A new Montana gun law puts the state at the forefront of a national bid to restore states’ rights by attacking up to a century of federal court decisions on Washington’s power.
Two other states – Alaska and Texas – have had favorable votes on laws similar to Montana’s, declaring that guns that stay within the state are none of the feds’ business. More than a dozen others are considering such laws, and more-general declarations of state sovereignty have been introduced this year in more than 30 legislatures. The federal courts may not respond well to these laws in the short term, but backers who acknowledge this say that regardless, they intend for the laws to change the political landscape in the long term. They hope these state laws will undercut the legitimacy of contrary federal law – as has happened with medicinal marijuana – and even push federal courts to bend with the popular wind.

clearly the federal government is criminal cooped by the multinational corperations who are headed by globalists who of late are pushing fascism using the nations legislative process to make laws that will creat this satanic state here in america!
its all about perception yours, if these evil men with there evil agenda are not stopped by us then they will increase the levels of floride in the water from 7 ppm to 70mmp alon with the other chemicals that are put in the food supply some 15 thousand items are not labled and by law can be put mixed in the food you eat! these poisons are designed to revert your reality into a mental state where you will not object to the take over of the country under the premis of marshall law using another 9/11 falseflag.
i would like to believe 9/11 was done by osama, but the evidance is clear inside job! so with that said, there is an agenda of the NWO here in america? if i was the NWO i would remove the guns from the public, restrict transpertation, and communication, and poison the food with suddle mind control technologys?
mgmyers Reply:

Actually, about the fluoride, the weight of public pressure and scientific evidence has forced the public health organizations to lower their previously recommendation of 4 ppm down to 2 ppm. They did not publicize the change, much like when the APA changed their rec’s to say bottle-fed infants should get no fluoride from water.

The States are bucking and H.R. 1207 seems to be getting traction. Seems to me the NWO’s only chance to reconcile this is Martial Law. Be ready!!

the Total Idiot Reply:
June 18th, 2009 at 4:28 pm
Actually, it’s more likely that the martial law declaration will follow integration of American troops with larger numbers of foreign troops in an ‘exercise’. The larger number of troops from other countries in the mix would be designed to try to overawe the American troops in order to keep them under control and compliant. It’s old tactics, Russia was famous for doing so with ‘unreliables’.
Some ‘emergency’ will go off, communications go down (far easier now that we’re using digital television) and power will fail. With a few tweaks in the system, the GPS system can be altered in mode to give false readings which can be corrected for by internal scrambling. The next portion of the event would have to break transportation lines temporarily, in order to exacerbate the problem.
After 3-5 days, food supplies get very low in most households, 1-2 weeks in many towns there is no food whatsoever. (far faster in large cities).
At this point, the forces can march in and look like rescuers, (including potentially inditing the very person they’re working for, even as they round up the people for re-education, and ‘resettlement’.)
It’s an insidious, and very simple pattern. If you don’t resist, they have it easy, if you resist, they get excuses to apply further force.
The consent of the people can only be preserved with the force of arms, after all, for if there is no means of revoking consent, then the old maxims apply:
As it was said by John Locke: Any single man must judge for himself whether circumstances warrant obedience or resistance to the commands of the civil magistrate; we are all qualified, entitled, and morally obliged to evaluate the conduct of our rulers. This political judgment, moreover, is not simply or primarily a right, but like self-preservation, a duty to God. As such it is a judgment that men cannot part with according to the God of Nature. It is the first and foremost of our inalienable rights without which we can preserve no other.

Get the videos out there, start a blog or website, start a micro broadcasting station in your community and rebroadcast people like Alex Jones, get engaged in local issues, get the fluoride out of your community water supply, hand out flyers, print a newsletter for your community, whatever and however you can do it, get out there and get active.

Anyone who thinks that the NWO is unaware of the huge increase of weapons purchases is deluding themselves. The NWO will no doubt unleash a biological or nuclear war and kill the users of all guns no matter where those gun owners live. In this manner the NWO rids themselves of the threat and has more property to confiscate when they start going through empty homes looking for anything of value. Gold, silver, coins, diamonds and yes your guns and ammo will be confiscated after your dead so dont think for a second that there will be some hollywood style revolution with armed citizens fighting against the NWO. They have a plan to kill us and they plan on implementing that end game plan so that we the people pose no viable threat to their NWO plans. Lastly I would add that they are profiting from the sales and could care less how many guns and ammuntion gets sold prior to any gun laws or martial law declaration.

I found this on the internet and thought you might find this article/post interesting. What do you think of it? :
U.S. Federal Gun Control Legislation, 1968 – present
All Federal gun control legislation in the United States has been written, introduced, and sponsored or co-sponsored by Jewish Congressmen and Jewish Senators.
Emanuel Celler, Democratic Representative from New York(1923 – 1973)
Howard Metzenbaum, Democratic Senator from Ohio(1974, 1976 – 1995)
Herb Kohl, Democratic Senator from Wisconsin(1989 – present)
Chuck Schumer, Democratic Senator from New York(1999 – present), Democratic Represenative from New York(1981-1999)
Dianne Feinstein, Democratic Senator from California(1992 – present)
Arlen Specter, Republican Senator from Pennsylvania(1981 – present)
Frank Lautenberg, Democratic Senator from New Jersey(1982 – 2001, 2003 – present)
Barbara Boxer, Democratic Senator from California(1993 – present), Democratic Representative from California(1983 – 1993)
Carl Levin, Democratic Senator from Michigan(1979 – present)
1968: The Gun Control Act of 1968 comes from Representative Emanuel Celler’s House bill H.R. 17735. It expands legislation already attempted by the non-Jewish Sen. Thomas Dodd. America’s biggest and most far-reaching gun law came from a Jew.
1988: Senate bill S. 1523 is sponsored by Senator Howard Metzenbaum. It proposes legislation turning every violation of the Gun Control Act of 1968 into a RICO predicate offense, allowing a gun owner to be charged with federal racketeering offenses.
1988: Senator Metzenbaum co-sponsors a bill — S. 2180 — to ban, or limit/restrict, so-called “plastic guns.”
1990: Senator Herbert Kohl introduces bill S.2070, the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990, which bans gun possession in a school zone. The law will later be struck down in court as unconstitutional.
1993: Senate bill S.653 is sponsored by Senator Howard Metzenbaum. It bans specific semiautomatic rifles, but also gives the Secretary of the Treasury the power to add any semiautomatic firearm to the list at a later date.
February, 1994: The Brady Law, which requires waiting periods to buy handguns, becomes effective. Senator Metzenbaum wrote the Brady Bill. Metzenbaum sponsored the bill in the Senate. The sponsor of the bill in the House was Rep. Charles Schumer.
1994: Senator Metzenbaum introduces S.1878, the Gun Violence Prevention Act of 1994, aka “Brady II.” Representative Schumer sponsored “Brady II” sister legislation [H.R. 1321] in the U.S. House of Representatives.
September, 1994: The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 goes into effect, including a provision that bans the manufacture and possession of semiautomatic rifles described as “assault weapons.” [Note: true assault weapons are fully automatic, not semiautomatic]. That gun-ban provision was authored in the Senate by Senator Dianne Feinstein and authored in the House by Congressman Schumer.
1995: Senators Kohl, Specter, Feinstein, Lautenberg and others introduce the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1995, an amended version of the 1990 school-zone law which was struck down in court as being unconstitutional.
September, 1996: The Lautenberg Domestic Confiscation provision becomes law. It is part of a larger omnibus appropriations bill. It was sponsored by Senator Frank Lautenberg. It bans people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence from ever owning a gun.
1997: Senate bill S. 54, the Federal Gang Violence Act of 1997, proposes much harsher sentences for people violating minor gun laws, including mandatory prison sentences and forfeiture of property. It was introduced by Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Hatch, among others. It returns the idea of turning every violation of the Gun Control Act of 1968 into a RICO predicate offense.
January, 1999: Senator Barbara Boxer introduces bill S.193, the American Handgun Standards Act of 1999.
January, 1999: Senator Kohl introduces bill S.149, the Child Safety Lock Act of 1999. It would require a child safety lock in connection with transfer of a handgun.
February,1999: Senator Frank Lautenberg introduces bill S.407, the Stop Gun Trafficking Act of 1999.
February, 1999: Senator Lautenberg introduces S.443, the Gun Show Accountability Act of 1999.
March, 1999: Senator Lautenberg introduces bill S.560, the Gun Industry Accountability Act of 1999.
March, 1999: Senator Feinstein introduces bill S.594, the Large Capacity Ammunition Magazine Import Ban Act of 1999.
May, 2000: Senate bill S. 2515, Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2000, is submitted by Senators Feinstein, Boxer, Lautenberg, and Schumer. It is a plan for a national firearms licensing system.
January, 2001: Senate bill S.25, Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2001, is sponsored by Senators Feinstein, Schumer, and Boxer. It is a nation-wide gun registration plan [apparently there were two versions of that Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act bill].
May, 2003: Senators Feinstein, Schumer, Boxer and others introduce legislation that would reauthorize the 1994 federal assault weapons ban, and, close a loophole in the law that allows large-capacity ammunition magazines to be imported into the U.S. The ban expired in September, 2004.
October, 2003: Senators Feinstein, Lautenberg, Levin, and Schumer co-sponsor bill S.1774, designed to stop the sunset [ending] of the Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988.
March, 2005: Senator Lautenberg introduces bill S.645, “to reinstate the Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act,” in other words, to reinstate the 1994 assault-rifle ban [also known as the “Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994”] which expired in late 2004.
March, 2005: Senator Feinstein introduces bill S.620, “to reinstate the Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act,” in other words, to reinstate the 1994 assault-rifle ban [also known as the “Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994”] which expired in late 2004.
July, 2005: Senator Feinstein introduces bill SA1621 – Fifty-Caliber Sniper Weapons. This amendment would convert all .50 BMG firearms to NFA weapons.
July, 2005: Senator Feinstein introduces bill SA1622 – Fifty-Caliber Exclusion to S.397. This amendment would modify SB397 to allow suits when the firearm involved was a .50 caliber weapon.
July, 2005: Senator Boxer introduces bill SA1633 – BATFE Safety Standards SA1633 – BATFE Safety Standards. This amendment allows law suits to continue/be brought if the product did not meet the safety standards as defined by the BATFE.
July, 2005: Senator Boxer introduces bill SA1634 – ‘Sporting Use’ on Domestic Handguns. Applying ’sporting use’ clause requirements to domestic handguns could, almost completely, dry up the handgun availability in the United States.
P.S. Why is there such a strong connection between Jews and gun control? Why is there such a strong connection between Jews and Communism (Marx, Engel, Trotsky, etc. See “Masters of Deceit” by J Edgar Hoover)? Couldn’t there be something more to this connection than most people want to admit?

So could this actually lead to MORE gun control? Could a state pass a law to ban and confiscate all guns within its borders?

Reply to Barry’s Crack Pipe: You are absolutely right about the constitution. For example, I believe we have all seen proof that the “electoral college” is a way to screw the people out of their vote.

Why am I not suprised? I’ve been in business for 16 years, and EVERY problem customer has been from either New York, or Mass.. I am SO tired of seeing adult children, or ignorant morons post on Alex’s site. I would not blame him for closing it down. I would miss it, but this kind of language I expect for the damn yankees.
No thank you, I wouldn’t live in a big city anywhere for any amount of money. And my family and I CAN survive. WE founded, and built this country. If I ever ran into this &^**-ant in person, I’d smack him accross the face with my leather aviator gloves. He could either meet me on the Field of Honor, or be known as a COWARD. How’d you like to have a middle aged woman cut you up with a saber, or terminate you with a pistol, in a fair dual?

I do not know you Lady but I like you sass and style. I too told this butt head what I thought of him. You addressed it best and I would love to watch you show him his insides. When and if the coward answers. Please let me know……. ElPasoBill

As a Texan but always a gentleman, I see a dumb butted Yankee can not speak without using verbal intercourse from the gutter. I am a white boy who grew up on the border and can tell you you would not last down here with a mouth like yours. I am sure your Grand Ma is so proud of you and your I.Q. It sounds like “what do you care” is someone who cares for nothing GOOD and has little respect for anyone or anything. I will pray for your family. You must be the “black sheep” in it and even you State.
As far as Texas first or last, well as long as we are on the proper path. Late or not, it is still the proper fight. Remember Ft.Davis! Remember the Alamo! Remember to vote but best of all “Take a Stand. Let them COME AND GET IT!

USA has 5 times UK population, but 15 times the murders (source : nationmaster.com)
maybe something to do with USA loads of guns
UK strict gun control.
If you want to to cut 2/3 of murder victims …. simple.
Hopefully simple enough for red neck texan christian god and gun types to understand.

If the Fed declares war on the People, does it not make it proper for the people to fire back directly at the Fed. If SWAT teams decide to storm all the Fed branches, how could it be wrong.
It would be any worse than when the sheriff show up to seize a business for a sleazy S&L fraud bank.
