In 2002, he spearheaded a project to reverse the flow of the vast River Ob through Siberia to help irrigate the country’s parched Central Asian neighbors. Although that idea hasn’t exactly turned out as planned — scientists have said it’s not feasible — this time, Luzhkov says, there’s no way he can fail.

After days and days of very overcast skies here in the Midwest we finally had a clear day. In the beginning there were only a few jets with contrails, but soon thereafter the entire sky was filled with row upon row of full fledged chemtrails from horizon to horizon mixed with a few cris-crossing ones. It’s so very obvious, yet I’m still amazed that people can look up at this stuff and say it’s normal… it’s like, WTF is wrong with you people? China does it, Russia does it, and they are open about it, why would anyone think it doesn’t happen here too? Why especially are the enviromentalist so quiet about it? I still can’t get over how those who freak out about second hand smoke say nothing about weather modification and manipulation by the military. Now the issuse is finally making an appearance in a mainstream publication, maybe now more people will be concerned about what exactly is in this stuff they are spraying in the skies above us?

In order for that to be true all aircraft leaving con-trails would have to be military. There are no provisions on commercial aircraft to spray anything. Most don’t even have the capability to jettison fuel in an emergency. Do I think that the gov’t is spraying stuff into the air and adding stuff to out water to screw with us? Shit yeah! I just don’t think that the military has THAT many large aircraft. But I could be wrong.

In the Rochester, NY area they have two planes that fly constantly on “spray days”. This is not every day but it is the same two planes passing back and forth for 8-12 hours. There are also some other strange aircraft that fly low and make repeated low altituude passes. They are obviously not passenger jets as they have no windows, take off at VERY (~70 degrees or more) steep angles, have short wings, and equipment (antennae) on the outside. Theses low flyers could be portable HAARP or low altitude spraying.

Sightings like this are all too common. The Barium ions they spray in this shit DEFINITELY have something to do with levitation device technology.
I have seen some really strange examples of small disk like prototype craft in photos now. Too many of them for them to be a hoax. My friend even photographed one over here in Western Australia of all places where we rarely get chem-trails, but they were testing something for sure.

It amazes me how a mayor can claim to produce the miracle of never letting it snow on a city for a season. Ridiculous! Weather has its place to maintain a balanced climate. He’s a fool. They’ve been trying to do it for decades now, at least since the early 60’s in America when they introduced an iodine solution to dump into hurricanes to dissipate them before they hit FL. They also wanted to try and lay down hundreds of square miles of tarps over the ocean so that the hurricanes couldn’t absorb more warm water. It sounds ridiculous, because it is, but I remember learning about it a few years ago. Nothing but wack jobs in politics nowadays.

Unfortunately however they have HAARP technology now, and as good as this technology could actually be in the hands of humane people using it for good, it is not in the hands of people of this kind. It is in the hands of despots.
HAARP can also be used to trigger earthquakes and to ’super-charge’ storms. I believe I may have stated this before, but i’m not sure who got it: This is a planet, a rock floating around in an orbit around a star, in space, in a galaxy, in a universe that’s likely a chain of many. The fact that we exist on Earth is not a miracle, it just kinda happened. Earth’s gonna go through it’s own phases and changes whether we’re here or not. People need to understand this and stop trying to change it (Like the Nazi’s of the world that currently have a GOD complex and the many followers who have this idea in their heads that we humans are just that great.)

They have. It’s called Iron Oxide and you just need to dump it in the oceans to promote organic bio-organism growth. You can’t really vaporize or dissolve the CO2, but basic chemistry would tell you that it’s a simple chemical compound that can easily be broken up so that the Oxygen remains the gas and the Carbon falls back to Earth (Decomposition reaction). This planet is an enclosed biome, nothing gets in and nothing gets out. The Ratio of materials stay the same and continuously cycle themselves to keep the planet whole. It’s not a miracle, it’s simple adaptation. Why don’t they do it? Cuz then they’d have to admit there’s either no global warming or that there’s a cure for it. And what dictator want’s to remove his followers from a state of fear anf panic. It would make them harder to manipulate.
