Northcom Combat Team Conducts “Humanitarian Support” Exercise in Maryland

The Armed Forces Press Service has initiated a propaganda campaign designed to convince the American people that deploying the 3rd Infantry Division in the United States in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act is a good thing. The propaganda piece appeared on the Hinesville, Georgia, Coastal Courier’s website on December 26.

“The first active-duty unit dedicated to supporting U.S. civilian authorities in the event of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack recently wrapped up three days of intensive training its members hope they never have to apply in real life,” Donna Miles reports for the Armed Forces Press Service. “Soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team got hands-on training in skills they would depend on to provide humanitarian support during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive incident, known here as a CBRNE.”
In order to portray the military as humanitarian saviors, the Armed Forces Press Service included a photo of a soldier wielding the “jaws of life” during an exercise that included “buddie teams” recently returned from Iraq’s Anbar province removing mannequins from the rubble of a collapsed building.
Earlier this month, Branson Hunter, writing for the Big Bear Observation Post blog, reported on the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center and the California Highway Patrol working together “in a joint effort to reduce accidents and drinking and driving” in San Bernardino County, California, a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 16, 1878. Infowars covered the story in-depth.
On October 1, 2008, the U.S. Army announced its 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team will be under the day-to-day control of the Northern Command, ostensibly “on call” to respond to emergencies and disasters. The recent exercise staged out of the Naval Support facility located at Indian Head, Maryland, is likely only the first of many such exercises that will receive media coverage in order to acclimate the American people to the high profile presence of soldiers on the streets under the control of Northcom.

Prior to this, in May, 2007, Northcom announced its Ardent Sentry-Northern Edge ‘07 (ASNE) exercise. “ASNE ‘07 is a significant event and includes several firsts, including the actual deployment of and cooperation between more than 3,000 state, local and federal responders with more than 2,000 active-duty troops in Indiana,” the Northcom website explained. “The exercise also features the first deployment of the CCMRF, and DSCA cooperation between USNORTHCOM, deployed units, local, state and federal responders and reflects the successful evolution of interagency support and response which has been developing since the formation of the command in 2002.”
Last month, Defense Secretary Robert Gates added yet another dimension to this incremental domestic militarization when he ordered the Pentagon “to conduct a broad review to determine whether the military, National Guard and Reserve can adequately deal with domestic disasters and whether they have the training and equipment to defend the homeland,” according to the Associated Press. According to a report issued by the Commission on the National Guard and Reserves, the Pentagon “must use the nation’s citizen soldiers to create an operational force that would be fully trained, equipped and ready to defend the nation, respond to crises and supplement the active duty troops in combat.”
Gates’ review and the deployment of the battle-hardened 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team under Northcom control for “domestic operations” follows the passage of the Defense Authorization Act of 2006 and the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. Section 1076 of the Warner bill changed the name of the key provision in the statute book from “Insurrection Act” to “Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order Act.” The Insurrection Act of 1807 stated that the president could deploy troops within the United States only “to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.” The new law expands the list to include “natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition,” the latter not defined or limited.

As Jeff Stein, CQ National Security editor, wrote at the time, the Warner bill “virtually invites the White House to declare federal martial law, a fact noted by Sen. Patrick J. Leahy, D-Vt. “The changes to the Insurrection Act will allow the President to use the military, including the National Guard, to carry out law enforcement activities without the consent of a governor,” Leahy said.
The “exercise” in Maryland is not only designed to acclimate the American people to the prospect of martial law and the presence of troops on the streets, but is also designed to condition the troops to believe their mission includes domestic “humanitarian” operations. “I can’t think of a more noble mission than saving American lives at home,” Col. Roger Cloutier, who commands the 1st Brigade “Raiders,” told the Armed Forces Press Service. “Every single soldier and Marine here takes this very personally. You can see it on the faces of my soldiers.”
Unfortunately, it would appear the soldiers under the command of Col. Cloutier are ignorant of the fact that the founders were steadfastly opposed to standing armies under the command of an expanded executive. “A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty,” wrote James Madison. “The means of defense against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.”

Geesh, yet again…As an ex-Marine myself, I don’t understand the mentality of our Federal leadership with all this. Of course, I’m speaking rhetorically. It’s an obvious move on their part to supplement the victory of the Civil War. Extend their gains. As I look around me, there are many (a vast majority) that have no idea what freedom and liberty is anymore. They’ll get what they deserve in the end.
We’ll fight our way back after the crap hits the fan though and after the fat has been trimmed off.

Today, while at work I held back tears while listening to an archived show with Bob Chapman. After work (and during) I could not stop thinking about how I could mobilize my community my county to come together and be active.
I drove to two local radio stations to begin working on how I could get them to carry the Alex Jones show and other GCN programming. My prayer is that God will continue to use me to wake people up towards the world system and the Elite’s plans for world domination.
By God’s grace, at last count I’ve shared Alex’s films with over 30,000 people and will continue to find new ways to do so. I am saddened that my YouTube channel (Orangfu) was taken down – but I will triple my efforts now to get the word out through viral videos.

Hinesville , GA is DEPENDENT on the Army for survival. If the Army moved out or quit supporting the community it would collapse.. as with mopst towns built around a military base.
That is the problem.. No town should be dependent on the military or any Federal GVT action to survive. This is just an example of “buying the people with their own tax dollars and propaganda”. I served a good long while.. But I see no reason for the military to be used for any reason on US soil other than defending it. If we as a society have become so lazy that we cannothelp each other in the best logistically supplied nation on earth.. that speaks volumes about society as a whole.

I would say that these actions are designed to desensitize and familiarize us with and to accept the presence of federal combat trained military troops on our streets. At first they will pose as assistance giving Good Samaritans that are just trying to help citizens but will later turn out to be enforcers of the NWO agenda. Whenever the U.S. Federal Military assists or helps our State and/or local officials, “We the People” should protest at each event or exercise of such assistance with signs stating that this is a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 16, 1878. We must organize to stop this violation and educate to public. How can we find out where and when the military will be assisting state officials so we can mobilize a press covered protest?

Simply put they are enaging in unconstitutional acts. From the soldier walking down the street to the President of the United States. If Obama does not order this and any other military units so engaged to stand down and return to their bases he too will be committing unconstitutional acts.
The Oath of Office for both the President and vice-President states, in part,
“…preserve, protect and defend the Constitution…”.
The President as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces is ultimately responsible for the use of federal military forces in this as well as all other matters and therefore has violated this oath. The vice-President by not acting against such action has violated his oath of office as well. The members of Senate and House of Represenatives by not exercising their legislative powers to veto such acts have also violated their oaths of office.
The legal definition of unconstutional acts (laws) as written in the legal encyclopedia, “American Jurisprudence” states quite clearly,
“…is in reality no law but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose…An unconstituitonal law is void.”
No free American citizen needs or must obey such “laws”. If a U.S. Soldier orders you to do anything contrary to the Constitution you have the right not to obey. Any federal, state or local agent, armed or unarmed, cannot assist in such “laws” since they too will be in violation of the Constitution.
Any U.S. citizen can formally charge any private or public official, from the President of the United States to your next door neighbour with violating the Constitution. Contact free legal advice on the proper procedure for doing this. You may get laughed at by some but keep trying until someone agrees to file charges on your behalf or if you feel you are sufficiently knowledgable about the law do so yourself.
Remember all citizens of the United States must abide by the Constitution. Once a charge of constitutional violation is filed the courts must answer it. If hundreds, then thousands of individual charges are filed a “Right to Petition” can be established. Under this constitutional right the citizens of the United States can:
“…sue the government, and the right of individuals, groups and possibly corporations to lobby the government.”
What this means is you can use the judicial system as a means of forcing changes to the governing power if that power has violated the laws of the country it governs. I mentioned in an eartlier post that Congress passed an act that voided the President’s earlier unconstituional “laws”, yet clearly the illegal use of federal military forces is continuing, meaning the President and Congress are still in violation of the Constitution.
I must emphasize again that you engage in legal, non-violent tactics to fight against this unless, as granted in the Constitution, you are defending your life, liberty or property. Meaning there is an immediate threat to your life, you are being illegally detained (loss of liberty) or person/s are illegally entering your property.

I tried to tell all those I know about the NWO and NAU. What happened?, I had my facebook account hacked, so I deactivated it for my families safety. Only when you are doing something that the enemy finds threatening are you threatened. There is a reason that the guy who developed facebook was bought out for millions, the CIA now runs the Internet’s most socially available site. What better way to monitor peoples thoughts that to have them do it for themselves!

Get ready everyone. I saw a mobile command unit (MCU) being transported by three 18 wheelers the other day. One for the MCU, one for the generator, and one for the generator cover. It looks similar to/and the same size as one of those containers on ocean freight ships, except it was painted desert tan and has a door.
This was in a rural part of Texas ( 50 miles west of Austin, 90 miles north of San Antonio.) What in the hell was it doing way the hell out here???
A couple of friends suggested that “they” are probably setting up out in the country because most likely a large city will be the next target and when it happens people (survivors/escapees) will run to the country and that is where the police/military are expecting them and preparing for martial law.
My brother-in-law is a long haul truck driver and he said these things are moving everywhere. It’s fucking scary, but it’s reality. Wake up and deal with it. We are just an “event away” from losing our freedom, our constitution, our country, and our lives.
Start getting ready. Water. Filters. Storable Food. Guns (while they are still legal and if you can find one). Ammo (getting scarce and expensive). And a plan.
May not be a lasting solution, but it’s better than standing in line at a FEMA camp with criminals, thugs, and losers while National Guard retards point their M-16’s at you and order you around like a prisoner.

National Guard “retards” pointing their guns at you and enforcing the law is lawful as long as they are under the Adjutant General / State Governor, and not federalized (Title 10 forces)
Still though, a scary scenario. Anytime that there is a possibility that the civillian Law enforcement melts away and requires the response of National Guard, let alone Federalized Title 10 military forces, it will be a dark day.

the national guard from each state is actually suppose to protect the people in case of emergency! not the 3rd infantry division! i guess the gaurd is too busy fighting illegal wars instead of dueing their duty of being a well orginized malitia. remember 3rd infantry; we the people rule this country not corupt and or puppeteer govt officials! so YOU (3rd infantry) belong to the people of the united states. if you (3rd infantry) police us it will be concidered an act of war from domestic combatants, and we the people will declare war upon you!!!!

This is true, the national guard should protect you and Title 10 forces should be left looking at national defense. What about when the first responder network (Cops, firefighters, hospitals, etc) melts away in the time of a natural disaster(Katrina)? What if the people are screaming for the Fed’s to do something? The fed’s don’t have very many standing resources that are self sustaining and have the resources for responding to catastrophic disasters. What they have is a Checkbook (FEMA) and the Military.
