Montana Town Occupied By Private Paramilitary Security Force

A private security force whose biggest role is helping the U.S. government to “combat terrorism” is now patrolling the streets of a town in Montana, acting as law enforcement but accountable to nobody and operating completely outside the limitations of the U.S. constitution in a chilling throwback to the brownshirts of Nazi Germany.
The American Police Force organization is a paramilitary unit that “provides surveillance, investigative, and military services across the world,” according to its website, which shows men dressed in military fatigues carrying machine guns.
“As part of our mission, APF plays a critical role in helping the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs. Within the last 5 years the United States has been far and away our #1 client. Technologies, programs, and services performed by APF have played a very important role in U.S. military and civilian efforts to protect our homeland and combat terrorism,” the website states.
APF were originally contracted to provide security at a previously empty detention center in Hardin, a small town in Montana, but are now patrolling the streets driving SUV’s with “Police Department” printed on them despite the fact that Hardin doesn’t have a police department. American Police Force has no jurisdiction in the area because it is a private organization, not a police force.

According to Two Rivers Authority officials, having the private security force patrol the streets was not part of the contract. “I have no idea. I really don’t because that’s not been a part of any of the discussions we’ve had with any of them,” Two Rivers Authority’s Al Peterson told KULR 8 News. Peterson said that patrolling the streets was on the “wishlist” of APF’s Captain Michael.
The American Police Force is a shady outfit shrouded in suspicion. According to an Associated Press report, questions over the legitimacy of the organization abound.
“Government contract databases show no record of the company. Security industry representatives and federal officials said they had never heard of it. On its Web site, the company lists as its headquarters a building in Washington near the White House that holds “virtual offices.” A spokeswoman for the building said American Police Force never completed its application to use the address,” reports AP.
Furthermore, APF was tasked with filling the empty Hardin detention center with inmates, without any clear indication of where those prisoners would come from.
“It’s unclear where the company will get the inmates for the jail. Montana says it’s not sending inmates to the jail, and neither are federal officials in the state,” according to the report.
Maybe the inmates will be the local population of Hardin if American Police Force is allowed to continue to pose as a law enforcement outfit in the town, which is exactly what they intend to do for at least another month.
Having a private security force whose stated mission is to help the U.S. government “combat terrorism” patrol the streets of small towns in America without even having the authority to do so from local authorities is obviously a frightening pretext and harks back to the private paramilitary forces that helped Adolf Hitler rise to power in Nazi Germany.
Many fear that if martial law is declared in response to a flu pandemic or other emergency, private security forces such as APF will be used by the government to oppress citizens by operating outside of the law.
This is completely unconstitutional and a flagrant threat to the liberty and security of the population of Hardin. The County Sheriff is effectively breaking the law if he doesn’t immediately kick APF out of the area and end the occupation of the town by a private paramilitary army.

Yep, this is our shadow government’s “police force.” If they are accountable to no one, and they are not part of the federal government, this means if these guys come onto your private property you reserve the RIGHT to make meat pudding of them. This is a Euro Trash Gov agency. Note the crown on their logo. The Eagle is the union of two nations one faces east the other west. The eagle looks “old german” the crown smacks of england. If you are stocked and prepared, then the real hard part is upon you, waiting for the correct time to act on your preparations. Choosing the time won’t be easy because our adversary adapts when exposed. The rule of thumb I go off of, is to act when the people (awake or not) will perceive you as a patriot and not some nut job terrorist. The way I see it, that can only happen when the government openly and actively implements its plans for everyone to see (mass swine flu vaccinations?). The time is getting closer, certainly, but is not yet upon us. A bit more patience is required, just keep refining your preparations in the mean time.

Whoa! Seriously, you scare me more than the boogie man. I think the what is more likely is some idgets up there fell for a sham of a company that was setup with bogus info to look like a real contracting company like Blackwater to siphon some fed funds (since a few mill lost is pennies these days it would go unnoticed).
Instead they got contacted by dumb city members and the only two people in the company put a sticker on their SUV and started pretending to be police. My guess is they will be the ones in jail by within 30 days and the city council will be the laughing stock of the state.

Okay so I live in Hardin and the title and written portion of this article is jumping way beyond anything actually happening here. No one is “patrolling” or “occupying” – these guys do have the black suv’s when they come to stay here during negotiations with the city. The mayor complained about the stickers on their cars and they were promptly removed. I’m not saying these things couldn’t happen down the road but please don’t try to sensationalize or distort something that’s nowhere near what’s being implied here. For now there’s just a lot up in the air – people are suspicious yes, but no one really knows what’s going to happen here yet. Keep your eyes on it, but don’t blow this into something it’s not. (yet)

After the Pittsburgh Massacre, it is my opinion that any and all future protests will be quashed with the same brutality.
If we are going to protest, I say we show up with our weapons, open carrying.
THAT will stop another G20 from happening, and in my opinion that is the ONLY thing that can stop it.
I think it might be time to face up to the fact that there will be no non-violent solution to this problem.
I know that none of us wants war, but in my opinion we are going to peacefully protest ourselves to our deaths or into the gates of the nearest FEMA camp.

There is no peaceful way to stop them, period. As much as dying scares me, living as a total zombie slave to these treasonous monsters scares me more. Free Market can’t work in todays global environment because it is beholden to $$$. We all know who holds that card and they have no concern for local communities and their interests.
Communism in the practised form by former Soviet Union/China/Vietnam/North Korea is anything but commune – they are central based military controlled governments controlled by the few. Real Communism is based on localised community self governance where everyone participates in the decision making process and the wealth of the community is distributed back to the community.
Still, Real Capitalism is based on similar small community interaction and was never espousing the Global Corporatism that exists today in the name of free market capitalism which is total BS. Also – there are some services that should exist for the community that are not going to be profit makers but are delivered because they are for the well being and health of the community. These can not be delivered in an environment where profit is the main driver of business interest.
Just some thoughts but what we know as Communism and Capitalism as practised in the world are nothing like the concepts written about by their founding fathers and free market can not deliver all services required by a healthy and functioning society. The main thing is to step back from this Global Control Madness and get back to local basics.

As much as I want that to happen, over the last week or so, I have had the most sick gut feeling that the American public will go along with it all without so much as firing a single shot! Impersonating police officers on public streets and highways is a CRIME. A felony I believe.
It is sufficient cause that is they try to pull you over or detain you, you can, and should, use lethal force if you deem it necessary.

Big Horn County Sherriff is a member of the Crow Tribe, they tend to favor Obama quite a bit but he’s not NWO. But that’s irrelevant. The city currently contracts the county to provide law enforcement in town since there is no city police force. They can just as easily contract APF if they want to, and the county doesn’t have jurisdiction over that if I understand correctly. They possibly will because there’s been an ongoing dispute between the city and county over how the county is performing at their duties – the city has previously looked into creating their own police force before APF was heard of.

I know that substantial number of Serb immigrants here, especially recent ones, are connected to the defense industries. anyone catch the watered down story of a small town who had 5 of their 7 cop cars repoed by the bank? they also had to let go of several officers. when story broke 5 cars were donated from another dept. the sheriff was thankful but getting all those officers back was less likely even though the media put their usual spin on it. he said unfortunately there may be others in his same predicament if the economy gets any worse. hmm… wasn’t it alex jones who warned these people this would happen? assuming the story is true of course.

Dude, do you know how often city govs get scammed by sham companies who setup these things to embezzel funds from gov (usually fed). Often it is swept under the rug because the amounts in the scheme of things are too get on the radar, plus embarrasment factor.
They made a mistake by actually showing up as police. They will be in jail in no time. I doubt there is much more to this than a couple individuals following through on a fraudulent scheme because they had a chance to play policeman.

It’s like a bad science fiction movie but what I find amazing is that there does not appear to be a massive backlash from the locals. I’m only basing this on one call that Alex received today and I realize the local news may be distorting the locals’ reaction.
While I would never advocate violence against groups like the AFP, who refuse to identify their “parent company” and are employing foreign mercenaries, it would be intersting if Capt. Mike was detained and questioned by some real Patriots.

This has nothing to do with nobility, titles, nor coats of arms. It is a NATIONAL symbol on the Serbian flag, the way that the American flag is a national symbol. If some other group used a US flag as their emblem while they commit terrorism, then the US would get the blame- hope that clarifies things there.

Yes, this is true. Even the Albanians (Shqiptars) have this eagle, only the color is black. The Russians have this also. The first time the Serbs used this eagle it was fuschia (~a shade of red) on a yellow background.

This should come as no surprise. When the states took the stimulus money they signed away their rights. If the states are going bankrupt, they can’t pay back the stimulus. Enter the federal gov’t. There have been 2 military helicopters flying over NW NJ-once on Saturday and twice today. I’ve never seen this before so something creepy is going on here too.

I’ve been seeing dozens of Military fitted helicopters including but not limited to, AH1Z Attack Cobras, Recon and logistical supply Chinooks, Longbow Attack Helicopters, and an unknown half jet half helicopter gunship – that one scares me the most, its very fast and completely black, fitted with Vulcan mini-guns which I presume contain High Explosive machine cannon rounds, flying over my property in Tulsa Oklahoma. Very odd indeed.

I just watched a CBS 206-2008 tv series caller “Jericho” which describes how a town deals with the advent of a nuclear national crises. Besides regular military they hire a private military force to deal with the people.

The county should demand that the sheriff disarm these people and place them under arrest. The county sheriff is the highest ranking law enforcement officer in the nation so I would hope that there are more constitutional sheriffs like sheriff Mac who will take their responsibility to uphold the constitution seriously.

I agree Tom. Here is what should happen. The men of the County need to go confront the Sheriff Now ! Those men need to offer themselves as Deputies. If the Sheriff does not agree with this, its gut check time. If he does, then good. The other members of the County need to pitch in by forming posses to guard the family members of those volunteer Deputies and for the time spent and money lost of the volunteer Deputies. Next step is to first ask the illegal “police” force to vacate the County immediately. If they refuse, its time to lock and load and force them out AT GUNPOINT. If not, they all get arrested and thrown in the jail they provided. I’m in….who is with me?

If the county Sheriff was any good, he would arrest these miscreants and charge them with “impersonating police” or something similar. He would enlist the local militia to help him, if he needs it. Recalling the city councilmen would be the slow answer. I would search the local and state laws to see if they violated some technicality. In many places even a city Cop has to have state training or certification. They may have to take an oath. If they only made them Cops after they were already acting like Cops, then they should still be prosecuted for acting like Cops before that. I would be very scared to allow them to pull me over on the street. Who knows what these jack boots would do. Someone may get in a shootout with them, and then the local militia people should turn out to finish the job quickly.

They have succesfully tested some combination of RFID and GPS, so they could pinpoint exact location of each person or item with RFID.
