guard troops were used to control the public during the Boston Marathon, the Kentucky Derby, and during New Year celebrations in Times Square last year.

Not to defend Matt, I’m not. And I thought it was a bit weird/odd that when you click on the “contact” link for said site, that it automatically tried to sign me in to my old service provider. But people that attend Ozzfest festivals pay to be there. That money is then used to hire contractors to clean-up. People in public parks don’t generally pay an admission fee, and it is the tax payers who pay the parkeys to clean up. Yeah, maybe the picnic folk were taxpayers too, but it’s still taking advantage to use the facillity and then not clean-up after yourself all on the taxpayer dime. I know our government is tyrannical and capable of false flag scenarios but the reality is there are many “lone wolf’s” out there pissed off about losing liberties and willing to take physical action about it. Peacefully is not the only way, but violence isn’t the only way either. We can see from 9/11 the government used a violent approach to set the precedent for action. Violence is necessary to invoke action sometimes. To think that violence will win the war is foolish, you cannot remain violent and have peace, and isn’t that what this is really all about. This will be about self defense, there is still a charter of human rights ,and when violated, a person can defend themselves. conclude1111 is absolutely correct in my mind. I was at a protest/rally recently and I watched security come around and tell an individual that she could not climb up on this alcove. She got down and security left. Two more protesters climbed up and again security told them to get down. Finally 6 or 7 people showed up and climbed the alcove. Security came around, looked and walked away. Numbers do count for something.

I know things, just things. I’ve seen much and they know I know. The question is, how long, how much longer before those things come to pass. With the things I know and have seen, and of the length of time before other things come to pass, do you think you are prepared? If that wasn’t bad enough, it isn’t just those things I’ve mentioned above, it’s these other things I’m referencing now, for those are the truly terrible things. And some of those things, I haven’t even yet seen, but I did see the other things and can only imagine how terrible these new things are. The funny thing… there won’t be a choice.
Once it hits the fan… everyone will be in the fight, regardless if they wished to be or not.
Like many revolutions, it will be a slow movement, that gains momentum as more people see their brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, and children slaughtered like meat, by the Government.
Many report that there were NO insurgents when America came to Iraq, but after a few months of the mass slaughter of their loved ones, they banned together, and started to fight back.Then the lone gun men came out, with an AK-47 to shoot back at the American troops who raped, murdered or tortured their family members. This will be what happens, when SHTF here. It will take a while, before real outrage hits the American Sheep, and that, only after it HITS HOME.

When asked what the militia was, George Mason, one of the framers of the U.S. Constitution, said:
“Who are the Militia? They consist now of the whole people, except a few public officials.”
Yet, we also see statutes like 10 USC 311, which defines it as “All able-bodied males at least 17 years old of age and except as provided in Section 13 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States.” Some state statutes define it as “able-bodied males” of different age ranges, such as 16 through 59.
These statues also divide the Militia into various classes, such as “organized” or “unorganized,” in the case of 10 USC 311, or “active” and “reserve”, as many states do, with “active” being considered the National or State Guards, but not the National Armed Forces.
To understand how these definitions have arisen, one must first understand what the framers of the U.S. Constitution had in mind for the new Republic they had created. They allowed for a standing National Army, but instead that it be kept small. Although it might be the first force to be called out, and the only force to be sent abroad, the primary defense of the country was to be the duty of the ordinary citizens, who would be kept in a state of military readiness while leading their normal lives. They would be called up to “repel invasions, suppress insurrections, or execute the laws”, for limited periods of time. At the time the Constitution was adopted in 1789, the well-established tradition was for local militia units to be kept in a state of readiness in each and every community. Such units were organized and trained locally, perhaps led by the local town or county officials, but otherwise independent of official control when not actually called up for service.
When law-makers tried to define the “militia” by statute to consist of less than the entire body of citizens, they were defining those citizens who would be kept in a state of readiness, as was done in the Militia Act of 1792, which required able-bodied males age 17 through 44 to keep a “musket or firelock”. However, persons younger than 18 and older than 45 regularly responded to call-ups of the Militia and were accepted as part of it. There were even some women who participated.
The framers also insisted on a distinction between the “genuine” Militia and a “select” Militia, which they viewed as a danger, just as much a danger as a standing army. They did not want a Militia whose members might consist of anything less than the entire people, or at least able-bodied ones in a certain age range, because if selected on any other basis, they might be used to oppress other parts of the population.
Actually, George Mason provided the best definition. It only needs to be broken out into various classes, representing the order in which persons would be called out for military service. Qualifications like “able-bodied” or “male” or “age 18-44″ only establish who would be first called to service, with the expectation that they would be adequate for almost any situation, but it allows for calling up other persons if needed.

In otherwards, all able bodied citizens can join the militia and have the right to bear arms in order to uphold the constituition. Any other definition of militia was considered illegal by the founders of America, so the term National Guard has no legal meat or bones according to the Militia Act. The National Guard is not even the correct name for the so called ’select’ militia it shoud be the STATE GUARD (the state that it resides in), but even a state guard that is strictly and exclusively controlled by D.C. is illegal, it is the ABLE BODIED CITIZENS who actually ‘call the shots’ of the STATE MILITIA. If anything, Washington, D.C. is declaring war on any citizen when it creates a National Guard in any state and gives orders to ’shoot’ at citizens who want the constituition to be followed by all levels of govt and who belong to the ‘genuine’ militia that it fears will usurp their all inclusive control-freak system. In a few words, Washington, D.C. has declared its’ own Constituition ultra vires. So why don’t the dumb dorks just rip up the constituition on a presribed date and time on national television because they now consider it nothing but legal ‘trash’ anyways?

It is sad that most people will never understand this but once a national guardsmen, army soldier, reservist or any other member of any other military faction of the u.s. government opens fire on a citizen of this country who has not comitted a crime and is simply defending his civil rights…..it is now a revolutionary war! And they have only prepared for this and are only able to prepare for this….their would be no way to control the entire american populous if it decided that the government has to go…so the information is the key and the media will be the largest part of dismantling any revolution….for example….if some law abiding citizen in arkansas decideds that the government has no right to come into his home with no warrant and no charges to arrest him and take his firearms and put him in prison simply because he knows he is entitled to a constitionaly protected list of civil liberties and he decides to protect those constitutionally protected rights with force as the constituion says should be done if the government is abusing its rights….it will never be reported that way by the media….he will be portrayed as a terrorist who was suspected of planning a future attack on some innocent american people….see how easy that was! The middle class gun toting beer drinking flag waving americans are the ones that need to be controlled. On a separate note. I had some thoughts on this recent climate bill. I think that that Alex is missing the bigger picture. He sees the fire but not the gasoline that’s actually igniting it. Conservatives tend to only focus on government when draconian measures are taken. That’s because government is the conduit which allows these actions to take place. But who’s pulling the strings of our bought off Congress members? It’s corporate lobbyists. If people are forced to buy new windows in their homes because they’re not properly sealed, buy new more energy efficient light bulbs and air conditioners, who really benefits? It’s the privately owned industries that produce those very items. They now have a government mandate to enforce future sales. But conservatives don’t want to admit that because it exposes massive holes in their free-market principles. The fact is that when you have a decadent country which allows individuals to get filthy rich, you’re always going to have government collusion and corruption. It’s always going to end up like this. ALWAYS! The wealthy will never develop a conscience, I assure you.

1.) She may be preparing a run for the presidency. (how not being undependable would help that I do not know)
2.) There may actually be some personal problems.
3.) There seem to be credible rumors that she seemed to take a kick back to throw some contracts in exchange for her house being built – possible indictment.
4.) She may have been telling the truth – She could no longer function as governor and the legal bills and toll on her family were killing her.

You are exactly right. I just hope we use our brains let our national guard know whats really going on here with these politicians who seem to be following the one world agenda in getting rid of our constitution and our bill of rights and our sovernity and then declaring at some point martial law on us all because of some economic breakdown or flu epidemic because of the plans of the bankers behind the federal reserve and their agenda to control all of us within the American system and put a chip in each one of us by 2017 as the bilderbergs have decided in May of this past year. You then can’t buy or sell products without having that chip in your arm or on your person. Ron Paul and their supporters and the recent DHS report to law enforcement agencies concerning we the people who don’t believe in abortion or even believe in end-time prophesies concerning our Lord Jesus Christ. How absurd they would release a report like that. But the question is what is their agenda really in all of that and what are they trying to condition our law enforcement agencies too really. The loss of our individual rights as american citizens eventually if you don’t agree with them. We need to let all of our american people know what is really going on here whereever we go in this society of ours and get ahold of our representatives and demand they stand for our consitution and our bill of rights in this country. The Scriptures speak of 2 (Two) comings: The first, was when Christ came as Man to offer us redemption because of the fact that He is God and those who are called by the Father will respond to Christ. The second is when He will come agin in glory to judge the living and the dead. There is not going to be any “rapture”. This is a mis-understanding of The Word. There is no “secret coming” of Christ. Why would God call us to reach out to a lost and dying world and then right before He is going to return cause the very ones who can offer the hope of Christ to a lost and dying world. Thank you for the kind words sir, The key to any victory militarily is to outsmart your enemy, without outsmarting yourself. If the U.S. military truly opens up its true potential[ or any U.N. force for that matter] without being held back by political correctness or niceties and goes after civilians full bore, we don’t stand a chance of beating them in open combat. Best case scenario is to lay low in the beginning and wait for a chance to hit them in a way where we can gain control of some of their hardware.
Now, all patriots should be studying how to operate, and conceal these pieces of technology, as well as learning all they can about the tactics and strategy of urban insurgencies. Once again I think it would be beneficial to put a more public and helpful face on the militia organizations across the country. As it stands now most people who are uninformed only see us as Mcveigh’s and Unabomber’s. These are just my opinions of course, take from them what you will. I’m open to any suggestions or criticism, as I know that there are a lot of bright people here with valuable opinions to share.

The federal government is conducting these exercises with the blessing of the u.S. constitution. These and other activities are condoned by invoking the so-called 14th amendment. This un-ratified and un-Constitutional mandate nullifies all amendments that precede it.
When the federal government can define who and what is a Citizen. It can regulate said citizen with any statute the courts have approved. Without this so-called amendment the federal government would not have the authority to police the citizens. Nor dictate the Citizen to pay a federal income tax. The Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) to the United States Constitution, along with the Thirteenth and Fifteenth Amendments, was adopted after the Civil War as one of the Reconstruction Amendments. It was adopted on July 9, 1868.
The amendment provides a broad definition of citizenship, overruling Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857) which had excluded slaves, and their descendants, from possessing Constitutional rights and was used in the mid-20th century to dismantle racial segregation in the United States, as in Brown v. Board of Education (1954). Its Due Process Clause has been used to apply most of the Bill of Rights to the states. This clause has also been used to recognize: (1) substantive due process rights, such as parental and marriage rights; and (2) procedural due process rights requiring that certain steps, such as a hearing, be followed before a person’s “life, liberty, or property” can be taken away. The amendment’s Equal Protection Clause requires states to provide equal protection under the law to all people within their jurisdictions. The amendment also includes a number of clauses dealing with the Confederate states and their officials.

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Article I
Section 1. All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
Section 2. The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states, and the electors in each state shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the state legislature.
No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen.

The actual Enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years, in such manner as they shall by law direct. The number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty thousand, but each state shall have at least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the state of New Hampshire shall be entitled to choose three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three.
When vacancies happen in the Representation from any state, the executive authority thereof shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies.
The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment.
Section 3. The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, chosen by the legislature thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote.
Immediately after they shall be assembled in consequence of the first election, they shall be divided as equally as may be into three classes. The seats of the Senators of the first class shall be vacated at the expiration of the second year, of the second class at the expiration of the fourth year, and the third class at the expiration of the sixth year, so that one third may be chosen every second year; and if vacancies happen by resignation, or otherwise, during the recess of the legislature of any state, the executive thereof may make temporary appointments until the next meeting of the legislature, which shall then fill such vacancies.
No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the age of thirty years, and been nine years a citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen.
The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided.
The Senate shall choose their other officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the office of President of the United States.
The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.
Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law.
Section 4. The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations, except as to the places of choosing Senators.
The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.
Section 5. Each House shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members, and a majority of each shall constitute a quorum to do business; but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the attendance of absent members, in such manner, and under such penalties as each House may provide.
Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.
Each House shall keep a journal of its proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such parts as may in their judgment require secrecy; and the yeas and nays of the members of either House on any question shall, at the desire of one fifth of those present, be entered on the journal.
Neither House, during the session of Congress, shall, without the consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.
Section 6. The Senators and Representatives shall receive a compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place.
No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time: and no person holding any office under the United States, shall be a member of either House during his continuance in office.
Section 7. All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.
Every bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a law, be presented to the President of the United States; if he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the objections at large on their journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the bill, it shall be sent, together with the objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a law. But in all such cases the votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and nays, and the names of the persons voting for and against the bill shall be entered on the journal of each House respectively. If any bill shall not be returned by the President within ten days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be a law, in like manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their adjournment prevent its return, in which case it shall not be a law.
Every order, resolution, or vote to which the concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the same shall take effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the rules and limitations prescribed in the case of a bill.
Section 8. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow money on the credit of the United States;
To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;
To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;
To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States;
To establish post offices and post roads;
To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;
To constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;
To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations;
To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;
To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;
To provide and maintain a navy;
To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;
To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings;–And
To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.
Section 9. The migration or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person.
The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it.
No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.
No tax or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any state.
No preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one state over those of another: nor shall vessels bound to, or from, one state, be obliged to enter, clear or pay duties in another.
No money shall be drawn from the treasury, but in consequence of appropriations made by law; and a regular statement and account of receipts and expenditures of all public money shall be published from time to time.
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.
Section 10. No state shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marque and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts, or grant any title of nobility.
No state shall, without the consent of the Congress, lay any imposts or duties on imports or exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing its inspection laws: and the net produce of all duties and imposts, laid by any state on imports or exports, shall be for the use of the treasury of the United States; and all such laws shall be subject to the revision and control of the Congress.
No state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.
Article II
Section 1. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows:
Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector.
The electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for two persons, of whom one at least shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves. And they shall make a list of all the persons voted for, and of the number of votes for each; which list they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates, and the votes shall then be counted. The person having the greatest number of votes shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such majority, and have an equal number of votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately choose by ballot one of them for President; and if no person have a majority, then from the five highest on the list the said House shall in like manner choose the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by States, the representation from each state having one vote; A quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. In every case, after the choice of the President, the person having the greatest number of votes of the electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal votes, the Senate shall choose from them by ballot the Vice President.
The Congress may determine the time of choosing the electors, and the day on which they shall give their votes; which day shall be the same throughout the United States.
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
In case of the removal of the President from office, or of his death, resignation, or inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, the same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by law provide for the case of removal, death, resignation or inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what officer shall then act as President, and such officer shall act accordingly, until the disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
The President shall, at stated times, receive for his services, a compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that period any other emolument from the United States, or any of them.
Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:–”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Section 2. The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.
He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.
The President shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session.
Section 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.
Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Article III
Section 1. The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
Section 2. The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;–to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;–to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;–to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;–to controversies between two or more states;–between a state and citizens of another state;– between citizens of different states;–between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.
In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.
The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall
be by jury; and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.
Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.
Article IV
Section 1. Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.
Section 2. The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states.
A person charged in any state with treason, felony, or other crime, who shall flee from justice, and be found in another state, shall on demand of the executive authority of the state from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction of the crime.
No person held to service or labor in one state, under the laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in consequence of any law or regulation therein, be discharged from such service or labor, but shall be delivered up on claim of the party to whom such service or labor may be due.
Section 3. New states may be admitted by the Congress into this union; but no new states shall be formed or erected within the jurisdiction of any other state; nor any state be formed by the junction of two or more states, or parts of states, without the consent of the legislatures of the states concerned as well as of the Congress.
The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to prejudice any claims of the United States, or of any particular state.
Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
Article VI
All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
Article VII
The ratification of the conventions of nine states, shall be sufficient for the establishment of this Constitution between the states so ratifying the same.

The Conventions of a number of the States having, at the time of adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added, and as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution;
Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two-thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States; all or any of which articles, when ratified by three-fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the said Constitution, namely:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Amendment XI

Amendment XIII

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Amendment XIV

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed. Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Amendment XVII

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. Amendment XVIII

After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.

The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
Section 2. The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.
Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. Section 5. Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.

Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

I agree with your thoughts on the American Revolution and Sparta, however your more modern examples fail to state the fact that those two insurrection’s were essentially proxy wars fought between superpowers. If a civilian insurrection took place in our time who would be our proxy? In the revolutionary war the patriots had an industrial base, uncomparable to England’s of course, but nonetheless capable of manufacturing a decent amount of fire power. Not to mention the help of the french and natives. I don’t think that we have the same chances against a military like we face today. Go ahead call me a coward its OK I will stand and fight. Although, I feel to no avail.

That’s a good point, no doubt but the proxies only speeded things up. Help comes from strange places at the lest expected times. Who can say who would help the American people this time around but someone would. In this day and age though the people would benefit from a proxy they wouldn’t necessarily need one. Back then it was army against army, today it wouldn’t be like that at all, at least not in the conventional sense. I’m not going to call you names for giving a good opinion. No one knows for sure what will happen but I feel the odds favor the people.

Thank you for the kind words sir, The key to any victory militarily is to outsmart your enemy, without outsmarting yourself. If the U.S. military truly opens up its true potential[ or any U.N. force for that matter] without being held back by political correctness or niceties and goes after civilians full bore, we don’t stand a chance of beating them in open combat. Best case scenario is to lay low in the beginning and wait for a chance to hit them in a way where we can gain control of some of their hardware.
Now, all patriots should be studying how to operate, and conceal these pieces of technology, as well as learning all they can about the tactics and strategy of urban insurgencies. Once again I think it would be beneficial to put a more public and helpful face on the militia organizations across the country. As it stands now most people who are uninformed only see us as Mcveigh’s and Unabomber’s. These are just my opinions of course, take from them what you will. I’m open to any suggestions or criticism, as I know that there are a lot of bright people here with valuable opinions to share.

You don’t fight an army that’s been designed and built to win conventional wars by fighting them conventionally, you fight them using unconventional tactics and strategies. One thing a conventional force doesn’t respond well to is unconventional attacks. Attrition and psychological warfare is how you defeat a stronger opponent. I agree with you 110%. But there is also a P.R. front, and right now militias are getting creamed, which will lead to what I discussed earlier. Sorry, but the loss of my rights, my home, my job, etc. is not a “spiritual problem”, they are real, physical, and practical problems, with real, physical, and practical solutions. I do not look at seeking the truth and understanding of these matters as a “spiritual” pursuit, anymore than looking through an automobile repair manual is. I need to find out how it works, how to identify the problem, and how to conduct the repair.
No, the church needs to to either lead the way, or get out of the way, but either way, the machine of government is no longer working as it is supposed to, it has become a real and present danger to us, and there are definite causes, and definite fixes. The churches have been worse than useless, and have kept people’s ignorant and complacent heads so far up in the spiritual clouds, for so long now, as to make most Christians of no earthly good. Time to come back down and be the good stewards over the earth that we were commanded to be, and that means stopping our prayers and meditations long enough to tie our own boot laces, put one foot after another, head out the door, and get on with it, instead of beseeching God to fix every problem that is of our own making, and which are certainly within our own power to remedy.
God honors the doer of His word, not the sayer. Faith without action is dead faith. The churches have become the instrument of evil men, because they have stopped being the instigators of real change, the pursuers of real justice, and have instead become pacifiers. All evil needs to triumph is for good men to do nothing, and if the best the churches can do is make sure that good men indeed do absolutely nothing while evil takes over their government and their house and steals everything they have, murders their families, and makes them slaves, then I say the churches are evil and that they serve Satan.

This type of trainning is done in prep. for Iraq or Afghanistan. Am don’t think the gov. is any good but lets tell it the way it is. I have done this trainning and I have been over in Iraq. The trainning is prep. for over seas.

First to LRS, if you have truly served thank you. I however must correct you on the statement the training is only for use only in overseas campains. There are several military bases in the last 8 years that were constructed strickly to give real life Middle East feel to the troops. During the troops stay at these facilities, they patrol mock towns constructed to look, sound and smell like any Iraqi or Afghanistan town. The actors all dress in traditional clothing and those who can speak in the native dialect do.
The training mentioned in the above article is not for over “there” but for here. I now this because I have spent most of my adult life in service of this nation, as well as a private contractor from time to time. I’m guessing I’m about 15 to 30 years older than most who post on this website and have first hand seen the uglyness of war more than my share. So when I tell you I wish and pray everyday some peaceful way is found to rid this once great nation of the corruption, it’s my hearts true desire. I however know we have gone to far for any peaceful means to take back this nation short of “God” himself doing it.
And for those who believe “we the people” can not defeat our Government’s military not only not know history, but lack a real grasp of reality. It has been the lack of in your face action and civil disobedance with a big helping of passive leadership that has brought this nation to where it is today. Any war does not go as “planed”. War is a very fluid, unperdictible clash between two or more groupes of people with a marked begining, and which no side can predict it’s outcome.
Yes wars take money, troops, materials and other support to make it run as soomthly as possible. And usually the side with the most has the upper hand, but it still does not asure victory. The truly most importain factor which will decide who wins, is what side believes in their cause the most! The side who believes their cause is truly worth giving their life for and to the last man will win. History is filled with many examples of well armed great armies who lost to much smaller foes. Also one must have faith and hope. If you believe theres no “hope” for your cause or ” faith” in those who believe as you, you have lost before you’ve started.
What is really needed here is true Leadership. You not going to find it in any politican, media host or a fowl mouth ranting slacker who yells “TO WAR!”. What is needed is a person who believes in the cause, who put others first and ask his men to do nothing he would not do himself. He’s the first in line to charge in, but has the smarts to know when not to. He doesn’t seek fame or glory for his own and has peace for the true goal.
Untill we as a people have real leadership, this coming war,( and it’s coming very soon) will be a cluster at first. It will be long, bloody and many will suffer but in the end we will have our nation back in control of the people. But we must at all cost insure we are not trading one tyrant for another.
God bless all of you, keep preparing and remember it is better to live free for a short time than a life time in chains!

These last few months, I’m starting to get this feeling like something is going to happen. I don’t think our soldiers would ever fight against us when we will be in a crisis.
I was in the army, and whatever my orders would have been, I would never have pointed my gun to a innocent american civilian.
But what I do think what could be a threath for america are all those latinos en blacks, wo are already a big problem and a large crime factor. Also these kind of people are the most economic weakest people and have it in their genes to start looting when they see the social structures of the white people having problems. And at that time, we will need to protect ourselves against those people if we don’t want to lose our great way of living.
Those people think we got our wealth by doing nothing, and will soon also want our wealth by doing nothing but violence. America is starting to realize we will need to push those people back over our borders, and those kind of trainings prepares the troops to do so.

The day you all can love and support one another regardless of religion or whatever floats your boat is the day you strike fear into

I totally agree St. Michael (nice jewish name – in hebrew I believe it means, “who is like god?). Anyway, divide and conquer is the name of the game. Many posters here just don’t get it and I occasionally find myself getting tossed into the frey (never said I was perfect). Truthfully, I don’t know if anyone has the answer to all of this. It certainly makes sense to physically prepare (e.g., get in good physical shape, store food, water and medicine, buy a gun or 2 or 3, etc.) but as for the best way to defeat the elite, I’m not sure. One thing I am sure of is that we all have to get the word out to as many as possible, do as much research as our brains can handle and not preach religion to anyone, because that will only limit our ranks.

We are not here to convert people to our beliefs. I believe in God as do many of you. Others do not. Their disbelief is a matter that only God can sort out. There is nothing wrong with sharing knowledge of your beliefs and it is up to the person you approach to accept or reject it. If my brother says to me he can’t accept what I’ve tried to share with him, it does not mean that I will not fight side by side with him on the field of battle, offering him my love and support as much as I can. The willingness to stand next to him and fight for our lives together regardless of belief is something that the world is missing and is in dire need of. This attitude creates trust and friendship amongst peoples and if God wills it the person will be brought towards faith one day in one way or another. We can only do so much. Leave it in God’s hands. In the same way that they cannot force you into becoming an atheist you cannot force them to become a Christian or a Moslem. I believe that we need to get into the business of become a force to reckon with and strike fear into the NWO. Christ said that he would return one day and would find the lack of faith in the world deplorable. Well when that happens these people won’t have any choice but to believe. But until that day or until he reveals himself to them in whatever manner he sees fit we just have to love and get along with each other in harmony. I believe that the cream of the elite worship Lucifer and that he is the mastermind behind what his puppets put into action. Others who have no religious views or spirituality agree that the NWO plots are intrinsically evil and that this spirit of evil permeates society on all levels. Well they are almost there by acknowledging that the evil exists, perhaps one day they can take a step further. Only time will tell. Peace to you my brothers and sisters. I love you all no matter what creed you follow. I believe in Christ but if you don’t I’ll still stand next to you and I will help you when you need me, and hope you do the same for me, so that one day we can wake up in a free world again.

To understand how these definitions have arisen, one must first understand what the framers of the U.S. Constitution had in mind for the new Republic they had created. They allowed for a standing National Army, but instead that it be kept small. Although it might be the first force to be called out, and the only force to be sent abroad, the primary defense of the country was to be the duty of the ordinary citizens, who would be kept in a state of military readiness while leading their normal lives. They would be called up to “repel invasions, suppress insurrections, or execute the laws”, for limited periods of time.

Yes but there are 2 problems with this:
1) In the modern world, this would render us completely vulnerable to outside invasion (unless you believe that the Illuminati control all governments, including Russia and China).
2) The bottom line is, unless the majority of people awaken along with the media (at least those in the media who are not NWO puppets) the government will do whatever it wants to do.

Those of you that have served in the military such as I have, know that it is inconceivable that a US military person would ever attack a civilian. Dude, ever hear of Kent State? How about Katrina when the National Guard and state police invaded homes in order to remove guns? Not all soldiers and police are mindless drones to be sure, but many will simply follow orders as history has shown. I’m glad you have a heart and a mind of your own but look at all of the military exercises taking place in this country (Los Angeles just a few days ago) aimed at subverting terrorists (and we are considered terrorists if we question the government).
Also, foreign troops (who would have no problem with blowing us away) have been increasingly involved in military exercises (like the Naval exercises off the coast of Florida a couple of months ago). Do the research. It ain’t gonna be pretty……………………..

adendum: the national gaurd, preivously the state gaurd, has fallen under federal jurisdiction and now answers to them , while the milita is still comprised of free citizens and is tasked with the defense of each state and those contained therin.
and is lawfully provided for under the constitution of the united states of america , a union of soverign and free nations.

Yessir, they are (or should be). But if our National Guard’s are doing anything more than directing traffic after a tornado or a flood, but instead are pointing guns at citizens…they have overstepped. There are some truly disturbed and reckless folks posting on here…but I gotta hope that the Guard knows who the enemy is.

We are not here to convert people to our beliefs. I believe in God like many do but hey others do not. There is nothing wrong with sharing knowledge of your beliefs and it is up to the person you approach to accept or reject it, but iff my brother says to me he can’t accept what I’ve tried to share with him, it does not mean that I will not fight side by side with him on the field of battle, offering him my love and support as much as I can. The willingness to stand next to him and fight for our lives together regardless of belief is something that the world is missing and is in dire need of right now. This attitude creates trust and friendship amongst peoples and if God wills it the person will be brought towards faith one day in one way or another. We can only do so much. We must leave it in Gods hands. In the same way that you cannot force us into believing what you believe neither can we force you into believing what we believe. Our main task right now is to become a force to reckon with and strike fear into the NWO assholes who are trying to end our lives regardless of what we believe in. Christ said that he would return one day and well those that haven’t believed will have no choice but to believe. But until that day or until he reveals himself in whatever manner he sees fit to, we just have to band together, love one another in harmony and strength of purpose. I believe that the cream of the elite worship Lucifer and that he is the mastermind behind what his puppets put into action. Others who have no religious views or spirituality agree that the NWO plots are intrinsically evil and that this spirit of evil permeates society on all levels. At least we can both agree that this EVIL must be squashed and eradicated from the world. My dear brothers and sisters, I love you all no matter what creed you follow. Hello, I am a Militia “Insurgent”. I operate with only a small team of personnel, but we are ready. We have been training harder and longer than the National Guard. The National Guard will not hesitate to fire on citizens, and we will not hesitate to place explosive devices near roads and wait for a convoy, either. They are training for a situation that will occur all over the United States, Militia cells will raid convoys and get and hide as much supplies as they can. Take into account that the “insurgents” fighting our troops in Iraq are paid for by the CIA, they only do as much damage as they are told to. We will do as much damage as we can possibly achieve. We will find NWO Police Agents that terrorize civilians and kill them in their home, as they sleep with their family. Any sympathizers with the Tyrannical government will die by the Militia’s hands. This is yellow journalism. Nowhere in the sourced article does it say anything about militias. Instead, it talks of “militants” and “insurgents,” and it even has actors speaking broken english. This is obviously a simulation of the sort of guerrilla warfare seen in Iraq and Afghanistan/Pakistan. It’s irresponsible to make these unsupported claims. Maybe someone misread the word “MILITANT,” which is exusable, but this sort of baseless fearmongering needs to stop unless you’re only interested in selling storable food and hemp products.

I still remember the Alabama shooting incident and the roadblock in TN. The government is trying to get the sheeple acclimated to seeing military personnel controlling various crises.
Even if this excercise was intended to be in a foreign country, the soldiers are being conditioned to handle civilian situations. Free people do not have military personnel walking the streets.

In the event of civil war, American patriots must be prepared (militarily, emotionally, psychologically) to kill US security personnel, who are mostly Hispanic and black African troops with barely disguised hostility towards the majority White population. The national government will use non-White troops to target, ethnically cleanse, and genocide White Americans. To most of you who post on this website roaring at the chance at battle, slow down a bit, take a deep breath and think real hard. Not meaning to insult any of you or make less of you vigor for your cause, I assume most have never been in combat. Now this does not mean when faced with combat you will not fight with all the heart and conviction of a true warrior, but I feel you really do not have a grasp of war. War has a way of changing a man in ways you couldn’t imagine.
There is not a day nor minute in a day you will not see the faces of those people you have killed. Now add the friends who died beside you or in your arms and thier last moments of life passing before your eye’s. Then there’s the one question which you will always ask yourself till the day of your death,” why them and not me ?”. Yes war will have you question everything from, “how could God let people do this to each other ” to ” why is the human race allowed to go on with level of hate, violence and cruelity they inflict on each other ?”.
And to make matters worse, it’s wars you do not believe in. For me I it was my duty as a citizen to answer the “call” to serve a nation who gave me freedom. I have delt with these issues for the last 30 or so years. Yet I can sleep, I don’t hate myself for what I had to do to insure my survival and those of my buddies. My only regrete is I now see the pain and violence I committed for “Country” was wrong. I thought I was fighting against the bad guys, when in fact I was fighting for the bad guys!. My eye’s are opened !
With that said, I will not hesitate one moment to fight those who are responsible for the destruction of this country or the enslavement of it’s people! I still believe this is the greatest nation and people any where in the world. I still believe in what our founding father’s started almost two and half centuries ago. And I believe “we the people” can win back our nation no matter how big the odds are against us ! But first we must stop fighting each other. If we set aside our differences and work as one in this struggle we will win !
I would like to close with one personal comment about how I used to wish my death and those of my friends was not a waste but for a good and just cause. I now know the pain I felt over the loss of friends and those lives I’ve taken were for the wrong reason. But the fight coming our way is one any patriot who dies to regain our freedom and liberty will be just, with honor and not a waste!

I have been in LE for over 24 years and recently got out. The police administrations are directed by homeland security to require certain things to be done and the officers must follow those orders.
These young officers are being trained in the academy to ask people to consent to a search and to articulate how to write a report to get away with killing someone.
Our country is very screwed up and it will get worse. I have been saying, for a long time, that this country is becoming more communist everyday.
Gear up folks, it is going to happen we are going to be controlled by our own military and police forces before to long!
Urban warfare is so new to the military that the Iraqi war was created to teach soldiers how to fight in a urban environment.
We are going to have to fight back when it comes time, with whatever means you can come up with. I have been looking at buying up some 9mm, 45, and .223 ammo (the same stuff that the military and most police department issue to their troops) but is scarce because that is what will be used against you. The price of weapons and ammo have gone up because the government doesn’t want you to have it.
I’m not scared to fight back and we need to consider creating militia chapters within the US to combat the assailants when it comes time. We need to begin specializing ourselves with jobs so we can work as a team with other warriors when the battle begins.

So I wonder what it will be like in their underground cities when all of this is going on up here on the surface. How long will their oxygen hold out? How long will food and sewer hold out? What if the last banker in the underground bunker brings in a disease before they get the door closed on the entrance. I think I’ll just stay out here and face the nukes and the gangs and the diseases top side rather than trying to get a ticket to the underground superdome.
