New Uses For Electro-Shock Torture

A police officer assigned to prowl the halls of Pennsylvania’s Penn Hills High School came across a student using his cell phone, a violation of school rules except in an emergency.
The officer was ignored when he told the student to turn off the phone. So he ordered the student to the principal’s office. According to Police Chief Howard Burton, “The student resisted, pushed the officer. The officer, defending himself, took out his stun gun and did a drive stun.”
A “drive stun” consists of placing the Taser directly to the subject’s body, temporarily immobilizing him. The student fell to the floor, where, after he continued “resisting” — one has to admire his tenacity — he was handcuffed.
All of this was less disruptive than the student’s cell phone use, one supposes.
After the student complained of dizziness and a headache, he was taken to a hospital, where at least he was spared a few hours in the government-run conformity gulag.

In addition to their use as Pavlovian instruments of pain compliance in government schools, Tasers now may be employed to extract DNA samples from uncooperative citizens, according to a Niagara County Judge.
Last September 29, police applied the Taser to local resident Ryan S. Smith, who was handcuffed and in custody at the police station, in order to compel him to cooperate in their effort to obtain a sample. A previous sample had been sent to the wrong lab and spoiled.
Apparently, somebody had informed Smith — a suspect in a shooting and robbery at a local service station — of the potential for self-incrimination, because he resisted the second attempt. An officer overcame Smith’s resistance by treating him to a “drive stun” charge.
Judge Sara Sheldon Sperazza, who is presiding over the trial, had ordered the DNA sample ex parte. After Smith’s refusal to cooperate, he was arrested on a contempt of court charge.
Now, in response to a defense challenge, Judge Sperazza has upheld her own exceptionally dubious order, ruling that police can employ electro-shock torture to extort DNA samples as long as this is not done “maliciously, or to an excessive extent, or with resulting injury.”
“They have now given the Niagara Falls police discretion to Taser anybody anytime they think it’s reasonable,” protested defense lawyer Patrick M. Balkin. “Her decision says you can enforce a court order by force. If you extrapolate that, we no longer have to have child support hearings; you can just Taser the parent.”
Balkin is certainly correct about the logic of Sperazza’s self-serving decree. But it’s useful to extrapolate just a little bit further: If police are now authorized to use pain compliance to obtain self-incriminating evidence, why not restore other supposedly benign “interrogation” methods — such as waterboarding, for instance?

I hear of at least one city who has assigned the taser to a level of force BEFORE hands on…if I read the blog correctly they tell you to do coemthing,you refuse they tase you then handcuff you…they no longer have to “bend the arm” and allow you to resist that before tazing…you say no,you get zapped…and I will say this…it isnt going to get any better…only slide further downhill every day…those tasers make most anything easier

This ordeal arose because the school forbids students the use of their cell phones. Why were cell phones invented if not for talking? You can only forbid evil. What is the evil of talking on the phone? There is none; the school is administered by nazi trash to begin with, that’s why a sadist thug in uniform roams the school: to assault those who rightfully ignore idiotic rules. Knowing that people will instinctively violate the rule against free speech, the regulators were sure to get many opportunities to assault innocents, which is the only purpose of this.

1) Cops are here to maintain their interpretation of law and order ( which implies they may get heavy ) , and these modern days young cell phones zombies are no exception !!!
2) The collective meathead karma dictates that since trillions of animals a day ( and for years !!! )
are being tortured / tazed , the apathetic / retarded public is going to get a taste of it ( that mixed
with a plain barbaric / sadistic / sexually frustrated / control freak prevalent type of mindset ,
especially from ” authorities ” , but not only !!! )
3) That it’s a global and ancient type of spiritual retardation , gone on a high-tech steroid
witchhunt craze !!!
4) That people , for lack of proper lifestyle ( related to a spiritual void ) are bored shitless ,
hence are in dire need of stimulation , at the cost of enjoying the misery of others to get a
cheap ass adrelanin boost !!!
5) That these kids don’t talk anymore , but send text messages on their handys to each other
while sitting at the same table , their ” brains ” already half fried from the microwave emitions !!!
6) That cell phones are dirtier than toilet bowls ( from touching everything , and then dialin’ n’
playin’ n’ fondlin’ n’ nibblin’ 24/7 on that stupid ass phone !!! ) , which has , on the long run , health

7) That worldwide , most people ( except in some places like India ) don’t even wash their asses

How possible is it with easily obtainable equipment to make body grounding and how effective could such be if in a situation of be tazered or attacked by radiological heat weaponry ect.
Also what so of easily obtainable materials might protect civilians against other attacks like guns.
Also think from the area of Imagination and junk ect what else could be done to even the odds in a civilian Fema round up. If you don’t like fema Succesful stands would have to be made to spark wider well informed resistance something guns alone would not archive but yes would send messages.

Tasers are a semi-deadly weapon. My research shows a very significant number of deaths caused by these devices. Point being — someone willing to tase you is someone willing to kill you.
You mentioned a judge that approved tasering an individual to obtain a DNA sample. You could do all of us a great public service by posting his name, address and phone number. That way, the public could provide corrective feedback to this obviously unknowledgable individual.

my son will be in his junior year of high school this coming year and I have already made up my mind that if ANYTHING like this comes to our high school(we live in a small midwest town) that school will see a letter of intent to homeschool on their desks so fast it will make their heads swim. No talking no discussions, nothing. He’s out of there that very day and won’t be going back. And to hell with what anyone thinks or has to say about my decision.
And God help any official at that school if he is ever tazed or strip searched. I will have a civil suit pending quick. Public embarrassement. This is pure evil and it is more than time for grownups and parents to take a stand.

Yeah, big deal, you worked out Alex Jones. When I heard a recording of his Y2K rants it was pretty obvious how he operates. i don’t think many people are really unaware of how he operates. I also don’t think many people actually worship Alex or wish to be just like him.
The fact is that he is too loud and too Texan for most tastes. However he is pretty good and way better than most media people on these subjects. His head strong personality blasts through so much waffle and weak mindedness. He is advancing the cause not holding it back.
Alex is one of those very important types of people who can get things happening which have got stuck. If you are lucky enough to have a boss who is this type of person then your team really gets stuff done. These types of people are rairly perfect, far from it, they usually have more faults than your average person. But your average person only gets average results.
Don’t waste your time knocking Alex Jones, it’s too easy and it’s pointless. Far better to follow up on what he says and do something about all this crap that we get fed by our lords and masters.
I opened todays mail. Our local government is promoting a company selling a device to save us money and reduce global warming. What is it? An inline tube that reduces the power of your shower head! WTF. It costs £10, but the government are giving them away. A tiny example of all the crap that’s coming at us.

I was thinking that it’s nearly time for all truthers to unite in a state and cause it to secede. Texas sounds good to me. Let’s take Texas. We are going to have to get moving in an action plan towards secession.
Always people talk. But action must be taken. There has to be a secession and I think we should all converge and take action to push a state to secession.

I had something like this happen to me over 3 times. First time was when I was in high school, wasn’t feeling well, and decided to leave campus to get some food during lunch. Second time I was coming home from college and the school police security guard thought I was a truant high school student. Even after I shoved him my college id card, he tackled me to the ground and I got beat up. Third time was when I was in graduate school. I was a passenger in a car and my friend was dropping my off to my car at the parking lot. Out of nowhere an unmarked car pulled over with a police officer inside. He asked the driver out of the car and later me. Started calling me names. I placed my hands on top of my head and the next thing I know is I’m slammed on the ground and punched in my eve over 20 times. In neither of these incidents I was doing anything illegal and all they could charge me with is resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. Like I had any intention of assaulting police officers. This is BS. And I thought I was living in a free country. What a bunch of hypocrisy!
