You could probably digitally record it, run it through a flanger, a condensor or phaser and a distortion pedal (guitar players know what I’m talking about) and shove it back at them through a few hundred watt sound system. It wouldn’t be that difficult to increase its effectiveness even at a lower decibal rate than that which they are using.

I think yer right. The soldiers & police goin thru the streets are very open to molatov cocktails, especially from buidings with multiple stories. They also have no protection on their neck and a chunk of a juggler vein could be bitten out or sliced or shot.
Those face shields can be hit with paint and that can temporarily cause some distraction. Those trucks have tires and gas tanks.
Hell, chainsaws can take down trees & power poles and could block in the police and trap em.
Theres so much s--- that could happen if things get bad…plus they have homes & families too as they go and beat other’s family members.

The LRAD’s can be easily disabled.
I have been working on a frequency cancelling modulator. You just need to track the frequency, copy and send back. You also need the power output. Needs to be directed at the cone (center of their square dish). This anti-LRAD will fit in any typical car. A little pricy to build, about $600/800. Mainly for the transformer, frequency modulator and the amp. All other components, less than $200 – Like anything, you can spend more for power and frequency sensitivity! I’m sure there are a few patriots out there, that will be build you one or a few and take them to these sovereign march’s of independence.

An interesting aside here, but something that does not seem to have been picked up by anyone else to date, is the almost complete lack of response to all these attacks on the Ctholic Church?
Here I refer to the official hierachy of the so -called “catholic church” in the U.S. or for that matter , in the whole world today? Why is that? Prhaps it is because they will actually agree with you, that it does not matter what religion you practice, ‘cos we are all going to be saved, whether you are Catholic, Baptist, Anglican/ Pentecostal, Jew or Muslim, Pagan or whatever….just so long as you are good and sincere in your belisf.
If you don’t believe me, try this little experiment out for yourself, AS I MYSELF HAVE ACTUALLY DONE! Ring up a few or as many “Catholic Churches” as you can find in your area and ask the person on the other end of the phone line, “Is it necessary to belong to the Catholic Church to be saved?”
I can tell you right now what the answer will be! That answer will invariably be NO!
So, if you are truly honest with yourself, you should question why is this so, why has the “Catholic Church” now adopted the Protestant view of Salvation? When did this happen? How come this guy still hangs on to this ‘outdated ‘ view?

So, how do the LEO’s protect themselves from this sound weapon? If it is supposed to be a crowd-control/dispersal weapon, how do they (the operators and police/military) avoid damaging themselves while employing it?

they avoid damage because it is a directed sound weapon. those behind and close up don’t get the full effect. only those in the target area where the sound comes to a single directed point get it and unfortunately earplugs won’t help
