New World Order Rams Through Sham Cap & Trade Bill

The U.S. House of Representatives are nothing more than prostitutes for the international banking cartel. Brothels in Washington D.C. were packed Friday afternoon with eager congressman who sold Americans out 219-212 in favor of The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (ACES). Also dubbed “Waxman- Markey” the bill will implement the infamous cap-and-trade system on greenhouse gas emissions, signaling the NWO’s final moves towards total financial bondage.

Under the guise of philanthropic style environmentalism, the New World Order is blasting forward with draconian legislation every week it seems. Using thuggish tactics such as switching bill numbers & phone numbers to DC representatives and of course, good old fashion disinofo bombs got the job done. Cap and trade sets a limit on the amount of greenhouse gases that a factory, business, utility, or other energy producer is allowed to emit The goal of the Waxman- Markey bill is to cut CO2 emissions by 17 percent by 2020.
Most energy producers and manufactures will be severely affected by these caps, bu the increase cost will be passed onto their customers through higher prices. Companies will purchase permits that will allow them to exceed the “cap” These permits will be issued by our gangster government, and then be auctioned off to the same companies participating in the cap-and trade system. The theory is to create a free market for carbon permits where the price is set by those being forced to participate in the new system.
Consumers will be affected the most by this these new caps on energy. Douglas Elmendorf, the director of the Commission Budget Office testified before the Committee on Finance in May. He says a cap-and trade system would be devastating to the working poor. According to Elmendorf, the cost to for an average American household would be $1,600 a year, with low-income households carrying a heavier burden because they spend more of their income on energy than higher-income households.
Remaining scraps from revenue created by the auctioning off of carbon permits will go to the families with lower incomes such as a whopping $161 per year tax credit for single persons and $359 for 5-person families. Here’s the rub. According to Elmendorf, “such price increases would be essential to the success of a cap-and-trade program because they would be the most important mechanism through which businesses and households were encouraged to make investments and behavioral changes that reduced CO2.”

With General Electric’s smart grid technology in place, energy companies along with their customers will have no other choice but to convert to the communist style system of rationing vital utilities. What smart grid visionaries foresee are home thermostats and appliances that adjust automatically depending on the cost of power.
The availability of $4.5 billion in federal economic recovery money for smart grid technology gives incentives for companies to convert over to the new digitalized grid.
Energy Secretary Steven Chu says, “If you want to create mischief one very good way to create a great deal of mischief is to actually bring down a smart grid system. This system has to be incredibly secure.”
“Is the average consumer willing to pay the upfront costs of a new system and then respond appropriately to price signals? Or will people view a utility’s ability to reach inside a home to turn down a thermostat as Orwellian?” Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, said at a recent hearing on smart grid.
Lastly, there is the option for companies to avoid a cap on their CO2 emissions by offsetting them. Limiting the amount of CO2 will do nothing to help make the planet less warm, make us energy independent or create millions of jobs. It will on the other hand destroy whatever is left of our industry here in the North American Union by leaving companies no choice but to move offshore. Some of the biggest oil reserves in the world are here in North America, yet we rely on foreign oil. The elites indirectly control every facet our life.
Citizens will never be energy independent until every home is off the grid. Green jobs will include heavily fluoridated drones enforcing new EPA laws/codes. Besides, the amount of jobs that will be lost due to companies either moving offshore orgoing bankrupt will certainly be higher than the millions created by our fuhrer. With the hookers in Washington granting dictatorial powers to the Federal Reserve last week, it seems as though HR 2998 is part a two prong attack. The New World Order is moving fast, and there is really only two more obstacles in their way: our right to speak freely and our right to protect ourselves.

How many of you guys on here, are members of your local, or State Militias? If you really want to do something, & be prepared, then do as your forefathers demanded, & join the Militia! Actually, all bills and laws, should be written in plain English, and contain no more than 10 pages, so that every man and woman in the USA can read the damn thing, in 20 minutes, and understand exactly what it does. If it takes more than 10 pages to explain it, in plain English, then there is trickery afoot.
Also, I think that any bill that is passed, without everyone reading and completely understanding it, should be considered null and void.

Here’s the thing. People are going to pay the damm tax anyways, regardless of behavioral changes that reduce CO2. Even if a family live in a home that is self powered with solar and wind, they drive an all electric or hydrogen vehicle, grow there own food, produce their own water, hell even make their own cloths, they are going to pay the TAX anyways. So what’s the point of reduced CO2 behaviors? Is the government going to do an inspection on the self sufficient home and tell the family “Hey, you don’t use any carbon at all, your no longer going to be paying a carbon tax.”?

- – -Under what is called the “Precautionary Principle”, many countries around the world have placed moratoriums on the sale of GMO products and some have banned these products. However, without any serious testing, the United States government has not only allowed GMO ingredients in our food supply, but the FDA has actually tried to forbid companies from truthfully advertising “GMO Free” products. As my Congressperson, I want you to take a lead in reversing this trend. The Precautionary Principle, in essence, hold agencies and countries to the standard that is something has not been shown to be safe, it cannot be used, grown, offered or sold.
Genetically Modified Organisms do not meet the Precautionary Principle because they are administratively, not scientifically, deemed to be equivalent to unmodified organisms while excellent science substantiates that they pose special high level dangers for consumers, farmers and the environment. Disturbingly, these dangers are not temporary since, once the novel DNA, the antibiotic resistant DNA and the promoter virus are introduced into the DNA of the consumer, or of other organisms in the environment, the consequences are totally unpredictable and have been shown to be highly dangerous. Once loosed, however, the novel DNA cannot be called back, like the genie in the bottle.
Congressman Dennis Kuchinch has introduced three important bills to comprehensively regulate GMO products since they are virtually unregulated now. These bills are:
• H.R. 6636, The Genetically Engineered Food Right To Know Act, which would require mandatory labeling of all foods that contain or are produced with GM material. No such labeling is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6635, The Genetically Engineered Safety Act, which would require that GE foods follow a food safety review process to prevent contamination of food supplies by pharmaceutical and industrial crops. This Act would also require that the FDA screen all GE foods to ensure they are safe for human consumption. No such safety review is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6637, The Genetically Engineered Technology Farmer Protection Act, places liability from the impacts of GM crops on the biotechnology companies that created the GMOs, and protects farmers from lawsuits by biotechnology companies. No such liability exists at this time for pharmaceutical plants and animals once approval is granted by the acting agencies for the organism and the same is true for non drug modifications as well.
These flaws in the regulatory structure are of great concern to me and I believe that they should be deep concerns of yours as well since more than 80% of all food consumed in the US today contains GMO food or ingredients. Lethal allergies, auto immune disease (including diabetes in children), birth defects and sterility rates are rising and can be, in large measure, laid squarely at the door of a dangerous food supply, including GMOs in most of what we eat.
I urge you to become a co-sponsor of these bills or to introduce sister legislation in the Senate in order to protect us from the currently unknown potential threats of GMO products. This is a very important matter to me and I am among the over 80% of the public that a recent NY Times / CBS poll indicated wants mandatory GMO labeling.
As a concerned citizen, I will be watching your active stance on these bills and look forward to sharing the news of your co-sponsorship and support for these measures with other constituents in your district.- – -

just how do you prepare for what’s now here ? my husband works in a small factory that so far has weathered the storm but this carbon tax will for sure shut it down, it’s sad to think of all the people that’s going to lose there jobs and homes over this. we like many others have no savings and head for the store every other day for groceries . how are we going to avoid the fema camps? I sent a SCATHING email to my representive! I told him he DID NOT represent his people. He has imposed TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. I told him he is FIRED – that I will do everything needed to make sure word gets out about him selling out his constiutants and to make sure he doesn’t get re-elected! I also emailed my two senators and urged them to vot against this bill when it gets to the senate. WE NEED to stop this in the Senate!!! Let your senators know their lives will be HELL if they vote for this thing!

carbon monoxide is not on the list so therefore cars dont pollute and this bill is unneseccary

I don’t understand why all of these representatives felt the obligation to vote for anything that they have not read. All this tells me is that there is a big file in D.C on all of these sick individuals and all are compromised in some way or other. They know that they could be in divorce court, in jail,
sued, etc. if the truth was leaked. To me the correct answer would have been for the representatives to have just said no, until we see the bill. I don’t believe that Pelosi has the physical strength to overpower everyone of those in the house even though most are probably overweight and out of shape from eating too many free lunches and participating in too many paid for happy hours. It is time for accountability and it seems to me that everyone of these representatives who signed yes for the bill without reading should be sued for dereliction of duty in Federal Court. However I suppose that there are CYA laws making duly elected scoundrels immune from citizen lawsuits. This being the case we are fast coming to crunch time. How many people are going to allow federal employees to dictate how they should live their lives. This may fly for a time but eventually the herd is going to stampede and I would not want to be the errand persons who are the cause of people losing their homes, being jailed, having to pay fines and in some cases most likely dying. I would not recommend this to be a vocation which you are likely to enjoy a retirement at age 50 or 55 and have a long happy life at the expense of the taxpayers.

The votes on this bill prove that we do not have representation in D.C. . All of the articles that have been written showing that there is serious disagreement on this by very credible scientists is proof that a large number of our representatives have no concerns about what is right or wrong. This issue has had visibility for long time and should have been well researched by our highly intellectual representatives long before it ever was presented as a bill. Evidently most seek the office not to serve but to receive all of the bribes and other benefits associated with the office as well as the ego trip it affords. I do not understand why our representatives feel compelled to vote on a bill that has so many other bills written into it. Until we elect a number of patriots such as Kucinich into the House we are going to be subject to this abuse without limits.

In case anyone has forgotten, and you probably have, the repairs of the LHC at CERN are almost completed and it’s about to cranked up again, and they’ll soon actually be doing the actual atom smashing instead of just testing running stuff in one direction or the other. Although CERN has said it’s all perfectly safe and there’s no reason to panic, blah blah blah, they’re not telling the truth because of personal agendas and vested interests.
The banksters and the NWO are dangerous nitwits. But CERN has nitwits that are infinitely far more dangerous. Lots of IQ points does not equal lots of common sense.
And who the hell is paying any real close attention to what’s going on at Livermore? While creating black holes at CERN may be a literal hit-or-miss affair, all Livermore has to do is juice up their laser array a bit more beyond just doing fusion and they can create however many black holes they want whenever they want.
