If what’s on a tape captured outside a bar in Passaic, is what really happened, then a police officer in New Jersey has some big explaining to do.
The tape shows a cop getting out of his car and getting more than a little rough with a man standing on a street corner.
One week after the beating, Ronnie Holloway’s eye is still black and blue. But it’s an improvement.

Yes, in most places the cops would have said it politely and went about their business. These two cops have been FIRED w/ out pay by the Mayor Blanco after the good ppl of that town followed in Oakland’s footsteps w/ protesting. The female cop is the wife to the former mayor and wrote a report that she had been hit in numorous place by the baton, insinuating she attempted to stop her partner. She was fired after off. I just watched this video a second time in slow motion and I find it very mysterious. The woman cop basically just stands there and watches. She is not engaged in this altercation other than spectator. Why? Secondly, since cops seem to be so taze happy why wasn’t this guy tazed, and handcuffed? When are We The People going to force their hand? This is occurring daily all over the world and the People are taking it. I don’t have the answer to how to stop this but I do have some suggestions: First, the police MUST be held to the SAME LAWS as everyone else. If ONE police officer exceeds the law under ANY circumstance then he or she MUST be fired, charged with as many crimes as possible (as they do to us), locked up while waiting for his/her trial and then prosecuted to the full extent of the law. And…this MUST BE MADE PUBLIC so ALL police across the country KNOW it CAN and WILL happen to them if they VIOLATE the law. If this is not done sooner or later the People are going to Revolt and start shooting the police. Is this what we want to happen in our country? I don’t. I want the police departments to properly qualify the people they are hiring as police officers through a rigorous mental and physical examination. These people should be tested for ANY drugs such as steroids to be sure they are not on the verge of some emotional psychosis or mental deficiency. The more and more this occurs in our country the closer we are to an armed conflict with the police. The people in charge of these police had better be watching what their employees are doing before it is too late.

Police brutality has always been a problem. Until recently, it had not been caught on tape on a regular basis. Cell phone cameras, camcorders, surveillance cameras, police dashboard cams. Cameras everywhere. I don’t like having cameras, especially surveillance cameras everywhere, but it sure has shed a lot of light on these out of control mentally deranged law enforcement folks brutalizing the citizenry… There are many good cops out there, but the sadistic, psychopaths in uniform are in abundance and ready to rock and roll on your head, or your grandmother’s head. When they come to raid your home, they will first kill your pets/dogs. Then they will brutalize you and your family – maybe kill you too. Enjoy the ever growing police state. Get used to it, and get ready for the early morning round ups.

Were this scene not recorded for all to witness, the man beaten would have simply come forward, claimed a beating and abuse; the female weak-kneed useless passenger seater would have backed up whatever her partner, the psycho, said.
Don’t be surprised if the STATE claims a right to all privately owned cameras that focus on the public space. They will want to have unfettered access in situations similar to this in order to erase damning evidence that proves the brutal nature of the regime.

My household is armed at all times. Not necessarily due to possible police or government attack but because it is OUR RIGHT. I am wearing my Glock 36 .45 ACP on my hip right now and if anyone enters my home illegally I will use deadly force immediately to stop them. I have a God given right to defend myself and my family and that includes my dogs, cats or whatever other animals I may have. There seems to be laws promoted knowing that they are so vague it can be used on any individual.
Police and the government seem to abuse these laws such as resisting arrest.
The last video showing the old woman being tazered had a comment from someone that said she deserved it for resisting arrest.
The problem with their statement is that resisting arrest has no clear definition as shown in this video.
This guy DID NOT resist arrest. But it is a code that can be used anytime to justify a cops actions.
There are soooo many cases of false charges with this code that it should be cleaned up or taken away from the police so it is no longer abused.
Just like terrorism/extremism. The government likes trying to convince us we have terrorist here in America so they can arrest anyone at anytime for a crime that a person cannot defend against.
Then they passed laws so they don’t have to respect your rights and detain you indefinitely without a court hearing or tell the media due to “National Security”.
We need to put together a list of codes that have no real defense and start pushing to take these rights away from the abusers.

As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet, peaceable, and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a breach of the peace. The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its inactment, and not merely from the date so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it… A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby.

Hey, since this is Austin, how bout the cops that were blocking my driveway a couple months back. I came out of the house to go somewhere, and this dumb ass cop is blocking my driveway while jerking around with someone. Did I ask him to move his car, hell no, I wasn’t in the mood for that dumb ass. I said “Hey, how about moving that car out of the way”. The one cop looked up, and then went back to what he was doing. I then yelled again “The car!, move the car!. Then another copy walked over to the car and did like a good little public servant and moved the vehicle. I thought that was funny, and just, at the same time. How stupid can you be to block someone’s driveway when you have a whole damn street to do whatever monkey business it is. How many times do you see these dumb ass cops blocking the road when they could very easily pull out of the damn way? Are they really that stupid or just ignorant?

I probably was a hair’s breadth away from this happening to me in 2004, and right in front of my house at that. It was an improper stop made by a K-9 Officer who got a hard on because he saw a Black male driving a nice car with a red light on the dash (yes, I had a very legal reason for having it). When he realized that things were not going his way and when I picked up my radio for back-up, he called his buddies down to back him up as well. My people showed up and there was nearly a square off in front of my house. The problem is that we all knew what would have happened on that street on that near-fateful day: WWIII.
And in light of what happened to that Paramedic in Oklahoma two Mondays ago, I’m glad that we (the entire EMS shift for that area) decided to walk away. We would not have won, as we were outgunned (three guns to none).
I feel for this guy as he did not appear to do anything threatening in the video and for his compliance in zipping up his jacket catches a beat down. I expect another victim by Monday morning, since this seems to be the trend nowadays.
All I can say to everyone is make sure you have a camera phone or a digital camera or camcorder, and don’t be afraid to hit that record button. Catch these rat bastard pigs every chance you get at their misdeeds. Peace.

Don’t get me wrong, but here in Philly we lost 8 cops over 2 yrs. Some within a matter of days or weeks. The odd thing is some of them received commendations for bravery before they got killed. One cop stood up to three heavily-armed thugs that just robbed a supermarket. He got out and they sprayed him with gunfire. Why didn’t tail them and coordinate other units to intercept? Something the U-boats would do when they sighted a convoy.
Another died when the perp shot him point-blank range (he never had back-up) with a shotgun. Two were killed in auto accidents (both broadsided, I hate the term ‘T-bone’).
Now the FOP and the city are complaining that they are out of money to do honors for the cops. I guess the order to not do die in the line of duty is in force.
I’m also sick of everytime I look in the newspapers, somebody is having a benefit for the cops’ families. What about some of the fire personnel and EMT’s? I don’t hear squat about them.

“Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v. Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).
“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).
“Story affirmed the right of self-defense by persons held illegally. In his own writings, he had admitted that ‘a situation could arise in which the checks-and-balances principle ceased to work and the various branches of government concurred in a gross usurpation.’ There would be no usual remedy by changing the law or passing an amendment to the Constitution, should the oppressed party be a minority. As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet, peaceable, and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a breach of the peace. Nor does such an act of itself, lead to a breach of the peace.” (Wharton’s Criminal and Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2: Judy v. Lashley, 5 W. Va. 628, 41 S.E. 197)

Yeah, it sure is a sad thing but a fact of life these days. It’s a shame that whenever I get in my car I make sure everything is in order so that I do not come into contact with any police that may find something to “pull me over” with. Over the years I have had contact with police and deputies that are neighbors or family and I can honestly say they have all had a “power trip” chip on their shoulder. I even had a neighbor deputy borrow my car, get drunk and crash it through his garage. Then after he repaired the car my wife and I had to deal with escalating verbal abuse until we just stopped answering the door when he tried to visit. Additionally I have never been in jail nor arrested; Just harassed. Until the zombafied populous wakes up it will continue.

I live in NJ and have had nothing but the best experiences with NJ officers. Good officers follow orders. These officers are being ordered to behave like this. We are seeing it everywhere…in every jurisdiction. Thousands of our police forces are now being and have been trained by Blackwater since 911. The actions you see on this tape are identical to the actions you would see everyday on the streets in Iraq or Afghanistan. These officers are simply following orders.

Every time i spend time watching F*&k#d up police brutality, i get so pissed off… i dont know if its natural reactions to breaches of human rights or me being scared sh^tless of what is to come in the future. Seriously though, i either end up breaking something or start slamming liquor. I know thats not the way that alex would want me to deal with it. So instead i try to divert the anger to making ammunition and cleaning my firearms. (No… i dont want to kill cops, i will only use them to resist tyranny and protect family)

I disagree with bob b, some P.D.’s have training as good as or better than the military. Not only that, but a lot of the police force is made up of former military and reserves. I also agree with 2xtream, the P.D. I work for would hang your ass out to dry if you pulled something like that.
