Personally speaking, I’m appalled that anyone could cheer a mob kicking a guy on the ground, but I guess that’s why I’m just a silly liberal who admires the kind of non-violent protests practiced by Dr. Martin Luther King and Gandhi.

Venezuela and Bolivia both had successful people’s revolutions. When Chavez was overthrown and kidnapped by a US backed coup the people took to the streets and got their man back. One important point about this was the lies that were used to get rid of Chavez included saying his officials fired on their own people so when the people heard that Chavez hadn’t resigned and took to the streets the new guys in power couldn’t use deadly force to stop them as they would have been doing the exact same thing they had accused Chavez of.
In Bolivia it was the people of el Alto or something that had had enough of their oppressive regime and started a protest where some of them were killed and this sparked a huge protest in the capital which snowballed and the US backed president fled to Washington I think.
It’s all in this great documentary.

The American public is being told that we should either take down Iran’s government by means of an internal coup or by invading Iran. Never mind that the internal coup is being orchestrated by the CIA.

Good. Beat the hell out of him. Thats what they deserve for killing innocent people to make them disperse. The Persian people have been oppressed for too long, anybody fighting against them is going to get what they deserve. It doesn’t matter if the CIA is actually creating the situation or is taking advantage of it, I’m disgraced to see this kind of support for the Iranian government on Infowars. The Iranian people have every right to rebel against the repressive regime. Just because Fox News is cheering doesn’t mean we don’t have to cheer too, they are cheering for the wrong reasons, we are for the right reasons. Besides the same thing will probably happen in America. Lets pretend that it does and after a week of the police and military putting down protests and fighting and putting people in their place, let alone shooting and killing innocent people (Neda) just so protestors can “disperse”, if this was in New York City the military and police will be lucky if they aren’t killed let alone “beat up”.

Yep. I think everyone would agree that the protesters have a very good case for why they want revolution, but sadly a lot of revolutions are filled with great intentions until the real “solution” is introduced. Happened last time in Iran. Even a lot of the revolutionaries left afterwards because it wasn’t quite how they were promised it would turn out.

I think what people are pissed off on this site is the blatant hypocrisy by our govt. and media. When there is a protest in this country, 90% of the time the pigs get violent, shoot tear gas, pepper spray the whole crowd, shoot rubber bullets and round up entire crowds (NYC 2004). America has even gunned down its own people in cold blood just like Iran (Kent State Univ.), not to mention the past 225 years. Don’t forget WTO 2009 in Seattle. It happens everywhere, it’s just that when Americans protest, were evil and when people do it in a nation we are not allied with they are good freedom fighters. We live in a nation of massive hypocrites and cowards.

You are right hypocrites, Americans sacrifice their children in other country’s for “freedom and democracy ” in the other country. But they live with totalitarian tyranny at home. Time to step up. The only reason Americans have not been gunned down in mass since Ruby Ridge or Waco is because they are to afraid to come out now, in angry mass. The iron fist worked well, and Americans are cowards afraid to fight the tyranny. Is it now each man for himself?

Doesn’t matter if they are being manipulated or not in this case. Don’t come to conclusions about the actual election not being fraudulent if you don’t know that and don’t critisize the protestors unless they are killing innocent people, beating the hell out of a security goon is perfectly fine after everything that has happened and the fact that the security goons are on the side of the government.

And what would you know about being forced not to listen to rock music in your car, or being forced to obey dress codes in public? What do you think the people of Iran know what is going on, we don’t even know what is going on. We don’t know if the elections weren’t a fraud or if they were. You don’t know a damn thing so don’t pretend that just because you listen to Alex Jones or are aware of the new world order and 9/11 being an inside job that you know a damn thing about what is really happening in Iran.
Oh and they’re not a bunch of idiot kids, its sort of like the whole city of Tehran. You said you like control. You’d like the men in the riot gear to stick a baton up your ass if it was for a “good cause”. The only people in society who should be controlled are those who are a danger to others, like people in prison.
Had the protestors been protesting something selfish or insane then sure perhaps force is neccessary. But after living under tyranny and with the possibility of the elections being a fraud it does not seem that they are out of line in starting a mother “loving” revolution. I don’t want to see Mousavi in power either, I know of his past, not only does it appear that he will not be for freedom but he might be a cia stooge, but even though the revolution seems to be centered on Mousavi the revolution seems to be about more than just him. The election has probably only triggered something that people have wanted for a long time. The election has opened the gates and given the people a chance to overthrow the repression, unknowingly they will overthrow the current regime and put a puppet in its place.
The people of Iran simply don’t know, I have to support them in their cause of overthrowing the current regime but I can’t call them “idiots” like you did (not to mention “kids” when there are all age groups out there) because they they are being heavily manipulated unlike us (the u.s.) on 9/11 who were lightly manipulated and it is due to ignorance that Americans believe the towers came down from explosives 8 years on.
The Persian people can’t be claimed as ignorant in this matter. We can’t be against them for being against evil and accidently falling into a trap.
Sam Reply:

You want to see the kids in the street gain freedoms huh ? How about 911 when muslims were blaimed for the terror attacks ? How about Iraq and how they still kill families and children ? How about being surrounded by wahabist alqaeda supported by the United states and Israel openly ? How about continious sanctions on Iran ? How about all those freedoms and respects being lost ? But instead you want to talk about Rock music ? Pathetic. You dont know how it is either, but what is best to go by is having the moral and historic aspect of why there are police in the street trying to hold back protesters who are blind. Yes some of them do have a legitmate reason to protest, such as the corrupt Mullahs. Ahmedinjad has continually condemned them and promised to rid them.
So yes please i deserve a batton the head if I go out and think my freedoms revolve around rock music and not caring about the larger issue in the outside world and how zionism isnt going to quit until they turn Iran into a big mushroom cloud.
These protesters need to grow a hide, and stand with most of the iranian people and fight the new world order and put aside their worldy gains and care about humanity and respecting their own selves and esteem in the world. The rest of the iranian people who make up 70 million have their head screwed on straight, and are leading their country into a possible victory against the terrorist state of Israel.

Go take your medicine or something you’re completely incoherent. I mine as well be debating on youtube you worthless twat. “How about 911 when muslims were blamed for the terrorist attacks.” What does that have to do with anything that I said? I said people in Iran are forced to wear scarves and are threatened with arrest for listening to rock music. Not everything is about Israel. There are other evil entities in this world than Israel. Many Iranians want these basic freedoms and are now fighting for it. Obviously many people in Arab countries don’t want these freedoms but the Iranians are different, and once again they are now fighting for it.
Go take some Prozac or debate on youtube or something, the Infowars chat should not be filled with idiotic comments that have nothing to do with the story… but unfortunately 90% of the comments are like that.
Once again, THE PERSIAN PEOPLE CANNOT BE CLAIMED AS IGNORANT IN THIS MATTER.

In Iran a lady wearing a head scarf is considered to be like a lady wearing a top in U.S.—would you support ladies in U.S. who want to go about with no tops on?? It is indecent yes?
To Muslims a lady having her head bare is indecent—doesnt matter whether you feel that way or not—it is what they feel that counts; also it is commanded in Islamic law thet the ladies heads be covered.

Iran has more freedoms then any other nation, and in regards to scarves i dont see the problem in that especially when the majority of the population choose to wear one.
At least Iran doesnt try to dumb its people down, put fluride in the water, steal property, put high taxes or make the rich richer, or the poor poorer.
Do you know why these people are protesting it mainly has to do with Iran being isolated !!!
Because Iran is brave enough to fight the NWO and to not become its puppet. While the dumb kids want to be part of the world which is just an illusion of democracy, Iran and its people have good intentions and their pride and honour are respected through countries who love freedom.
The persian people ? There are only hundreds of thousands of people on the street ? There are 70 million Iranians !! The media is only allowing u to see what they want you to see.
Mosavvi is a puppet and certainly ahmedinjads rule is better, scarf or no scarf rock music or no rock music thats the way it is,

Persian Muslim will eventually threaten to drop a nuclear bomb on Arab Muslim and try to take control over the Kaaba in Mecca from arab hands and in return for good press and little to no resistance from the world. The Persian Muslim will secretly bargain away the doom of rock to the Christian Jewish Zionist/ globalist bankers, This will be achieve by a control smoke screen revolution in Iran, by pretending to talk with iran about the current events, such as the second revolution & nuclear proliferation. However, the talks will really be about future war and how to switch control over the Kaaba in Mecca from Arabs to Persian Iranian hands, in exchanged for this the Iranian muslim will let the Israelis take over the doom of rock so they can rebuild the third temple. Of course this and more will cause WORLD WAR 3 stemming from a smoke screen Iranian revolution each side will think the globalist is on there side not true war spills blood, Blood makes money, Money is power, that’s all they care about THE REAL WAR, HAS NOW BEEN EXPOSE, AND NOW YOU KNOW!!!
