Montana AG Drops Investigation of APF

A statement released by Montana’s Attorney General Steve Bullock said the goal was to guarantee that, “No Montanans were taken advantage of or conned by this company.”
Since Michael Hilton and APF ended plans to do business in the state, Bullock’s office decided to suspend its inquiry. Officials asked APF to release documents about their funding, current contracts and corporate backing. APF did not provide these documents.
Spokeswoman Becky Shay said the company faxed the AG a one-page letter saying APF did no business in Montana other than to negotiate the jail contract, which they discontinued.

What about the “Fat Cat” residents of Hardin who were involved in this con game? What did they know and how much were they going to profit?
When my Grt Grandfather was a miner in Creede, CO back in the later 1800s, Bob Ford (of the James Gang) was running the vice in the town. It got so bad that respectable people couldn’t even live and operate there in the midst of all of the saloons, prostitution, gambling, daily killings, etc. The town council got together and told Bob Ford, point blank, that if he didn’t get out of Creede by 9am, he’d be hanging from the nearest pole by 9:10am. He left. He crept back later and a man shot him for having hurt the man’s mother.
Will we soon return to a system of “Natural Justice” as they practiced in the Old West? It seems there isn’t a just lawman to be found anywhere these days.

I’m sure the people are thinking that we are overreacting about them letting the guilty escape, but then again, it was those same braindead people that took THREE WEEKS to even catch on to this story. Its too much to ask for to have them have the intestinal fortitude to find the truth… but then again, it is the “justice” system that has absolutely nothing to do with “justice”. God knows what they may learn if they kept digging. However, if you see it like this it makes complete sense. The DA could’ve been on the payrole all along, he was forced to take action by massive public outcry, but agrees to let off the heat as soon as the coast (and minds) are clear. Or he was honestly trying to reach the answers, but dirt was produced on him to shut it down. Either way, the people still lose. If we check back in a few years we will most likely find the same company running the town under a different name. Only time will tell.

As the time goes on , people of america have everyday less and less freedom due to politics conducted by federal power. Also , as a consequence of the economic crisis , more and more of them have lost their job and home. But the crisis is not finished , and in near future the consequences could be catastrophic. Keep in mind that any change can not come from the federal government , but only the people , the only source of any future chagement. If a majority of them think a change is possible , so it can be. A way to preserve freedom , ideals , welfare of people is federalism must come to an end. People will have to make a choise , federalism versus freedom , ideals , welfare… . The first could lead to the establishment of a martial law. A state as texas is ready to cross the line , it could be an example for the others. People could put under pressure every state government in the aim to declare secession , the american constitution allow such a decision. Such an aim can’t be aimed without any precaution , as it is evident the federal power is not ready to yield or abdicate. Probably , this one will use force to submit people , but constitution give garantees on firearms. people can put up a fight against the oppressive federal power if a political issue according to the will of people can not be lead. People have to make his will respect , otherwise it will be an opressed people. Saying that federalism must come to an end mean it must be break down , it appears to be the only way to preserve people. America can be easily imagined without federalism and preserved.
