The developments at the saddest spot in the Nutmeg State came as a state prosecutor urged a judge Friday to block the release of the desperate 911 calls from the doomed school.
The stateâ€™s Freedom of Information Commission ruled in September that the tapes should be released after the Associated Press requested them.
State Attorney Stephen Sedensky argued a stay of the FOI ruling would protect both the families of the victims and the surviving witnesses.
